Beluga Palooza Tattoo

I had such a great experience! Bastian was very welcoming and made sure my tattoo process was pleasant. The most important thing though is that he worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, and made some changes that just made it better (after checking of course). My new tattoo is beautiful and I’ve had so many people compliment it, then ask who the artist is and it’s been less than a week.

I had Yaz as my artist. I wanted a simple traditional rose tattoo and this was the result. The tattoo is just awful after healing. The color is blotchy, the line work is really bad, and the overall health of my skin after the tattoo is horrible. The tattoo took over 4 hours because she took so many breaks and stopped in the middle to go do a consultation with another client. The actual application of the tattoo was so painful, this is not my first or only tattoo so I know what a tattoo should feel like. She pressed and pushed on my arm the whole time so hard, like throwing her body weight into it.Update: Yaz reached out me and apologized about the outcome of the tattoo. She was really sincere and offered to fix the tattoo for me. She mentioned that she has never had a piece turn out like this and was really unsure what happened. I like the design overall and feel that the tattoo fixable. I appreciate the apology and the offer to fix the tattoo.

I usually have really bad anxiety when going into tattoo shops and from start to finish the experience was great. I got my tattoo done by crow tooth. I absolutely love my tattoo and it was one of the best experiences at a shop I have had. The vibes were super chill!!!! Can’t wait to schedule another! 🖤🖤

Kyle is excellent; I love his designs. My first tattoo from him healed so nicely, and my second one looks fantastic. I’m excited to see the other sea creatures he does for me. He is always so nice; ask him about his cats; you won’t regret it. Thank you!

My sister and I had been talking for a couple years about getting our kids birth flower tattoos but being in different states it never worked out. We made an appointment that day, I know I know faux paus but that’s just how the cookie crumbled. we were put in touch with Lara. When we met her she took her time listening to what we wanted how we wanted it. She was patient in drawing up the sketch and patient on what part of my arm I wanted it. Lara made myself and my sister feel very comfortable and like we had been friends. She kept us laughing through the long appointment. And also was cool with my sister and I gabbing away!My flowers for my kids turned out beautiful I absolutely love them.The shop was very very clean and quiet couldn’t hear much of the “outside” world at all.

Almost got tattooed here, they seem to have nice stuff if you let them do what THEY want on you. I wanted a simple, smaller realism tattoo, he completely changed my designed and made it 10x bigger claiming it was similar. As a client I dont care if it fades a bit awkwardly due to size, he also wanted a 100 dollar down payment plus 6 hours in the chair all for a completely different design. I decided not to go at all.

Bastian did my first 2 tattoos and was extremely friendly, thorough, and professional with his explanations and input. Great guy and tattoo artist with lots of experience and an eye for detail. Highly recommend!

Corndawg did such a great job on my half sleeve! He took my idea of lotuses in different stages of bloom and turned it into something so beautiful. I deeply appreciated his intentional vision on creating flow with my arm. I was nervous about the swirls that he added to finish my piece but it all made sense when he drew it out. I didn’t want the super feminine tinker bell fairy dust vibes. Also he is a blast to hang out with while he works on me. Looking forward to coming back in November to get a tattoo with my husband!

Bastian has been amazing! Both him and corndawg were very inviting and made me feel comfortable. Im having self harm scars covered, and they took the time to listen to my needs and make sure the art we created was right for me.

Love my tattoo! He did a phenomenal job! However, my sleeve is not finished. I was hoping to get it done by the same artist since they did such a great job. But I have emailed and text and called to no avail. Would like the OG artist to finish but I can’t get ahold of anyone. Especially frustrating and concerning because I tipped at least 35%. Im covered in tattoos and have never had an artist ignore me like this. Especially when it’s a piece I’d love to be finished but the OG artist. Best of luck to them.

Great experience!Kyles work and professionalism are top notch. The atmosphere in the studio is welcoming and clean. He worked with me on placement as well as a small modification to the original piece, and followed up with some great aftercare recommendations. Great conversation, too-- 2.5 hours went by in an instant.

