Great customer service right from the start during the free consultation... thoroughly explaining the process and costs. So much so, I left there with my first session completed which was very fast and the minimal pain was very tolerable! Much easier than the long process of the actual tattoo itself along with the pain that goes with the hrs. of the tattoo session itself. Cant wait for my next hassle free laser removal session!!

Such a wonderful place! The two women there were so kind to me and walked me through everything step by step and made me feel so comfortable before during and after the process. I am currently day 1 after my finger tattoo removal and there’s absolutely no swelling or pain. Totally would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good atmosphere to get your tattoo removed!!

Loved it here!! I had 5 small pretty faded stick and poke tattoos on my hand and it was a really inexpensive and easy experience. I was originally scheduled for a free consultation today and ended up doing my first session right after because of an opening, and I couldn’t be happier. My tattoos are already very hard to see after only one session :)

A few years back I had a cover up done on a tattoo I wasn’t 100% happy with, fast forward to now, the cover up was not executed well at all. I had searched around a bit for tattoo removal and was told about Removery. I am so happy that I went forward trusting them with the removal of my cover up. I am on session 4 now and there is a significant difference in my tattoo. Mandy is so knowledgeable and keeps you at ease during your whole appointment. Everyone at the office is extremely kind and are willing to answer any questions I have. I can’t recommend them enough!

Mandi & Acacia were amazing! I went for my 3rd session & each time I’ve gone, I feel really nervous but they made me feel at ease. They’re Super kind and great at what they do. They were very educational and transparent with some questions I had which I greatly appreciate. The sessions are fast, the space clean and overall super professional service. I live in Jersey and regardless of another location being closer to me, I would rather continue going back here because of them. As always Mandi and Alex are very helpful. Aside from using different lasers for different colors they always answer my silly questions. They are very knowledgeable about tattoo removal, and the tricks of the trade to lessen the sting. Pew! Pew!! If you need tattoos removed, this is the place to go!!When I asked how the progress was coming and how many more treatments were needed, she told me that’s the question she gets most often. She also told me it’s the question she can’t answer because every tattoo is different!! She did look at past pictures and she looked at my tattoos now, and she was able to tell me that we are further along than we’ve ever been!!!!!

I’ve been a client at Removery since it was Go Tattoo Removal. I drive an hour away from home just to go there because Mike and Mandi are the best! They’re not only super knowledgeable but also friendly, professional, and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and want to answer any questions you have. Mandi makes sure you’re okay during the session and it’s over before you know it. Tattoo removal obviously isn’t fun but they make the experience a lot better!

I have only great things to say about Removery - Ive been coming to this location for a few years, since it was Go Tattoo - I used to fly from Florida because there was no place as good as this one. Not only do they have multiple lasers that they use to target different wavelengths for multicolored tattoos, but their prices are reasonable especially for larger pieces - I have a half sleeve that was not at all what I wanted, and it has faded significantly. I am hoping for total removal, which I know will be difficult, but Id say that, after 8 sessions, its more than half faded from what it originally was. Some colors are more stubborn than others, and they are realistic about that and will answer your questions kindly and patiently. Every single tech Ive had there is absolutely wonderful, and so is Mike the owner, who is also funny, knowledgeable, and great to talk to. Best tattoo removal facility there is, in my opinion. Very glad I recently relocated to PA for work, so now I can come a lot more often until, with any luck, its completely gone!

After doing extensive research and pricing, I chose Removery (formerly Go Tattoo Removal). I choose to drive almost an hour in each direction to go there. I am having two tattoos removed simultaneously and Mandi does an expert job before she begins and during. I wont sat its painless but she does her best so you feel comfortable. The office is immaculate and I have never had to wait or have issues with scheduling.

They are always very nice and welcoming when I come in and they make sure Im doing good during the appointment. My tattoo removal is going great and Im so happy with their service. Its also very affordable and they have payment plans available.

