I was a walk in looking for a nose piercing. Sarah was absolutely amazing, patient, kind, thoughtful, and professional. I love my new piercing. She helped me find the perfect atuf for me. The place was very clean and comfortable. The gentleman working the front was also incredibly nice and helpful. Will definitely go back there for any other piercings or tattoos.

After being scammed by someone (dagoatink) on IG claiming to be a tattoo artist, I set out to find a reputable company that had plenty of positive reviews on Google.Cat Tattoo is located in Addison just west of the Tollway off Beltline. The first thing I noticed was that the studio was clean…very clean and welcoming.I had explained to Patrick at the front desk and Daniel (tattoo artist) that I’d paid a deposit for work that Dagoatink on IG was supposed to do but he booked over my appointment and refused to refund my money. Daniel said Cat Tattoo would also require a deposit but it came with paperwork and would go toward the work.I like that Daniel asked whether I’d eaten and explained I should probably grab a bite before the service. I did exactly that because I was operating on an empty stomach.We worked together on my artwork. I provided samples and we modified it from there.Daniel has a pleasant disposition that helped me keep calm which made the process easier. I’m happy with the tats and plan to return.I absolutely recommend this shop.

I will always say this until I’m dead!! Cat Tattoo is the BEST shop I’ve ever been in.José is my artist who is more than talented! He is very open to working with what exactly you want and will always update you before further details on tattoos to make sure everything is done right!Every time I’m at Cat Tattoo I feel very comfortable and happy being there (it’s almost relaxing lol.) All the artist are very friendly and funny and each of them have true amazing talents of making such wonderful art!! 🤍

This is a beautiful shop. Walked in randomly Sunday afternoon. I was able to speak with an artist (Justin) who promptly took my design to prepare to tattoo me. I left for about 10 minutes while he worked to go get something to drink and by the time I returned, he was ready. The whole process took no time and I was out and on my way shortly after he started. Honestly, the tattoo didnt hurt while he worked either which was a little surprising. Im glad I stopped in.

I had a great experience getting my first tattoo here. Jose did a great job, the tattoo is flawless and is healing nicely. I will be coming back to get more work done here in the future!

Cat Tattoo is my absolute fave! Walk ins are welcome - super easy and quick and the staff and artists are super chill, friendly, and knowledgable. The whole shop is super clean, they have amazing jewelry selections and overall a vibe with the amazing staff.

The artist was very responsive to email inquiries. Went in there with certain design in mind, but the artist explained how my design would heal over time. His designed conveyed the message I wanted. I still get so many compliments over my tattoo!

Impulse visit to get a 2nd ear lobe piercing - I know that’s not a big deal, but it was for me! Sarah helped me find the perfect diamond-y stud, took great care to position the piercings, and did the work quickly and almost painlessly. She was so fun and cool. She also got me excited about the possibilities of more because of my great lobe space which who knew was a thing? Not this 65 year old. She got me thinking...I could have a little constellation of studs! Thank you for the small but life changing experience!

This place has an amazing jewelry selection with tons of beautiful high quality pieces. The crew themselves are super friendly and helpful and the shop is the cleanest Ive ever been to. I always recommend this place to anyone looking for piercings or tattoos!

THEY SCAM YOU!!! Went for 2 ear piercings and ended up paying like $400 or more with tip, which they only gave you high options to tip and the lady that pierced us was standing in front of us watching us while we payed. THERE WAS NO OPTION TO SKIP TIP.I was told these earrings were good jewelry, which they were not.The lady told me a lower price before getting pierced and for everything how much it would be then when it was time to pay it was showing as like passed $400 and the receipt was saying because of extra fees that didn’t make sense.They lie and look suspicious. They just scam you into getting your money.

The place is nice and the Tattoo Artist I worked with (Jacob) was great! I had never gotten a tattoo before and he helped make the process easy and stress free. He even had clear instructions for aftercare as well which was extremely helpful!(Added a photo from one it was first finished and a photo from it being about 3 weeks after.)

Justin was super cool! The vibes were amazing! Clean facility. Awesome tunes. There was an open floor plan, glad I came prepared with pasties for my mid breast plate lotus tat! I will be back for my half sleeve.

Got my first tattoo today and can’t say enough good things about the experience. Clean, friendly, supportive. Justin did a great job and the end result was exactly what I envisioned. I’m 66…it’s never too late for a new adventure.

As a birthday present to myself, I decided to get my first tattoo. Found Cat Tattoo through Google and stopped by to see if they could get me in. The front staff were welcoming and nice. I told them what I wanted and they got me immediately. Jacob was my artist. He was great - quick, easy to work with and he did a great job! I would definitely recommend both Jacob and Cat Tattoo.

I got one of my lobe piercings redone here. The facility is the cleanest and nicest Ive ever been in, and I had the greatest piercing experience of my life. Almost painless, no complications after the fact, and very quick to get done. I cannot recommend this place high enough to anyone looking for piercings or tattoos.

