Couldn’t recommend Jacqueline enough!! I got a tattoo that ended up having ink drift and was sort of embarrassed and super nervous to get laser removal for it. But Jacqueline made the process so accessible, so friendly, so comfortable that I left so pleasantly surprised at how getting laser went! Jacqueline never got annoyed with my many questions, was super informative and great at explaining the process, ensured I was feeling good throughout the treatment, and welcomed communication after the appointment. If you’re nervous about getting tattoo removal or clean up, GO HERE!! You’ll be happy you did.

I cannot say enough good things about Jacqueline! She’s so professional, kind, nurturing, attentive. Getting laser tattoo removal can be a scary process, but she made it so wonderful. Checked in with me throughout to make sure I was not too uncomfortable. Walked me through the whole process and made sure I understood everything. I was removing my permanent make up on my eyebrows, which can be really tricky because the pigment can change different colors when being lasered. But she is an absolute expert. She knew exactly what to do, and she had all the varying types of lasers to remove my eyebrows. Here are my instant results immediately after and she says they will continue to fade over the next several weeks.

I was very hesitant about the CO2 laser, but I had some surgical scars that needed to be resurfaced and was recommended. After reviewing I went ahead and scheduled, I wish I came sooner tbh! Jacqueline’s consult made me feel like we were at her house and she was taking care of me. She heard everything I said, addressed concerns and gave me options/expectations. Price is reasonable for the laser. 7 days post of and the result are so great so far. I want to get my face done next!

In 2014, I was FINALLY diagnosed with Hidradenitis suppurativa, after years of meds and topical treatments failed to help. My case is mild, but it still destroys my self-confidence due to large boils and scaring in sensitive areas. I approached Jacqueline and needed someone who was willing to hear me and try every option to bring relief to a sensitive issue. Not only did she listen, comfort me, and provide amazing information... I havent had a boil of previous caliber or consistently since receiving one laser treatment. I am retired Army and have been loved on harder by Jacqueline then any military doc. I have appointments set up to decrease the scaring with her other lasers. I’ve been getting services here for about two years I have had one tattoo successfully removed and are working towards a second I have came to a total of about 12 sessions and every single time I was more than satisfied. Jacqueline is always punctual and professional. She provides this cold air that helps tremendously when doing laser tattoo removal. I went to NBTR for a signature laser facial to reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation and aid in collagen production. I was beyond pleased with my results. I looked like I was walking around with a permanent, smoothing filter on my face. Thats the only way I know how to explain it. In these pictures, I am not using any filters, nor do I have on any face makeup (foundation). I highly recommend booking an appointment.

I’ve been visiting Jacqueline for laser tattoo removal for the past year. I had my brows lasered and completely off in 2 sessions. I then had them redone and did not like them so off they went! It took a few more sessions as these ones were not as old as the one prior but overall, same amazing results! You can’t tell I ever had them tattooed. I got the CO2 Laser treatment in June 2020. I had been planning to get the treatment for about a year now but was hesitant due to the down time required. However, Jacqueline (the owner and laser tech) made me feel very comfortable and at ease.The day of the treatment they numbed my face pretty good before the procedure, which helped tremendously. The procedure took about 15 minutes at the most. I didnt feel a thing! The first day after the procedure was not bad, my face was really red with some light swelling. As the days went on I was really swollen, really red, and honestly really uncomfortable. I am not gonna lie, the first week was rough. The second week and third week the redness was almost gone but I was still struggle to get the swelling down. I was in constant contact with Jacqueline and she reached out on a daily bases to see how I was doing. She was in complete control of my recovery and we were finally able to get the swelling down.Here I am 7 weeks later and I am so happy with results! It wasnt an easy process but my skin looks and feels better than ever. My goal was to stop wearing foundation and to stimulate collagen and that is exactly what we were able to accomplish!Thank you Jacqueline for not only providing a great service but coaching me though the process. I will be back for other treatments soon!
