I cannot recommend this shop enough! My daughter wanted her nose pierced and Adam did an amazing job. He took the time to explain every step of the process, how to care for it, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend Adam for any and all of your piercing needs.

Got two matching pickle tattoos. He took only 5 min I waited till it was healed up I can nearly see it also theres missing gaps like its almost looks like it aint even finished. Ive always been good on tattoos i have alot of ink done. So I waited it out till it healed. Only took the rush appointment. Because my gf first tattoos. you get what you pay for. 230$ five min job. Thats just one artist. Cant speak for anyone else there. Going somewhere else to get it fixed. Wish I could provide an image

SKOT SEXTON was our tattoo artist. And an ARTIST he IS!! I l8ved in Greenfield for 13 years, and I had heard and seen his work over the years. My youngest wanted another tattoo for Christmas, and her father paid for it for her. He paid $150, the cost of the work. I was embarrassed. (Please know to tip your tattoo artist. Unless he owns the shop, he pays something similar to a booth rent-similar to your hair stylist).Skot is an AWARD WINNING, professional tattoo artist with over 30 years experience. It shows in his work.I was impressed by the professionalism, the certifications and licensing that was posted, and the fact that they follow medical waste disposal practices. I know this because I am very familiar with the practices of disposal of the waste as I worked for a company that offers that service.Skot was not in a hurry. He offered suggestions on the best placement and was patient with our questions.Any future work will definitely be done by him!

Bad experience. Me and the person I was with were there for 10-20 minutes and waited and no one came to tell us whether they took walk ins or anything. We sat patiently and waited and were speaking in Spanish but then more people walk in and they happen to be white and get helped as soon as they walk in. We left after that happened. Would not recommend!

Very helpful, loved their ability to refer me to an artist there that is great with using colors. None of my tatts are solid black, not my personality. I’m getting my doggies paw print on the top of my spine, he’s my (now retired) service dog, and my soul dog. So on his 14th birthday this coming June 22, 2021, I’m having his paw print on my back so he’ll have my back forever! (Will post tattoo pictures when it’s done!)

So I went in here around 2 years ago to get my first tattoo done, all I wanted was 3 smaller butterflies. The guy was rude from the beginning, especially when I told him it was my first time getting tattooed. I just ended up compromising what I wanted because he was just rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Then he proceeded to over charge me because he knew it was my first tattoo. And now it’s almost faded out. I’d just go to Travis Boyd or Anthony Davis. They will get your right for the right price! 💯💯

Wonderful experience!! I worked with Jennifer, she was super patient while I was kind of a wimp! Her work was amazing and Im so happy with it, she was able to make my crappy sketch beautiful and what I always imagined!

My wife walked in without an appointment and got lucky that they had an opening. Everything was clean and everyone was professional. We will be back for more tattoos in the future.

I went to Altered Image to get a 20 year old tattoo touched up. When I left it was like a brand new tattoo in the best possible way! My artist was Buddy Patterson and from start to finish of the process he was attentive, answered all my questions, he made me feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Buddy and Altered Image Tattoo!

I went in Thursday afternoon to get my nostril pierced, I went as a walk in and was attended to quickly. Adam was my piercer, very informative and made sure I was comfortable. Everyone at the shop was super chill and very professional. I went in wanting to do a portrait of my dog and Scot did absolutely amazing job. He is a true artist. My biggest concern was that personality and essence of my dog would not come across as the way I remember him and I was absolutely wrong to be worried about it. I only have praises for this shop and particularly Scot since he did my tattoo. I also think I made a friend for life which means something. Attached are the photos of a photograph and a completed tattoo so you can judge for yourself.

Just got tripled pierced on my ears by adam! he is amazing makes you so calm and relaxed while he’s piercing you 10/10 will be going back again!!!

Overall great experience. The men were nice and the shop was clean. Adam, the piercer, helped me and he did a fantastic job. Very precise and spot on with his placement. He seemed to genuinely care about the craft and was very knowledgeable. Plus the music will make you feel like you’re in a coffee shop and not getting needles stuck in you.

Adam did my ear piercings and he was phenomenal. Very clean work station, very friendly and communicative in regards to the piercing process, what to do to care for the piercings during healing, and it was very quick and as painless as being stuck with needles can be. Highly recommended!

Adam did an excellent job piercing my son’s ears. He was very thorough in his explanation of his process, and took the time to answer all of our questions before he started. Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Called a few days before and they told me to walk-in after 3. I came in and noticed that 16 and under had to have an appointment. I walked in and Adam told me to get her birth certificate and come back. So if your child is under 18 bring their birth certificate and Valid ID (adult) The whole process was very expectational. The tattoo shop was clean. Adams spot was so clean and sterile. He made my daughter feel comfortable and afterwards she even said, mom Adam made me feel so at ease. If you are looking for a place to get pierced look no further than here. Will definitely be bringing my girl back and recommending.

Went in there with my best friend the other day to get ass tats and Alex did an amazing job and made both of us feel welcome and comfortable given the circumstances. I have gone in before for other tattoos and piercings and all the artists and piercers are really friendly and chill. This is a great place to go!

Omg Tattoo in Avon is totally awesome. They were very professional and welcoming at their facility. Adam Shields pierced my teenager’s nose. Went on a piercing date and got my helix and nose pierced by Bryan... Absolutely amazing job. I was hella nervous but he made both of us laugh and smile the entire time. I felt comfortable around him and he was really caring. The piercings (unavoidably painful) were fast, clean, and as comfortable as they could be. Thank you Bryan :) It was a great experience and we will be back!Edit - make sure to ask what gauge your piercing is in before you go. I didnt and had to trial and error later.

