I went here to get my eyebrows pierced. I am no stranger to piercings, I’ve had my nose, septum, bridge, lip, nipples, etc. In short, I am no stranger to piercings. I should’ve been concerned when the jewelry used was the size of jewelry that you’d switch to AFTER it heals. Usually with piercings, you get larger, longer jewelry and have to downsize once your piercing heals. This was not the case, the young lady put an 18/16 g 6-8 mm curved barbell. I almost immediately had issues, my piercing swelled so much that you could barely see the ball at the bottom. Then there started to be these like friction bumps forming within a week. They give you these piercing care instructions but those are useless if the correct jewelry wasn’t even used. I went to get a tattoo at a different shop and asked the piercer if they had any advice on me salvaging my piercing to which they responded, “you changed your jewelry too early”, the astonishment on their face when I told them this is the jewelry it was pierced with. Now I see why there is always a deal going on here. You get what you pay for. Now I have to wait for my eyebrows to heal so I can go somewhere else to get them redone. A waste of time and money.

I showed Aluhe what tattoo I wanted and he made it even better!!! He was so gentle and made the process easy since it was my first time. Also got my nose pierced by Chrissy the same day and she was awesome! So quick and careful. Definitely coming back

When I say they are absolutely amazing every last one of them! They are friendly and educational. I will send all my friends and family there. I can’t wait to go back to get a tattoo. I got 3 different piercings and I love them all! Keep up the great work!!!

Horrible service!Received belly piercing 08/09. The piercer clearly did not know what she was doing as shortly after I experienced a lot of swelling and found out that the piercer incorrectly pierced me by grabbing too much skin. I asked for a partial refund and they said no. Offered to pierce again after healing which did not make sense. I simply wanted a refund due to the error on their behalf. I would never go back simply because of this instance.

Piercers are calm, quick and clean. Service is top tier aftercare instructions, cleaning solutions and great jewelry.

Got a septum piercing, this place sets a great standard: clean, reasonably priced, piercer was professional and welcoming.I did run into a problem with my piercing that no one was really at fault for so I DM’d their IG about my situation and the owner reached out to me personally. She was so accommodating! She really did try to get to the bottom of it and made an effort to have someone see me. I appreciate the service so much that even IF the piercing didn’t work out for me, I would def patron back here.

I came in for the Juneteenth extended sale so that was nice of the owner to do! The business was flowing 😂 and organized. The girls were down to earth which made me so comfortable and relaxed. I wanted to just kick it in the atmosphere 😂

I got my nipples pierced with my bestie yesterday and our piercer was jazmin, she was so cool and talked to us during our entire time in the room I tipped her before she even pierced me . This studio is ✨ ✨! It’s extremely clean, insanely cute, and welcoming. I was happily surprised to find this gem close to home. My piercer, Briana, greeted me upon arrival and made sure I had all the information I needed prior to getting pierced. Briana was absolutely great! She made me feel comfortable during the entire process - told me what she was doing and what I might feel. While this wasn’t my first piercing and I mostly knew what to expect, there are always some nerves when sitting in that chair. Briana had me breath deeply a couple times and before I knew it she was done 🙂 10/10 recommended for anyone looking for their first piercing or adding on for a great experience 🖤

Do not go here. I got my helix done here. The woman who pierced me had to do it twice because she messed up the first time. Additionally, they never mentioned anything about downsizing, so I wasn’t aware I had to. The piercing became crooked and developed a bump because she never said to downsize. Low price and low quality service. I had to take out my helix and wasted my money.

I came and got my belly button pierced and they were so gentle & very sanitized! I always recommend everyone I know to come here for any piercings or tattoos!

This place is is super welcoming, friendly, clean, and affordable. Also, can’t forget that that wait time is less than 15 minutes (usually).From the girl that greets you at the front desk to the piercer and even passing by staff they all radiate positive energy that’s make clients feel more comfortable.

Got my nose pierced on 3/15/24 and it was painless and quick. However 2 days later I noticed the nose ring sinking into the piercing. So I sent a message on IG and was told to go to the shop to have the ring replaced. I went back to the shop and waited 30 mins for the piercers, just to be told they have no more long nose rings and I need to buy my own and come back. I sent another message on IG stating what I was told and to get a description on what I needed to order and was told they do have long nose rings and the girl now knows where they are. So instead of wasting my time and gas, I called before heading to the shop and both girls said they have no long nose rings and the last one was used a month ago. So I asked what size to order and was spoken over and she had no idea as to what I should order. So needless to say, I wont be back because whoever runs IG and whoever is in the shop clearly dont communicate and now I have to experiment with a new piercing.

Walked in to remove my started earrings. I accidentally over tightened them. One of the staff member was able to remove one but the other I had to grab a pair of wire cutters lol other than that she was professional and persistent. Thank you.