Go Tattoo Removal-Allentown, PAGo Tattoo Removal is the only place anyone should ever go to get a tattoo removed! The customer service is amazing as well as their honesty about the process. Most places promise a big game with little results. Go Tattoo Removal sets reasonable expectations and puts the customers first. They are open 7 days a week which is amazing!! Mike is phenomenal and goes out of his away to accommodate his customers in terms of scheduling and any aftercare questions. Yong is AMAZING!! She makes what is otherwise a painful process enjoyable with her awesome personality! You also cant beat the price. No hidden fees--it is $200 per session. I am having two small tattoos removed and Im still only charged $200. They have gift cards deals and contests for free treatments. Been coming here for a while now to lighten my huge, overly saturated, ugly cover up; and I think it’s time to leave my review. I don’t like to leave reviews from only the first impression but from an ongoing experience.Everyone that works here are professional and always make me feel comfortable when I come in. I have had a few different techs work on my arm since I’ve gone on different days, and every single one of them have been amazing. Even though the laser removal process could be “ouchie”, they are quick with the laser, and do everything to make you feel comfortable before, during, and after. The office is super clean and the prices have always been fair.I know Go! Tattoo Removal has transitioned to Removery, so I’m guessing the prices are probably gonna go up due to this? Since, I’m still finishing up my pre-paid package with Go! Tattoo, not sure what the price is gonna be for my huge tattoo?But that being said, I won’t stop coming here (even with the 2 hour drive) because the experience I get here is always top notch. Plus, with the new laser they have, my healing time has literally been cut in half. Barely any swelling and not even one blister.Keep up the great customer service guys!!

Im so happy to decided to make a consultation. I was expecting a high pressure sales pitch but that couldnt have been farther from reality. Mandi patiently answered all of my dumb questions that Im sure she gets a thousand times a day. I never felt rushed or pressured. I had no intentions on actually getting the procedure done during the consultation. However, I had such a good feeling about it after she explained it so thoroughly I decided to go ahead and buy a package and get my first treatment right then and there.Another positive thing Id like to share - I was afraid Id get pressured into buying a bunch of treatments with no refund policy (for example, buy 10, get 2 free). My tattoo is very old and faded so I honestly dont think Im going to need a ton of treatments. I was happy to hear they have a very fair refund policy if it does take fewer sessions that anticipated.And just a bit about the procedure itself - pain was minimal and was extremely brief (like 60 seconds total for the whole tattoo). Absolutely no after-effects whatsoever. Ten minutes after the procedure I had no pain, discomfort, blistering, etc. The tattoo was already significantly faded, otherwise Id have even wondered if the treatment worked.Very happy customer here, I highly recommend!

Removery in Allentown, PA is the best tattoo removal experience I’ve ever had. Other places canceled appointments last minute, took 45 to an hour, were very painful, and cost more than twice as much. Removery in Allentown, PA is fast, clean, professional, and helped me get the best deal possible (more than half off of their already much lower cost). Last night I was here for my 4th visit. I met Mike for the first time and he also did my treatment. He was extremely pleasant and made my time there go by quick! He talked to me through my whole treatment which took my mind off the laser. He made sure that everything was explained thoroughly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for tattoo removal.

I always have a good experience at this Removery location. I have been coming in for laser tattoo removal for several years, starting back when they were Go! Tattoo Removal. Mike and his team are phenomenal- so friendly and professional. Each time I come in I’m always nervous about the pain of laser tattoo removal, but they really know what they’re doing and always put me at ease.

I could write a book about how wonderful GO! Tattoo Removal is! I’ve been treated five times now- all by Yong and she is amazing! From my very first session she made me feel comfortable with the process and was very informative about everything. As for the actual laser removal - it’s painful but they go the extra mile by cooling the tattoo down with another special machine to try and numb the pain. Most other places charge and extra fee for that which GO! does not. The facility is sterile, and the staff is the definition of professional! Would also like to add that after five sessions I’m already seeing remarkable results/fading in my tattoo removal!I would also like to add that they genuinely care about their clients. I drive two hours to get to them from Delaware and as soon as I left I got a call saying that I should pull over and seek an alternate route due to traffic from a horrible accident that I would hit on my way home. They didn’t have to call me but once again they took the extra step to make sure I wasn’t sitting in traffic for 5 hours!Long story short, go to GO!!! You won’t regret it! I’ve been to The Removery in Allentown multiple times, back when they were Go! Tattoo Removal and they have always been amazing. All staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They are all very accommodating and work to make the experience as easy as possible. The girls working there are amazing and great at what they do.

