My whole family and I stopped by to get walk in tattoos. The owner and the two artist ( Daniel and Rody) were super nice and cool. Very attentive with water and candy. Our tattoos turned out great! Location super clean and organized.10/10

From the moment we walked in right up to the moment we left our experience was nothing short of amazing ! Me and my husband are spending our honeymoon in AC and on our way up from Rochester NY (6 hours away) we talked about getting tattoos as soon as we stepped foot on the board walk! I was super nervous to get ink from a shop on the board walk but I regret NOTHING ! Rody was amazing, quick and efficient, extremely nice & very easy to work with . I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he took his time and created me something he customized ! Took him an hour and a few minutes extra and I walked out with two amazing tattoos that will always have a sorry behind them ! Thank you so much for having us today ! We will be back for sure next summer !!!!

I got my first ever tattoo from Rody and honestly I couldn’t have a better experience! He was super helpful on telling me how to take care of it, and was super informative on the tattoo process itself. I got a pretty basic idea and my artist took it and ran with it and made it AMAZING! I will 100% come back here if I get another one!!One picture is the stencil and the other is the tattoo itself! Absolutely love it!!

Went in last night at 9:30, got something small, Rody was my artist and he was such a pleasure to work with!! So personable, friendly, and had an amazing story to tell!! I really appreciated how he was clean and even showed me the expiration date on the needle!!! Would 100% go back and have him tattoo me !!! Thanks so much Rody, will recommend you forever!!!

Roderick did my tattoo and was incredible. I asked him to make changes throughout the process and he was very patient and worked with me to achieve this beautiful piece of art. He was very nice and made me feel comfortable each step of the way. He paid close attention to the minor details that were important to me and didn’t stop until I was overjoyed. Tattoos are horrible me and my daughter got the same tat and mine don’t even look like it was done it’s really bad, the customer service is horrible. How you try to charge someone a $100 for tattoo that your shop messed up make it make sense fr…. I paid a $100 the first time for it not to be done properly or even look like it’s a tat period

I recently got a tattoo done here by Amina. I love it so much. It’s my son’s name so it meant a lot to me. Not only did they do an amazing job they were extremely clean and have a light hand. I don’t believe this tattoo could’ve been more painless if it were done with a cloud. This picture is right when it was finished. It is still healing but that is going smoothly and I have no issues. I’ve had a bad tattoo experience in the past but this has brought back my comfort in getting them done.

We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the door! Everyone in the building was extremely nice and willing and ready to help us! The owners were fantastic! I believe they were a father and son and they were friendly and made sure we were happy with our tattoo decision before we were put in chairs to get started. My artist was J.R. He was absolutely amazing. Extremely nice and by far the best work I’ve seen. His line work and shading came out great and I’m extremely happy with my new tattoo! My husband was extremely happy with his tattoo as well. He was placed with a different artist in booth 4 and his tattoo turned out great! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My mother & I traveled to AC from Ohio & wanted a tattoo to remember our vacation. We went in for a walk in & noticed how clean & friendly everyone is. We were definitely scared about getting a tattoo from a shop we are unfamiliar with on the boardwalk but reviews & pictures looked great so we trusted it. We couldn’t have been more amazed!! This shop is amazing!! We are in love with our new tattoos, the color is great & price was reasonable. We’d travel the 7 hours just to get more done!!

The people in this place are AMAZING!!!!! Steve the owner was very helpful and welcoming.. Daniel did my touch up and he made the tattoo better than it did when I got it. My boyfriend and i are on vacation and was walking the boardwalk we both decided to stop in and get tattoos. Clean place amazing friendly people and great work. Hopefully going to get a second one before we head back home. Stop in and get one you wont regret it! Well in one week two tattoos! i cant talk enough about this place not just the place but the employees! Rudy did both my tattoos and what amazing place. He was keeping my son so interested in everything he was doing while he was tattooing me! Rudy opened everything in front of me and explained everything he was using before he started! The shop is extra clean and the employees even check up on you while ur getting tattooed to make sure ur comfortable and everything is going well !! I absolutely love this place.

Loved my work! I got something small while my son got something bigger, took us right in, they did exactly what we wanted. The owner was super nice and friendly, as well as all his staff they made us feel comfortable and most importantly they were super clean! Definitely will be coming back!

I tried to get a tattoo here spontaneously and the lady at the desk tried to tell me that I couldn’t get the tattoo size I wanted simply because it was “too small” (I have small wrists). It was the most basic tattoo ever nothing special about it. Very plain no shading just line work. And proceeded to try and charge me almost $200 for it. She went down to $150 but when I said I was using card she then told me the tax would amount to around $180, (which is 20% tax). When I asked why I couldn’t get what I wanted they told me this was their shop and had a good reputation and wouldn’t do a tattoo that they didn’t want too. Then proceeded to refer me to another shop in a rude manner. Definitely won’t be coming back here again.

Clean and professional. They dont smoke in the shop, its very nice! Private sectioned off rooms for tattoos. They are very polite, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I psyched myself out for a piercing and finally went in. They were just about to close but an artist was kind enough to stay for my piercing and tattoos. I really appreciate his work and enjoy working with JR.

I paid $200 for 2 small tattoos and within days the ink started to fade the staff was RUDE and you definitely tell we were not wanted there.