Jared did an amazing job on my chest piece. He worked swiftly with a medium hand. He gave plenty of pauses between applying pressure to allow me to recuperate. He paid attention to detail. I was worried about my chest being exposed while getting tattooed but he set up a divider from the rest of the room and provided me with pasties. Amazing and kind tattoo artist!

Arrived at 7:47pm on Sunday the 25th, the establishment was scheduled to close at 8pm. The door was locked. A person opened the door. I wasn’t there for a tattoo, just to purchase jewelry for my nose piercing and was turned away. Door shut and locked in front of my face.Ok, so maybe they don’t need to make the sale. And with that, I’ll pick another spot from here on out.

We had the pleasure of being pierced by Sarah! Let me just say the ambiance of this shop is stellar! Very clean unique set up! The guy (didn’t catch his name) at the front was very professional, witty, knowledgeable, and just laid back and chill. He made us feel comfortable from the time we stepped foot in there until the time we left! Then we were greeted by our piercer, Sarah! She gave sound advice on both jewelry and the piercing process to my boyfriend who was a little nervous about getting pierced. She assured him it was quick and easy! She’s is very VERY sterile and clean. She swapped gloves more often than a medical professional! Her equipment was top tier to assure we wouldn’t have any unruly infections etc. THE SENSE OF HUMOR in this place was what make a customer feel comfortable and relaxed while doing procedures that most would view as painful. I will definitely only go here for any future piercings and recommend to family and friends!

Had to get back to school in a week and was looking to get a nose piercing (*latest obsession with hoops*). The closest to my house, and a fairly good rating, Cat Tattoo was it! Two sweetest people greeted me at the door. The rest of the story is all but a wonderful evening spent at this place. I was fixated on the idea of getting a hoop nostril piercing but that changed. I was persuaded with good reason as to how initially, atleast for the first year, stud was highly recommended, and the artist wouldnt have it otherwise. Without second thoughts, I was ready. My piercing artist Brittany, helped me pick a stud that suited my skin tone, while standing out as a statement. Seeing how smitten I was with the art works around, she gave me a tour of the entire place. Got exposed to art pieces heavy with Japanese cultural influence, while having my amazing piercing artist share pictures of her two (cutest) naked cat babies 😭*myheart purrs*Talked about love and desire, accountability. You can only be accountable for your actions and inactions. Insightful. I loved how professionally my piecing was done. I love how it looks in the light. Mostly, I love the people and the energy of the place: contagious! 🖤

I got myself a tattoo while on vacation in Dallas. The shop accepts walk-ins and I only had a 10 minute wait before an artist came forward. Jared did AMAZING work and is super talented. It’s a clean, comfortable shop with friendly staff. I will definitely look forward to coming back if I’m in the Dallas area again.

I actually came to this shop nearly 20 years ago for my very first tattoo at 18 and was just back Saturday night for my 4th. Jared was awesome and took the inspiration pics I had and blended them together perfectly. He was very professional and meticulous with his work, but also easy to talk to and made for a fun experience. I already have more ideas and will definitely be back!

My nipples closed up a bit and had to have them stretched again to fit my 10 gauge. The gentleman Kaleb Mayo was super cool, I couldnt asked for a better person to complete this for me. Make sure to ask for total pricing up front, cause theyre coy about it.Got my lobes pierced here and overall the experience was super smooth and the piercer was amazing, but just know its going to cost $300+ all in. I was never given an exact estimate on the full price, so I felt ABSOLUTELY FLEECED when I went to pay/tip.I called while shopping around I was told each ear is $40 plus jewelry. I asked again when I came in the shop and got the same response. So I expected to pay ~$200 for the work and the studs. But its really $80 for each ear (50 for the piercer, 30 for the shop). That leaves $140 for the pair of basic level studs I got. (Maybe thats how much everything should cost, but I still felt deceived.)Edit - Seeing the owners response is sad but expected given other similar reviews about pricing for piercings. I describe my experience and they say Im wrong. The 2 ⭐ is valid, not insulting.

Kristel is an amazing artist. She did a cover up piece for me. She was honest about what she could and couldn’t do for my piece. I really appreciated that. I knew the price before I booked the appointment. I didn’t like my original tattoo that was done by a different artist. She transformed that into a piece I’m proud to have. She helped me get my confidence back. That is something you can not measure with a star rating. I can’t thank her enough!!

Back in December, I got my first tattoo done by Matt. He made sure that I was comfortable and made sure to inform me of anything I needed to know. My tattoo ended up healing perfect ( I think ) lol. All in all, Matt was awesome! Then today, I went with my mom to get my ear lobes re-pierced with Lia and she was super sweet. I was very nervous because in the past, all three times, I pierced my ear lobes with a gun and not with a needle. However, Lia assured me I was okay and it went well. Plus, the earrings were super cute! I would definitely come back for another tattoo or piercing in the future :)

I’ve seen many people do piercings, but Kaleb was the easily the best! Clean, professional, kind, and gentle! Truly an excellent experience! My friend also got a tattoo from Justin and he was extremely satisfied! This will be the only shop I go to from now on!

