She even asks if you need a break if the tattoo removal becomes too painful. She is very experienced, friendly, kind, and works with your schedule. I HIGHLY recommend this business if you’re looking around to get any laser work done!! Being completely new to tattoo removal, I checked with a few places and I couldn’t even get a “consult” appointment within the one week I had off at home(travel work months on end) and then it would be even longer to wait to get the ACTUAL laser appointment at every place I called….Then I found Zap & Tap, and it was the ONLY treatment place in north Louisiana that has FULL 5 STARS, and I’m extremely happy I called. Worked perfect for the limited time frame I was working with! I was able to get my consult done with texting over pics for my small ring tattoo then get my first laser treatment THE NEXT DAY after I called!! When I showed up, I was pleasantly surprised because the environment was very homely and welcoming, and not a hospital-type setting like I’ve seen with everyone else, made me feel at ease because I have some anxiety when it comes to hospitals and doctors offices.Was a bit nervous at first since this being a new experience, but Kinsley-the owner and one who did my laser treatment- made me feel completely at ease 1000% and explained the whole process as well as every question I had! Such an extremely kind and gentle person, so easy to talk to and get along with and very professional! The vibe of the whole place was very inviting and made me feel very relaxed with initially being pretty nervous.I would say if you’re looking around for laser tattoo removal or any other laser service for that matter, seriously take your business here! You’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. I RARELY write out reviews, but I felt I had to for this place. Kinsley was so awesome and hospitable and made the at first nervous experience for me one that completely exceeded my expectations!! I went into this very nervous about getting a large tattoo removed, from the moment I booked my first appointment I was made to feel at ease and was educated throughout the whole process. I absolutely love Kinsley, she makes an uncomfortable laser treatment as easy as possible. She is very knowledgeable about what she does and is super encouraging during the painful parts of tattoo removal. Mrs. Kinsley has been an absolute pleasure to work with !! I have had two appointments thus far, and I am very pleased with the entire process. She is very professional, informative, and kind. He customer service is outstanding and the office is always clean, calm, and welcoming. It’s so nice that the office is also kid friendly, and I feel safe bringing my child with me, if I don’t have childcare that day. I have 4 other appointments scheduled and paid for. The package deals offered are a great deal and the payment plan options are very accommodating for all financial situations! I was very impressed with how easy and simple the whole process has been. I am definitely happy I picked this spa out of the several that came up in my initial search for tattoo removal. I look forward to the end results !

I can get extremely anxious and uncomfortable easily, but Kinsley was very kind and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing, she was also very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly with me. From my first contact with Kinsley to the end of my first session of laser tattoo removal I was treated like complete royalty. The kindness and compassion they show to their clients is above and beyond. Kinsley was very thorough explaining the entire process to me and after care procedures. She spent endless time researching my health problems (Diabetes, and heart failure, among others) and medications (I take A LOT of medications) and consulted with the doctor to make sure my health was the most important thing. She adapted the process to make sure it would not compromise my health in any way. Kinsley also took into account my mental health and wanting to help me regain my body image and learning to love myself again after being in a very violent and abusive relationship which left me with acute anxiety, CPTSD, and depression. She also makes a great therapist :) I think what I absolutely treasured about her the most is that she is so down to earth and is very open and honest about everything. I told you I CANNOT say enough good things about this business or Kinsley McCall. I highly recommend Tap and Zap Laser Spa!!
