I’m always eager to get another tattoo from Ikonic! Swank has been great to work with and has really helped me envision what I want for my leg sleeve. He’s extremely open minded and willing to work with you.

Visited this place almost daily for a week. Got 7 new tattoos, 2 reopened piercings, and a new tragus piercing. Everyone was amazing! Great conversation and music. Tom did my tattoos and Rachel did my piercings. I couldnt be happier! Highly recommend!

Got my nipples pierced. Worst piercing ever. had to go to someone else the next day and he said that they were so horribly done that they needed out. it wasn’t even through my nipple it was through my areolas.

I emailed and got an estimate on a tattoo and was in that same week to get it done. Tom stayed after closing time to finish it up and he KILLED it!!! I was nervous not going to my usual tattoo artist, but I will for sure be back to Ikonic Ink for more!!

I specifically go here to see Rachel for piercings. She has made all of my piercing experiences the most comfortable they can be and explains steps thoroughly. The best selection of jewelry and is always willing to work with me. The Spiral and my lobes were dont by Rachel along with the labret.

While I’m not one to leave reviews often, Tom did an amazing job at making the experience of getting your first tat as a walk-in super easy, relaxing, informative, and enjoyable. He told us some history of ikonic ink and was super down to earth. If you’re nervous Tom will make sure to ease all of your worries. I cannot wait to return, I just hope they’re able to find a piercer soon:)

My friend and I got an idea to get piercings last minute on a Friday evening, and we called Ikonic Ink who stayed open later so that we could get the piercings we wanted. The staff were so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. David, the piercer, made my friend and I very comfortable and maintained a high level professionalism and patience as we asked questions, chose jewelry, and ensured that we were happy with the placement of our piercings before completing everything. All the jewelry was high quality, the needles were individual wrapped, and the place screamed sterile. My experience was so good as a first time customer that I would definitely go back there for any further tattoo or piercing needs.

Came into town from Tennessee for my birthday/vacation and knew I wanted to get my first tattoo done. Ikonic was extremely accommodating for my first tattoo. Zach was constantly asking questions about my design, placement and was very considerate while the actual tattoo was getting done. Highly recommend coming here :)

I used to enjoy coming here when they were on Plank Rd. Ever since they moved everything has changed. The service quality most notably, the piercer is incredibly rude. I am unsure of his name but he has been rude and untruthful in two instances. The first instance he up charged me for a service , when I asked about it politely he very rudely whispered to the receptionist that I’ve “never been pierced by a reputable place”. Which is insane seeing as most of my piercings were done by their previous piercer at their previous location. I’ve been pierced 22 times, I would hope to know a thing to two by now. He was incredibly rude about having “outside” jewelry. When asked about the machine that could clean the jewlery that was given to me BY THIS SHOP, he stated that the process takes upwards of an hour (it does not) and that he doesn’t “want bacteria” in the machine. The whole point of the machine is to clean … so what’s really going in there? Either way, whether I am right or wrong about these issues is besides the point. The point is that the management and piercer are incredibly rude. If you want a healthy experience getting a piercing, do NOT go here.

I was originally going to get my piercing done with the piercing-gun but I’m so glad I didn’t. My experience getting pierced at Ikonic Ink was so smooth and easy and dare I say fun? My piercer was Rachel who made the entire experience amazing. She was super informative and talkative and a great listener. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future. The artists here are very good. More specifically Zack, he was very professional and did amazing work. It is very hard to find a tattoo shop to trust while working around the country, but I would recommend Ikonic Ink to anybody. Very pleased with my experience and I will be back for more!

WAY OVERPRICED! Sent an idea for a tattoo. Said it would be $1,000 for the first session for a simple portrait. I might pay Kat Von D $1,000 for a portrait, but I sure ain’t paying some mediocre tattoo artist for a portrait. They are also a backwards shop. They have walk in tattoos, but you have to make an appointment for a piercing. Every other shop around is the opposite. Wouldn’t waste my time with them!