Sarah is awesome. I was so nervous about my nose piercing in July/August. I went back to have it adjusted and she is just a delight and pleasant to work with. We all have a calling. This is her calling.

Hands down best piercing experience I’ve ever had. Sarah was so patient with my indecisiveness. She advised what placements would balance out my already existing piercings and helped me visualize various different pieces multiples times until I was absolutely sure about what I wanted to get. She’s super chill, funny and relatable. Overall a cool human being. Jewelry selection was also of very nice quality and super cute. The vibe of the establishment and other staff were also great. 10/10 would recommend.

Popped by Cat Tattoo today because I needed a new earring for my flat and something to upgrade my daith from the original piercing jewelry, while moving my current flat piece into my conch. I found a great end (I can’t remember what brand, unfortunately) and a beautiful Buddha Organics clicker for my daith. Sarah helped me get them changed and was super gentle and quick. My conch is irritated because the post on my previous piece snapped when I was putting it back after cleaning, causing me to yank my piercing, and Sarah changed the jewelry out in a way that caused virtually no pain. Sarah was kind, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.The shop itself is clean, beautiful, and we’ll organized. Their jewelry display is gorgeous. They carry high end jewelry brands at reasonable prices and I’m absolutely stoked with my new set up.Thanks, y’all!!

Ive had seven tattoos done at other studios since I was 18. I never 100% knew what i wanted, but the artists were always willing to work with me to find the right design. This time, I actually did know and even provided an inspiration photo. The artist made me feel like he was uninterested and that I didnt belong there. I will find another studio for my next tattoo.

We went to cat tattoo as it was recommended to us by family who’ve gotten tattoos from Cat’s for a tattoo for my brother. We sent a picture and was told Drew Giles would be the best artist for that work. After sending Drew the picture and several conversations- we went there for the 4 hr appt only to see that the version Drew had was nothing like what we sent. It was clip art. Something that was drawn out within minutes. I would recommend going somewhere else where the artist really puts thought into the art he creates that is personal and meaningful to the person wearing that art for life.Just now seeing his response below. Its laughable. Like the clip art he drew (DREW, YOU DID DRAW CLIPART - A CARTOON STOP LYING). WHO the hell would want to sit down for a 2nd consultation (mind you on vacation here for a few weeks only) when the first was so terrible - to the point the other artist in the shop tried to let you know that what you drew was no where NEAR the photo sent. YOU insulted US for wasting our time then wanting us to waste yet more time for a 2nd sitting. Our time is JUST AS VALUABLE. Dont draw something so laughable then insult us by call it terms and conditions when asking for the deposit back! FYI since this was 10 months ago - the tattoo was done by a real artist in North TX - 972sketch and looks exactly like the photo that was sent to Drew to honor my brothers wife that past away. Disgusting response below. Especially since members of our family have gotten tattoos here - hence why we reached out in the first place.

Cat Tattoo is an awesome place to get tatted. They take care of you from the time you walk through the door to the time you leave. Matt Folse did this piece of mine and I absolutely love it! Its very detailed and he worked pretty quickly on it. I was in and out within 1.5 hours. They are also very reasonable in pricing. Thanks Matt for hooking it up! Looking forward to my next piece!

Took someone here to get a nostril piercing. Their shop is nice, but definitely doesnt look like a tattoo/piercing place. It looks like a jewelry store when you walk in. Literally every shop Ive ever been is upfront with their service pricing except this place. No one said a word about how much everything would be until the very end at check out. No explanation of charges, nothing. I guess you could blame us for not asking. However; We didnt think to since pricing is (usually) pretty standard across the board. Most places offer piercings for $50-100. This place charged my friend $137 for a nostril piercing. If youre going to charge that much for something, your clients should be aware upfront. Not doing so is shady in my opinion. The 3 stars is because the piercer, Sarah, did a nice job. Other than that, you can get the same service at a lower price elsewhere. If you want that upscale experience, maybe go here.

This place gives false advertisement. They told me all the BVLA belly rings are 18k gold I went to the jeweler and got it tested. It is NOT. It is 14k gold. It was way over priced and I’m not the type of person that minds paying for quality but I hate liars and false advertisement. Horrible.

Took my daughter here to get her ear pierced. The place smelled clean and looked well organized. Sarah did her piercing. She was great the whole time, from helping us pick out a stud to explaining everything as she was doing it. She made sure my daughter was comfortable. Id definitely see Sarah again for a piercing. The only thing that I wouldnt do again is pay $25 for the aftercare kit the guy at the register said we needed. You can make your own salt water for soaking and use antibacterial soap instead of the thick stuff in the kit that doesnt like to completely wash off. Overall a good experience. They dont take appointments for piercings - first come, first served.

