I am grateful for the piercing staff. Wanted my nipples pierced. But wanted them done at the same time. They got it down. Quickly smoothly and professionally. No complaints on my end. They where amazing.
Almost every tattoo artist at Mundos has contributed to my Half sleeve and I’ll never go anywhere else. Everyone from the moment you walk in make you feel like part of the family. The artists are friendly, clean, efficient, and attentive to detail. Aubrey did my nose piercing and she is a gem. So knowledgeable and sweet! You feel safe and comfortable the whole time. 100/10, WOULD recommend!
Brought my 13yr daughter to get her ears redone after getting it done as a baby and not working out. She was so kind, educated and shared willing with her what was about to happen, and then very gently checked out her ears and decided that only a puncture of the back skin was needed and not a new puncture. This knowledge alone saved my daughter pain and the hassle of healing. She was so thankful and pleased with the outcome, I would totally recommend bringing your child instead of going to Claires
Great place to get a piercing!!!Aubrey T was the sweetest and most beautiful soul! She pierced my eyebrow. I was very nervous but she is very understanding and thoughtful throughout the whole process. I am definitely going back for more piercings ❤️I’ve gotten a few tattoos from here from apprentices and journeymen and they’ve all come out great and healed perfect. Seems like they take care of their own. :)
The environment was clean, inviting, and client friendly. Lilly was my artist. Her work and demeanor was exceptional! Im definitely be returning

I love this place.Its the people, the attitude and atmosphere.It may be a business but everyone treats you like your a friend or family. Like I said I love the place.Gonzo is my artist. We have a lot of history with our fathers being great friends. My arm piece has been a work in progress and hes made it super easy to go through ideas and changes to accomplish what I want. This piece is not done yet. I still have more to go.

The hours are posted on the building and online I showed up at 8:40 pm on a Wednesday and they were closed even though the posted time says 10pm. Very unprofessional

The VIBE when you first walk into this place is awesome! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Aubrey is who did my nose piercing and she is absolutely AMAZING at her job. She asked several questions to make sure I knew what I 100% wanted. Aubrey & her apprentice Jaycee knew I was nervous going into it but they took the time to help me relax and talked me through the entire process. Everything about her and the shop is bees knees!P.S. I promise it really DOESN’T hurt :) just do the dang thang!
This shop has such a cool/warm vibe. The owner is knowledgeable and patient. My piercer Aubrey was so sweet and diligent with my piercing and I can’t wait to go back to have her do my next ones. Top shop in town.
Aubrey pierced my 4 year old daughter’s ears and was absolutely AMAZING with her. We had an issue after one of her earrings got snagged. She is so knowledgeable in her profession and truly cares for her customers. She knew exactly what we needed and it is healing up nicely. She even responded to me while she was on vacation over the holidays. We couldn’t be happier with choosing her to pierce our girl’s ears! I can’t recommend her enough!
The whole staff was really helpful and friendly. Good atmosphere. Brought my daughter in for an ear piercing and Aubrey was amazing with her. Definitely recommend as she was gentle and made the process as painless as possible for my girl.

Love this place I took my daughter to get her ears pierced she is 8 and the master piercer Aubrey and her assistant that’s what we will call her for now I’m bad with names sorry lol but the atmosphere when walking in was the best ever and the way they consulted with my daughter was absolutely phenomenal definitely recommend and I’ll definitely go back to get some artwork done next
Aubrey was absolutely amazing!! I got my belly button pierced (first piercing outside of my ears) and she was so patient with me! I was pretty sure I was going to chicken out, but she talks you through it and makes you feel so comfortable. And then celebrates with you when it’s over. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!
Ive been wanting a Septum Piercing for so long and now I finally have it! The people at the shop were super cool and Paula did such an AMAZING job! She was very professional and courteous.Highly recommend this place and Ill definitely wanna come back for more piercings soon!!!
We were walk in customers and didn’t have to wait at all. This was an amazing family owned place!! Super clean and inviting. Aubrey was sweet and professional. My nose piercing was closed due to my stud falling out and she fixed it without any issues. Also got my sister’s ears pierced and it was painless!! Highly recommend!
Ms. Aubrey the owner is amazing! She fed me a lot of important information in regards to my ear piercing and helped remove my stuck ear backings easily which did not hurt at all not even a pinch. In addition to that she is very sweet and she will keep you comfortable throughout your service with her and I would highly recommend anybody to get a piercing done by Ms. Aubrey or Ms. Paulina they are both the best.
I came from out of state and it felt like I was back at home. The environment was welcoming and comforting. Gonzo was amazing!! I came in with a card that had cursive writing from my nana and he was super excited to make this tattoo special. He was so friendly and kept conversation going the whole time. Gonzo answered any questions I had and was honest about how to take care of my tattoo to make it last. He even recommended good tattoo aftercare products that he uses himself and on the tattoo. I HIGHLY recommend Tattoos by Mundo to anyone looking for any service they offer. I have 4 other tattoos by different artists and Gonzo is by far the best of all of them. Before leaving we even discussed my next tattoo I wanted and I could collaborate with him before coming in to get it done. He has 20+ years of experience and it shows in his work and chair side manor. I LOVE my tattoo and will be traveling the 13 hours to continue to get work done from this artist.

