We had been totally hesitant about getting my daughters ears pierced by anywhere like Walmart, piercing purgonda, or Claires because of several reasons! The most important reason was because of sanitization and also of how experienced the employee doing the piercing would be, went with a girlfriend of mine and her daughter who was 2 at the time, and that poor baby had such a horrific experience that to this day she only has one ear pierced! (This happened in the mall btw not at this Claires on the Louisiana boardwalk in Bossier!) We had originally looked into and planned to get my daughters ears pierced by a professional at a tattoo shop, but when we decided to go, no where could do both ears at the same time cause their was only one employee working at the time, so we came across Claires by chance lol and the women who did her piercing were not only very knowledgeable and professional but made it a whole fun and gentle experience for my baby girl! When we first got there, there was only one woman working but she had offered to let us know that her coworker would be coming into work to relieve her from her shift, and asked for one of our cell numbers so she could reach us when the employee arrived! I think that is above and beyond customer service skills right there!

I got my 9 month old babys ears pierced today. Afterwards I bought 2 pairs of earrings. When I got home the earrings were not in the bag! The expensive rapid after care cleaner solution bottles seal was open and I got a used product!!! I also found a large scratch behind my babies ear from when she was scratched while the girl was piercing her ear. I tried to call the store multiple times, 2 hours before they close and I got hung up on the first time and every other time the phone just rings and rings.

Our experience was so enjoyable and the lady that worked there,Alexis, was super helpful when i made phone calls about info on getting ears pierced and when we actually made it she was helpful, informative and made my child feel comfortable and excited. I recommend her any day

Lots of beautiful jewelry. Ear piercing done also. When a child gets her ears pierced there, there should be 2 people to do it not one. Good service, once she was finished with the ear piercing.

Went in to purchase earrings and refused to buy after you literally held a little girl down to pierce her ears! Should not be allowed to pierce ears if children are screaming and fighting!

This is a small spot for fashion. Louisiana seens not to be doing well economically so their are few consumer amenities. On the other hand corp. USA must see that people are thinking about other things and not shopping.

My daughter loves this store my only complaint is their prices.

We went to find the teenage daughter some jewelry. It wasnt expensive and she was happy.
