AJ is also always super great and helpful. These two are the best and most helpful to work with! Will always come back here for jewelry

Travis was excellent at helping us and piercing my kids ears - he was knowledgeable, and made sure my kid felt heard, understood everything, and totally treated her with respect not like she was just some kid. Mucho good!!!!

This was the perfect place to bring my mom for mothers day, everything was easy to navigate on the website about how the pricing works and what you can expect during a visit! We worked with Zoey who was sweet and conversational, making my mom feel super relaxed the whole time. She explained the pricing, pain level, and answered any questions we had. I loved there were different price points for different budgets and a clearly laid out warranty. Overall, I had no expectations going into Banter especially since I have been to about 10 different piecing shops over the years that were all different but I was very happy with the service, time, and experience here, it was perfect place for moms and daughters of any age and I would definitely recommend!

Great experience. My daughter is 6 and was so excited to get her ears pierced. We called ahead to make sure they had two girls available to do both ears at the same time. They told me when to come to ensure they could provide both girls. Both girls were amazing and my daughter is thrilled! We were in and out quickly.

Went in sometime last year and got information on how to get my protection extended for earings I had bought there Nikki helped me. Fast forward to today and I finally went for that and what are the odds Nikki actually was there and got everything taken care of. Pretty good customer service and natural vibe. I say go 👌🏼

I was here to buy an earring for my daughter. The sales rep (blonde hair and looked young...maybe in her 20s) was extremely rude from the beginning. We should have went somewhere else but stayed there. We ended up purchasing two earrings and as we started to walk out, we noticed that she overcharged on one of the earring. The price on the earring was 12.99 while the receipt showed 17.99. So we went back and told her but she told us the price went up and nothing she can do. I told her that I wanted to return the product but she asked if I wanted to keep the earring if she can adjust to the price that was shown on the earring. First thing that came to my mind was, why didnt she say that from the beginning? She asked repeatedly but I declined. She processed the return and gave me my return receipt. As I was leaving the counter, I realized that she didnt give me the original receipt and probably threw it away. I went back and asked her for my receipt but she seemed very unhappy to see me. And she ended up reprinting the receipt again. Never made contact and pretended I wasnt there. One of the worst experience and Never go back.

Rude staff! Two girls doesn’t like to have a customer they’re not welcoming to answers all my questions about my newborn piercing. Feel bad to the owner. I’d ended up go at Cherry Creek Branch much more better and nicer staff there. Dont go Banter Flat irons

Lazy Sales Associates. I guess they don’t want customers and make sales? Good customer service are required by all means. I felt sorry for the owner that they hire incompetent employees.

Good place to purchase inexpensive jewelry, they have payment plans, and you can apply to get credit from them, also you can purchase protection plan for your jewelry.

I have waited for half an hour. There is never anyone at the stand. There is no sign saying they are gone and what time the workers will be back.
