I cannot recommend The Piercery enough. Debbie has done four of my piercings so far, and each time, Debbie has been so helpful and knowledgeable about the process of the piercing as well as the aftercare of the piercing. I don’t trust anyone else with my piercings, so I drive an hour away just to receive the amazing service The Piercery always provides. Please support The Piercery, a business who genuinely cares about their customers, by giving them a visit!

Debbie was wonderful! She helped me decide which jewelry to choose and guided me through how to take care of my new piercing. I loved her cheerful energy and would strongly recommend coming here! Also, the price for my lobe piercing was very fair, and it included the jewelry and a cleaning spray for aftercare.

Debbie is so awesome! She called Jay to see if he’d come in and do a tattoo for us with no appointment because another shop screwed up. Jay got there and he is just as awesome!!! They both made it a great experience! They gained loyal customers and we will be back.

Just come here! If you’ve been debating back & forth where to get your piercing/nervous or jittery just come here. Debbie made me feel so comfortable for my nose piercing, talked me through the entire thing. You can tell she knows her stuff! I’ll definitely be recommending all my family/friends here 10/10 SO happy!!

Walked in to get my double lobes. Debbie was phenomenal, and the other staff present were chill too. I received great guidance and perfectly placed piercings. This is my new spot for all my future body mods.Competitive prices too

I really love how the lady pieced my ears. They only sell stainless steel earrings and I have never tried that before because eversincme I was a child by ears would get infected by the metals. And I had tried EVERY SINGLE KIND GOLD, SILVER, DIFFERENT COLORED GOLD, DIFFERENT KARROT GOLD you name it. But my ears would always get infected. after trying stainless steel my life changed. Also very good cleanliness before the process. Besides the cigaret smell it can be intimidating because its a tattoo shop but the lady made me feel safe and she was so kind so overall it was a great experience and would go again to get another ear piercing.

I went in for a cover up with Jay he is absolutely the best after going to several shops no one was willing to do my coverup and full of excuses he is very knowledgeable at what he does,he spent some time with me figuring out design and ideas for my coverup Ive had several tattoos done by him you cant go wrong with him for your next tattooSo I highly recommend him for tattooing, him & his wife are the best

I originally wanted the “smiley piercing” but after a quick look, it was suggested I was not a good candidate. I appreciated the honesty and that speaks volumes of the shop and piercer. I cannot remember his name but he did explain the risk involved and I wasn’t bummed about it. I did get my upper ear cartilage area pierced and happy with the outcome. I definitely will be going back soon!

I had high hopes for this place because of the reviews but maybe it just wasn’t our day.Walk ins are welcomed as it stated on the front of the building. Which was understood by us, we paid a deposit of $60, sent the photos through airdrop so whoever was doing our tattoo knew exactly what we wanted (which was simple and small) & told us they were able to take us at 5:30.First we did the ear piercing.The ear piercer did an amazing job hence why I gave a 3 stars, he was great and gave clear instruction for during/after care. Very good with his piercings quick and easy.. piercings would go back to.After that we left to come back at 5:30, we arrived and waited.. and waited.. and a man asked if we were waiting and said he will be right with us and went outside. (At the time we didn’t know his name) but when we went into the booth it stated “Scotty”Now my problem is, when a time is given to me it should be respected. Granted it was a walk in, BUT we were also given a time. So, he asked what we were getting.. which he should have known IF the photos were sent to him which I sent to another guy at the time of the deposit. He stated he had it but it was no where in his photos… hm 🤔 so I airdropped it, fine. He fixed the flowers and started the stencil. Now, I shall say I don’t mind when other people are in the room handling our tattoo items but they should also be wearing gloves as well.. unsure of who the lady was with Scotty… conversations were long and we just wanted to get in and get out. She also cut our stencils without gloves.. granted she’s not touching us but I’m a stickler for cross contamination and cleanliness. When he finished he also tried shooting his gloves in the trash and missed. It’s a cute tattoo but his lines weren’t clean…(maybe it’s because there was so many distractions) but for …. $130 for a little flower.. I don’t think it was worth it. It was $200 for the both of us when paying on top of the initial $60 deposit.I do give places a try and I know every tattoo artist is different but this wasn’t it for me.