Clean & professional, gorgeous jewelry, piercer (Sarah) definitely put me at ease for my first piercing! I got my helix pierced in April 2021. My only complaint is that I wish they made a follow-up appointment to switch to a smaller post or added that to the healing care info sheet. They could have updated it in the meantime, not sure. Make sure you downsize or you’ll end up with scarring like me. Minor mistake, minor scar, still disappointing. Everything else was perfect but I have to dock a star for lack of follow up. Will probably still come back here if I ever get pierced in Texas again👍

I came here after getting a horribly botched pair of piercings at a different place. The piercer, Sarah, knew immediately that something was up just by looking at it before I even explained the situation, and was incredibly sympathetic to my plight. She removed the bad piercings, told me what the other piercer had done wrong, and told me how to take care of the wounds left behind. It was clear that she knew what she was doing, and had plenty of experience. She offered to do it properly for me after it heals up, and even though it went so poorly the first time, she gave me enough confidence that I will consider having it done again.

Justin gave my family and I amazing tattoos, was super super sweet, calmed my mom down and gave my father advice for removing one of his old tattoos. Definitely go get your next tattoo at Cat Tattoo!

Came in with a group of friends for tattoos and piercings. First, this place was super clean and well take care of of. They were quick to get all of us in and get exactly what we wanted. It’s easy to rush a big group like this but they took their time and made us feel like the only people in the shop. Drew was the one who did my tattoo and he was great! And then Kaleb did our piercings and he was very thorough with all of the after care instructions. We will definitely be back!!

Dude didn’t know what he was doing when he had my hand tattooed. Shading turned out so bad with missing lines and uneven circles. I don’t recommend for my second go around. Keep in mind I have over 13 professionally done tattoos and this one sucked.

This place was amazing, I walked in and talked with Justin with an idea of what I wanted. Flipping through some books found what I wanted and then he changed it up a little bit. Super friendly awesome staff.

I was turned away after asking for a piercing in an area that I had already pierced in the past (over 8 years ago) but had to remove due to pregnancy. I was told, Im going to stop you right there. You dont understand, I am not comfortable with that. I am not going to touch you. Save you time and go a half mile down the street and get your piercings done by more competent and comfortable staff. Maybe their piercing staff would benefit from some additional training on how to pierce previously pierced areas. Also, they might want to take a look at their pricing for jewelry. The most simple surgical steel hoop was $150. I was disappointed that I drove all that way and left with nothing.

Sarah did a fantastic job! They have several jewelry options, they aren’t the cheapest but they are beautiful and good quality. I previously had my nipples pierced several years ago and she made me feel comfortable piercing over scar tissue. I highly recommend Sarah!

Best service ever! Very helpful in making decisions and a great shop vibe overall. I went in for a nostril piercing and ended up getting a conch piercing and tattoo! Sarah was awesome and very informative during the piercing session (also got some great music suggestions) and what they didn’t have, she gave me the perfect suggestion for another place that did. Car delivered the tattoo I’ve been trying to get for a year now in about 2 hours. She is a great artist, friendly and overall an awesome person. I am working with Justin on a continuation of my back piece. The original design is from 15 years ago and a different artist. So, Justin had to incorporate what was already on my back into a proper full back piece without making it cluttered, confused, contrary, or crummy.To say that he did a phenomenal job reworking the current piece into a larger and more coherent piece is an understatement. Justin was able to incorporate the two separate pieces I had (one was from a poor decision in college) to a truly cohesive back piece that is lovely.I also asked him to incorporate my dogs into the piece (all six of them) without their names, faces, or any dog art. I wanted six little “things” to have them with me but not contradictory to the artwork.Justin was able to suggest some ideas, and then he took my ideas (which were several images found on the internet because I cannot draw at all), tweak them so they were original, and incorporate them into the piece. Now, my “kids” are with me but not a glaring or unsightly piece of art that doesn’t fit.His suggestions were awesome! And, Justin was able to show me the layers of incorporation with his digital drawings so I understood the process and what worked in each section. The technology used to render the illustrations is really cool (and new to me, so I was impressed).Justin works out of Cat Tattoo, and I was familiar with the studio. It is very clean, very safe, and comfortable (both in the waiting area and the actual tattoo chair). The room is open, so each artist can see what the other is creating. It is well lit, and the music is not so loud that you cannot focus on what is happening. But, it is entertaining. The side conversations and the other customers choosing their own tattoos are fun to watch. Everyone there was very professional and kind.I have not had a tattoo in 15 years, so I was anxious about the process that I had forgotten. Justin was clear about the steps, ensured I approved the placement of every item to be added, and told me what was happening before he did it.Because of the placement and scale of the work to be done, Justin had quite a bit of line work to accomplish before he started any shading. There were no surprises and no confusion.The lines are always the most painful, and I was quickly reminded why that is so. However, Justin worked quickly (but not sloppily) to get this part done. He was able to work with a little bit of squirming on my part. I should have been more still, but a couple places made me wince. That is not the fault of the artist. I knowingly asked for him to use a needle on my back so I am not a fool. Also, Justin does not “dig” with the needle the way that some other artists do. He worked hard to make the process as painless as he could while still getting the line work precise and pristine.I was able to sit for the lines and the black shading, and then decided to break the session into two. If I was tougher, Justin could have finished in one sitting. Alas, I was at my limit. Justin does offer some very attractive pricing for half days or full days if you can sit for that long.I am scheduled to return once this round is healed for a couple hours. Justin will be able to shade the rest and complete a project that has been almost two decades in the making.He was clear about aftercare, which is so much easier now than it used to be. Justin also was clear that he was available if I had questions about anything while healing.Overall, I am glad I did my research about Cat Tattoo and stopped in for a consult. Justin is the person you want to commission for pieces large and small (although he is known for his larger pieces). I look forward to healing and returning to finish the work.

