Heather, who runs the school, was incredibly accommodating to all of my needs as a student as I work and also have a current apprenticeship. Heather’s materials cover the state exam very well, and she has tons of study guides for anyone in need of a bit more learning material. I recommend this school to all of my friends that want to get their career started in Oregon, and I recommend it to anyone reading this.

Im so glad I enrolled at Caroles Cosmetic Tattoo LLC; I worked full-time last year when I enrolled in the middle of May 2022. The schools structure made it easy for me to pursue this new career path and do my homework at home. I was able to balance my full-time job while studying 📚. My instructor Heather Parrish is a phenomenal teacher, highly knowledgeable in the field of PMU, she is an excellent trainer, and very personable. I had a really good experience at Carole’s Cosmetic Tattoo School. I was a student there and while it’s not a fancy building, it was a positive school experience for me.The instructors really tailored it to my needs and what I was hoping to get out of it.With small class sizes they can easily do that. They were extremely flexible with me when I was sick which I really appreciated.Mostly I felt like they actually cared and wanted me to succeed. Which I did.

I went to Haley after seeing how beautiful her flower designs were. It was my first big piece, one that I’ve been dreaming of for years. Haley saw my vision and made it a reality. She asked plenty of questions to make sure I was happy with the design and placement. I love my tattoo and get compliments on it all the time! Her studio is very cute and clean and she was super accommodating. I healed quickly with no issues the first time and after our touch up session. It was also super refreshing to have work done by a QWOC. Thanks girl!

I am onto my last days at carole’s and I have thoroughly enjoyed learning alongside Heather and Haley! I truly feel heather did the best job providing me quality material and information to gain my comfortably with the art. I never felt rushed nor bored with the pace of learning, and topping it off the updated studio space is very cozy, clients really appreciate it and it uplifts the mood a ton. I’m going to miss my days here but I feel so ready to graduate in the position I am thank you to my great teachers!

This is actually my second visit to Carole’s. I had permanent eyeliner about 5 years ago. I returned because of the quality of their work. Heather was great. She took the time to “design “ the correct color for my skin type. She’s also a teacher so she is going to be professional and take all of the precautions when working on my eyes. No shortcuts at this shop! I highly recommend her.

I was a student at Carole’s through 2019 and successfully passed my state exam after finishing the course. The school allows for flexible days which is important to me and many. Heather was my instructor and she was and still is a wealth of information, answering every question I could have from her years of tattoo experience. She was a calming and supportive presence as she patiently guided me through my first few procedures! You’ll learn all the basics of cosmetic tattoos at your own pace. My experience with Haley was AMAZING!! She made me feel so comfortable and was super easy to talk too. Very professional, super clean. Very welcoming and I CANNOT wait until my next tattoo with her. She was playing Carrie on the tv in her studio which was a nice distraction for me because I dislike the sound of the tattoo gun and it was Halloween time . 10 out of 10 experience ❣️

Heather is truly an outstanding artist with significant experience, and I highly recommend anyone considering getting a cosmetic tattoo to contact her. She did my eyebrows using the powdered technique and I couldnt be happier with the results. I have a very fair complexion so getting the proper color for my eyebrows that wasnt either too dark or too light was extremely important. The color she selected was just perfect! It was a painless procedure and the end result looks completely natural; much better than what I could have done using a eyebrow pencil.

This a great place for all your artistic and cosmetic tattoo needs. Heather originally did my powder brow and lip liner about 18 years ago. She updated my brows a few years ago and did amazing lip blush for a new look.Haley did a custom back piece tattoo with a crescent moon and flowers that turned out beautifully. And I took my daughter in to get her first tattoo from her on her 18th bday. She did a perfect tiny bee with her dads handwritingSuch special memories for almost 20 years of memories with Heather at Carole’s and now HaleySo neat to see to continue to see a familiar face and that she is now working with her daughter too

To start I will say I considered a few different tattoo schools. This school was the best in my opinion! Not only did they offer teaching on skills I wanted to learn, but they were flexible to my schedule. Like most I have a busy life and they understood that and worked with me! Great environment, great teaching with wide variety of skills to teach as well! Definitely recommend!

I absolutely ADORE Heather. I wont let anyone but her near my face with a tattoing needle. Im a total needle-phobe with an incredibly low pain tolerance and Heather was quick to notice my discomfort and re-apply the numbing solution. Her dedication to professional customer service cant be beaten.I travel a lot, and Im addicted to stress-free lips and eyeliner. I love the natural look that Heather makes possible. If youre considering cosmetic tatooing, I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I had a lip blush procedure performed by Heather and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the process was. There was no pain at all —I was expecting at least a little! Heather talks through what she’s going to do and also let’s you know what’s happening throughout the process. The healing and results so far are exactly as she said they would be. This is the only place I will go for cosmetic tattoos!!!

Not impressed with customer service. A while ago I had requested to see a portfolio of cosmetic work they had done, before I wasted my time and theirs if I wasnt impressed. I was interrogated as to why I would want to see it and I should just trust them since they have had a business for a while. You are not going near my face to do permanent tattoos without me seeing your work prior. Needless to say, I called another location.

It was a pain-free experience, the yield the appearance that I wanted.
