If I could give more stars, I would. I have had such an excellent experience coming here. Tina is amazing!! She’s been helping me with the removal of my botched tattooed eyebrows (done elsewhere), and have had terrific results. Highly would recommend her.

I had a great experience at Total Body! Tina was great to work with. She was so nice and welcoming. She did a great job explaining the process, what to expect and after care. She took the time to answer all my question and made me feel comfortable. I am extremely pleased with my results after my first session and looking forward to my next appointment!

This was my first time here and first time getting a tattoo removed. Tina was very nice, very thorough and very honest about the whole procedure. It is painful, a little more painful than getting a tattoo but, it is a very quick procedure-60 seconds. I have a few more sessions to go but, I am comfortable with Tina and look forward to the end result.

I just LOVE Tina! So personable, funny, and sweet! I will be going back for more than one visit, I just know it! 10/10 would recommend! :)

Tina is absolutely amazing. I have gone in about 5 or 6 times now, and she will remember what happened in the previous treatments. I am getting my leg hair removed and whenever it hurts real bad (basically first 2 treatments), she would turn down the intensity. She always makes sure I am comfortable, and bonus points when we get in a conversation to get my mind off the pain. My only regret is I should’ve done this sooner in my life!

I am leaving this review as a massive warning to anybody who is seeking Tattoo Removal. Do not go here. They have no clue what they are doing. She caused hyper pigmentation on my skin with only one session which has never happened in 10 years of removing tattoos with other places. She turned the laser up too high, and I could be dealing with permanent skin discoloration over one session at this place. Do not give them your business! Take the drive to Milwaukee and go to the removery. you will have a completely different experience, and you will not have to worry about damage that lasts a lifetime.

Shady place. Had appt with a female, showed up and only one guy was there, no other staff. No explanation. Went ahead with the appt. I had 4 skin tags removed and now I have 4 dark purple raised scars. I would not recommend this chop shop!I have had other laser treatments done in the past and have never had any type of scarring. If zero stars was an option, that is what they would be getting from me.

I was pleased with the process and the results. Stacey was great to work with and took the time to explain what he was doing. The procedure went very quickly and smoothly. I may need a second session and I will definitely book Stacey again.

I just finished my 8th session with Kimberly and my tattoo removal is almost complete! Looks great and I’ve had zero issues with scarring or blistering. Highly recommend!

I have Tina at the Brookfield location and she is awesome. I transferred over from a different place that used different lasers and damaged my skin and magically with her knowledge and love for the career, she has been able to almost completely finish my removal with no scarring with just a select few more sessions!Highly recommend her. She will be honest, upfront and is beyond friendly and personable.

Very rude customer service line. Just asking for information about their lasers was an issue and I was not well respected. It’s sad that in an industry that caters to woman…they would have a guy answering the phone who is rude. Not a good look for this company!

I have had several visits to Total Body Laser. One of the only places that will remove moles, skin tags, and it works amazingly. Don’t live with these on your skin anymore!!Tina is careful and knowledgeable.

Kimberly was professional and caring. She took her time and allowed me to stop and start during the treatment as needed.The room was clean and neat. The office space is just off the entrance door. Parking in the lot always has openings near the entrance.

This is one of the best things that I have ever had done! I smile every time I get into the shower and dont have to shave! I am also happy for those extra few minutes of sleep in the morning... every little bit counts. I HIGHLY recommend Total Body! Tina is very friendly and professional. I love this place! I’ve been going there to get a tattoo removed on my hand. I went to numerous tattoo removal specialists and I went with total body laser because of the very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable ( cheapest) prices and best tattoo removal lasers. I’ve had a few treatments now , the treatments are quick and aftercare is very minimal. No scarring or burning like others “ claim” to have. I wish I could post the pictures of my before treatment tattoo and how it looks now because the change is remarkable! I would highly recommend this location ! Make it easy on yourself and start here when shopping around for locations to get your tattoo removed , I wish I would have. There are so many other services they offer as well , next I think I’ll be doing the float pool and laser hair removal.

I was shopping around for tattoo removal and total body was the best price I found. Not only was it the best price, they also have the best laser. I did my research lol. Tina who does the removal is super nice and the office is clean and accommodating. Highly recommend for tattoo removal, my half sleeve is just about gone

My tattoo removal is going great. Its a process that takes time and Tina has been great to work with through ever step from explaining the process to providing information on what I can expect and how many treatments I can expect it to take.

If you have BLOND HAIR READ THIS.... What a waste of time. Found there website, called and made an appointment for laser hair removal, went to the appointment spent time filling out all the paperwork. Headed back to the room and sat with Tina (she was very nice) did all that so she could tell me that blond hair cannot be removed with the lasers that they have. I asked why i did not see anything on there website stating that if you have blond hair this is not a good treatment option for you. She didnt know... Owner-you should put something on your website or when people call to make an appointment for laser hair removal maybe a simple question should be asked so you dont waste peoples time.

