Mike Howard is extremely talented. This is the best place to get a tattoo if you’re on the east coast. Hands down.

The shop is very clean and inviting. We were welcomed before we even got through the door. The folks who worked there were nice ans outgoing. There were several walk-ins while we were there all trying to get some work done. The shop seemed to stay pretty busy and had a steady amount of foot traffic and some who had called ahead and made an appointment. The artist was skilled and knocked the pizza out in no time! Ive already got plans to return and get more work done

I had a great experience at Diving Horse. The shop is clean and my artist, Dylan, was talented and accommodating. While he might prefer doing Pinterest style, dainty tattoos, I think he did a great job with my traditional style tattoo. Will definitely be back for more!

Dylan is great! He does great work, is very easy to work with, and is a very nice person .Very professional. Shop clean and orderly. He spends time with you listening to what you want and offers suggestions to make it better! I have a tat from another place, but Dylan at Diving Horse is my shop!!

We are from Central New York (5 hours away-ish) we will absolutely be returning to work with Dylan again! Beautiful script work that I can’t say I can get in my home town. I had asked him to match font work from one of my other tattoos and Dylan’s work is sooo much better lol. My fiancé got lettering on his knuckles for his first tattoo and didn’t really like any of the fonts he saw. Dylan came up with his own version of a few different styles. Great quality and Super comfortable atmosphere would definitely recommend. we honestly hated most things about AC but will return just to come back to Driving Horse

Mike did an amazing job on fixing up an old tattoo I had! He is incredible at his work!!! Very skilled but MEAN AND HEARTLESS, ANGRY, BITTER artist 😡6.23.22 : I got a Hello Kitty face tattoo & cute bow ties 🎀😍 I absolutely LOVE IT. Mike the owner, does very high quality work🙌 & the other owner Dylan does as well, based on photos I’ve seen of his work!6/27/22 MOODY AND MEAN BITTER MAN. Randomly cuts off and blocks clients for NO REASON except he’s in a bad mood. What ashame😪 I always tipped him well and was nice to him. Don’t know what happened but he doesn’t care about his customers and I am hurt💔 . I’ll keep review at 2 stars cuz he used to be nice but not anymore.

Was in yesterday for my first tattoo, everything was done quickly (not to be confused with rushed) and efficiently, the stations were very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and you could tell they were closer than simply co-workers, which gave the place a very welcoming atmosphere.If Im ever back in town I will definitely be coming back for another souvenir.

First time in Atlantic City with my husband and we wanted to get matching tattoos, we saw a tattoo shop at the board walk but it looked unsanitary so we decided to google a local Professional Tattoo Shop.Due to Covid Diving Horse Tattoos are only working by appointment. Dylan was our artist he was very professional and clean saw him sanitize after every customer. Thank you guys soo much! Definitely recommend ♡

This place is super clean, and the staff is welcoming, professional and talented. There is tons of unique artwork on the walls to inspire you, and they can recreate anything. Its also right down the street from the boardwalk so its easy to get to. I would definitely recommend.