The service here was incredibly rude. I went here on my birthday to shop for new piercings. as I was looking through what was available, I mentioned to the piercer (a woman with facial piercings and short black hair) that my budget was 150$. And she closed the pricing binder and locked the jewelry cabinet. I understand not being able to offer affordable pricing, but there are so many ways to politely say you dont have something in that price range instead of slamming a binder shut, locking the drawers, and saying nothing.

I’ve got three tattoos here, all by Car and really she has been awesome. I love both of my pieces, the first she managed to accommodate me super short notice with awesome work done in a time crunch, and the most recent was a shoulder piece that, with more time to play with, came out beautifully. She came up with an amazing design based off some art I sent in. It’s been a week and it’s healing great too. She’s great, I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town :)

I went in as a walk-in for a piercing (Medusa) and I was helped immediately. They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable as I waited. From all my piercings and shops I’ve been too, this has been the best experience I’ve had by far. I would totally go back. My piercer (Sarah) took her to time to make sure it was centered and perfect! I loved it. Definitely would recommend. I had little to no swelling and no bleeding.

Came in to work with Chui on a new tattoo. Jumping off my suggestions he built something we were both content with. No issues with healing or leaking, and Chui was very professional, came in under estimate, and had no issues with last minute adjustments to his artwork.My only gripe is that the chairs would make a Spanish Inquisitor raise his eyebrows in concern. After 3.5 hours sitting, I think sitting on the floor might have been more comfortable.

Drew is awesome. I came in for a reimagining of The Slaughtered Lamb logo from An American Werewolf in London and he did this super sick wolf. It healed so well. Absolutely recommend Drew’s work to everyone

This is a good shop with talented artists. however, I went a second time to the same artist who agreed to the work I wanted. I spent 4k on a tattoo that copied another’s artwork. I only know this because the artist who fixed my tattoo saw the image on Pinterest. I would’ve rather been turned down the first time than have an artist not put their all into it and waste my money to where I had to go somewhere else for someone to rework.

Jose was very helpful and guided us through the whole process. Sarah was awesome and helped us choose the right jewelry for our choices. Both very professional and service was awesome. Worth the price and we’re definitely coming back.

Sarah pierced my Medusa, changed out my septum and my conch and did an amazing job with everything! She answered our (my friend got pierced as well) millions of questions, made sure we constantly felt comfortable and kept us entertained. I’m so happy with all my piercings and jewelry! They pierce with Titanium and have all high quality jewelry. Is 100% recommend this place to everyone! We talked with the other piercer and had a 3rd person ring us up and everyone was nice and supportive.

This place has by far given me the best piercing experience I’ve ever had! I went in for a nose piercing (which I’ve had done previously at a different shop) and explained my situation and how I was extremely unhappy with the placement and service and ultimately just took the piercing out. Brittany explained to me the anatomy of my nose, the difference between each side, and how she would try her absolute best to deliver the best possible piercing she could… and that’s exactly what she did :) Brittany went above and beyond for me, and the piercing is so even with my other one! This shop is by far the cleanest shop I’ve ever been in and has the most badass selection of jewelry. Minor emergency when my teens septum piercing fell out after being in for only a month. We called Cat Tattoo and the team there was very helpful and welcoming during a stressful moment. Sarah was so kind and just the right amount of chill my teen (and I) needed in the moment. She easily put a 12 gauge septum piercing right back in and only charged a small fee. Well definitely be back as they had lots of nice jewelry options and, more importantly, great skill and attitude.

