Got my belly and tongue pierced there today and I will definitely be going back. The guy Rah was super cool, very attentive to my needs. Made me feel super comfortable and kept everything clean and sanitized. I will highly recommend him to my family and friends.

I’ve gotten 8 piercings here. Great service. I felt well taken care of and was given the proper tips to care for my piercings. Piercer is very likable and makes the experience enjoyable. If you’re nervous about getting anything done, this is the perfect place to go to!

The employees of this establishment are respectful, caring and understanding. I’ve been here multiple times; and gotten great services. Would recommend for those who want an understanding artist, there is Ed.

The aura of the place is very comforting and peaceful lets keep in mind this isnt my first time going here (loved rah the first time i got pierced there he gave tips,talked me through it, he was very kind and polite). The only thing i didnt like was that Sam wasnt gentle at all he also did not clean the area before piercing. I explained to him the prices i was told and i asked if he had cash app he said no then yes but said it was a extra 3-4$ n i asked if that would be a tip? he laughed saying he doesnt know. he said the piercing was 45$ (for a nose piercing btw😂) i found that bogus cs i paid 30+ a tip for my last piercing, sam said he’ll give a 10$ deposit if i gave him a good review, he was overly aggressive while piercing didnt clean the area. i give this experience a 3/10. i recommend getting pierced/tatted by rah.

I’ve gotten 2 piercings here, both done by Nina, I’m not sure if she still works there but she’s very unprofessional. She shows like zero emotions, very nonchalant💀Seems like she hates her job. Last time I went was for a cartilage piercing she asked me were I wanted it, I pointed to it, and she just pierced it, didn’t let me take a look at the mark before or anything. She’s very rough too. However the other workers are pretty cool.

My first visit it was really welcoming even though I was told to come all the way from park Chester and they did not have the stretch I needed. I was okay with that because we all are busy at times and he gave me 10$ off okay whatever I had a bad experience that week hoping for better next time so I came back . Now the second time I go back the guys who did my stretch were really genuine and kindhearted.but yet again they didn’t have my size and I wasn’t told this I was just told he’s gonna do two stretches two jumps …I’m new to this so I was agreeing with the expert btw everything went okay . But when I got to the register the cashier gonna say 30 or 60 I’m like what I was told a stretch was 25 just two weeks ago and now your gonna tell this man to cheat me right in face as I was fourced to have to do this painful stretch because you guy still don’t have anything. I laughed and went to the ATM and took out 40 and gave it to the con man hopefully he gave him his tip . I always tip . the guy who did my stretch was honest enough to have some integrity.. and say no 30 is fine . The games and the unprofessional behavior from this guy the nerve to try to dubble me up was so shocking and just nasty you haven’t been prepared ever and you tried to take my kindness due weakness. I have a big music platform and I’ve already told ppl that this place is going down hill because they have no real care for the customers or their position

Had such a great experience. Everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful. The vibe at Ink Flow is chill. Felt like we knew these people forever. Vincent did an amazing job on my friends tattoo. The woman who did my piercing seemed cool at first. She did my piercing and I had no issues. The next time I went back there she was a little rude. Her personality changed. Seemed like a different person. She was using this forced AAVE and trying to talk down to me. Maybe she was trying on a different race. I mean it is black history month and we get a lot of mascots this time of year. Just be yourself mamita, you were doing just fine.

Honestly best place to pierce yourself, everybody in there is very kind, and especially if you’re nervous, i went there yesterday to do my side labret (lip piercing) and it was all amazing, they solved all my doubts, and the piercing didn’t even hurt tbh, the guy with the lips and nose pierced is so kind with his hands and gets the job done easily :)

Please don’t go here to get pierced. The woman that did my piercing, Nina, looked and sounded like she just wanted to go home. She pierced my septum without even really giving it much thought or really looking. now it hurts all the time and i can’t even flip it up because of its placement & i have to get it removed now. my friend went with me and got her smiley pierced and shes dealing with the same issues. it was a terrible experience.

If you want a cheap lil piercing this place is fine to go to. i came here because my regular piercer is in bk but like a lot of places, this spot really doesnt know what theyre doing. The jewelry they have is horrid for healing, and the piercer did it quick but it made the pain a lot worse then it shouldve been. also they put vaseline on my piercing after it was done which is not highly recommended. the govt barely regulates piercing safety guidelines, so this place did the minimum.

So I just came from here not to long ago and ngl the lady seemed layed back and chill . It seemed like she wanted to go home though😂. Piercings ( nose and belly ) came out well I’m not disappointed and it didn’t even hurt either at least for me. Each piercing is 25 dollars each extra 5 for special piercing for belly . So yeah.

I do not recommend this place. I went to get my conch, helix & Nose done the piercer never asked me what type of jewelry that I wanted, he placed the needle wrong so he had to do it again, also he never told me how to take care of my piercings I had to figure everything myself. Not worth your money.Update*** I had to take out my conch & helix out because I forgot to mention that he used a horseshoe jewelry for both of them so they were getting irritated all the time! Now I have a bump on my ear. This was the worst place ever.

I would’ve given this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the greeter/piercer Remedy. I understand this is a place of business but when you make negotiations you honor them. Don’t try to play people like suckers. He makes the place look too thirsty for money and overbooks people knowing he doesn’t have enough artists. In the end jobs gets rushed and tattoos don’t look so good. Good two tats from there and only because the artists are cool. Remove Remedy as the greeter. I’ve watched him lose a lot of customers the day I was there because he’s not really a good businessman.Update*****. The “co owner” Remedy contacted me asking me to remove the post and write a new one after being given a free small tattoo/piercing. At first I agreed but after him trying to “bully” me into removing the post before I received the tattoo I said forget it. He basically kept texting me talking about bad karma and how I’m trying to tarnish his name. Very very unprofessional! Thinking about contacting the police.

