Been going to banter for years since it was originally called pagoda Marcos always has helped me love him always helps me pick out the best items always says hi to me when he sees me pass the kiosk and always ask me how I am love him he so nice helpful and thoughtful , recently got helped by a girl sadly don’t know her name but she wished me a happy birthday and I thought that was so cute she tried to help me get the best deal and I thought it was really thoughtful how she helped me and took her time with me

Associates have no customer service skills and need more training, especially the store assistant manager Madison. I made a purchase, my bank approved I signed for transaction and associate did not want to give me the items I purchased. My credit card was charged, store associate unable to provide any documentation stating the transaction was not processed. Store associates refused to give me their names to refer back to for my records for dispute. But find it ok to give me other customers name and transaction info..Gwendolyn Burris $258.53Cesar Pastrana $859.25Courtney brown $269.00Jocelyn zapera $86.90Carlos Ventura $1010.00Now I have to dispute charges with my bank , was not able to complete my Christmas shopping. Instead of associate or manager calling customer service they continued to help other customers, instead of helping me complete or figure out the issue with my transaction. I will call my bank to dispute changes and wait for my refund. DO NOT SHOP at Smith Haven Mall Banter!! They refuse to give you their name, very rude and dismissive but can give other customers information!!!!! 2 hours waiting and no help, no merchandise nothing else left to do but dispute with my bank and hope the refund returns to my account before Christmas so I can complete my shopping. HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!!!!!!!

I visited the booth yesterday to replace a baguette rope chain that was unraveling through warranty . I was racially profiled and judged from the minute I walked up to the booth. A young girl clearly didn’t not know the policies and procedures . The girl claimed that the chain I had was not from pagoda / banter and that all of their chains had an Italy stamp which is funny bc I always saw the chains said they were stamped turkey regardless she tried to say my chain was not from there and people are bringing outside chains there for Returns, it wasn’t until I had to get irate and show her me and my husbands multiple chains and earrings we had on was from there. The chain is a specialty rope bauguette chain and I had it replaced under warranty from the previous massapequa location , I brought a pendant at the same time and explained that to her so finally she says I had a warranty which at first they said it expired a month ago and then they said it expired a week ago . The incompetent girl made us walk to the other booth where the manager was and we originally walked passed the managers booth after five minutes because she was on her phone lollygagging with a random bystander , anyways once we get to the other booth with the manager she listens to the incompetent and they’re inspecting our chain and they can’t call sunrise mall massapequa because they are no longer in business so she finally goes in the cabinet finds a similar chain and starts comparing that it was all because the sku label was changed , they offered to swap out the chain but my generous husband wanted a different one and ended up buying a chain anyways tht was stamped Turkey and the incompetent girl asked my husband to provide an ID to match up with the name on the credit card which has NEVER happened to us , regardless they lost a seriously committed customer that has spent thousands in the past and because we planned on spending a lot of money this day to buy family gifts . I don’t know who hired this incompetent to say we are bringing a chain to exchange that was not theirs and ID us for the credit card purchase that was profiling us because we were African American .

I have a problem returning an online order. The policy said 90 days exchange. The chain broke after 4 weeks. Store dont have exact one for exchange and customers service on the phone is the worse. I spend 45 min on the phone and website dont have review section.DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Receipt said full refund in 30 days. I took back the item in 24 hours and they tried not to honor the receipt stating their manager walked away for lunch and said no more refunds. Full of you know what...we were no having it and had to fuss for 15 minutes to get our money back.

I always have great experiences at both pagodas at the bayshore mall.I had my left ear pierced here about two years ago to make both ears pierced . The girl who did the piercing was so sweet and did a better job than the tattoo place that had done my right ear prior.I am always happy with the quality of the Jewellery. It’s easier to look into the kiosk than be followed around in a larger Jewellery store.Two very nice sales associates helped me pick out and attach a charm to my locket . The young lady and the gentleman were very helpful and so nice . Great staff all around. Thanks!

Jennifer was very busy but was very patient and great with our girls. We had both of our daughters (9 and 5 year old) ears pierced and we did not feel rushed. Jennifer took her time and made sure the mark was in the perfect spot before she pierced them. Girls are very happy and they look great.

I bought a necklace for my mother. First bad sign was when she signed me up for protection without asking me. I dont appreciate random people spending my money. Next they couldnt get my card to work, and kept insisting that it was a problem specific to my card, essentially shifting the blame to me. I said nothing. Next they begged me to go to the atm so I could pay them in cash. Omw to do so I check my balance and noticed that theyve already charged my card. I go back and they apologize. Again I say nothing. Now its Christmas day and I wake up to realize that they charged me twice for that transaction. Bc of the holiday Im going to have to wait 3 days to get my money back. Stay away from this place and save yourself a headache. The girls are nice but incompetent. For Christmas they stole my money!

Please save yourself and dont shop here , the assistant manager charged my card over 400 dollars told me it was declined , than charged me CASH. I didnt realized the money was pulled from my account till the next day , went to the mall with my bank on the phone and Jen was acting as if she never did the TRANSACTION ! Im so sickened at this point im taking legal action , I will never shop at pagoda anymore . Mind you the chain i purchased was for my memorial pendant of me and my father 💔 wish I could rate lower . Shame on this pagoda.

I got my ears pierced here 6 different times and each time my ears got infected. My mother also got her ears pierced here and everything was fine except for the fact that the holes are so tiny! Never again!!

They pierced my ears in the wrong spot now they are uneven and they kept saying it looked fine when it really wasnt , they blamed it on my ear being longer than the other one but that was not the issue therefore I totally do not recommend getting your ears pierced at pagoda
