On Jan 24 I went into the store on a mission to find rose gold earrings that would go with my evening dress. The saleswoman asked if I needed help and then proceeded to find exactly what I needed in under 5 minutes. I was checked out and on my way within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service thank you!

Amazing Staff! I had some very particular accessories I needed for an event and they were so helpful in finding them! Everyone was super nice and genuinely seemed to love what they were doing. Special shout-out to the pink haired manager who was an awesome help! Definitely going to be my new go to for all thing accessories or squishmellow 😅

Refused to do ear piercing at 5pm when they close at 7pm when they were staffed. Had a very disappointed daughter on her birthday.

Cant get too many good deals nowadays but their buy 3 get 3 is pretty good. Minimum cost for getting ears pierced was $39. Considering you can get them done at another shop for that price I didnt think that was great

The staff at this store are unbelievably helpful and nice, their enthusiasm is practically contagious. Anything I was looking for they helped me find, and any problems I had they worked with me on. Absolutely a pleasant visit.

I love it when employees decide to close at random hours. No notes or explanations on why. At least throw up a be back later sign with something to indicate when youre closing the store, doesnt take much effort.

Got my second holes pierced here. I gave it 3 stars because it was a much better experience than getting my first holes pierced. However, I was not aware ahead of time of how expensive the prices would be. The chart they show doesnt have prices on it anywhere, and I would have been better off going to a professional piercing place where the prices are lower and it is done without a piercing gun.

Very cute stuff here, I love the aesthetic. however do not get your ears pierced here, in which they use a piercing gun. which in simple terms, using a gun to pierce your ears is like stabbing a pencil through paper, vs using a delicate needle. i do not recommend them for piercings. however everything else is super cute and dandy!

We took our 11 year old granddaughter to shop there for her birthday. The young woman that worked there was very friendly and helpful.

I love Claires. They are very affordable and carry a huge selection of unique earrings. They also do free piercings if you buy the earrings.

I love Madeline! She is the absolute sweetest and has incredible customer service!!

A child’s wonderland of fashion and jewelry! There always seems to be some deal going on. They have everything from makeup to kids toys, they even do ear piercings for both children and adults!

Claire’s is a jeweler store for teens to shop at for well priced items. Everyone there is very nice and will help you find whatever you need.

Im probably not their target demographic. They sell cheap, lower quality jewellery. The store is cramped and plays pop music at a slightly obnoxious volume.