Tattoo removal is no picnic but, the team at Go Tattoo Removal make the process easy and bearable. I had my first session with Mike yesterday. He was professional and hilarious all in one package. I have been going to Removery since it was called Go Tattoo. I drive roughly an hour and a half there and back and I don’t regret it one bit. The atmosphere is very clean and the workers are so welcoming. I have not one bad thing to say about this location or the staff. I recommend them to anyone in need of removal! I visited Removery for a tattoo removal and spoke to Mike about my concerns. Mike was amazing. He explained the entire process from beginning to end and I couldn’t be more appreciative. He set realistic expectations, explained the possible concerns about white ink and the time frame for complete removal.He was open and frank about everything from beginning to end. We even conversed about all things NY!! I came to Removery for one thing and felt like I left with a friend! I didn’t ultimately make my decision to remove my tattoo the day of the consultation as there were other concerns I had to keep in mind of, that certainly required some additional thought. I came into Removery (then Go! Tattoo Removal) about a year and some change ago looking to remove a few tattoos on my arms and hands. The service then and now has been DELIGHTFUL to say the least. I have a tattoo that Ive wanted to get rid of since the day I got it. GO Tattoo Removal was highly recommended to me by a tattoo artist/studio owner. I booked an appointment immediately and Im so happy that I did! The office is an easy drive on 78 from where I live in NJ. It is easy to find and has ample parking. The office is extremely clean and professional looking. I was treated by Yong. She explained the removal procedure thoroughly and set realistic expectations for the process and final outcome. The procedure itself was slightly more uncomfortable than getting tattooed. I ended up starting the removal process on 4 of my 8 tattoos because Im just kind of over them at this point and the flat rate fee of $200 is unbeatable! After the treatment, Yong went over aftercare in detail. She was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and kind. Im looking forward to my next treatment which is already booked!

The best way I can express how great my experience has been with GO! Tattoo Removal is that I am currently trying to figure out a date when I can fly back from Phoenix, AZ to get another treatment done. I am not sure there are words to describe the amount of happiness I have from choosing Go Tattoo Removal. Ive got a couple ugly (hideous even) tattoos that I have been putting off for years because I just didnt know enough about the removal process.After posting on FB for recommendations I contacted GO and they immediately got back to me and my appointment was scheduled. My first appointment literally everything was explained to me and every single question I had was answered. Even after leaving, I still had questions and Mike answered all of them right away.Last week was my 4th session with them and I am absolutely in love with the results I am seeing so far! Alex and Mandy are both extremely professional and patient during the process of laser removal which is painful but happens very quickly. They make the process easy to get through and are pleasant from The moment that you arrive for your appointment.

I actually haven’t gone here but here I am doing a review because mike helped me understand the potential risk for hypo since I have medium brown skin. I have talked to plenty of laser technician and they will all say “oh you’re fine you won’t get hypo”. Mike went into detail on why I’m at higher risk and how I should probably only get it faded. He tells you exactly what will happen in the future. His website is also very informative. He genuinely cares about his clients and he will answer all your questions honestly. You can tell mike isn’t after your money and wants the best for you and very knowledgeable with what he does. If you need a tattoo removal he is the person you’d want to go to. Also if I was able to get tattoo removal I was going to drive 6hrs just to go to him every 8 weeks! Mike you’re doing an amazing job!

Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly, and probably the cleanest rooms Ive ever seen. They are very honest about expectations so you have a good idea of how long the removal might take to complete. 100/100 ! Okay where do I begin.... Tattoo fading has been on my mind for quite sometime and evidently it is not a decision that can be made lightly. I have spent upwards to a year trying to decide which clinic is best to get treated at and doing as much research as I can about the process of fading or removing a tattoo. Thats when I contacted Mike from Go! Tattoo removal a few months back for a consultation that was done via email, as I am a florida local and would not be able to commute up to pennsylvania for a consultation. He has given me honest expectations right off the bat and has been extremely thorough in his responses. He’s even gone as far as answering every single question I had for him no matter how repetitive they were.Not once did I feel rushed or persuaded to go through with the process, a feeling that I got from many other clinics offering similar services. He is a business owner with integrity, and has laid out all possible outcomes even the cons, but he did this so that I can make my OWN informed decision on whether I want to go through with the process. Ive had to switch around my schedule and was luckily able to find a day where I could commute to the clinic, and every single mile, hour, minute that I spent traveling to get to the clinic was 100% worth it! The build up before my laser appointment was a bit nerve wracking...I was scared of the unknown, as most people are when it comes to such a process, but at the end of my appointment I found myself not wanting to leave! Mikes hospitality made the sizzling snaps of the laser bearable and an enjoyable experience. Mike and Go! Tattoo removal receive nothing but praise from me, not only are they a business who are honest but Mike, the business owner, makes you feel comfortable, he has empathy for his clients and the reasons they choose for removing their tattoos. I got a tattoo that I almost immediately regretted and made me feel terrible about my body. I was so embarrassed but Go! Tattoo removal was suggested by a friend of mine from high school who is actually now a tattoo artist that had many, many success stories. I spoke to Mike and went for my first treatment and he was very helpful, non judgmental and realistic. This process has taken me a while and I’ve been lucky to see this business grow adding more to their team. I’ve had a positive experience with everyone! I recommend to anyone, traveling the distance is definitely worth it.

Definitely worth the distance and long drive. This is by far the best deal you will find in all of NEPA, especially if you have a large tatted area you want removed. It won’t break the bank either; unlike most of the other tattoo removal companies that will charge you by size of the area. Now that I found Removery, I save a couple hundred dollars each session.I have met with 2 of the employees at the Allentown location so far and they are very kind, full of information on any questions I have and always make sure that I feel comfortable.I won’t go anywhere else for laser treatments. I could not be more pleased with my first appointment at your office! I had an appt a year ago, and cancelled because I was nervous. After following you on social media since then, I decided to give it another try and I am SO glad I did. I was very nervous and had a moment of panic, but Dominique could not have been nicer or more patient with me. Alex was an absolute genius with her method for using the laser. She was extremely attentive to me needing breaks and took her time explaining different things I would ask about as far as the lasers settings and why the pain felt so bad this go around. Hands down Removery is the best place Ive been and if I can manage I would like Alex to do ALL my sessions on this back piece and any future ones

GO! Tattoo Removal was my first experience with any kind of tattoo removal/fading and it couldnt have gone any better. The clean office space gave the impression of professionals who knew what they were doing with tattoos and the science behind fading bad ink. Every aspect of the process was explained thoroughly before going ahead with the procedure and it was over before I imagined it would be. As an added bonus the shops pricing is fair and reasonable for the services they offer. So far have already recommended them to a few people at work who are unhappy with old tattoos.

Im local, but I would make the drive to see Mike and his team. Everything was completely explained upfront, including the news that its a long process for complete removal. The office is clean, youre the only client at your scheduled time, and the pain is bearable. I just finished my 8th session and am hitting the end of the road. I definitely echo everyone with how clean and nice everyone is. I dont think anyone has ever said how convenient they are being open 7 days a week. I drive 90 minutes and to try and do that on a weekday just wouldnt be a thing. To recap, everyone is so kind. The office is very clean, has a really cool atmosphere, and candy.

The staff at Removery is just incredible. The treatment is certainly not the most enjoyable…HA! However, the staff is wonderful and makes you as comfortable as possible talking you through the entire process.

Never imagined I would actually look forward to going to laser removal treatments, but this place just makes it too easy literally. Clean, comfortable, caring. They also have extensive tattoo knowledge, meaning they know how the tattoo was put in, which is an advantage in knowing how to get the thing off of you. Removing / lightening tattoos (for better cover ups) is all they do, so you can bet they are doing it well. You will not feel rushed or judged here... I say from personal experience years ago I felt rushed through my treatments at one of the big plastic surgeon / med spa places in NJ... feeling like the doctor was more preoccupied with the trillion dollar full body augmentation or whatever in the next room... you will NOT get that here. From effectiveness, to professionalism, to pride in work, and right down to price comparison, you just cannot find a better treatment center.
