Very Scary Experience...Ive had my dimples pierced twice before. This is not my first rodeo. Aaron was my piercer. The visit was professional, I expressed my concern for the jewelry being long enough as this was a problem before with a different piercer. He assured me he had never used anything longer than what was prepped. Fine. Piercing felt great. Bought some mouthwash and left. About an hour afterwards I started to feel severe discomfort in the left cheek. It felt like it was rubbing against something in my cheek and when I would smile, that side of my cheek would twitch! I also started having very ABNORMAL swelling in that one cheek. It was swelling into my neck and eye area.The other cheek is healing just fine.This was done on a Saturday. They are closed Sunday and Monday. So I called Tuesday and expressed my severe concern for my FACE! I know piercing a nerve can happen... so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt to make this wrong , right. I told them everything, including the twitching of face.... I was completely disregarded and was told that if it WAS NOT eating the jewelry, there was NOTHING they could do. I was shocked, saddened by the lack of empathy and professionalism. I have since been to my Doctors office and he confirmed my nerve was damaged. He gave me antibiotics to help with healing. It has been removed. But I hope and pray I DO NOT end up with any kind of PERMANENT damage.

Gabby does it again. Why is she so good at her job? She makes piercings painless and I don’t understand how. Had mine done years ago and swore I would never do it again because of how painful it was and my healing process sucked. I have had zero pain this time around. Highly recommend Black Diamond Collective as a shop.. very professional place with awesome prices. And definitely would not recommend anybody else other than Gabby for all of your piercings. Gabrielle was the absolute best piercer and the blonde woman behind the counter I can’t remember her name but she was so kind and held my hand while I got pierced🥹 ALSO the vibes of the place are so cool and the workers are super sweet! I would recommend this place to everyone :)

We came to Black Diamond because Jacob had done some tattoos in the past for us and we loved his work. We drew up some things and brought them to Jacob and once again he took our drawing and edited them to make sense artistically and they turned out perfect. My wife and I wanted each others handwriting in the tattoos and he nailed it. He also touched up a Tattoo he had done in the past for me just because it needed to be done. My wife also got a nose piercing by Aaron. This was her first experience using Aaron but loved his work. These guys create an awesome environment with their personalities and professionalism. These guys are the best.

Best shop Ive ever been to. They have a very welcoming environment and friendly staff. Ive been tattooed by Reece and only have praise, hes extremely talented and the care he puts into his work shows. Both me and people I know have been tattooed and pierced by artists at this shop and I couldnt recommend them more.

I got my nose piercing here 3 weeks ago and it has been great! The service was exceptional, the people were kind and very informative about the process and instructions to follow after youve received the piercing. The place is very clean and the process was quick and painless! I have definitely recommended this place to people and I will continue to do so. If I am to get another piercing I will definitely be back here!

Aaron was super professional, confident and knowledgeable. I had concerns due to a failed septum piercing that was too low but he reassured me that he would pierce it correctly. Once he pierced my nose, I immediately noticed a difference because it felt no pain, almost thought he didn’t pierce me haha. Definitely recommend this place!!

First let me say the place is extremely clean! Aaron is very knowledgeable and walks you through everything. He is polite, gentle, and everything is new, sterilized and opened in front of you. He also explains all after care. Im very pleased with my piercing and will definitely get all future ones done here!!

Hands down best shop in Alexandria. All of the tattoo artists are simply amazing at what they do, and are very consistent. You will always get good work out of every one of them. The piercer/owner is just incredibly talented at what he does, definitely the best piercer around. Everyone is just really friendly, and there is an over all just chill vibes and ready to get the job done for ya!!

I didn’t realize that they were by appointment only, misunderstanding on my part. But Aaron took me anyways with no problem. Very friendly staff, the place was very clean. Went in for my Rook piercings the minute I walked in the energy was amazing , the lady at the front desk was so nice… Gabriel did both of my rook piercings she was quick & made sure I knew everything from cleaning to changing my piercings etc. Definitely will be going back for the rest of my ear piercings ❤️

I’ve had multiple ear piercings done here and most recently i got an eyebrow piercing. i am so happy with the placement because that was important to me. i was afraid the jewelry was too short but it’s been days and it doesn’t feel tight and there’s no pressure there. I believe it was a woman named Danielle who pierced me

Been getting pierced by Aaron since his days as an apprentice and loved EVERY one. Super professional and informative. Ive messaged him many times after getting a piercing with questions or advice and always gotten a quick and helpful response. No one else Id rather go to.

So today I got a tattoo by Cat in a pretty personal spot (rib, breast bone, sternum) and she made the whole experience awesome she was super professional, polite, She made me comfortable, she worked with me on the size design and color to fit my body personally. The best part is I absolutely love it! Wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else. Highly recommending Black Diamond Collective and personally Cat.

Ive had several pieces done here by a couple different artists. Everyone in the shop is polite and professional. Sanitary stations and an overall clean ambiance make Black Diamond one of my favorite tattoo parlors.

Aaron (The Piercer) is awesome. Really informative when it came to the after care of my piercings and helped my piercing experience go quick and as smoothly as possible. The environment is amazing and the pricing on the jewelry and piercing is great and reasonable.

Friendly and understanding, only shop on the block that would let a 4 year old non-customer use the restroom and save him from an accident. That type of kindness goes a long way.Also they have great artists and talent to spare. This place is a GEM!

My nose piercing popped out and had to be replaced. Aaron hooked me up! I had gone to another shop first, but they did not know about the type of jewelry I was looking for (nose Lebret). I did not get pierced, but I did message the shop regarding a piece of jewelry. They messaged back and helped me get exactly what I needed in a timely manner. Would definitely get pierced here if I were a local to CenLa, and will definitely stop in again next time Im in town.

Aaron is without a doubt the most knowledgeable, passionate piercer in Central Louisiana, and beyond. He takes his trade very seriously and loves what he does. I’m not even into piercings but I’ve had both Tragus done and my ears gauged by him. I will never use anyone else for piercing services. A+

The only tattoo/piercing shop my daughter goes. After a bad experience somewhere else in town, the difference in our experience there and at Black Diamond was night and day.

Very professional. Would use this studio again. Went for a daith piercing due to my migraines and I am very pleased with the results. I drove two hours based on recommendations. Was worth it.

Me my fiance and cousin came in on a wild hair to get matching tattoos of a crawfish outline holding a beer bottle Cat did our tattoos and I have a lot of work already done from all over the country and I will say this is one of the cleanest and friendliest shops I have ever been in

Went to get a new ball for nose ring and nother ball that he dropped and it went into my flip-flop that I found and offered it back he open the trash can I throw it away then when leaving he accused me of stealing the same one that I throw away so now we are not allowed back there i wonder how many others he has done this too.
