Tiger Shark Tattoo

Montana did a tattoo for a relative of mine and I reached out to her to cover up the “trendy” arrow I got in my 20s. I loved it so much that I just kept going back to see her for everything. I have pretty much a full sleeve on right arm thanks to Montana! My favorite piece is the dragon on forearm…and I still get random compliments on it. Compliments range from the artwork as a whole to the fine-details on everything she’s done.Whenever I walk in for an appointment…her stations always ready for the appointment. If for any reason there’s a delay - she’ll reach out as soon as possible. She’s very professional and easy to talk to. It’s more like catching up with a friend!!I highly recommend Montana and the folks at Tiger Shark Tattoo!

I’ve been going to Montana at tiger shark for over two years now. She’s done multiple different black and grey pieces on me, ranging from floral work to animal skulls and different flash. She’s super friendly and always makes me feel very comfortable, we usually chat throughout the whole session. The shop itself is clean, organized, and decorated with lots of different artwork. Tigershark is my go to tattoo shop on the south shore, couldn’t recommend it more!

Best tattoo experience ever. Montana is absolutely amazing. I went 20 years between tattoos met Montana when she was still an apprentice and decided to give her a shot. Was amazed with her work and personality through the whole experience. The only problem is that now Im completely addicted. Almost have 2 complete leg sleeves from her and couldnt be happier. I would recommend her and the tiger shark to anyone first-timers or seasoned tattoo collectors.

Visiting from out of town and decided to do a walk-in. We started cold calling shops and Tiger Shark saw that they missed our call and reached out to us. They were so flexible with the timing and I was able to get a cute little piece done by ViVi, an apprentice at the shop. She and the shop receptionist were the sweetest and made my friend & I so comfortable! Just a stellar environment to get a tattoo 🖤

I’ve gone to Tiger Shark multiple times to be tattooed by Montana. The shop is clean and Montana has always been professional, friendly and produces amazing, beautifully macabre designs that she crafts into phenomenal artwork for you to carry throughout your lifetime. She is attentive, knowledgeable and is considerate of letting you take breaks throughout the process. 11/10 would recommend

Montana did a tribute tattoo for me this weekend after my dads passing in July. She was incredibly sweet, quick, and gentle. I love how it came out, and how invested she was in it and compassionate for my loss. I would recommend her to anyone.

I finally found a dragon art work that I adored. Monique added her touch and now I love it even more! Ive decided to add two more designs to my arm and I want Monique to be my artist. Im very pleased with her work.

The stylist we got assigned to wasn’t really good. I and my wife got exactly the same tattoo with same size but it looks different for both of us. And the artist claims to have experience of 20 years of tattoo design. I wish that was a true statement or even if it is, it should have felt like that but it doesn’t.They told us over the phone if it is less than an hour they will charge $100 per tattoo but they ended up charging $150 per tattoo for just 30 minutes of time.I won’t recommend anyone going up there. If you have to pay so much better go to any other tattoo place.

Montana never misses, she is seriously so nice and super talented! She’s done two of my tattoos and I’m obsessed with them

I had a positive experience at Tiger Shark Tattoo recently. The shop has a laid-back atmosphere. Its a very welcoming environment. All of the artists couldnt have been nicer. The cleanliness of the shop was immaculate. Thats not always the case with shops, so you can see the love thats been put into it. There was tons of free parking just down the street.The artist I went to was Olivia. Her portfolio was what originally brought me to the shop. Her specialty is black & gray photo realism, but she is open to other styles too. We started a leg piece, and I love the direction were going and the vision that she has for it. I cant wait for my next session. She is definitely willing to work with you, which was greatly appreciated.The artists that work there are top-notch professionals in their field. Theres no denying the talent in that shop. I feel like all styles of tattoos are represented there, which is not something you find everywhere. I could definitely see myself going to some of the other artists in the future.I would highly recommend Tiger Shark to anyone in the New England area who is looking for a new tattoo.

Honestly worst shop I’ve ever been to no form of communication I got a finger tattoo else where 3 year ago still in-tack no touch ups since but I come here 1 time 1 day later already disappearing he went over the same spots about what felt like 10’s just for the outcome to be it still fades Everyone was polite but as for the finished product I won’t be coming back 100 dollars down the drain

I got a gift card for my wife here for Xmas. Met the owner Chris, and I didnt know but there was a promo going on and he added 50$ to it. That was cool and we both really appreciated it. I didnt personally get the work done, but my wife went to Jess and her tattoo was one of the best Ive seen. We will definitely be doing business with them down the future. Thanks guys for making my wife a very happy woman!

Mike is an outstanding tattoo artist. Does amazing black and white work. Would definitely recommend, especially since Im his brother in law.