The Body Art Bar is a professional & clean environment. I went back home to visit family and was convinced to get a nose piercing. Without doing any research about the location, I took my chances and trusted the owner of the shop who did my nose piercing. I told the owner this was my first piercing and she guided me through the process. The process was quick and not painful whatsoever. Then came the real fear - how to keep a piercing from getting infected. However, the lady at the register gave us a post-piercing step by step list on how to keep the piercing clean & she answered every question I had. I was genuinely surprised on how great the customer service was given we went during their Black Friday sale so I’m sure they came across lots of rude customers. I’ve been in touch with the owner on IG & I am happy to say I will be returning for a tattoo. (:

First and foremost the male Tatoo artist is not at all professional beautiful place but when handling clients you have to be clear and upfront about your pricing don’t just think of a price and charge clients whatever verbally comes out of your mouth at the time of payment , that’s just not the way you do business I don’t care if it’s Zelle cash app or cash you take I feel he ripped me off a hundred bucks more there’s no way his art is worth $350.00 so sad that people are all about money and not quality

I would give this location a 5 star if I didn’t need to have the work corrected elsewhere.I came here during the $25 Sept special for my nose piercing. It took less than 30 mins from my arrival to get my piercing. Unfortunately, 2 days later that nose ring completely disappeared into my nose. I went back got the shop to ask for assistance, and was told to wait a week for the swelling to go down, and buy a new ring in case I needed a replacement. I was told that they only had one nose ring size and I just needed to wait for the swelling to go down. After the week, the ring kept sinking into my nose. I was constantly pushing it up to surface which is very painful for a new piercing. I ended up going to another piercer who informed me that the screw ring wasn’t compatible with my nose shape. They had to extract the screw ring, turn it into an L-Shape and reinsert it. I am no longer in pain and don’t have to push my ring back to surface through healed skin.

I went during the Juneteenth sale for a nose piercing and while there was a line because of the sale, they worked really fast. Everything was sterile and Chrissy did a great job on my piercing. It’s been a little over a month now and I’ve even worn makeup with no problems cleaning my piercing.

I went on a sale day and it surprisingly wasn’t crowded. I only had to wait maybe a few minutes before I was getting pierced. My piercer was very chill and very nice. She kept saying I had small ear though, lol which is true and was absolutely hilarious to hear from somebody else. It’s a good shop, everyone is friendly.

Had my belly piercing for a year it healed in under a year .. going back to get my surface tragus soon. 10/10 experience

I’ve gotten my nose and belly button pierced by Chrissy a couple months ago and they both healed very good. Her piercing technique is wonderful she’s clean and she’s very quick with her work. I’d very much recommend anyone going to her. She’s super nice and was really patient and also answered any questions that I had.

Overall my experience was fast, quick, and right to the point. The location was easy to find, neat, and clean. As I walked in and she greeted me politely.😊 she was also finishing up a customer she spends quality time with each individual. After finishing up the customer I recognized her cleaning thoroughly for the next person. I got my industrial and considered another piercing. Lovely experience

Came here on a Wednesday to get my nipples pierced. It was a very quick process. The piercer was very nice. They also have a room for privacy so you’re not out in the open getting piercings of that nature done. I would definitely recommend going here. The receptionist is also nice.

I was there on July 29th, 2022 and I got a industrial piercing the lady was very nice and it took only 5 minutes to sign the paper and get my ear pierced. I will definitely be returning. The studio is excessively clean and the piercing chairs are super soft. 10/10 I recommend.

I have really sensitive skin and have gotten my nose pierced twice before and it didnt want to heal. I dont know what it is about Chrissy but I have never had any issues with the piercings Ive gotten with her!! I am so glad I found her on google search and I cant wait to go back for more ear piercings!!

I had a walk in appointment and got my nose and smiley pierced by Chrissy and the service was absolutely amazing! Very professional and my sister and I were accommodated very quickly. Pierced by Chrissy Prissy- I asked for a horseshoe eyebrow piercing bc I liked the way it looked on me, but was not informed that it wasn’t good starter jewelry and I should’ve started out with a bar- now this piercing will be twice as hard to heal. One star for piercing it correctly, and one more for politeness. PLEASE TELL YOUR CLIENTS IF WHAT THEY WANT IS NOT GOOD FOR THEM!! This could’ve been avoided if she suggested the proper starting jewelry, and she did know it was my first piercing so I would not have known a horseshoe was not a good idea.

My 2 daughters and I went to get our noses pierced and the process was so easy. Literally 5 seconds and it was done. Chrissy was so sweet to us, we will definitely be back to see her soon.

I just went today to get 2 piercings. The place was very clean and the piercer was super nice. Made me feel very comfortable and she was informative. I normally go to Tat Cav for piercings but this definitely topped my normal piercing place. I would recommend there was no wait either (I think I just went at a good time tbh)

I got my belly pierced here back in October 10/31/2020. I did everything she said. I would clean it twice a day. This isn’t my first piercing I have 12 other piercings and she actually did 4 of my other ones and they healed perfectly fine. Well it is now 06/05/2021 and it still isn’t healed. It’s been more than 6 months and this morning when I woke up my piercing had literally ripped the top skin of my belly button and now I don’t have a piercing there anymore and now I will probably have a scar. I wish I could add picture because it looks so bad but it won’t let me. Again I did everything she said about taking care of it.

Lol! So I’m not a piercing person more of a tattoo person although I’ve had piercings younger...... but anywho I felt like I needed a piercing that day and was scared all the way there. Got there and christy was soooooooooo patient and soooooooo comforting. I had plans on just walking out and coming another day. I’m glad she talked me into my nose piercing and was VERY detailed and gentle. She made sure to sanitize before I sat down. Also the decor is beautiful in the location. Make sure to put on something cute if you’re addicted to mirrors because she has one of the best giant mirrors I’ve seen!!!! You would take the best pics. Scale of 1-10 I give a 12.