Went to 3 different tattoo shops to get our daughters ears pierced and was denied till we got to Boardwalk Ink. And I’m so glad I found boardwalk ink because we weren’t disappointed. The staff and piercer were amazing and they were wonderful with my five year old. Made her feel so comfortable and not nervous. Took the time to make her feel confident. I would definitely recommend going here! Great atmosphere! Thanks guys !

Only doing one star because there is no 0 stars called to make an appointment a week ahead of time letting him know that the tattoo would be done on last day of my vacation. They never even showed up to open the doors to the shop. No call nothing didnt even bother to apologize when the most definitely got my messages the next day saying I was standing out in the boardwalk ready for my tattoo and the door were locked and the light were off save yourself the hassle and go somewhere in the city that actually cares

Boardwalk Ink was awesome! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Bill was hilarious and made me feel safe during the whole process. He did an extremely intricate wrist tattoo for me and even did a touch-up on two of my other tattoos. They accept walk-ins and the prices are great. 10/10 recommend and I will be going back for my next tattoo.

The staff was extremely friendly and personable. I walked in and I arrived at a good time, because I was signing paperwork and having my design printed out within minutes! Joy was my artist and I both enjoyed her work and her company. She was conversational the whole time, which was great because despite having multiple tattoos they still make me feel a little queasy lol the shop sold tattoo goo as well so they provide aftercare and detailed instructions! This is an amazing family own business. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They worked with me to come up with the perfect tattoo for me in memory of my parents. The tattoo artist, Andrew made me feel comfortable and at ease during the process and when it was done it was better than what I could have imagined... I will definitely be going back to them for my next tattoo.

Went three times to get some piercings.. prices are reasonable not crazy expensive compared to these other shops out here. all 3 times i went i was greeted by Tony , and his customer service was absolutely A1. I met his sister one of my visits there, very sweet girl. & the dad is also a cool guy. Very professional as well. I literally don’t have any negative thing to say about this place. They are really, overall, very deserving of the 5 stars. Highly recommended

When we came across this shop, me and my friend wanted to create the last long memory of this place so we decided to get tatted at this place. We stopped by to make appointment and the people seemed very welcoming which made us feel very positive to get our matching tattoos here. When we arrive for the appointment they sent us to the artist that was gonna ink us. We discussed our tattoos with the front desk and when we met the artist he knew the design but was not aware of the details we wanted to add as there was miscommunication between front-desk and the artist. But nonetheless we were still feeling good about our tattoo. When we started getting inked the artist was really rude and when we made any suggestions on what we wanted he seemed really annoyed. After we were inked we were not fully satisfied as he still didnt add things we asked for. But after we were inked he put a tape on our tattoo which was not even properly applied, it seemed as if the artist was rushing us off before applying proper care of the tattoo. Not even 2 minutes later we had to return back to the shop as we were bleeding a lot. Then, this artist put paper napkins and tapped it up.I would really suggest to pick the artist before you go this place!!!

I went in the shop because it looked very clean, asked about having a portrait of my dogs face , they introduced me to Rody, who showed me his work. I was impressed by the owners and Rody and decided to do it. The work was fantastic and lifelike. If you are visiting AC and want a tattoo, forget all the other places and go to Boardwalk Ink! You will not be disappointed!

Boardwalk Ink was amazing. The shop was clean and all the staff were professional and super friendly. Me and my husband decided to get lord of the rings couple tattoos and Rudy and Bill really captured what we wanted. Rudy did my Eowyn necklace and Bill did my husbands Aragorn inspired tattoo. We are so happy with how they came out and the pricing was reasonable as well. If we ever go back to AC we definitely will return there

The employees explained everything to expect about repiercing the area, and I had the pleasure to be taken care of by Bill, who also answered all my questions and took care to reduce any discomfort. JR @ Boardwalk Ink did a great job piercing my 3 year old’s ears. They were so quick and made it an exciting experience not a scary one. My daughter didn’t even cry and instead was dancing because she loved her earrings so much. Highly recommend!!

And the employees were all super helpful and so warm and welcoming. Great place to go to, the staff is incredible and pricing is great. I would recommend this place to anyone. I had a piece that was botched on my arm when I walked in but when I walked out I was proud to show it off instead of hiding it. All the artist are incredible and will bend over backwards for you to insure you are happy with the work. Go to them and see for yourself, you won’t be let down.

Most importantly it’s clean. Decent prices. Only issue was ears were re pierced & new holes were made in awkward places. Makes healing process harder & harder to find the hole to put earrings in. Also, had to ask about after care. Don’t forget to ask so you know how to care for your ink or piercing

I came in and the front desk people were so incredibly nice and I was looking forward to getting a new tattoo to remember an amazing vacation. Then I went to meet the artist… soooo rude!!!! This artist didn’t look me in the eye once and wouldn’t let me make any decisions other than what he drew. My friend came with me and she wanted to check to make sure he was doing what I wanted and he snapped at her. Idk if he was having a bad day or what, but that was totally unacceptable. Not only that but the tattoo aftercare was horrific!!! All he did was put two pieces of packing tape on my tatto and when I was leaving, the front desk people noticed streams of blood running down from my tattoo… I have had 5 tattoos done before this one and that has NEVER happened. They sent me back to the artist who rolled his eyes and ripped off the tape and put A PIECE OF PAPER TOWEL AND PAINTERS TAPE to keep it on. It was atrocious. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. IT WAS AN INFECTION WAITING TO HAPPEN.