I love Rachel! She not only has one of the best bedside manners of any piercer I have met but she is very good at what she does. I have piercings, the Dath and Cart piercings that she did were the best, least painful piercings that I have ever had!!

Tom is phenomenal. I’ve never had a bad experience with him, he’s a great friend and makes you feel comfortable being there despite the pain of getting a tattoo. He’s filled most of my arm with memorial pieces for my family and slayed every one of them! Whether I gave him artistic freedom to hand draw or reference pictures for a stencil- he nailed all of it. I have random strangers compliment my pieces and always make sure to tell everyone where I went and who my artist is!

We brought our 13 yr old daughter into Ikonic Ink for her 1st earlobe piercings today and were sooooo glad that we chose this route vs the typical stud gun treatment at the mall. Our daughter had Rachel for her piercer and let me tell you, this young lady not only knows what shes doing, shes very professional, and of a calm nature which all served to soothe our newbie nerves. The piercing went perfect and my daughter is thrilled to now have pierced ears but even more so she had a great first time experience and couldnt be happier. Ikonic Ink is a super clean high end shop with a great staff, and superb piercer, that we highly recommend.Just say NO to Stud Guns!And Special Thanks to Rachel for her perfect work today!

Staff was very professional. I walked in and the lady at the desk was very helpful and kind. The conch piercing I got was exactly how I wanted it to look. The piercer, Rachel, was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable and was open to answer all of my questions. I would definitely come back here! 10/10 recommend!

My husband got a tattoo of our sons name. They did a GREAT job! Cant wait to get more ink done!

My wife and I were walk-ins towards the end of the day, they gladly took us in. We knew what we wanted, and both artists (wife and I had seperate artists) were talented and engaging. Lady at the front desk was a great personality and lightened up the place. We were in and out in under an hour. Prices are a little higher than most but worth it. I think it was 80$ and hour.

Everyone there was friendly and professional. The studio was very clean, and it was easy to see that health and safety were a priority. It was my daughters first tattoo, and the tattoo artist, Jess, was wonderful! She made us feel comfortable, explained everything about the process, and was very attentive. She took the time to make sure she understood exactly what my daughter wanted throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant about going here because I saw reviews about their customer service but everyone I came in contact with was inviting and helpful.Rachel was AMAZING with my septum piercing!!! I was extremely anxious but her energy was wonderful, she told me what to expect and reassured me it wouldnt be as bad as I anticipated (it wasnt bad in the least bit whatsoever).My friends insisted on being there as well so she had no problem waiting for them to come from the other side of the mall before piercing me.Overall Im very satisfied with my experience there from start to finish and will recommend others to go there as well.

I had got my nipples pierced and it was a very good experience. She was quick and precise, the pain was very little, she made me feel comfortable, nice calming environment, overall would give more than 5 stars if possible. Will be coming back for all future piercing tattoo or tattoos! Beautiful and clean shop as well. Wore gloves and a mask. Got them done in feb and have had no issues! I wash them with antibacterial soap and thats it. They have healed nicely so far! Thank you all so much!

Rachel did my septum piercing today and she was amazing! She was so sweet and talked through the entire process thoroughly to make sure I knew what she was doing at all times. She was very easy to talk to and made conversation with my friend and I while the process took place. The studio itself was really nice and very clean too. I loved it there.

This place is amazing this will be my third time in; once to get a piercing and the last 2 times were to start and finish this tattoo. The staff are wonderful and friendly they really make you feel comfortable and like your just apart of their family. Their prices arent too much and the work they do is phenomenal. Their well definitely be my go to shop.

My daughter got her bridge piercing done by David. He was friendly and explained the process while he was doing it. The place was clean and he was professional.