I got a memorial tattoo from Jessica jinx and she knocked it out of the park. Its absolutely stunning. She was very patient with me and the tattoo. I am planning on going back to get more. The overall tattoo shop atmosphere was amazing I never felt like I was unwelcomed or in a new place. Everyone was so friendly and nice.

Jess created my mini schnauzer tattoo and I could not be happier! She is amazing, and a lovely person as well. I highly recommend Jess! I will be returning!

I got my tattoo from Montana and she is the best. She’s kind, caring, and most importantly a very very talented artist. She is amazing when it comes to design and execution. She makes sure your skin is not being overworked and takes time to ask you how it’s healed once done. She’s an apprentice now but if this is the work that she’s coming up with then she is going to be one of the best South Shore tattooist around. I will get more tattoos from her and I recommend her to everyone who wants a tattoo.

Meg was my artist and I couldnt be happier with my tattoo! She pays extreme attention to detail. The tattoo came out 100x better than the pictures I sent her. Her work is top tier and shes very welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Ill definitely be coming back soon for more ink. 😊

Went there for my Doctor Who forearm tat, came out great. Alex does great work, truly amazing line work. Just went in for my touch up the other day, went just as smoothly. Very nice and welcoming vibes. Will be getting my next soon once planning is done. 👍🏼

Big shout out to Montana @ Tiger Shark. Absolutely killed it. Wanted my tattoo for years and she made it better than i thought. super gentle and did it faster than I thought. Have a bunch of ink but this one is the best. Staff was mad cool. They were ordering dinner and asked me if i wanted anything. No need to go anywhere else. Felt like i knew them forever. super talented too.

Do not use JessicaJinx! She left my arm scarred. She’s always late, very unprofessional, I would never use her again. Beware. I’ve gotten tattooed by others here and they were good. And there is always dogs running around this shop. I’m not sure that’s legal or sanitary for a tattoo shop.

Amazing experience every time I go! Justuce and Alex are both awesome artist and always professional! I personally have been tattooed by Justuce many times and my husband by Alex. Both do amazing work! Highly recommend!

So I just received my first tattoo in an actual shop!!! Best experience I ever had!!! They were remodeling and still felt cozy and relaxed!! Chris C did ANAZING JOB!!! I would recommend this shop to everyone!!! Granted I only had Chris but was able to see the others working, and they were all great!!!! Definitely try his place out!!!

Nice people. Dont work with Jessica. Im already shopping around for someone to fix her work. I think a lot of the best reviews were from before they had several artists leave.

Things was a bit rocky at first because my appointment was canceled with the artist by mistake but the staff quickly resolved things for me. Chris was amazing and the work is awesome. Definitely recommend for your ink!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - AVOID JESSICA at Tiger Shark Tattoo.I scheduled a touch up of a tattoo with an apprentice named Jessica.She is very unprofessional in most of our interactions. Just a few examples:1- My 1;st appt.: Jessica arrived late, then had to get set up so the appointment didnt start for about an hour past the planned time.2- Ended the appointment without completing work that had been planned that day because she ran out of time because she was late to begin with.3- Cancelled the follow up appt. to do what she didnt get to at the previous appt, at the last minute.4- Offered me an appt at a much later date which was inconvenient.5- Does NOT respond to texts or phone calls until weeks later making it hard to plan your own schedule.6- Finally confirmed follow up right before.7- Some of the ink on the tattoo she worked on fell off. Standard policy is to not charge for a touch up. She refused to confirm that she would NOT charge me to fix what did not last on the work she did for me.HORRIBLE experience. This apprentice operates out of integrity in every way.Runs late, doesnt respond to calls or texts in a reasonable time frame, cancels appointments and then will blow you off at the last minute like she did me.BUYER BEWARE: AVOID Jessica at Tiger Shark Tattoos.

I proudly wear a half sleeve from Kenny D!!! Wanted a proper send off from my home state FL... and commissioned Kenny D to lay down the Blue Ridge Mountains in the Fall, while not his “normal” theme of the seas, fish, Florida, hunting and more... he eagerly took on this task and smashed it with confidence! I proudly show off my ink and have everyone in western N Carolina wanting to book ink down south! Thanks so much for the awesome memory and ink!

They are all funny nice people to talk to but I dont think you care about that if they are not good. I love this place affordable and attention to detail. They are all funny great artist to talk to and watch at work. All them win awards for being great artist. I love how the owner dont go by the hour but goes by the peice cause he rather take his time and has a heart of gold. Actually speaking there is not one of them who is over priced and not leave every customer loving there peice. My friend said his FRIEND wouldnt even do the peices for that price or nearly that good. Plus I had a good idea of what I wanted but he gave me ideas I would have never thought. He was a true artist. People see the tattoos and fall in love with them. The ideas were fresh and new.

I did a walk in appointment to get my first tattoo. I got a smallish tattoo on my upper ribs done by Andy who was amazing and made my first experience very easy and fun. Was very affordable and would recommend this place to everyone.