Went in to get my oldest sons ears pierced for his 16th and Aubrey was amazing! She explained everything start to finish andadey son feel comfortable from the start and pain free piercing.
Amazing experience today with Aubrey! She took into account how nervous I was during my nose piercing and did breathing exercises with me to calm me down. I didnt even realize I was already pierced when she finished lol! Im from Connecticut but will only go to Aubrey from now on!

Went tonight to see Aubrey for my daughter’s ears to be pierced. I HIGHLY recommend Aubrey and Kyle. Both made my daughter feel welcome and made it known through every step what they were doing.What impressed me the most tho was when Aubrey did not state what was going to happen just to her mom and I, but instead got on her level (she is 8) and talked just to her. That made me know we made the right choice in chosing Tattoos by Mundo. Everyone was amazing.
I just got my first tattoo here and I am amazed! I got a pretty large tattoo down my back. Shaun did such an amazing job! He was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable. He answered every question and concern with no problem or irritation. The receptionist kept checking on me. Everyone in the shop really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. A very clean shop. Shaun will have my business from here on out! I cant recommend this shop enough!!
Very rude to me when I went in to get a piercing changed that they did. I was completely ignored for about an hour and I just left. The services I was paying for was not free, I just wanted to replace the piercing properly. Very rude and very racist.. do not get tattoos in southeast Texas go to a better area and get treated right! Bigots

Got my nose pierced and it’s healing quick! No pain at all! The piercer made me feel so comfortable and when I considered changing it early she was very kind at telling me I sound wait but could always come back to have her custom bend new studs for me. Spirit House has custom studs but the worker there was very rude and I really appreciate Mundos for being friendly and welcoming
I was a walk in on a Saturday and was wanting a full sleeve tattoo, just so happens it was Estebans last day there. I did a consult with Mundo and Esteban. He said, he could do a full sleeve and it would take approximately 10 hours. I discussed with them what I wanted, and he drew it up perfectly. He started around 7:30 and Exactly, 10 hours later, I had a full sleeve tattoo...by the way...its my first tattoo...lol. Let me just say, Esteban was so amazing!!! He has the lightest touch and made me feel very at ease, with the whole process. Mundo, Aubrey and all the artists are so friendly, and just made the whole experience AMAZING! I will definitely come back to Mundos, if I decide to get another one. THANK YOU SO MUCH ESTEBAN, YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! THANK YOU MUNDO for agreeing to do that on a walk-in basis, much appreciated. Go see Mundo and the wonderful artists @ Tattoos By Mundo, you will not be disappointed. They are very friendly, professional and their business is very clean.
My artist was extremely nice, I have no complaints with customer service by any means. But I have gone back for touch ups and still the shading doesnt stay. I dont have any issues with shading on any of my other tattoos. This one seems to be worse after the touch ups. My personal experience was not too bad but I cannot say the same for my friend who came with me. Her artist was rude and very inconsiderate. Seemed completely bothered when she tried contacting her for more work. I dont know if either of us will be back.

Got a piercing from Mrs. Paula! She rocked it! I was definitely scared upon entering the shop. Mrs. Paula greeted me with a smile and reinsured time that I would be okay. She was very sweet. Informed me about every little thing that was going to happen. She opened all equipment in front of me! The shop was VERY clean. I was very nervous when the piercing process was happening. Mrs. Paula talked me through it and it was not that bad! It was over in no time! 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!
The service was absolutely phonemal.You walk in and you are immediately greeted with a kind smile.The staff is super friendly and are patient trying to understand your vision.I absolutely love how clean everything was and the was satisfied with the finished product.I asked for a quote at spirit and was displeased with the professionalism and rudeness by the gentleman there.The best decision I made was going to Mudos.Definitely reccomend Scott for tattoos & Paula for ear piercings ❤️You won’t be disappointed.10/10 hands down.

