I took my sister to get tattoos for her 18th and we couldnt be more happy about the entire experience. Hes quite the talkative personality but even as two solid introverts we thoroughly enjoyed the conversation, and he still did quick and beautiful work. Extremely friendly, clearly experienced, and very meticulous - he made sure everything was absolutely perfect before starting with the needle (placement, spelling, etc. I dont have a good picture of the words on her arm but they were done so well.) Of course a very clean and sanitary environment as well as inviting. And if cost is a concern for you, this is the place to go. I have absolutely no complaints, not even a small one.Shell definitely be back for her next tattoo and if Im ever in the area again looking to get one hell be my first call.P. S. If youre into the slightly weird, he has a small museum-like collection of oddities that he showed us and was just the icing on the cake for the appointment!

This place is awesome! Dave and Emily are awesome and knowledgeable! Dave has pierced my nose and forward double helix. Emily has done micro needling twice and plasma pen twice on my face! So happy that they just celebrated their one year anniversary at their new shop! A hard working family and small business everyone should support! This was my first tattoo, and admittedly I was a little nervous. Dave and his wife Emily went out of their way to make me, my friend and my boyfriend feel comfortable from the moment we got there- even the fish in their fish tank swam up to greet us! Dave walked me through the entire process from start to finish and made pleasant conversation with the three of us while working. Me and my friends tats turned out BEAUTIFULLY and are healing nicely. Would recommend Brookside Tattoos and Aesthetics to anyone in the area, especially those who are first-timers. Cant wait to get my second, and my third, and my fourth with them!

I’ve been going to Dave and Emily for years now for my piercings and would never go anywhere else! They are amazing, clean, and knowledgeable. Dave is always precise with his piercings and makes sure they are even and Emily is always knowledgeable about her work with Aesthetics. My ears healed wonderfully and always recommend them for piercings and tattoos you won’t regret it!!!

Emily and Dave were so great! Setting up the appointment was incredible easy and they got me in for an appointment in a week. When I got there they were both so friendly and held conversation with me throughout the duration of getting my tattoo. I’m so happy with how my tattoo came out, I will definitely be going back to them for my next tattoo.

I could not give this establishment as much praise as they deserve. Aside from the tattoo, which was phenomenal, everything from start to finish was superb. It was fast and easy to schedule an appointment via text. I had to reschedule several times, and the shop was always quick to respond and very understanding and willing to work with me. When I arrived at the shop, they were ready for me. Check in was easy. The place was great looking, clean, and professional. Dave is a great artist. He put me at ease, we spoke a little bit about my piece and then he went to work. I forgot to ask several questions after my piece was complete and the shop was super good about talking to me via text and giving me all the info I needed. I will never go to another shop and will be back at this one soon. If you are in the area and looking for a new tattoo artist, this is the place!

Amazing Artist, Incredible Customer Service, and Stunning Skills.I am beyond happy with both of my tattoos. Dave is such an Exceptional person. Dave and Emily are welcoming, professional, and just plain awesome.I originally went to Dave for a piercing, and he immediately put me at ease and the entire procedure was quick and painless. When it was time to find a tattoo artist, I knew I wanted to go back. He didnt disappoint! He did a great job on my tattoo and also on my boyfriends tattoo. Was a super last minute walk in, and Dave and his wife were incredible to work with and Dave did SUCH a good job on my tattoo!! I hardly felt any discomfort, and it was on my ribs. He’s not heavy handed at all and I was super pleased with my experience and the outcome.It’s a great little shop and it’s super welcoming and they immediately treat you like you’re family. My friend who came with me for the tattoo even said that this would be a great place to come for your first tattoo because of how welcoming they are.I definitely recommend this place!

David did my first tattoo and I am beyond happy with my experience. I was able to text the number and get an appointment very promptly. The establishment was very clean. David made me feel more at easy and made the whole process very easy by explaining what was going on the whole time. I felt prepared going home that I knew how to take care of my tattoo. Me and my boyfriend had an amazing experience. Best tattoo shop ever!!! Very clean and well kept. Ran by a very amazing sweet couple. We had a Great time just chatting to them, made us feel very comfortable and welcome. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Also the tattoos came out AMAZING, even better than we were expecting. Dave is a great artist suggesting some shading because he thought it would elevate the piece. Great pricing and overall just a very fun place to go, had more of a salon professional feel than a tattoo shop. I will never go to another shop and recommend brookside to absolutely everybody. Overjoyed by our experience, left with big smiles on our faces!!!!

My first tattoo experience at another shop was awful and I went to Dave’s for my second and I’m absolutely obsessed with his work! I received PhiRemoval from Emily in which she was extremely detailed orientated and knowledgeable within the process. Once my process with Emily was over I also received a Tattoo covering from Dave, in which he precisely nailed my vision while covering any remainders of my previous tattoo. Ive been meaning to leave a review for some time now. I absolutely love the atmosphere of the shop and everyone is soooo friendly and nice. I came in with a friend to get a tattoo and piercing and everything went so smoothly.The Tattoo itself was amazing as well, I never had shading done before but Dave was more than understanding, he has a light touch and everything was done in a timely manner.LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! I am going back soon, this is the best shop around.

Dave is excellent and talented when he does tattooing. I trust him and give him free range with the tattoos and come out great. Piercings he is very good and professional. I feel comfortable doing my body piercings with Dave. His pricings are reasonable also on piercings and tattoos. I definitely recommend him.

Dave is the friendliest most down to earth Tattoo artists Ive encountered. Also highly professional and expertly skilled. When I was looking for an Tattoo artist to get some work done I came across quite a few artists and shops that seemed to have an arrogant grandiose attitude that just did not make me feel comfortable. When your getting a tattoo you want to feel at ease and comfortable. Dave provides this combimed level of comfortability and professionallity. And I couldnt be happier with the work he just did. I got my industrial pierced and its healing great so far. Dave was super chill and knowledgeable, although his advice might err on the side of overcleaning a fresh piercing for some peoples skin.

I have a lot of tattoos, and this place easily made me feel the most comfortable and clean, even during a pandemic! This place is run very professionally and they are great at making you feel appreciated and very open to hear about the work youd like done. I will be going back in the future and cant wait!

I was excited to find a place that did infant piercings and good word of mouth reviews from other Mom’s. When booking my appointment, I was given a detailed explanation on the process and cleaning. She eased my nerves until I got to this place. I left work early & drove 40 minutes, was running late and even gave them the courtesy call letting them know, just to be greeted with Rolling Eyes, scoffing and attitude from the receptionist because I brought my other daughter with me. Not even a Hello, I got “I hope you brought another Guardian for that child.” Taken back by her comment, I honestly didn’t think she was talking to me until I looked up to her death stare. Extremely rude response when I stated I wasn’t told I needed one on the initial phone call. “It’s on the website. We have rules.” If it was such a huge rule, she would’ve mentioned it on the initial call. After her terrible customer service, she actually gets angry, rolls her eyes AGAIN and says “UGH ok I guess you can take a picture of this barcode for consent.” There was NO WAY I was going to let her touch my baby, & asked for my deposit be refunded. If her unprofessionalism was any representation of her bedside manner, I would run.

Terrible service, the absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The receptionist is VERY rude and made me very uncomfortable, she judged our character and refused us service. I HIGHLY recommend you choose another place and do NOT consider this place. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!I was present with a parent and had all documents they refused my service and was very rude. I walked in to the establishment and sat down and without even saying a word the receptionist (wife) attacked us verbally