This place is very clean, inviting. The tattoo artist I had Alex Rodriguez knew what he was doing but in my opinion was a little cocky, but that is also the culture so I get it. The process was quick and somewhat painless. I got a tattoo on the top of my foot was in and out in less than 45 minutes I would say. The tattoo looks great. I would highly recommend Alex.

Amy took us as a walk-in despite it being close to closing hours. She did a great, quality job with my daughters first tattoo; she couldnt be happier. We will no doubt get all of our work done by her moving forward.

Hero - this boss did a rad job on my left bicep of my daughters name. It only took 30 mins and have gotten many great compliments. The outline & shading were on point. Definitely recommend checking out this dude who is a talented artist.

Ive been wanting my tattoo redone ever since I got it as well. Its been around 6 months since I got it so its completely healed. The line work is poor, color isnt saturated and doesnt meet up with lines. HERO gave me a bad tattoo. He definitely rushed through my appointment. I got a decent thigh piece that took 1 hour maybe 2. I feel very cheated...his portfolio looks good and he had mostly good reviews but I obviously did not get anything good.

I had a terrible experience at this shop a little over a year ago. Ive been too shy to talk about it because it was my fault for not doing more research, but it was a well rated shop so I wasnt too worried.The details are blurred out, the line work is bad, I have been waiting to get it reworked since the day i got it.After it was healed a lot of the shading had completely fallen out and it is so patchy. The outline is the only thing that isnt patchy, and even then the lines arent very straight.(In case your wondering, its the key. I tried to post a picture on the google page but they may have deleted it because IT IS BAD WORK)I feel Buddy rushed through my appointment because I was young and it was a relatively small tattoo. Hopefully Buddy is no longer working there, because he really messed up my tattoo. If you are getting work from him, Id recommend only to get very bold line work and very little detail.Personally I would never go there again. Which is why i never went for a touch up.

I got a tattoo from Jess last year and although she was very good about communicating with me the tattoo did not turn out well. The line work was off and parts of the stencil she had showed me prior were completely missing. I ended up going elsewhere to fix the line work.

The people here are fantastic! I have a type of Parkinson’s called Parkin Syndrome and Jason adapted immediately to the tremors. They are amazing artists. I will be getting my future ink done there, no question. Very highly recommend!

I wanted to add an additional set of footprints to my existing footprints tattoo. Jessica was the tattoo artist I ended up getting. I thought how hard could my tattoo be bc all she had to do was trace a set of footprints I already had tattooed on me and line the new set up with the ones already on me. The set of footprints she tattooed on me look absolutely NOTHING like my existing ones. And they are crooked. She also recolored my existing footprints and she colored over the outline so they are even messed up. I have to now find someone else and hope that they can fix what she screwed up. Personally I would NOT reccomend her nor would I ever go back to her to get any other tattoos. I am very dissatisfied. My opinion though. Hopefully she tattoos others better than she tattooed me.

Bryan is great. I went and got my smiley peircing done. The front upper frenulum. It was a very quick pinch and it was done. He did a great job. Everyone is very nice and funny. Id recommend this place to any my friends. I definitely will be going back in the future. Make sure you ask for Bryan and bring cash. The card machine charnges you two dollars extra. But it was quick and easy. Thankyou so much, I love this peircing.

My brother, sister, and I came in to get sibling tattoos. Buddy did my brother’s, And another guy (i’m sooo sorry, I don’t remember his name) did us girls.My brother’s tattoo is soooooooo faded and bad. My sister and i LOVE ours. They all started off great, but his just looks worse and worse as time goes by.Attaching photos. His most current pic is first. Mine from today is in the middle, and the last one was the day we got it done.

Didn’t even go in but I did called to get my septum ball put back on after trying for hours on end and having no luck. Went to another place the guy wasn’t there so I called this place and the guy that answered just had such a horrible and hateful attitude. I told him I couldn’t get it back on, he paused for a moment and sarcastically said “hmm that’s terrible dear” like everyone knows how to get it back on. When i asked if he could put the ball back on he proceeds to say “I get paid for my work” then says it will be $10.00. I understand everyone needs to get paid for their job but the tone in his voice I feel was just so rude. From this small experience I just wouldn’t bother.

I was very excited about getting a tattoo, I am a nursing professional and this was going to be a tattoo to represent my profession and it was going to be one that actually showed on my forearm, the artist went TOO DEEP AND I HAVE A BLOW OUT, they tried to blame the red ink. I have other tattoos with red ink with no problems and not all of the red ink blew out on this one. I have since consulted 2 tattoo artist who I know personally and was told that this was definitely bad technique, very disappointing

Do not go here! My second ear piercings are screwed up. They’re rude and now I can’t even get an earring in correctly, I have to put it in backwards. And for $80 I should have to deal with this. Very disappointed. This is ridiculous.

I absolutely do not recommend coming here for a piercing. The piercing was not done correctly what so ever. I am now out $120 and she is not able to wear her piercing. Worst experience. Please go somewhere else. Altered Image, hire a piercer that knows what they are doing.

I was outside at 12 waiting for them to open up and noone open up. They were suppose to be open at 12. I even called and no answer. Waited till 12:30 and still was close,so I just left.

Extremely overpriced, cheap ink, poor quality work. I had a 2 hour tattoo take 25 minutes here... not even interested and going back in for them to fix it up.

The name is Tattoos and Piercings but I walked in hoping to get an ear piercing and was told “we don’t do piercings” so I’m a little taken back......
