My five year old asked to have her ear pierced so we visited and was ear pierced by Nerian and she did a great job with her: even after the initial one and my child wasn’t liking it, Nerian was very calm and got the piercing done.

Took my 3 yr old daughter yesterday (5/28/24) and they did an amazing job!! It was the assistant manager and store manager that pierced her ears together. They took the time and patience to work with us and make sure she was calm. Definitely recommend!!

Very professional, fun, and caring experience! My older daughters got their (first holes) ears pierced again, and they look amazing. Banter has reasonable prices with quality service. Thank you ladies!

Id give zero stars if possible. I received a necklace as a gift from there. The protection plan was purchased. When I went to use the protection plan, they didnt have the item in stock. They offered another chain. I decided it was okay because my protection plan was running out. They made me pay the 30 dollar difference. The protection plan is a joke. Should I go after my ex for the money I had to spend on something he had already bought protection on. No! I was also told they price matched but she misspoke after I wouldnt purchase another protection plan. Dont recommend them or zales!

I had the best experience getting my ears pierced. She even corrected an old piercing that was in the wrong spot. Angie was the best!

Painter exchange a bracelet for one that would fit and no one was at the counter said theyd be back at 1:30 I came back at 2:00 still no one at the counter Ill come back later I cant get the bracelet hooked up

This place was amazing. I took my daughter there the other day for her first piercing. The staff (I wish I remembered their names) but they were so sweet and nice to my daughter. Very gentle and considerate about her being only 1. After the piercing they even tried to make my daughter happy again. Didn’t rush us out. So patient and sweet. Love that place!!

Cant refund cash back because of lack of sells. So if you buy something there make sure its not broken and that you actually really want it.

This place went above and beyond to help my daughter that was having problems with her piercings. They were very kind and patient and really helped her out. Will recommend this place to anyone

I went to the store located in the isle, In front of Hot Topic. The 2 women working were friendly, amazing, produced excellant Shopping experience and had relatable/non boring Conversations topics. I can only hope Ill get the pleasure to have those ladies help with my next shopping extravaganza. Definitely be a returning customer!!