I did not have an appointment, but I was still able to get my belly button pierced. Not only was the piercer amazing and talked to me the whole time, but the piercing itself was relatively painless. Even now I am on my first week with it and it doesnt hurt. On a side note, you can tell that the piercing knows what she is doing; I am a bigger girl and my belly does kind of sit on itself when I sit down. I thought I wouldnt be able to get this piercing but she explained to me that my belly button is a different shape than most and offered to get me a different piece of jewelry. I am so glad she did because it is perfect for me.

Had my nose pierced at a different place last year. The jewelry they gave kept falling out. I let it heal, came here and was shocked at the million differences. THIS place is professional, friendly, clean and quick. I was told step by step what was happening. The jewelry was a million times better than the other place I went to. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I plan to go back at some point.

Anyone in this area looking for high quality work can stop your search here. My artist was Dustin and he did an exceptional job with my tattoo. All the artists there are extremely talented. The shop has a really cool energy as well. Perfect balance of comfort and professionalism. I would give them more than five stars if I could.

Justin gave me my first tattoo and he did such a wonderful job! I also got my nose pierced here and that was great as well. Place is very clean and well taken care of. Pricing is freaking amazing for the quality of the tattoos! I was shocked at how cheap it was... Personally I think theyre cheating themselves (so definitely leave a good tip if you go in) ;) I will definitely be returning for more tattoos/piercings in the near future!

I got an industrial piercing from a reputable place when I was on vacation. Turns out, I’m allergic to the bar in my ear. Nothing is wrong with my piercing itself. I had an allergic reaction and my ear is blistered. I called them and they said they do walk ins from 12-5. I got there at 4 and they said that they were booked the rest of the day. Fine. I said I need to get a titanium bar for my ear. The lady looked at my ear and said it is really inflamed. I tried to tell her I had an allergic reaction, but she immediately cut me off and said I should see a doctor about an infection. When she realized I was mad she walked away. Came back to measure my ear, said nothing and walked away again. Came back with the bar I bought and said “like I said, see a doctor.” Walked away. When I went in I was very friendly. Not angry or short with the lady at all. I tried explaining to her that my reaction started immediately after getting it pierced, my ear is not draining infectious fluid, and that it is not painful. So instead of listening to me, she thought she knew my situation. I understand that piercers have experience, yet my situation was different. So now, I am very upset because I have to go home and put the bar in by myself, without the help of a professional. In conclusion, if you are looking for a place with nice, generous people, who put the customer before themselves, DO NOT GO HERE! Thank you!

I got my septum peirced at Ikonic Ink about 3 weeks ago by Rachel, and it was a great experience. She definitely knew what she was doing. Everything was very hygienic, she changed her gloves multiple times. She kept a conversation going, and talked me through the whole process and what to expect. My piercing is healing very well, and I will definitely be going back for any piercing I may want in the future.

I love Ikonic! I got tattooed by Jake and he was extremely professional. Ive also got pierced by Rachel and I would honestly say shes amazing. Shes super easy to get along with and talk to. Theyre clean, and definitely a place youd feel comfortable going too!

Lovely staff! You cant bring anyone in with you unless its a parent and youre a minor, but this is completely understandable. Rachel was very informative and did not judge anyprevious information, but built on what I already knew. Im in love with my new Medusa, it feels comfortable and in the right spot. Very reasonable prices, best around for the quality. Would definitely recommend! ♥️ Shop was very clean and welll out together as well.

Got my daith piercing here. I debated it for awhile then finally spontaneously came into this shop. Very comfortable and friendly environment. Rachel did a fantastic job on my piercing and provided me with a lot of knowledge on self care. Love that they do not condone piercing guns!!

Myself and 2 nieces went to Iconic Ink today to get our ear lobes pierced. The shop was immaculate and the staff very professional. One of my nieces was sure she would pass out, shes been trying to get her nerve up to get this done for a couple of years. The woman who did all the piercings was wonderful and explained every detail. My niece had no problem, she didnt even flinch. The room was disinfected between each of us getting pierced.I can tell you that I have had gun piercings in my lobes, nose and ear cartilage. Needle piercing is easier and within an hour my ears felt completely normal. No pain, heat or swelling at all so far. The flat back of the post will make sleeping much easier since Ill have no pointed earring poking my head for the next couple of months.Dont let anyone hold a piercing gun to your head!!!

