My whole life I felt incomplete. I was referred to Perfect Body Lazer by a co-worker who also had great results with a cosmetic procedure. The pricing they gave her was unbeatable so I setup a consultation and they were very accommodating as I live in Philidelphia They made the process very simple and answered all of my questions. Patrick was very professional and explained everything thoroughly to me so I was comfortable . The procedure was fairly fast and very simple. I was a little excited, overwhelmed and very confused at first but all of the ladys were very reassuring and calming which helped out extremely. It’s only been about a month since the treatments and they already look and feel amazing. I finally feel like ill be able to be comfortable with any clothes I wear and can finally be free. I cant thank your office enough for making this happen and making it happen so perfectly!

Fabulous experience overall. Highly recommend. The whole staff was warm and inviting and made me feel like a VIP from start to finish! When you are doing any kinds of procedures on your face or body, of course you will be a bit nervous. While online looking for a place to have some procedures done, I happened to see Perfect Body, I decided to read the reviews at first I noticed the amount of positive reviews, I thought nah that can’t be true. I decided to give it a try, made an appointment JUST for a consultation. I was in awe when I arrived, the office was immaculate and the soothing fragrance was amazing. I was then introduced to my clinical consultant Alexa, I have been working in the medical field for over 20+ years I was impressed by the quality of service I had received from the front desk straight to Alexa, she made me feel so comfortable, because I did not know what I was getting into. Alexa explained everything in full detail and answered all my questions. I started my sessions right then and there. I am 58 and getting married this week. I came to Perfect Body because I liked the fact that everything is non invasive with no down time. I had it in my head that I wanted a CO2 facial treatment to smooth all my lines and wrinkles on my face and neck. After sitting with their amazing manager Adrienne, she explained that I was not a candidate for that and that I should try Thermage. I had no idea what that was but after she explained both treatments to me I felt she was right so I took her advice and we got it done right then and there! It didn’t take very long and Monica, my technician was amazing. There was no pain and no down time. It takes a few months for full results but I already see a difference. I don’t look so tired and I feel much more confident! The office is spotless and very modern and all of the women working there are so professional and knowledgeable!! I will be coming here for years to come and I highly recommend it!!

Cleanliness and client safety seems to be routine priorities.Price is difficult to comment on especially when there is satisfaction with the outcome. Trust is what you are really investing--I would let them earn it at the initial consultation.Try to familiarize yourself with terminology and the procedures offered before you visit. I believe you will be impressed with their explanation of each service. Do not be shy about taking some notes.

Perfect body is great first your are always greeted with smiles. They have a highly skilled staff whom attend to all your needs and answers any questions you may have. They explain the procedure before they start and it was not painful at all. I did 4 sessions with the laser for acne scars it not only did it work but it also tightened my skin and made it smoother. I highly recommend this treatment and perfect body for all the other treatments they offer.

Understand that this place only has five stars because they ask anyone who reviews them poorly to remove their review. I can only speak for myself but the only thing I lost was thousands of dollars. After 6 treatments of laser lipo, I saw no difference to my stomach, flanks or bra line. They invited me back for 3 more treatments using a stronger procedure. Again, no results. I am very disappointed and would not recommend.

The facility is clean and the staff is awesome…. The treatment was a waste if you actually need and are looking for results..If you are already skinny and looking to tighten up then maybe it will work…. but if your overweight and looking for the treatments to help it’s not going to happen.Thats even with eating right and going to the gym… after all treatments I went back 10 weeks later for measurements and was told they would call with the results like I don’t see myself everyday I didn’t bother even answering save the $$$$$$$$

I found Perfect Body online and started my treatment in July and I am very happy with the results and the quality of the service. The staff are very professional and are attentive to their clients. I highly recommend Perfect Body.

I made an appointment for a consultation. I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time so I inquired about pricing - just a range which they could not provide over the phone. I do understand because for each person it could be very different. When I arrived, there was no parking available. When I walked in the staff was not the friendliest. I signed in and they requested Identification. I showed them my ID. They requested I take it out of my wallet so they could make a copy of it. I stated it was just a consult and I wasn’t having any work done. They said it’s policy and they had to copy my license. I did not want my license copied. Again I was told it’s policy or I could leave. The greeter said if you don’t give your license you can leave so, “B-Y-E”. So I left when she said BYE. Definitely lost a customer because of their unprofessionalism.