Got my first tattoo here today and it was a great experience! My artist was Bastien and he was extremely attentive, light handed, and most importantly, talented. Amazing and talented artists. Bastian did a beautiful tribal bracelet (which appears easy to trace but took Bastian 2 hours to just design and imprint) on my arm and and I will be getting another one soon in my right arm. Super clean, hygienic and with very modern tattoo techniques. I followed his instructions post-tattooing exactly as told and now, two weeks later it looks just beautiful. No scaring no scabs nothing. I will be coming back for sure! Pls note they only take cash and a deposit to secure your appt. Felicidades!

Cory did my first tribute piece to my best friend, my pup, Lincoln. I was traveling on my honeymoon and one of our stops was where the shop was. He had awards and countless reviews, so I felt confident to pull the plug. Im glad that I did too. His line and dot work was so clean. I had friends from Orange County, California (where I lived) asking where I got it done. One of my friends actually booked a trip with me to get her first tattoo with Cory as well and I got a second.Cory was super proud of his work and it showed in the final piece. Still to this day, my tribute to Lincoln is one of my most complimented tattoos. Hands down if I could afford to, I would fly and get one done by Cory every year. I hope to get back out there to get a tattoo for my son, born in December.It should go without saying, that if people are willing to fly to get tattoos done, that the artist must be pretty darn good.

I went to Cory for some ink a few years ago. It was my first big piece. I wanted to get an anchor with my first daughter’s name on it somewhere. This was the only instruction I gave him he was able to create a beautiful neo-traditional piece that I adore daily. His quality of work is one of the best that I have ever seen. He was extremely professional in that he even phoned me a few days later to see how the healing process was going. Corndog was there to help me, put knowledge on what happened and how my body reacted, brought me Water and a candy bar to raise my sugar levels up. I had Corndawg design and tattoo a tiki piece for my forearm. The drawing he came up with was beyond my expectations. He is light handed and didn’t dig me out at all. I scheduled my session with CornDawg after seeing some of his awesome work on Facebook. I had a pretty simplistic idea of 2 alchemy symbols that have personal meaning to me. CornDawg threw some ideas at me about accentuating the design, making it more detailed and creative, and after looking through his portfolio, I had complete faith in him to take my idea and run with it. He took over an hour designing my tattoo, and over two inking me up. What has resulted is an absolutely beautiful, extremely well done and deeply personal tattoo. The tattoo I got was important to me in memory of two of the most important ladies in my life that had passed. I was listened to about how I wanted it and was honestly told what would work and not work. I was made comfortable the entire time. The shop is clean and all the employees where amazing. My beloved dog, was tragically and suddenly taken from me yesterday. I knew in that instant that I had to get his paws tattooed on me before we took him to get cremated. I googled shops and he was the only one opening soon. He answered my call and said he’d squeeze me in that do no matter what. The paw he did is an exact of the one of my dogs. I’ll forever miss him, but I’m so grateful for Cory, and the work he did. Amazing quality, and he’s very kind. I highly recommend him.

The only shop to go to. The detail and quality that cory puts into his tattoos is unreal. Very clean and friendly environment. Definitely the only person Ill let tattoo me, after 3 years the ink and detail look as good as when I got it.

Corndawg at Beluga Palooza Tattoo is amazing at what he does. The detail that he put into my first tattoo was incredible and it came out exactly how I wanted. He takes a lot of pride in the work he does, and he continues to ensure the tattoo process goes well even after he puts the needle down. In my case, he followed up twice after the session to make sure the tattoo was healing well and that I had everything I needed. He gave very clear after care instruction. I included pictures of the tattoo that start from immediately after (he took the first photo), one week after and two weeks after to show the final product. Thanks again Corndawg, for making sure my first tattoo experience was a great one.Edit: I’ve now gotten a second tattoo from Corndawg and I am just as happy with the new design as the first one. I uploaded a picture of the new tattoo for reference.
