I love love love this place! I was sort of intimidated by the front desk staff who are gorgeous and of course I came in looking like a toad my first visit, but wow everyone is so incredibly sweet and helpful! I was very quick to sign up for the membership and genuinely look forward to the incredible facials and friendly chit chats I have with the girls while i wait for my aesthetician. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone who needs any of their services.

Very accommodating to my needs and concerns. Very inviting lobby area. Fresh fruit offered by the ladies at the front desk. Clinician acknowledged my anxiety and showed great empathy and alleviated it. She was gentle and let me know what she was doing throughout the entire procedure. A+++

I love Kucumber!!! Everyone is super welcoming and sweet. Everytime I come here i get the best care and treatment. My aesthetician Raveen is super nice and gentle with her treatments, i would definitely recommend to book with her! I got my first laser hair removal treatment and it went really smoothly, i was informed what was being done. I love coming here! All the staff is so helpful.

Cyrena and all the folks I have seen here are wonderful and welcoming and competent. I’m totally comfortable with them - ask any questions you have to help you feel comfortable. Diverse clientele and friendly, knowledgeable staff and master aestheticians. If you are nervous about coming to a skin spa or feel intimidated - I was there too. They will make you comfortable!

I love Kukumber! To be clear, I have never done laser hair removal before so I have no experiences to compare. But I felt very cared for here and the treatments have been instantly effective. A small misunderstanding about the service I wanted was instantly corrected. Ravine is highly skilled and knowledgeable and its really easy and helpful to talk with Brooke about any additional questions I have or services Im wanting.As a larger and older woman, I feel very accepted and welcomed here (though the tables feel a little narrow and unstable for me). I really love that Kukumber makes a point to welcome and support LGBTQ and particularly trans customers. Highly recommended!

I love this place!! I’ve been getting botox and filler for years at different places and have never been as happy with the results as I am with Kucumber Skin Lounge!! The consultant who did my consultation listened to my needs and recommended the perfect treatments for me and I am soooo happy with my results I can cry!

The entire staff is welcoming and professional, and the waiting area is comfortable and inviting. Plus, Cyrena is truly a gem. Definitely worth going to.

Love Kukumber a lot! Super nice staff, and I have loved the treatments I have received there. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because sometimes when I come in to check in for whatever service, they will announce it super loud like YOURE HERE FOR X SERVICE!!! It kinda made me a bit uneasy because I am a little more quiet of a person and didnt necessarily want the entire lobby to know what my appointment was for. Just a personal preference. Will def go back!

A bit pushy to purchase more, doctor wasnt there when I had a problem that went wrong with my procedure. They wouldnt let me purchase..5ml of filler they said I had to purchase a whole syringe.However it is a clean office, and front desk girl named Rachel was very helpful and she made me feel at ease when something went wrong. Overall it was an OK experience.

I have been a customer at Kucumber Skin Lounge Seattle for many years and recently had a terrible experience at Bellevue center. I purchased a spectra laser package few years back on the norm that it doesnt expire and can use it in the future. By purchasing it, I locked in the price and bought it in bulk paying $800 back then. Then I got pregnant and then covid happened. I was able to use it only after 4 years and had 5 counts left. I was told I could swap 2 of these with another treatment which is double the price of spectra peel (I have written message confirming this before scheduling the appointment). Soon after I did the treatment, they said I have exhausted all my spectra peel counts towards this. The manager talked to me so rudely. She said there is inflation, prices have increased and that I bought a package at a lower price. The purpose of buying such bulk packages is you are basically locking the price and there is no question of price change since they are entitled to honor my purchase and remaining treatments. They did not even let me know this upfront and behaved so cheaply. I definitely dont recommend this place. Negative stars! They still owe me 3 counts of spectra peel!I dont blame the techs who did the treatment, but its the manager who did not behave professionally and said even if I reach customer center, nothing would happen after investigation.

