My artist actually referred me to another laser removal place in Dallas who was known for tattoo removal, not necessary permanent make up removal. I decided to do my own research and found Shipers. I’m so glad I did! Billy was amazing from the start. He was very knowledgeable in permanent eyebrow make up removal which put me at ease. He educated me on the procedure and healing process. He exceeded my expectations. I even referred home to my new artist to him! I go in for my third and hopefully final removal treatment tomorrow. Treatments have been fast and minimal pain. I am so happy I found Shipers, I googled laser tattoo removal near me and saw their reviews so I wanted to give it a try a year ago. I had microblading done on my eyebrows 3 years ago and I never went back to get them retouched. THANK GOD. Before going anywhere else...Read thisI was sitting in a consultation with Removery when they started having issues on the computer. They quoted me $2699 to remove a palm size tattoo. Saying that if I did per session it would be $386. While fixing their issues I was able to lookup Shipers, chat on Google, text them a picture of my tattoo, get a quote of $125, no packages straight pay per session, send my deposit of $25 to them and book to come in that afternoon for my first session!!!....ALL WHILE WAITING FOR REMOVERY TO FIX THEIR ISSUES. within 10 minutes. Blew my mind how quick and simple and straightforward Shipers is.When arriving Billy and Cindy were both so warm and inviting. Cheerful and positive personalities. Billy explained the process and breakdown process of tattoo removal showing me a diagram. Also showed me the aftercare ointment they recommend (not to sell). Aquaphor and Bio Oil. Super cheap at the store.The process was simple. Ive had this done before so was prepared for the rubber band snap feeling of the machine. Took a picture of the tattoo.Billy was professional and careful. He did ask me if I needed to stop and was able to read my body language and did stop for a sec to check on me. When finished he explained the next steps, aftercare, and said he would text me in a few days for a pic to see how its healing. I’ve been coming to Billy for a few months now. He’s done work on two of my tattoos and I couldn’t be more pleased. Since the first day I walked into his office I felt extremely welcomed & comfortable. He makes the not so great experience of having a laser blasted onto your skin a lot more bearable. I was sent to Billy by Jaret@BrowBox to get my poorly tattooed eyebrows removed so she could correct them. He and Cindy are so nice! They tried to make the procedure as quick and painless as possible. The aftercare instructions are easy and clear as well. After 5 sessions my brows are clean enough to begin the tattooing process.

I found Billy’s Shipers Laser Tattoo Removal through an extensive online research for a microblade removal in the North Dallas area and after reading all the raving 5 star reviews, decided give it a try myself. I’ve been unhappy with my amateur job eyebrow microblading for the past 2 years but still afraid to try laser removal after hearing so many mixed experiences from people about pain and the horrible side effects if something were to go wrong.Scheduling was easy and straightforward. I contacted the office and the friendly receptionist gave me several open slots for my desired week and assured me that each appointment won’t take more than 10mins except for the first one that includes a brief consultation. During the consultation, Billy explained everything in great detail, with visuals, about the procedure and the healing process.I was very concerned about the level of pain I’d be experiencing (lol) and he used a great metaphor (snapping a rubber band against my hand) to let me know that it’s a similar short stinging sensation that’s won’t linger and everything is done in less than a minute each side basically. I had a terrible experience with micro blading and felt like there was no way I was ever going to look normal again. Billy is honestly one the nicest guys Ive had the pleasure to speak with about my tattoo, he does a great job of explaining the process, very detail orientated and gives you a real expectation based on your composition, skin color/tattoo color/time/ and he checks in on you as well following your appointments. One big selling point for me was the explanation of how he works, its based on how well your body is reacting to the treatment which varies from person to person, which helped give me the confidence I was looking for in a tattoo removal shop. The Best!!! I am working on a coverup and my artist suggested a laser removal treatment before we began. I did a lot of research and made some calls before I found Billy Shipers. Everyone I talked to had mentioned how difficult it would be to remove green and red ink and pushed me to book multiple sessions up front to get a discount. I read Billy’s reviews and submitted an application and photo on his site. He called me within 15 minutes and told me he’s not the artist and the amount of sessions depended on what they thought. He didn’t push me to purchase multiple sessions and he agreed about the colored inks but ALSO told me he’s got the special colored lasers for those colors. Apparently one laser does NOT fit all. He was super competitively priced, very friendly, and I had an excellent experience. It’s now 2 weeks since my session and my artist couldn’t believe how much fading I got from a single session. Shipers Laser Tattoo Removal is phenomenal! I was extremely nervous for my first appointment and Billy talked me through everything and helped me to feel comfortable while getting my laser treatment. I had always feared that getting the laser treatment would be more painful than getting the actual tattoo, but Billy used multiple things to help prevent the pain! We would use ice packs, cold therapy, and numbing cream to the point where I wouldn’t feel a thing when I came in for my treatments! Billy would also keep a good conversation during the sessions so it felt like you were just having a chat with a friend instead of getting your laser tattoo removal. He would also follow up a few days after my appointment to make sure I was healing properly! If I ever more irritation than normal, we would adjust the laser the next time to help prevent the irritation. I’d recommend Billy to anyone who needs to get laser tattoo removal!

I found this via a Google search and decided it was worth the 40 minute drive based on the good reviews. And it absolutely was! Billy was very friendly and helpful. He explained things clearly and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or anything. The process does sting but that was to be expected since tattoos are meant to be permanent. I decided it was time to remove a tattoo I got when I was in the military that is visible unless wearing long sleeves. I searched the DFW area for a place to get it removed. Billy did an incredible job removing old micro blading from my eyebrows. Not only did he remove the micro blading but there was additional permanent makeup underneath from years ago. After 3 failed attempts at saline removal of my microbladed brows, I was very skeptical and nervous about laser removal…but I am so glad I did it!! I have a tattoo that I got in my youth that is over 30 years old and when I made the decision to have it removed, I did a lot of research to find the right place. *Sorry this review ended up being a novel, but I wouldve found this helpful before I found Shipers Laser Tattoo Removal Center.*Similar to a previous reviewer, I had microshading done 3 years ago that ended up being way too dark (almost black) and not shaped well. I had 7 saline treatments to try to lighten them, but those hardly made a difference at all. I tried to avoid doing laser removal because I had seen a few Youtube videos of women who had laser removal on their brows, and the procedure resulted in bloody eyebrows that looked as if the laser cut out the shape of their eyebrows from their skin. I also read that saline is more effective and more gentle than laser, and that laser is more likely to leave scars. Thats why I kept trying the saline treatments. ​Well after contacting Mr. Shipers, he informed me that none of that is true, and I regret waiting as long as I did to contact him. In my opinion, laser is way less painful than the saline treatments and clearly more effective. After only 3 sessions, my brows are light enough to cover up!Mr. Shipers answered any questions I had before booking with him, thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect during our first appointment, and is available for any questions afterwards. Hes very friendly, professional, has reasonable prices, but most importantly, hes extremely knowledgable and knows what hes doing!! Cant recommend him enough!

Lasering is indeed painful, but going to Shipers makes it much more bearable. They do everything in their power to ensure you’re comfortable and educated on the process. Prior to lasering, they will use cold packs and a fan to get the area nice and cool. They now also offer numbing cream that you can get before your session. I needed my eyebrows lightened from a tatoo. They were jet black. I was told I might need 2-3 sessions. One did it. My eyebrows went to medium brown. Perfect. I was thrilled.