I am so grateful to Stacey at Adieu. I have a tattoo that I desperately want removed, but was terrified to find out the process, and the cost. After calling around and talking with a few places, I settled on Adieu. The staff has been very helpful. Stacey explained what the options were, as far as the different types of lasers and how they work. The cost is very reasonable. He gave me lots of assurance that my tattoo can be removed without scarring. So far, so good. Cant wait to not see my tattoo... Ever again!

On my most recent treatment, I accidentally came in a day earlier than my appointment and Tina was gracious enough to squeeze me in. Its reasonably priced, it has a nice atmosphere and Tina is very nice.

My visit started on time, care was given to answer all questions I had with regards to how it would feel and aftercare of the area that was treated. It was a very efficient process. Appointment was easy to schedule too.

I have been using the Pico Laser removal on a small black and red tattoo on my left ankle. I have only 2 removals so far but I will only need 2 more! It is going super fast, it is not that painful and they are really nice and caring, take their time if you say it hurts too much. My results are easy, I went somewhere else and they wanted over 1300 $ for 15 removals. This new laser can get it done in 5. Less pain? Yes Please! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO HERE!!!!!

I have been going here to get a very large tattoo removed and it has been such a great experience. They have a wonderful atmosphere and are very upfront and honest about what to expect with each treatment. My tattoo is almost gone with the picosure laser treatments. Total Body Laser Skin Care offers the highest quality treatments in the Midwest. I should know... my family and I travel several hours each way for care. In reading the last two reviews, it looks as if theres unwarranted malice from an ex-employee. Its unfortunate when someone with a grudge can bash a good company, but it happens every day. Everyone Ive dealt with at Total Body Laser Skin Care has been diligent, ethical and caring. I wouldnt hesitate to call upon the professionals in any of this companys locations -- and Ive been to more than one. Ive always felt confident that were in excellent hands all the way around... and the results are spectacular!

I had an appointment with Stacey in the Brookfield location. I was getting some broken capillaries removed. She was super sweet, but instead of one treatment I had 4 done. They’re lighter now, but not gone. I think she was sick of seeing me, which I can understand. It was frustrating to have to keep going in and getting them burned off over and over. It was not the most comfortable thing, but the healing was always at least a week and a half of redness and small scabs. My third time I asked if doing this so much could harm my skin. I was told that it wouldn’t. The forth time I think she turned up the laser. I now have a scar by my nose. So now I have something else to stare at everyday when I was trying to make something better. It’s a real bummer!!! I wish I never went. I stopped back in to see if there was something I could use so that it wouldn’t be so noticeable. I felt like she just dismissed me. She seemed annoyed. ( join the club) I’m very disappointed. I’m worse off than when I started. The scar is more noticeable than anything I had before!!

This place saved me after a terrible wasted experience with Groupon hair removal. Tina is so nice and makes you feel at ease, and the laser is so effective. Im delighted to rarely shave now!

I have been seeing Allison here for laser hair removal (brazilian and underarms) for several treatments now and am thrilled with the results. The pain is really not that bad and Allison does a great job making interesting conversation to distract from the discomfort, its amazing how fast the sessions are over! Ive also seen Allison for waxing and facials over the past few years and her knowledge of skin anatomy&physiology is second to none and never ceases to impress me!

I am very happy so far with my treatment. I was going to another location and was not seeing the results I was looking for in a timely manner. I asked a third party and they recommended the Picosure laser. I found that Total Body Laser has the most competitive pricing for the use of the Picosure. I have only gone 2 times and I have already seen more results than I ever had....and the pain is less on the Picosure. Overall the service has been fabulous and I wouldnt recommend any other location for tattoo removal!

Allison is no longer working there! The place is a nightmare now that shes gone. There were two different women so far. The first one was ok but the second lady burnt me! It was extremely painful I felt like I was on fire! I will not be returning. I think her name is Maggie, the one who burned me. I would not recommend going there now that Allison is gone.

Staff is very informative of procedure and gets you out in a timely manner. They are also friendly and office is kept very clean. Glad they are helping me with my tattoo removal process!

This place is very unprofessional. I had an appointment for a consultation, showed up at my scheduled time only to find a locked building,dark inside,no staff. I called their 800 number which no one ever answers,they texted me back having no knowledge of my appointment, claiming someone will return my call .of course, no response. I would not recommend this place at all.

Its a different place now that Allison is no longer there, I was burned on a brazilian laser treatment, pretty much the worst place you can be burned. Took a full week to heal. I would not recommend going here. Prior to this I had several treatments with Allison, almost a full years worth, that didnt even come close to being actually burned. The entire vibe there is different now , not the same place.

Had a laser tattoo appointment Thursday morning. By that night I was in the ER with huge, painful blisters and swelling. My hand was so swollen the doctors said they were worried about compartment syndrome. Had to go back to my doctor today and got antibiotics, antinflammatory and pain killers. I was told I wouldnt miss any work, but thats definitely not true. So, you may get a good deal on tattoo removal here, but youll make up for it by paying for meds and ER visits. They tell you not to do anything for aftercare, but with all these huge blisters, its an infection waiting to happen. My doctor also referred me to a burn/wound specialist that ill have to go to for long term care. So you dont like your tattoo? Let the tattoo be the mistake, not the tattoo removal.