I came in because my nose ring fell out and I was looking for a replacement ASAP so the hole wouldn’t close. Right when you walk in you can tell this place is amazing and the people that work there know exactly what they’re doing. The jewelry is a bit pricey but Kaleb showed me the options, was very patient with all of my questions, and got the jewelry back into my piercing real quick. Brittany was the person who pierced my nose. Initially I had gotten it pierced somewhere that was recommended to me but unfortunately my piercing got infected. I researched and found this place and read the reviews and it didn’t disappoint. I called to get information and the person in the front desk was very professional and not to mention efficient. She answered all my questions and I then got introduced to Brittany. She saw that my stud became embedded in my skin and she walked me through everything she was doing to fix it and what I needed to do for the after care. She was so fast and efficient. Thank you! I went in last week as a walk-in. They got me in very quickly and let me pick out my earrings which took sooo long because they have such beautiful great quality jewelry. Sarah did such an amazing job!! They do Not numb you which they state that on there website. I was hoping that was a joke, its not. Sarah went so out of her way to make me feel comfortable and made me laugh and like she said it was Almost Painless. It took longer for me to pick out my earrings than it did to get the piercing. I absolutely love this shop!! I have gotten both of my nostrils pierced here and just recently went to get my septum done. Brittany was the one who did my septum, and she was extremely friendly, informative, and professional through the whole experience, making sure I knew exactly what was happening and when and also checking in through the process to make sure I was still comfortable. I have never had a bad experience here! While I have only been pierced here, Ive had multiple family members get tattoos and all have also had great experiences with friendly and professional artists that not only do great work but constantly make sure they are on the same page with you so there are no miscommunications. Me and a friend went to get some simple tattoos. They came out great! Other than the product, here are some other aspect that I feel worth noting:1. Timely/accommodating: as they weren’t busy at the time, I was grateful that they happily took on me and my friend 15 mins after we called in.2. Great group of people: The woman who greeted us was friendly and welcoming. The artist was professional and kind.3. Helpful artist: Along with the usual explanation of tattoo maintenance, something that I greatly appreciated about our artist, Drew, was that he gave a warning on the initial tattoo idea of my friend. For the placement and design she wanting, he explained how the tattoo would have to come out differently than what she was wanting. He also cautioned with personal experience from continuing with the idea, even with the changes, which I valued a lot! It pains me to see there is a bad review for this kind of helpfulness. Tattoo artists know what they’re doing!4. Nice and clean setting: Not much more to say here. It looked and smelt clean. It felt open. The walls weren’t bare, nor were they distractingly busy, which I personally prefer.Overall, great experience!!

Moved to Texas a couple months ago & Went to Cat tattoo on a whim Wednesday night looking to get my other nostril pierced. Walked in to the most beautiful & clean shop I had ever seen before. Sarah was at the front, she was super Polite and directed me towards Brittany, the piercer. Brittany took her time helping me pick out my jewelry, and gave me advice on where she thought it would be best to place my new stud to match the other. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision, the actual needle part was extremely quick. We spent about ten minutes talking about after care, and the best way for me to take care of my new stud. Sarah checked me in & checked me out, she was very personable. 10/10 I would recommend anyone go to see Brittany for their piercing needs she is absolutely wonderful.

She took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable! The piercing itself was totally painless and looks fabulous. The place was also extremely clean. I would seriously reconsider using this place. I have blown out outlines. Also, artist had poured a dark blue, I asked for a light blue, he told me in years it would fade and be lighter. I am just upset I ever went here.

I went in to get two new helix piercings and was super impressed. The place is clean and you can tell the people care about their work. Lia did an awesome job as a piercer. She gave great input about placement and jewelry. I also liked how open she was during the whole process-- after she had already spent a good amount of time sterilizing my two new pieces of jewelry, she helped me decide to replace a piece that I already had with a higher quality piece of jewelry... Even though it ended up taking more of her time and I felt bad about that, she was nothing but supportive about the whole process. You can tell she really wants to make sure your piercing looks GOOD. Im sure she was very busy, but she did not rush us at all when it came to making choices about our piercings. Her aftercare help was also spot on. I will say that compared to my initial helix (which was a smaller gauge, too) these new piercings are healing with significantly less pain and inflammation. I have no doubt its a combo of technique, sterilization, and recommended aftercare.

Brittany is the best piercer I’ve ever come across. I got a dermal anchor on my chest today and she made me feel very comfortable. It was almost painless. She was extremely knowledgeable. Very clean shop and amazing jewelry selection. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been going to Cat Tattoo for years (both for piercings and tattoos) and it has always been a wonderful experience! I had a nostril piercing done by Lia this time as well as a rook jewelry replacement, and she was amazing. She clearly explained different jewelry options and helped pick pieces that matched my tragus jewelry beautifully! She explained everything very thoroughly and took her time with me despite the line of people waiting to be pierced. The shop is always clean and welcoming and the staff is super friendly! Ill always be a customer here.

I got my first tattoo here and they made it such a nice experience!! Had a wonderful talk with Crystal as she did my tattoo, and she was very willing to fix any little detail I wanted. Loved how flexible and nice everyone was! The price for my wrist tattoo was $250 even and it was worth it! Highly recommend, great variety of artists. I will be back for sure!