I am genuinely appalled at the revealing details this company leaves under people who post negative reviews. I am even more appalled at the amount of times they “call out” clients for not being a client! Make no mistake prospect or fellow clients; People are going under aliases because this company intimidates, tries to PROHIBIT reviews, and borderline BULLIES people who try to speak up against their deceitful behavior. This company should be investigated thoroughly because they are danger to ALL consumer!!! Preying on their insecure, vulnerable clients who come in because they have issues with their appearance like their hairline or weight is disgusting. And when you try to talk to them, they refuse cancellation and intimidate you with legal action. For me, they claimed I received a treatment I have never received and I tried to talk with tranquility- They just want money.So before they leave a rude response “calling me out” for not being a client. I want to make it clear. This was MY experience. No, this is NOT my name because they BULLY and INTIMIDATE with legal action if you leave a review. RUN, don’t walk, from this company and take some ozempic instead

I selected the Mothers Day Special. The discomfort during the treatment was minimal. I am so pleased with the results. The skin on my forehead, lower face, jowls, and neck are firmer and look great! I had a very nice experience! The staff members are very polite, patient and comforting. I had the skin tightening procedure on chin/ neck and underarm areas. My results were great my chin are tightened was very successful. I received compliments often. The underarm skin tightened as well and I did loose inches in my torso. Alexa and the staff are not just professional, but also very knowledgeable. Ive tried all sorts of products for my uneven skin texture on my nose, but nothing worked. I was ready to do ablative laser treatment. When I first came in for my consultation, Alexa said that it was not necessary, and nonablative treatment is sufficient for my nose. After my first treatment, there were immediate, noticeable improvements that I could never have fixed on my own. Additionally, Alexa adviced additional services based on my skin health but I did not feel pressured to take the offer. Overall, they make you feel very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I cant believe how unprofessional this place is. After seeing a deal on their instagram, I called and asked if the promotion was available for laser hair removal and I was assured that it was. I made an appointment for a consultation and for some reason, they completely dismissed me at my appointment. I have had laser hair removal done for almost ten years, Ive had countless sessions with every laser machine and Ive gone to several places but no one has ever denied me a session for some bogus reason. They didnt even try to make it convincing. Either they didnt want to do the promotion for me or they just didnt like how I looked, Im not sure but this behavior is appalling.

I had my first session of laser tattoo removal at Perfect Body Laser & Aesthetics and it was a great experience. The price was very reasonable—I paid less than half of what Id have paid at other places.I got the tattoo when I was a teenager and its not something that I want to keep around anymore—its faded, but still a little visible, and I dont want to be reminded of my rebellious phase every time I look at my arm.The staff at Perfect Body Laser were all very welcoming and professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I can’t say enough good things about Perfect Body. I previously had laser hair removal through a plastic surgeon office in Westbury and had horrific experiences. Plz plz people don’t waste your money. This place is very expensive and it doesn’t work. Be careful what you sign. I spent over $15,000 and it doesn’t work. I also took my friend and they are very upset as well they offered them two free treatment. They also had to sign for the extra treatment. Not knowing they also signed they are not allowed to write a review. That’s the catch of the free treatment . I did fat reduction and skin tightening. At the beginning of my treatments, the loud sound of the laser machines got me nervous and anxious. I’m not normally one to post but this office has gone above and beyond. If you’re looking for a practice for laser as a first time or not this is your place. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure you have a full understanding of the treatments and how they work before you get started. Alexa made sure she took her time to tell me what to expect and she was spot on. No other facility I’d rather visit.

They are no good.. the lady in charge or owner is cold very cold. She’s also just about making money.All the employees are hiding behind a tinted glass .. almost like they don’t want anyone to see there faces. I don’t trust this place. It’s clean tho . That’s about it .

