Mrs. Karista is hands down the best. Her patience and understanding of my situation is why I will always choose her service. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge through the process. To top it off out of everyone I contacted, her prices could not be beat.

I had a grey and white tattoo across my back and only had one session, but I am so happy with it! The fade continues over time to a certain point. Earliest photo is about a few days to a week after laser in 2017, then a following week, and current day. The entire place is very clean, professional, and Karissa was very helpful in keeping me calm, letting me know what was going to happen next and when she was almost finished. She was detailed in the entire process and with aftercare, as well as friendly and considerate. I highly recommend this place!!!! Im going back soon to get more removed.

Got a tattoo several years ago of my favorite tv show from a usually respectable artist in Austin, but he must have had an off day.Have been looking to get the shading removed for a while now and I found this place! Kirsten thoroughly explained the process to me, explained what it will feel like, the science behind the tattoo removing, as well as what to expect in the next coming days/weeks. I originally contact Zapn Ink on Facebook in 2022. I was given a phone number and told to send pictures for pricing. For a simple line tattoo that was 4inches by 1 inch, it would be $300 per session. At the time, they were the only reputable laser removal service in the area and I wanted it gone so I booked the appointment. After each session, the tattoo would initially be white from the laser but would return to normal within the hour. I know it takes time but after three sessions, I couldnt tell any difference whatsoever. I decided to cancel my fourth follow up and see if more time would show any kind of fading or breakdown of the tattoo. I cancelled more than a month in advance of my next appointment. After a year, I decided to give it another try. I called and messaged multiple times with no response. I saw multiple posts on Facebook and still never received a response. I was unable to leave messages since the voicemail was full. Messaging on Facebook and texting are the only other methods of communication if no one answers the phone.After talking to other previous clients of Zapn Ink, all of them had similar experiences: Lack of response from the owner and lack of progress from sessions.I contacted Aesthetic Laser Center and got in immediately. I was given way more information, the session was half the cost and I was actually given thorough aftercare instructions. Its been a week and I can already see fading and breakdown through the tattoo.

The process was quick and informative! Incredibly pleased with the results of the tattoo removal.

I came in today for my first laser tattoo-removal session on my face and upper thigh and had a great experience. Karista displayed great communication, was honest and straight forward with me about my concerns related to the procedure price, pain, sessions needed and healing process. I also have an anxiety disorder and I was extremely worked up and nervous but she walked me through every step of the process gently and in detail. She carefully coordinated breaks during the session when needed instead of trying to rush through it to get it done. When I looked in the mirror at quality of my results I shed tears of joy! I cant wait until my second session and I 10/10 recommend her!

This place is amazing and local to me. The removal is done by trained medical staff and is 100% sterile process, allowing 6-8 weeks between appointments. One of the most detrimental portions of the tattoo removal process. Very professional. I would recommend them to anybody looking for tattoo removal.

I would recommend karista to anyone, she explains everything , she takes her time , the prices are sooo much cheaper than what I thought it would be , she’s very easy to book with , my husband got tattoos removed and just got done with second session couple weeks ago and the results look great! It is a small business and if she doesn’t answer she is in a session. Book online and I promise you’ll be satisfied with the entire experience. I’ve seen her three times and couldn’t be more pleased.

Karista is a very pleasant person to talk to and she does an excellent job about remembering names, faces, and even details you have shared previously. She is also straightforward about how her lasers work, which I apricate because I am always curious. I have had about 4 or 5 sessions and I never mind going back.

I didnt make it to the facility, I didnt even make it past the phone call. the owner was rude, not helpful at all, short, did not act like she even wanted my business and would not answer questions over the phone. called Aesthetic Laser Ctr on Laurel in Beaumont, and had the exact opposite response. no way Im spending money here... if shes that bad on the phone, I cant imagine how the multiple sessions would go. no thanks. 👎🏽

Very professional, clean enviroment, Krista explained entire procedure and what to expect. I was very happy with my 1st consult/treatment and will continue to use her until my tattoo is naked to to eye.

If you are hesitant PLEASE don’t be and get the process going . My only regrets it not starting sooner. Karista is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly she is awesome !!! Very much recommend her for any tattoos you want gone !

Zapn ink is a great place to go and get your unwanted tattoos removed. I went to my first appointment recently, and I couldnt have been more pleased! The office is very clean, and the lady that did mine did a very good job at keeping me comfortable while getting my first treatment. I definitely recommend zapn ink!

Karista was so sweet. This was my first time going to get my tattoo removed so I was super nervous. As soon as I got there we did some quick paper work & got started with my tattoo removal. I was so scared of the pain but to my surprise it didnt hurt at all. It kind of feels like when you get popped with a lil rubber band extremely tolerable lol! With one treatment my tattoo is gone. Its still a lil red but the ink isnt there anymore. Im so happy with the service & the outcome. I will be going again for my other tattoo removals.

She was VERY knowledgeable and explained everything about how it works, why you have to wait in between sessions, etc. Came to her after getting several treatments from another legitimate and reputable place, but I felt like I wasnt seeing the results that I should from them. I called 9:09 someone answered said something then proceeded to hang up. I called again and I was sent to voice mail. Havent even gave them my business and they are already off to bad start. I dont know how they have 5 stars if they dont even know how to answer and dang phone. If I could give them negative stars I would.
