Left voice message request to schedule an appointment and had not heard back. About six hours later i accidentally dailed the number again and was able to schedule an appointment. On my appointment date I arrived 15 mins early and waited for 15 mins. While waiting i see Donna go outside on her phone. They called my name to go through the door to the waiting area and 5 mins later i was asked if I could come back because Donna was at lunch. My response was no because i saw her walk out. Very disappointed

Donna has always responded to my calls or messages when needing to get in last minute. I don’t know what I would do without her. She makes me feel beautiful each and every time I leave there.