We are there every other week getting tattooed by Tom, I have been going to him for a while now he is my go to guy. Everyone else there is very nice and will help u any way they can. Also Rachel pierces us she is very good at her job,she talks to u the whole time is very nice and is very up front with u

Absolutely LOVE the one girl who used to work here, but she left partially due to the bald headed man talking bad behind her back. He also had very inappropriate comments about my friend and I, and our tattoo choices. Pretty bad when returning customers are treated like trash! 10/10 will never be returning.Period.

We have not gotten any work done here. But did stop in one day to inquire about getting an appointment for a piece my husband wants to get. The artist seemed to lack customer service skills. He acted as though we were wasting his time. He lacked creativity and was quick to dismiss our concept. We definitely understand why he had full days open with no appointments booked. We have found another shop who have been awesome to work with and will be well worth the 3+ month wait.

Went to Ikonic and had 2 wrist tattoos done by Dustin, and I couldnt be happier. Great place, great work and I really enjoyed the open layout of the shop, and the crew was so friendly and a lot of fun. definitely going back!!!

I took my 6 year old daughter here when she wanted to get her ears pierced as a birthday preset. I have been hearing horrible things about those piercing guns for years and absolutely did not want some random untrained person doing it. Everyone at Ikonic was amazing with her! The awesome girl who did Kyras ears made sure that she knew it was her decision. They want to make sure that it is the childs choice, that they understand whats going to happen, and they reassure them that nothing will be done unless they want it to! They let her sit on my lap and color while it was being done so she wasnt 100% focused on the whole thing. It was just great all around! I highly recommend to this place to anyone...grown up or not!

I am highly frustrated and disappointed with this business. I have gone there three times trying to get a piercing done and all three times they were not able to do it. The first time they had no needles, so the employee took my name and number so I could get a call when the needles came in and I never got a call. The second time I was a few minutes past 8 o’clock and they don’t close until 9 and was refused service. Then the third time I was 4:30 when I arrived and they didn’t close until 6 and was refused service because there was one person in front of me getting a piercing. I will not be trying to go their again. They clearly don’t know how to run a business since they continuously turn away clients.

About a year ago I got my rook pierced by Rachel and was pleased with the piercing and the welcoming environment the employees provided. Yesterday I was again impressed by Ikonic Inks wonderful work. I received my first tattoo from Justin and I absolutely love it! I went into the shop extremely nervous, but they all put me at complete ease with their comforting comments, as well as Justin walking me through the entire process beforehand. The humor of all the artists also made the overall experience enjoyable, what down-to-earth people! Thanks for the laughs and comfort... and also thank you Toeknee for the redhair compliment. Lol. I will certainly be returning to Ikonic Ink soon!

Got my first tattoo here, really recommend this place for anyone. Great place, very solid line work for my tattoo, and both the artists Toeknee and Justin are very cool and made me feel very comfortable about getting one. Very good prices, and the piercings are just as great.

My Tattoo ( a Buddhist mantra ) has some missing ink spots which I had pointed out after it was done, Tom said when it heals I wouldn’t see it, so I just stated that “oh looks hard to color in it all” just cause it did cause it’s like a lot of space to cover with a needle, also I understand I’m not good at conversation but Tom then stated “how many tattoos did you do” which I found kind of rude, I mean maybe I took it harsh. Also the lines aren’t really that great, some out of line spots. I was told I could come in and he would re go over it for free, but my social anxiety after that response and also the fact there is slight scarring (yes I did clean, apply ointment properly, and let it peel on it’s own) I assume there was just too much pressure in the area with the needle damaging the skin/tat , but what do I know right. Lol anyways, I did decide to go and look at his other art and he does do some quite amazing tattoos. All in all, I guess my luck isn’t always on my side, nor my social skills. People obviously have left with amazing work done by Tom, all I have to say is walking in anywhere there’s always a risk it’s not perfect or how you imagined so be careful when you decide to get a tattoo and be aware it could go wrong regardless of experience. I wouldn’t say it was totally horrible nor totally great. It’s just, ok. I guess haha.