I went on Friday to get my double helix piercings. Its a really clean and calming location. The jewelry is all at the front and is gorgeous. Brittany was really knowledgeable and walked me through everything. They even had a aftercare kit and encouraged me to come back until Im healed so Brittany can make sure everything is progressing the way it should. Ill definitely be goimg back there for any of my future tattoos or piercings.

I got my Helix and double tongue piercing here from Justin (This was done in two separate visits). He was very professional and answered all of my questions before and after the processes. He was very thorough in explaining the piercing and after care process so I knew what to expect every step of the way. He certainly loves his job.The shop is spotless. I was very comfortable here and am considering coming here for my tats as well.They only use top quality jewelry. This helps to ensure that the piercing heals properly. If you want a cheap crappy job, this is not the place for you.

Cat tattoo was where I wanted my first tattoo and my first smiley piercing on my birthday. I went there and there was no piercer there was no tattoo artist and they where just overall not as helpful.I went there a second time to get a retainer for my nose piercing cause I was having surgery and the lady who helped me Sarah was very nice and very detailed in everything she did.I love the scenery doesn’t even look like a tattoo/piercing parlor it’s very clean and very beautiful. Overall even though I didn’t get what I went there for the first time it’s still a good place just have to know the days to go and call ahead and find out further

Cat Tattoo is still my favorite removal spot. I am on session 4 and my husband only has one tattoo of several left. The process is a little painful but very quick and Brittany is so professional and patient. Brittany has always handled our removal process. She is highly skilled and friendly. She lets you know what she thinks the laser is capable of and the best possible outcome. I am know mine will take 8-12 sessions so I still have some time to go but I am excited to get my tramp stamp removed. I like that Brittany is honest with how long the process takes; she gives you realistic expectations. We have been nothing but happy with Cat Tattoos work, be it getting tats or removal. Id recommend Jon B. for tattoos or Terry M. They both do very clean work.This is the place you want to get your lasting mark or remove a stupid mistake. :) The office is ultra modern and clean. You will never feel like you are going to catch something.

I had a second earlobe piercing done by Brittany, and I love it! They have an excellent selection of jewelry to choose from, and the whole staff is very friendly and candid (they really helped me decide on what looked best). Will be definitely going back here again. Sorry for the late review, my husband and I went in there a week ago, late on a Sunday as a walk in and Zack Ross did both of our tattoos. He was organized, professional and so knowledgeable and very presentable. The whole place was very nice, clean and organized! We went at the last minute for a tattoo for a pet that passed away and he was able to do both that same day. His lines are so straight!! We love our tattoos and are already talking about what our next ones will be for him to do for us. Would definitely suggest anyone to go see Zack!!

Today I got my nose pierced by Lia !! Right off the bat from walking in I got a great greeting from the front desk woman , I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was absolutely sweet ! And then I got the chance to meet lia and she was so nice as well ! She made the whole experience less scary and did an AMAZING job! HIGHLY recommend going here , the place was absolutely stunning as well and very sanitized and clean !UPDATE : December 17 2019Just got done getting my nose piercing changed by Lia again and once again amazing service done by her! I came in as a walk-in for a nose peircing. Kaleb did a great job keeping me updated throughout my wait and informing me about the piercing/aftercare/future jewelry change recommendations. The actual peircing process was quick, the shop is clean, and the vibe is great. This was my second time as a client here and I still highly recommend Cat Tattoo!

This place is awesome. I never really leave reviews but this place deserves 5 stars. Staff is friendly and welcoming, place is very sanitary with comfortable seating and the vibes are just great. Sarah pierced my septum and navel, I was really nervous but she was really cool and made sure I was okay through the whole process. Pain was way less than I expected. If you want to get a piercing definitely go to Sarah :)

I had my nose pierced by Brittany a year ago; she did such a wonderful job then that when it was time for me to put in new jewelry, I knew I had to go back and ask her advice. She is always patient and takes the time to thoroughly explain anything you might need to know. I am planning to go back soon to get my septum done by her! Wonderful service here.

Drew at Cat Tattoo is it. My tattoo is perfect. Better than I even imagined. From the moment I walked in the staff was professional and everything was clean and comfortable. Drew was amazing, exactly the kind of person you want to tattoo you. He was patient with me and made sure I got the tattoo I wanted. He made me feel comfortable, was professional and kind, and did such an incredible job, the artwork and the placement are impeccable. The tattoo is on my ribs but it barely hurt at all and it felt like it was over in no time. I am already planning my next tattoo with him. Highly recommend if you are looking for both a very talented artist but also an enjoyable, easy experience.

Went in for a piercing; staff was courteous and professional; studio/building was clean and well kept; piercer did a Fantastic job!!The only thing I would have changed is that their Point Of Sale equipment did not work for credit cards that did not have a smart chip. Otherwise, an awesome experience.Would recommend, would visit again!!!