Taylor is so sweet and they made me feel so relaxed, comfortable and safe. Perfect Body Laser was a really nice experience for me. My laser treatments went so well! I had no problems after 5 treatments, week after week. This was one of the best thing I could have ever done for myself.

The Sculpture procedures I had done were also quick and relatively painless. the staff was great. Got a sleeve when I was younger and I always knew it was a mistake. After years of just dealing with it, I decided to go to Perfect Body to have it removed. They did a great job of carefully mapping out each section so my body wasn’t overwhelmed with laser treatments at once. They were really good about breaking all the treatments up so it wasn’t too much discomfort per session. They didnt even charge me more money when it took almost double the time to remove that tattoo. This place is Aces. I would highly recommend them fort tattoo removal.

This is the first time I write a review for a doctors office/ Cosmetic center. The entire staff of nurses and Aestheticians and Directors are the most genuine and safe-minded people I’ve ever meet. They are all ultra-true professionals. Jemima helped my mom with past liposuction gone wrong (not done by them). She was there for my mom every step of the way. My mom had to wait years to attempt to get another procedure. Perfect Body was right about what likely led to my mothers previous botched lipo and they worked really hard to help her look better in those areas. Long story short she ended up completing all of her laser and rf procedures and everything came out amazing. Thank you for having a great heart. The laser profession is lucky to have you!

This is of late but I had to do it. I get a gut feeling that reviews left are fake . Had a treatment done a while ago. $8000 wasted . Negative results. And the tall guy with the lab coat thinks hes an MD .This place must be mobbed up and should be investigated. As for your response. I am offended . I got nothing but love and respect for Italians. I may not be a client but Im the one who got approved for financing.

Absolutely a terrible place. No significant change for an 8000.00 procedure. Never offered a 2nd attempt to do what I originally wanted. Shouldve used my regular cosmetic doctor.

It has been 2 months now since my treatment, I am still waiting to see results, was told it could take up to 9 months to see the full results, this is not a cheap one time treatment , but I’m hoping this investment was worth it.Just giving three stars because of the results, still early but will follow up

I cannot say enough positive things about Perfect Body and Christine and Camille. I have been back a few different times for laser SculpSure fat removal and hair removal, each time has been a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing and it is obvious they care about their clients. My first experience was with Christine and she did it absolutely perfectly and I am thrilled with the results. Yesterday I returned to start some permanent laser hair removal with Camille on their new Synchro Laser and again it was a wonderful experience - comfortable, quick, and painless. When I had an issue with one of the products I purchased from them they replaced it without question. I live about 45 minutes away but I honestly would not go anywhere else and and more than willing to make the drive to see them. They are the best!

Everyone here is very kind and accomodating. They make sure that you are satisfied with the results and will work with you if you havent. The treatments are not painful and if you feel discomfort theyll lower the machine accordingly, although I suggest you try not to lower it, so you see better results.

I went here for removal of 4 tattoos and would definitely go through the process again. It takes time, but I feel so much better about myself. I had these tattoos for about 12 years and after 2 1/2 years of treatment they are completely gone! My first time going to the beach in a bathing suit without covering up the tattoos was the best feeling. It can’t be described.The entire staff, from consultation to completion, was amazing. I originally came in to have laser tattoo removal and have had multiple other procedures since.I am consistently impressed with the entire office’s professionalism, as in setting realistic expectations, letting me know what was reasonable for a best-case result. They don’t try to sell unnecessary additional treatments. And there is a focus on strict attention to after care and follow ups.Nurse Michelle exclusively provided all my injectable services and there’s nobody I trust more than her. She has an amazing eye for the aesthetic and it’s immediately obvious that she has a lengthy background, experience and competence in a wide array of procedures. She’s a great listener and truly cares for her clients. Highly recommend the entire office and staff there.

Terrible service they only care about the money full of lies. Whoever is in charge needs to replace managers and get better customer service and better accommodation when booking. They care about respecting their policies but not about respecting the clients with their nasty attitudes.