In February 2018 I came to Jake Stanford wanting to get two full color sleeves. We set up Sundays for my appointments. I was supposed to come get tattooed every Sunday until the sleeves were finished. Jake was NEVER on time for our appointment. He was late so often that eventually we pushed the start time back from one until two. Sometimes it was later. He was never prepared to work. This would mean I showed up at two for an appointment but would have to wait for him to open the shop, eat, use the bathroom, & then setup to tattoo. Most days the actual tattooing did not start until several HOURS after my appointment time. If the appointment was 2 that would mean tattooing starts at 5. Ive never had someone waste my time more than Jake.JAKE IS ALSO COLORBLIND.Something he does not tell people up front. Something he did not tell me until several sessions into color sleeves. Due to this he tattoos at such a slow rate that it seems unreal. A two hour tattoo becomes a full day experience after waiting several hours to start and then the slow pace at which Jake tattoos. He also checks text messages and social media while tattooing. Due to this slow process a tattoo that should be a few hours and 1 session gets stretched into several sessions over multiple days. None of the tattoos Jake does are 1 session. I have several unfinished tattoos on me which Jake does not want to schedule finishing due to the fact touchups are unpaid. Ive sat over 51 hours of tattooing with Jake and nothing is complete.I switched from Sundays to Thursdays to accommodate Jake. Three apts ago I was cut short for Jake to go on a date. Two apts ago I was cut short because Jake had scheduled another tattoo after mine even though I was supposed to be booked for the day. Last apt he cut me short again for another tattoo even though I had booked a full day. Then I had an appointment which he tried to push from 2 up to noon so he could tattoo someone else even though again, I was supposed to have the day booked. I cancelled that apt knowing there was no way Jake would be on time at noon or fully awake and at 100% to tattoo. Then I was told I have to wait a month to get in because my full days were booked by other people.Now Im in the position of having to find another artist to finish what Jake started or find a way to cover it all.

Tom spent his day working on my ink, ALL DAY.. added his own touch and I LOVE IT.. seems to be a fun place to be they all acted like family to each other. Dont see that much anymore. Will be returning.. Thanks Tom for the great ink!!!!

Hi. Beware of service a this shop. Dont let the fancy inside fool you to think the art work or piercing matches it. Tony charged us 60$ each for simple half wedding bands done in black on our fingers. Tom did my finger tatoo. That evening I got home after washing it gingerly I notice spots that were clearly missed. I called n told him n took pics n Tom said comeback in a n Ill re do it. Walked in day n time of appt n he had nerve to say cause i used too much of there product redemption cream was why the ink was missing in sections. I explained my fiance used twice as much as me n I barely used it. I have 6 other tattoos n was never told to use that cream for them. Of course from years ago n several different artist. Also forgot to mention Tom asked if u did dishes. I said yes with a rubber glove on my tatoo hand. He said doing dishes could of caused the ink to disappear too. Lol.Point is they cost way too much n try to blame you for there horrible work. To top it all off Tony came in after Tom started my redo n Tony wouldnt even look at myself or fiance didnt even say hi hows your tatoo doing to my fiance. Nothing. Hes ignorant and arrogant just like Tom n all the other employees. I never thought we would be treated so rudly after we were just there a month ago n spent 120$.

My friend and I decided to go for piercings. Wonderful experience. The place is very clean. Derek was who pierced us and he was very thorough and provided lots of information. Definitely recommend. I will be going back in the future for sure.