Its been about two years since I got my conch piercing at Cat Tattoo, and Im looking to get my daith piercing. Even though the experience at Cat Tattoo was one of the best, I will not be returning for one reason: very overpriced. I feel that a piercing + jewelry should at most total $80, but I paid $130 for the jewelry and the piercing. There was nothing negative about my experience (very clean, good customer service); however, it felt a bit like I was being ripped off. My conch piercing healed beautifully, and I do appreciate the wonderful service. In my personal opinion, I feel they need to rethink the pricing before I return for another visit.

I’m not sure if people of color is welcome here…. Came in at 645pm to get a piercing shop close at 8pm was told they couldn’t do it… I came back in to buy jewelry and a customer said you can help her while I look and she said no you was first… Another shop worker sat in front of me watching me while not on break and not help he said he wasn’t taking a break when he was asked!!!! Then some more white customers came in he asked them how can he help them while I’m still sitting her the be serviced for jewelry Only!!! Or maybe he’s not allowed to sale jewelry I’m not sure!!! I see very few people of color getting pierced here!!!!! But it do look very clean and nice jewelry selection!!!!

I wanted to find a professional and clean establishment to get my piercings. Cat Tattoo not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Brittany was amazing with her knowledge and precision. I plan on getting more piercings in the future and will travel the 6 hours from my home to Cat Tattoo again because it is worth it!

Went for my birthday to have my nose pierced and Brittany did a WONDERFUL job! She took time to explain everything and what options worked best for me along with being very clean and kind. The entire staff was beyond friendly and this is by far the best experience I’ve had with a piercer. Would definitely recommend! 😊

We were told on the phone it would be one cost and it was DOUBLE upon arriving and a 40 minute drive. I don’t appreciate that to get me here and the lack of consistency when asked pricing for services and jewelry. Basic jewelry is “free” with cost of piercing yet when you arrive.... not the case. An apprentice would be available, then an hour later oh they JUST finished and now much charge?-update to the review above. They took very decent care of my daughter who gets sick easily during piercings. And DID honor their pricing at the end I was originally told.Mom crisis averted Altho we did NOT get to do this together as I had hoped due to the pricing confusion. But they deserved the recognition for making it right and taking care of my daughter and keeping her safe.

Brittany saved my nose piercing that I got somewhere else the day before. I accidentally ripped it out in my sleep and she went above and beyond to fix it up for me. She also consulted me on my two nipple piercings that weren’t healing properly and she advised we remove them (as sad as I am), I trust her professional judgement and plan to come back to *her* to have them redone once they heal and are ready again. She made me feel very comfortable and was very clearly knowledgeable about her job.

Called ahead about getting a belly piercing, and if they had a piercer available. I was told yeah but it was first come, first serve. Drove there and the piercer said they were only “comfortable” piercing a certain type of belly button and because mine wasn’t that type, that they would have to turn me away. I literally have a typical innie belly button. Nothing out of the ordinary at all, I have stretch marks on my tummy from having my daughter but besides that literally nothing is odd about my belly button. Left feeling kinda self conscious but moreover just irritated because they could have informed me over the phone when I called that the piercer only pierced a specific type of belly button and I probably wouldn’t have even wasted my gas, especially with these gas prices.

You know you’ve experienced good service when you take your sisters to get piercings done there as well! They are super knowledgeable and the make sure you understand the post care process as well as selling what it is they recommend which is a big one for me. I will be getting my Septum done there really soon !

They have a great body jewelry selection, especially if youre looking for something unique, feminine, and good quality. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and its very neat and clean! I will definitely be going back if I ever want any more piercings.

Matt was patient and knowledgeable during our consult. He came up with a perfect design that completely matched the idea I had in my head. During tattooing, Matt was professional but funny. He totally put me at ease, and the work is beautiful. I highly recommend both Matt and this studio. I went here a few years ago to fix a poorly done cartilage piercing and was impressed then, too!

Went to Cat recently with my best friend and we were both very pleased with our piercing experiences! My friend went in for a nose piercing and I went in for a cartilage piercing. Both of us are uneasy in regards to needles, but Brittany did a fantastic job of making us feel comfortable. She was communicative and walked us through the process, knowing that we were nervous. The actual act of piercing was quick and Brittany was gentle and made sure we werent feeling lightheaded or nauseous afterwards. We felt well taken care of by someone who knew what they were doing! The establishment was clean and each staff member we came across was professional. Planning on coming back when I need tattoo retouches in the future. Would recommend!

I got my right tragus pierced by Sarah 4 weeks ago. She was friendly and knowledgeable. My earring cost $100, piercing $45, aftercare kit $25, plus tax and tip. The total price was about $200.The process was quick and the pain reminded me of getting a shot.I also liked their layout and the Asian art throughout the building.Parking is minimal so u might have to park further away.Overall, I had a great experience and my ear is healing nicely.