I got my very first tattoo done by Kyle and he was amazing. I came with friends for the Friday the 13th special and he made the wait worth while. Hes very funny and not heavy handed even though he joked about being heavy handed lol

So I went in today and got my nose pierced. The ladies were amazing and so sweet would definitely recommend going there for your piercings
The red head at the front desk was a peach. So nice and kind. The blonde woman, Paula who is doing piercings is ROUGH. Omg. Got my Tragus pierced and it was so painful. Go to 713 tattoos in Houston to get your piercings. They use BVLA jewelry and all the piercers are APP certified. Or spirit house if you’re in BMT.
I got a piercing. It was super quick (in a good way, hence the five-star rating), and he talked to me during the whole thing (to distract me from the pain, probably). Clean, professional, and well worth the trip from Orange to Beaumont.
The atmosphere was clean. Not really friendly, though. But Aubrey makes the difference worth it.
They are very unprofessional and rude she was piercing me with the piercing (I’m not even sure that it was sterilized) not even the needle and I was crying and told her that it hurts and she said to stop being over dramatic and that she didn’t even touch me while my stomach is bleeding all out of control then I went to another piercing shop because something didn’t feel right and they said I have two holes!!!! The lady at mundos made two HOLES IN MY STOMACH!!!! I called them to tell them and they will not take responsibility! DO NOT GO HERE save your time and money !
My tattoo was exactly what I wanted and I couldnt be any happier with the way it turned out! The atmosphere was very chill and laid back. Ill definitely be going back for my next tattoo!
Went in to get 2 tattoos a week or 2 ago I ended up with 1 descent tattoo my gf ended up with what looks like a old a faded out scar that’s 1/2 the size as mine and cost just as much we got tattooed at same time by 2 different artists her (and I use this term loosely artist) was the white guy in the first chair her tattoo started out out as one price by the time it was done he up it to same price as minetattoos by mondo thank you for replying to a negative customer service complaint 4 years later and I appreciate the effort you put into discrediting my review by bad mouthing me and being a honest caring business owner who cares about their clients enough to finally investigate the allegations instead of just dismissing the disappointed customers
They were awesome and really down-to-earth people and I cant wait to go and get another tattoo done by them theyre the bomb better than the Houston tattoo places

Horrible! Small written tattoo and the artist didnt even ink it in completely. Went to touch it up ONE MONTH later and said its faded. It wasnt faded. The tattoo looked fine except the part of it that the tattoo artist couldnt even fill in. Tattooers fault. Also in a sketchy part of town and they all gather around you and make you feel uncomfortable when you speak your opinion
Thank you finally getting back to me... after ignoring my messages and playing games with my husband on the phone once he was fed up enough to call you.First off, calling it childish to post an honest review about a business? Please consider your words before you use them. A word I am not afraid to use however, is Fraud. Or Ill go a step further... Fraudulent business practices.I sympathize with his schedule, however you fail to do the same with mine. I clearly stated that I wanted it done asap, and was told I would hear something by Tuesday. This didnt happen, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt and waited another full day to contact you. That message was not answered until Friday, two days after I sent it and three days after when I was told to expect something. The message I get? We have not started yet. because of a schedule I was told nothing about prior to handing over money.So as I said, taking my schedule into account and the fact that I made it very clear when I needed this work, my husband requested a refund because you failed to provide services you agreed to in a time period YOU SET YOURSELF. Had you told me about his grueling schedule I would have taken my money elsewhere, but Im guessing that is why you did not. Another phrase comes to mind. Failure to provide services as promised,A non refundable deposit is meant to prevent me from having you do work and not going through with it afterward. The problem is you still have not done the work, which means you are using it as a means to secure my business until you get around to it. Another word to consider, entrapment.Then complaining about the fact that I brought in the number of reference pictures right after making it clear that he wants to do quality work and not slap something together? Again, please consider what you are saying before you say it. You sound like you are grasping at straws, looking for any reason to justify your incompetence.This is not about the money for us either, but principle. I had a small window to get this done and that period of time has come and gone. Are you going to compensate me for that? Or should I be required to pay for your inability to deliver what was promised?I will not back down from posting business reviews. I was treated unfairly by a business and others deserve to know what they are getting into before handing over money to you. Unfortunately you were recommended highly by a good friend so I put faith in your abilities and your business practices. Im sorry to say both failed to meet even the minimum expectations for what I would consider a legitimate business.Tattoo shops are not typically known to be the most reputable companies, so I understand the importance of reputation in the business. Something you are not worried about apparently since you are so willing to screw over customers.Continue to refuse to refund the money and I will just get my bank to do it. Ill get my money back, Im not worried about that. I would prefer you to do it willingly, but it will not sway my reviews any as it does not change the way I was treated prior. It would be doing the right thing and would show myself and others that you do make some decent business decisions. Im not holding my breath!!!

Place is closed when the hours on the wall says open. Called in parking lot no answer. Called three more times no answer. These ppl have posts everywhere showing pride and prosperity I see none here!!!!I was there Tuesday evening around 3 pm and they did not answer there phone the next day either!!