Supporting my community, I walked into Ink Flow for a long awaited tattoo design. I not only got great customer service, the artist Chris and I had no problem getting to a beautiful piece. I experienced very low healing pain and clear after-care instructions! It was my first real visit to a tattoo parlor. I loved the pain...Visit and you will see talent all around.

Yesterday, i got my tragus pierced and the piercer was really sweet. she comforted me a lot and made this experience easier for me. as for the shop it is very clean and professional!

Do not come here to get a Belly Piercing. They charged me extra $10 to pick a ring I want for my piercing right, a week later the ball is sinking into my tissue. Why ? Because the bar is TOO short. The piercer was supposed to give me the regular piercing that everyone gets when they first get the piercing. Instead she let me get a ring which in facts dangles & didn’t even inform me on what would happen if I got the ring. I had to find out this information from my friends that you’re not supposed to have a dangle ring ! So now I have to come back and get a longer bar & get the whole process over which will hurt. I want my money back & my piercing fixed .

My experience was horrible. Made an appointment 3 days prior for 5 pm and the artist who only came in to do the work for me didn’t finish his set up processing till about 6:30 pm. The artist was super rude to me, walked out on me for 10 mins. I Was overcharged for something far less than perfect. I went 3 days before i went to get the tattoo but they were busy. To get me to come back the owner told me he would “shade and add some color” to my tattoo. Yet the day of the tattoo the artist didn’t know what i was talking about when i asked about the color. Meanwhile thats the only reason i paid what i did. Paid half before The appointment, also so its not like I found out and could have went elsewhere, because I would have .I was under impression it would be fully colored. It is a conversation i had with the owner before even having him set a price. Then when it was done i got no color at all, missing lines, missing shading. Called after my tattoo was done peeling to see if i could at least get the lines and shading fixed. I was told id get a call back waited a week and they never got back to me.

Very friendly! I was in and out in a matter of about 25 min for a piercing. The guy that pierced me was very explanatory about how he was going to do it and I love it! Definitely would go again!!

The lady who did my piercing did not use the right ring for my tragus 😑. She used a regular earring, don’t know who gave her a license but she definitely is not a professional piercer.

This place was mad ratchet!!! Kids in there crying and screaming while the mother getting tatted today . No where to sit because the artist have their friends in there chilling. The smell from the nail shop makes you nauseous. There was no one working the front desk and it was causing confrontation because people were trying to bus in front of others. The piercer is unprofessional and he acted like he didn’t even want to pierce me then he takes his co worker friends before new clients mind you wanted 4 piercings done. So he lost money from a new client had me return numerous times and I still don’t have a piercing. WOULDNT go here AGAIN . besides the owner he is the only one I can say that he is legit for tattoos n mad friendly. I only return there because 1 I gotten tatted by the owner and the tatt came out official and mad cool . and I work in the neighborhood but after today will not return again because with out the owner there shittttt is ratcheted.

They give out wrong advice to customers when it comes to piercing aftercare, length of time to switch jewelry. My septum was pierced incorrectly and the wrong type of jewelry was used. I had to go elsewhere to get it removed.

My wife went here for her 2nd tattoo. A very special piece that means alot to me, in a place where I wanted to cover up some scars. Dee, was the only artist available that day at the time I arrived. I only had $100 with me and they said my piece would cost $500-600. I asked if we could do it in sessions, as Ive seen plenty people do before. They insisted I not do that because most of the piece was detail and Id have just her body and face, which would look funny. But in my head I thought no one gets their tats done in sessions, worried about how it will look at each stage of progress. So then they offered me something else i could get for $100, and I refused. Suddenly they offer a HUGE price drop for the original piece I came in for, $250 the offered. I really shouldve just listened to my gut, but instead I simply asked, is it still going to be done well? Thats a huge price drop and I want her to be perfect in which Remedy stated, yes of course my love. I got you! I was so excited, and went ahead to get the tat done. Funny enough, it still wasnt finished in one session. When I came back for the 2nd session, it was evident to me that this chic wasnt prepared for this level of work. Another one of the artists, Bullie, even came over and gave her some pointers. After that session, YESS, THERE WAS A 3RD and it is just a half sleeve...I was so unhappy and reached out to the owner. He asked for pictures and asked me to come back in. I specifically told him I wanted someone else to finish the tattoo and requested bullie. When I came in, he took a look at it and said oh, its not bad. And proceeded to use a sharpie to sketch on my arm over the tattoo. He didnt even attempt to make it like the original picture I provided, he was basically modifying it and I didnt want it modified. Looking story short, because Ive already invested MUCH labor into this review. Ive had too many sessions to count and the tattoo still isnt done, and Ive been tipping each time. Worst experience ever!! I havent even bothered to go back, I feel so violated by these people. And now Im stuck with an unfinished, unappealing tattoo, which Ill have to invest money in to get covered up because it was ruined. If I could give 0 stars I would. - Em Ramos

Bad experience for me I went in for a body piercing and the piercer had no bed side manners not counting that I was already nervous . While he was performing the procedure a Male customer walks into the room why I had my legs open . And he didnt even try to remove him