Deborah is very thorough and explained everything to me and my 16 year old daughter before the ear piercing procedure. The staff follows health regulations. I feel safe going to their place.

Jay & his Wife Debbie are Amazing People.. Jay, took care of an infected piercing ( not from them ) was very gentle & put a New earring in. I had been wanting my septum pierced for years. Wanting it - then talking myself out of it - over and over again. After finally making my decision I picked this professional studio out after reading the great reviews and the clean look of their online presence.My sister and I decided to go together for piercings. The piercer was so incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient. After much facial and nostril analyzing she recommended that I not get a septum due to the natural anatomy of my nose, and how it would heal- in this case with my particular nose- not well. I genuinely appreciated the honesty and absolutely trusted her opinion. So I switched to a different option and got my other nose pierced! The studio was very clean, bright atmosphere and with an extensive collection of jewelry.100% would recommend, it was such a lovely experience!

GO HERE! I couldn’t recommend the Piercery enough. Debbie was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, honest with her perspective about whether a certain piercing or location was a good fit for your personal anatomy, and she explained all parts of the process clearly. We went for sisters nose piercings and are so happy with the results. And the tools used and jewelry available are top notch and very reasonably priced.

Really nice shop and very helpful. Debbie takes time to answer any questions and provides good follow-up instructions. Plus you get a card with your size jewelry. Highly recommend.

Took my daughter for a double lobe piercing for her 10th birthday gift. I wish I would of caught the lady’s name who did her piercing because she was great! Very friendly, thorough and informative. Nice clean shop, and atmosphere. Her holes lined up beautifully and made my daughter very happy. Words from my daughters mouth “they are lined up perfect.” Very good prices to. I’ll definitely be back for more piercings for myself. Wonderful experience.

Absolute best customer service I’ve experienced! The piercer was kind, upfront, very knowledgeable, and explained everything in an easy to understand way. Her main focus was making sure I was comfortable and that anyone that goes to her for a piercing has a good healing process. (Just got my piercing right before posting this review.) I rarely write reviews but I had to for this place. I wish more businesses were like this!

Went in for a daith piercing. Everything was clean and without clutter. The piercing was nearly painless and quick. Took time to explain aftercare. Overall, excellent experience.

This place is definitely a hidden gem in Addison! My friend and I went in to get a tattoo my second one and her first one. I will say I was pretty nervous to go into a new tattoo place with people i didn’t know, but right when you walk in the vibes are extremely welcoming. They helped us with everything we needed. Jay was very precise with everything they were doing! They also helped me find the perfect placement for my tattoo. I will definitely come again for my future tattoos from here on out!

I got two piercings from Jay, and it was a great experience. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and the piercings themselves were quick and easy. They had exactly the type of jewelry I had hoped to get. Jay was conscious of safety and sanitation, and I felt comfortable throughout the experience. He also patiently answered my questions and explained the process. The price was very reasonable and included the jewelry and saline solution. Highly recommended, and I will definitely go back for my next piercing!

Came here about a month ago after I snagged my rook taking off a motorcycle helmet and lost the ball to my captive bead hoop. Debbie was really nice and took care of the jewelry change. I got some other jewelry changed too. Pretty decent jewelry selection. I didn’t even feel her change the jewelry, she was super gentle. I will definitely be coming back!

Went and got my septum pierced and they were super professional! Barely even felt the piercing! The girl that did it was calm and explained everything to me before she did it! Highly recommend! Super clean place and great vibe! Will go again for next piercing for sure

Not going to lie, I heard amazing things about this place from others especially since it has 4.8 🌟 on Google. I was concerned about surface piercings and the way they like to reject. I made it known I was worried about it. I followed all the aftercare and was assured it wouldnt happen to me. Well, it did. I didnt realize the jewelry was low quality and not implant grade as piercings should be. Sadly, my rejecting piercing was looked at for the last time before I removed it because I thought I just needed a smaller barbell. The skin was thin and red and tearing out. It was looked at closely and I was told nothing about what could be happening. I posted photos to Reddit and other piercing forums 2 hours later, where they told me to immediately take it out and to find a better piercer with quality jewelry to make sure it wouldnt happen again. I found my new piercer and the same piercing has been fine ever since. Im just sad because they were very nice and welcoming. Thats why I didnt do a lower score. Better jewelry and Id be back one day maybe.

