Tiffany fixed the piercing that the other staff person didn’t get correct. They were nice and took care of me, Grace wasn’t able to get much right. She didn’t even sign me up for the frequent buyer club correctly. Oh well. Still they were nice. Thanks Tiffany!!

I have got my ear piercing here, the women did twice in the same ear since she did it in wrong location and it got swelling and unbearable pain and I removed the studs. They charged me 90$ I thought it would be all good. The holes got filled due to I removed them early and I went back within 1 month to show it, she told I need to pay again to get it done. It’s her mistake she did it twice on the same place. Anyone I got same piercing at shahnaz for 35$ with no issues.

We came in August to get my 2 girls’ ears pierced. Came back today to redeem our “free earrings” but there was a glitch with the promotion. Raina not only gave me the customer service number to try and resolve the issue, but also grabbed some crayons and color sheets to occupy the girls while I was talking to them and she continued her work. She’s the sweetest and honestly, the reason we’ll return to that store.

My experience at this claires was terrible. the map said it was open until 9:30 but it was closed at 8, and i was planning on getting my ears pierced. and when i got there an employee was inside but would not talk to me. it was very rude and i would not recommend going to this claires. the one in stonebriar is better.

I visit this location quite frequently and it has always been a great experience. I take my daughters, their friends, nieces, etc.. Ive had two of my daughters ears pierced there and always recommend this location to my friends and coworkers.Today when I went in, there were two customers, a male and female, that were literally yelling at the two young Claires employees. They were demanding a refund of a pair of piercing earrings (Im glad they dont accept returns on piercing earrings!). They were way over the top rude and the man was definitely trying to scare these poor girls. I actually said something, which I think made the girls feel a little more comfortable, but the couple ignored me and continued demanding their money back.This review is not so much about the terribly people that were yelling at two girls who presumably had nothing to do with the original sale, but more so about how professional the two girls remained. I think I was angrier than they were! They kept their cool and stayed their ground, even when Mr. Macho started pushing harder. When the couple finally left (after making one last threat), the two girls went about their business, helping me, my daughter, and the rest of the customers.Kudos to the both of you!

Had the sweetest girl help us! She was so great and made my daughters piercing such a wonderful experience. Brenda did such an amazing job and we will definitely be stopping at this location in the future

I woke up with the decision to go get my ears pierced and came here to do it. Walked in and the ladies were very helpful and straight to the point with showing me options and the procedures themselves. After cracking a few jokes it became more comfortable and seemed like a more normal experience for me. Once the process was done they also made great effort to explain the cleaning process and estimated time frames. I will definitely recommend this location for their hospitality and care towards their customers.

Bought new ear rings for $65 and while buying sales person said rings can be exchanged and cannot be returned. Studs were not holding on to the ring so we tried for exchange and sales person rejected saying no exchanges and also said the ear rings are used. I never go to this Clairs again. Staff does not KNOW about the products and policies. Before committing anything to customers they should know policies. They are very rude.worst experience ever.

Got our babys ears pierced her at 3months. They were gentle with her and very knowledgeable. They also gave us great instructions on how to maintain and clean the piercings.

Claire’s is always a fun store to shop in. My son wanted to look at the body jewelry.Their current promotion was buy 3 get 3 free.He found 3 that he liked and then allowed dear old mom to get the 3 free.The store was clean, orderly and the employee was very helpful and friendly.

I love coming to this Claire’s to get what I’m in need of. Paige and Emily were two of the sweetest ladies I’ve met. They were extremely helpful and gave me some advice and hooked me up with some deals as I come in often. They are very professional, warm and informative.

Super crowded in a tiny store. They had to close early for to shortage of staff, I guess it was a Christmas/New Year rush. Other than that, they sell pretty accessories such as make-up, jewelries etc.

I would never go to this place again! I walked into this place to get my ears pierced. The piercer could not stop talking and giggling. I was told there was one person in front of me so I waited. She was talking so much that she took out the wrong earring for the person in front of me. Needless to say it took her over 40 mins for this one person. Finally, when she was done I asked her about prices. She tried to make me buy the earring that were $69,00-$100.00 dollars. I told that I was interested in paying that much. She went on to tell me if I didn’t get the earring she picked out I would be likely to have an infection. I pointed out the earring I wanted and she told me that she had to go check another customer. When she came back she told me there was two other girls in front of me. These two girls came in after me so I told her to tear my paperwork up, and I left after being there for 1 hr and 30 mins. Very bad business!

I called up there to ask about my sons ear getting pierced the manager was so sweet and took her time explaining everything and then talking to her about if we would get one or both ears done I mean seriously took her time and was so nice!! Definitely will be going here this evening for his piercing and probably many more time too!!

I drove for 30 minutes and they were closed! They close at 8pm during the week and not 9pm!

I take my 11 yr old here to shop for hair accessories mainly. The prices are low but so is the quality on almost everything in the store. I would recommend this place for hair ties and combs but not much else.

The staff was helpful and fun. Great selection of goodies for my spoiled granddaughter.

The older employee didnt put her mask on the entire time I was in the store. And the mask she had hanging from her ear the entire time was mesh. Mesh with rhinestones. I am never walking in that store again. Oh my God.

DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE.I got my thirds done here and theyre uneven. Whoever was doing them was obv not skilled at all because she didnt do them correctly.