Had botox done yesterday by Landi, and I whole heartedly recommend her to everyone who wants or gets botox. She is so bubbly, fun, and experienced. I was truly impressed when I didnt see any injection bumps when I woke up this morning like I have in the past when I got botox.

Package deals are fabulously priced and the team is extremely knowledgeable with skin flaws and concerns. It is unfortunate that I am relocating and cant take them with me. Definitely go to spot when I visit. My tops faves are the microneedling facials, hydra facials, and botox sessions. Microneedling has improved the visibility of my poor, has reduced my forehead and neck wrinkles. The hydra facial rejuvenates my skin to look supple and glowy.

I went in for a consultation and i dont normally write reviews, but it was really unprofessional. I went in for acne and scarring and after i shared my story of hormonal acne and all Ive done to cure it (anti inflammatory diet, vegan, allergy tests, horomone balalnce supplements, chemical peels, facials, professional skincare lines, stress management) she starts telling me to use basic hygiene and that would fix me. She clearly hadnt listened to all i had been doing and it felt degrading as she kept interrupting to ask whats wrong with me. When i told her i was going to school for aesthetics she said Oh! So you actually know what youre talking about? She had an acne specialist come in and she was lovely, but as she was trying to tell me what she would do for my skin, the consultant began talking over her saying juice cleanses would fix me. i just about died when in the conversation with the three of us she pointed at me and yelled NO MORE PROCESSED FOODS! As if i hadnt already told her i eat a very clean diet... In the end she wanted to sign me up for a 1200 dollar program but (while pointing at my face) said i would have to sort this out, she couldnt fix it. Iwas going to assume she was new and let it go, but when she gave me her card and it said her position was a manager I was shocked. Im disappointed in this company and will not be going back. When youre treated so disrespectfully and youre better at listening than the consultant thats never a good sign.

I went in for a consultation for hyperpigmentation underneath one of my eyes. The woman who took me into the room didn’t even look at my skin and told me to get under eye fillers. I told her that I don’t have dark circles, just a spot of pigmentation under one of my eyes from the sun. She didn’t listen and kept insisting on filler. She called in Rachel (I believe that’s her name) and she actually was listening to what I was trying to say which was nice. Then they brought in the guy that does fillers and he was shocked that the first woman suggested fillers. He said it would do nothing and told me to not let anyone convince me to get fillers, which was reassuring. The first woman then started agreeing and saying she didn’t realize that it was just pigment under one eye (because she never even looked at my skin. I was wearing makeup and she ignored that and just tried showing me YouTube videos of before and after under eye filler.) I’m only 21 and have no need for filler at all so be weary of what is suggested to you here and make sure that they actually listen to you.

If you are looking for a relaxing experience and having nice smelling lotions massaged into your skin, this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for professional treatments and dramatic results, then I cant say enough good things about the Bellingham Skin Lounge.

I love Kukumber but a few years after coming here somebody broke into my house with medspa equipment and brutally maimed me. I don’t know what to do , they keep breaking in and the police don’t seem to care and even seem like... supportive of the serial killer. I feel so depressed after being maimed

Ive had quite a few treatments at kucumber. They do a fantastic job and my skin looks so great thanks to the skin tightening and 1540 laser treatments. I had a microneedling done yesterday. Ill post later for results.

Their “laser” hair removal does not use laser; it’s IPL (intense pulse light). It is not permanent. They will try to tell you it is. And then at the end of the treatment they will try to tell you need more and/or “maintenance” appointments. That is not what “permanent” means. look for somewhere that does actual *laser* hair removal.

I have loved coming here for the last 1.5 years. The staff is extremely professional. Each one of the laser specialists is nice and the front desk staff is superb. Levi is nice.

Very unprofessional customer service, No one will listen to you not even the manager..Had an experience to go in for a hydrafacial and when I tried to explain something to the manager, She cut me off and spoke in a yelling voice rather then listening to what i was trying to say! Never would recommend again! They are only trying to make sales!!!