The Piercery is a very basic shop. There are no fancy bells and whistles and no fancy jewelry; however, it’s one of the better experiences I’ve had. My partner and I went in for basic piercings (lobes and conch) and we were met with incredible care. Even though I have several piercings, I was still walked step by step through everything she was doing and going to do and after care was broken down as well.One of the biggest perks? Our piercer wrote down exactly the jewelry we have and gauge/diameter currently and what we need to look for after healing.I would go back.

The lady that did my piercings was very well spoken and she explained everything about the piercingss! she was super nice and very good with doing the actual piercings. I will definitely be going back. Pricing is worth it too!

I got my tongue pierced here, I highly reccomend this shop! My piercer was extremely welcoming and friendly, he made me feel comfortable and informed me on everything he was about to do. I didnt feel nervous at all with him and his assistant! They were both wonderful and I will definitely come back here again for future piercings.

Debbie was amazing. she took me as soon as she could which was fast. my dermal had fallen out after having it for only one month. i had called other places and here had the best deal. the drive was farther for me, but i’m glad i made it.

I went in with the intention to purchase multiple earrings for my cartilage and tragus, and I ended up getting my upper helix pierced as well. Jay was gentle when doing the piecing, and he was very patient as he put jewelry in my five other piercings. Debbie was also super helpful. The place was very clean, and I’m excited to see the new jewelry they plan to purchase.

I took my 7 year old for their first ear piercing. The process was really smooth, and the price is very fair. Do not hesitate to make an appointment here.

Amazing body art shop. They are clean and very professional. They will tell you up front how much the project would cost. They are very attentive to their customers. I would recommend calling in and placing an appointment with them which I prefer, especially for the pieces that I have in line to be inked. Jay takes his time to make sure the quality of each piece is in the highest peak. I would definitely be back for more ink projects soon.

Everything went great! First and most important: the Piercery is very clean and very sanitary! They are super nice, knowledgeable, and will answer all your questions.

My bird took out the daith piercing I had in my left ear and ended up loosing the ball on it. This place happened to be on the way to where I was visiting, so I stopped in to get a replacement. They were able to match what I had and put it in for me. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Am very pleased with my experience. Would return here if I lived closer. Definitely would stop by again for a new piercing if in the area again.

What a find! Imagine a piercing studio open on a Sunday. In the suburbs. Everything was super clean, well explained, and professional. Pricing was great, as was the jewelry selection. Very happy with the results. I will most definitely be back.

EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get. Jewelry selection is beyond anemic. Had to guide the piercer to make piercings symmetrical. 150$ nose piercing fell out 24h after being pierced. Save money + get a better piercing at Atmosphere in Schaumburg.

I cannot say how impressed I was with Jay and Debbie at The Piercery. I walked in on a whim on a Saturday night and they were able to get me tattooed within 30 minutes of being there. I got a tattoo on my lower bicep and a finger tattoo touched up and Jay did wonderful work. Definitely coming back soon!

I just went to this place with my aunt and brother. i called multiple times before checking to see what i needed(id, birth certificate, anything) all they said i would need is an id. i brought my school id and that wasn’t enough for them even though i confirmed with them that that’s all i needed. and a needed a parent which is understandable but it was for my birthday. i live in wisconsin where i can’t get my nose pierced there because of law so we came all the way here to get my nose pierced. the id and parent who could have came wasn’t enough for them so we had to go home.

Awesome and experienced people! Got my nostrils done at an 8g here and not a lot of peircers are comfortable doing that. Turned out amazing! 10/10 would recommend! I will be back.