I went to Perfect Body Laser for a safer alternative to liposuction on my abdomen, flanks and arms in January. The laser regimen took a few short weeks to complete. I am surprisingly satisfied with my results. I lost a few inches around my entire midsection and my body looks and feels so much lighter. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and make me feel very comfortable. There was ZERO recovery, cost compared to surgery was zilch and no pain.

I am 21 years old but came to this place at the age of 20. I was always insecure about my stretch marks and double chin so I came to Perfect Body to have a consultation with Jemina. Jemina was so helpful and was very kind to me. She made sure I got the best treatment and broke down step by step everything that I have to do. The stretch mark treatment after my 4 sessions, cleared up all my stretch marks, the double chin treatment did not last me very long. The girls who did my treatments were so easy to talk to, made me feel very comfortable and explained to me everything that they were doing. I wrote a review a while back but am deciding to write an updated review on my experience at Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics.The facility itself is beautiful and clean. The girls who operate the lasers are very sweet. However, unfortunately, I was just not satisfied with my overall results. I originally went in for a laser scar removal consultation, for a scar on my knee. The prices were very expensive. I was hesitant at first but I was willing to pay good money for good results. They sold me on a package of 4 laser treatments. I was told that I would see significant results and would be extremely happy with my investment. They estimated about an 80% improvement in the scar. You are supposed to wait a certain amount of time between the laser treatments for the best results. (I believe it is 6-8 weeks). I was a week or two late on some of the follow up appointments due to work, but I was told that would not make a difference in the results.After the initial package I was not satisfied with the results. I did not see the significant results that I was promised. I was told by the manager if I wanted to see greater results I would have to buy more individual treatments. Even though a lot of time had passed after my last laser treatment, I was told the individual treatments would still provide good results. Again I was hesitant but I got several more individual treatments over time, with no great result. I maybe see a 30-40% improvement after all those treatments and spending thousands of dollars.Upset with how much money I spent for such minor results I contacted the manager again. She then told me that the knee it is a hard area to treat and the scar may not get better than this. I was never made aware of this during my consultation or before any of my continuous purchases. I feel like I was pushed to buy more treatments and was continuously convinced that my scar would get better, until this point. She said there was nothing more that could be done unless I wanted to buy and try more treatments.Afterwards, I wrote a review about my experience and then the manager reached out and apologized. She offered me a free session using a different laser and asked me to take down my review until I saw the new results. Although I appreciate that, I still have not seen results.I can not speak on their other services but in my personal opinion I would not recommend this facility for laser scar removal. I do not believe they were transparent with me about the potential results before I made my purchases. Overall I do not believe the price of the treatments was worth the outcome. This is my real experience and I just want to make others aware so they can make an informed decision before making a purchase.

As a first-time Laser client , I was more than a little reserved about my visit, I had a consultation with Alexa, I found her to be genuine, honest and very easy to talk to. She took a personal interest in my case and was able to diminish any concerns I had by clearly explaining all of my options and the corresponding procedures. I was seen in about a week from making my appointment for Botox with Michelle the Nurse Practitioner (ended up getting Jeuveau and Radiesse) Michelle was great. She gave me tons of information about many different options so I could choose exactly what was right for me. She even scheduled a two week follow up, since Im a new patient. The two other places Ive been have not offered that. Definitely 10/10 will continue coming to her.

The staff were all great and very friendly. The location was great and very clean. The nurse who assisted me with cool sculpting and Thermage was sweet and loved her job. At first I unfortunately saw minimum results. They made it right and stepped up to re-tteat the areas at no charge. With that I am a happy customer and Im happy I chose a reputable place. The front desk receptionist was friendly and really welcoming. The Doctors etc are great! Knowledgeable, caring, professional and they explain everything. The whole experience was just great! A few quick session and my tattoo was almost 50% gone. I am very happy with the outcome and plan to go back until my tattoo is all gone. I am very busy I usually have to rush always and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Awesome !!! Thanks guys!

My overall experience was phenomenal. My coordinator Pat was excellent and patient with me. Everyone answered all my questions professionally. Nikki is the bomb. Her bedside manners was superb.
