I had a great experience today . Miss Karen made me feel so comfortable and more importantly she made me feel comfortable with my own body. It was my first time getting waxed and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Karen is absolutely amazing. Super friendly and does a great job taking care of my needs!I recommend getting a facial and laser treatments!

Went in to get waxed... it was the first time in a long time. I was nervous. Well the staff there was AMAZING. made me feel comfortable. Did an excellent job. I highly recommend this place. Meagan was super professional and easy to talk to. I will be a regular customer.

I got a body wrap, facial, and massage. The body wrap was a joke. It was not done correctly. The facial was a routine I could have done better at home, but the girl was very friendly, easy to chat with , and attentive, perhaps just needs more experience?? The only amazing thing was the massage. The lady that did my massage did the best massage I have ever received, and she was very kind and caring. If I could give 5 stars just for her, I would! Overall, I would only return for a massage, but for the prices they are charging, they need to have more professionally trained and experienced staff.

Went to this spa for almost two years for full leg wax, provider was awesome. She left and owner waxed me on second appt after the first girl left. Left hair all over my legs. Called the salon and made appt to come back in and was called by owner. Owner said she could not see any hair. Was very rude in her tone. I said, if this a problem I can go somewhere else. Owner responded by saying “if that’s how you feel, “ and I hung up. No effort wasmade to keep my business, no concern at all”. This is a $90 service every eight weeks. Who can afford to lose business like this?

Purchased a gift certificate for $100. The owner refused to honor it. She said her ex-husband sold the gift certificate to me, and he was no longer part owner of the spa, so she wouldnt honor it. According to her, she would be losing money. Really? I paid $100, so you arent losing anything. So this is my problem? She suggested I go to his spa, and see if he would honor it. What a crock! I would not support her, and I will tell everybody shes a thief and stole $100.

I love how professional and relaxing this place is. Karen is amazing and really helped find the perfect treatment for my needs. They have a ton of products (all the very best) that you can purchase right on the spot to use at home. My friends recommended Timeless Med Spa, and everyone said great things. I will definitely keep coming here.

I love KAREN!! This was my first session with her and she made me feel so comfortable! I came in to get a full set of lashes and ended up finding my new facial spa place as well! I will definitely be back!

10/10 recommend using Andrea at Timeless MedSpa!!! She is AMAZINGGGGGG!! My first wax experience, and she made me feel so comfortable & not near as nervous as I hyped it out to be. She talks you through it & even has conversation with you so you dont really think about the pain. For the most part it was really painless & it was done very quickly! If youre thinking about getting a wax done, DO IT! Book through Andrea at Timeless MedSpa!!!!

I have had nothing but bad experiences here with karen. she is unorganized and does not communicate with her staff. she didn’t call me back after over a week of me asking. the lash lift i had done is terrible. my eyelashes are curled into my eyelids after i specifically asked not for that even showed pictures. my lash tech was sommer. sommer smelled like straight smoke and i couldn’t distinguish if it was weed or cigs but regardless it sucked. i would also like to add karen told me she was giving me the mandeli peel charged me for it and then gave me a completely different facial. the mandeli peel leaves an orange film on your face after application and i knew this because i have had this peel before. karen lied to me and did not give me this peel which was very noticeable because of the lack of the tint. i have given this spa multiple chances and it disappointments me every time. i am now out $55 and am left with raggedy eyelashes that i will have to pay to be fixed

My sister and I was late for our appointment, so they squeezed us in to do a full body wax that same day. I appreciate that, but when I got home that night, my armpits felt like they were burnt because they were stinging and red. our mom looked at them because we are blind and said yes they are burned. My sister’s armpit was also burned. They only waxed one arm on her. I would not recommend them because we trusted them and it was our fault we were late, but don’t think you can mess over someone just because they have a disability. I’m not sure how to post a photo with the review. We will not be going back.

My wife loves this place. I had the opportunity to meet the staff and they are supper professional. They have free drinks (Coffee: Capuchino and expresso; Tee, Water and Sodas). They do a fantastic cosmetic job ;-) My wife comes home looking more beautiful every time. They have a point system where you get discounts for their procedures which is great for our pockets.

Excellent service. I went in for the IV Hydration therapy and was treated excellent. I am hard to stick and she was very patient with me. I get realllly nervous and she talked me down off of the cliff!!Thanks so much. Great job!!!

This was my first experience with injections, period. So, I did not know what to expect in any area of the situation. The lady I originally spoke to told me a price I agreed with. I showed up for my appointment, he covered my lips with numbing cream, and Dr. Timmer stuck me in my lip countless amount of times. If you asked me for a ball park number I would say at least 20 times. It was the most painful experience I’ve been through. Then, he turned around and charged me $700 for 1 syringe of Kysse. I was originally told it would be cheaper than Juvederm, which is priced at 600. Overall, it was not a good experience and I spoke with another local cosmetics and pain management business and the doctor there told me they do not stick you more than 4 times and provide more than simply using numbing cream. She also questioned why I was charged so much. Moral of the story, my lips look good but not worth the drama.

I called to get a gift certificate for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. After giving my information, she tells me shes getting an error. I assume something was entered incorrectly. Rather than work it out, she tells me she has other customers waiting and will have to call me back.After hours of waiting, I try calling her back but was sent to voicemail. I leave a message to call me, but its ignored. Now its AFTER CHRISTMAS and they still wont answer or return my calls!! I have no gift!! THANKS FOR NOTHING, med spa!!!

Wonderful atmosphere, beautiful clean spa. Made me feel like I was in a resort spa! The Timeless MedSpa services for Facials, massages, and fillers are a cut above the rest!

Placed on hold for 18 minutes after inquiring if there were openings for a Brazilian wax. I dont know what kind of phone system they use but most phones ring back after a call has been on hold for a certain amount of time.

Was excellent at painlessly removing lashes put on else here and was extremely knowledgeable about what would be better for the health and appearance of my lashes! I look forward to coming back for a tint and lift!
