The other day I came to this laser removal place to take off some of my stubborn hair. And I’ll definitely be coming back. The person who attended to me her name was Karina and she was amazing. She was attentive and made sure to explain everything and my questions to make sure I felt comfortable. I recommend coming here as I will be for any future appointments I need!

Karina is so good at her job super nice and friendly. She will be who I will forever recommend to whoever needs any laser hair removal or tattoo removal! I Will continue my sessions with her ! And the owner Johnny is a great dude very reasonable and hears you out!

I’ve been going for about a year now for my upper leg - HUGE difference, I have very little regrowth now! A few more sessions and I think the upper leg will be hair free. I signed up for my bottom legs and I had my first session same day.The pricing of this place is a cherry on top. You pay once for the area and then it’s lifetime after that. Most other companies make you pay by the session and would end up being twice the price I spent for a lifetime guarantee here.Brooke is great and makes a fairly painful process less intimidating, and she talks you through the entire process.

I had horrible microblading done and after 3+ years of removal it was still prominent and had lines leftover. I came here and after 2 sessions the progress is phenomenal! It was easy to get set up and the pricing was for the entirety of the removal not per session. Easy to get scheduled for service, easy to reschedule, and the place is very accommodating. I’ve called a couple times and left voicemails to reschedule an appointment I had and have heard nothing back. Even tried email and texting, absolutely nothing. I paid for all of my services upfront, and if I’m not gonna be able to reach anyone to come in for the rest of them then I plan on getting a refund for the remaining services. Side note, I have been in four times now and the results are negligible and after reading the one star review beneath mine, I am not surprised why. Wish I would have shopped around more before pulling the trigger with this place, owner is definitely a good salesman.Update: I’ve received numerous calls and texts now that this review is up. One of the texts claims they were closed on Monday when I initially called, so I looked up the hours and that doesn’t appear to be the case. I also never got any messages or voicemails back from them until today. (8/22)I also looked up the business that charged my card when I paid for my services, it is different than the name “LaserAll” and the company came up as noncompliant on Colorado Secretary of State so that’s sketchy. Having my bank dispute on my behalf because I don’t feel comfortable talking to anyone now.

Great service i been working on my tattoo removal service for eyebrows and i had an exceptional job with karina she has walked me through the process ans they are almost removed 5 stars ⭐ and the owner is very good either way communication when I have questions.

Ive been coming here for nearly two years now and I cant imagine going anywhere else. Started doing tattoo removal first and added laser hair removal as well. Brooke is very sweet and understanding! The tattoo removal process is incredibly spicy, but theyre very good about doing breaks as needed and listening to you and your needs. Bonus: they take carecredit! While it sucks that I’m having a tattoo removed, it’s the best experience I could have asked for.

I recently got a tattoo that I didnt like and called LaserAll. All new clients are directed to a number which I later learned is the owners phone. He told me that I needed to come in as soon as possible for my consultation and so I booked the consultation there on the phone. When I did more research, I learned that you cant remove the tattoo for at least 6 weeks. I called the owner back to cancel my appointment, explaining that I would come in after the 6 week period. He was very persistent that I still come in for my consultation because the information Id learned was an old way of thinking and that they have newer lasers. So I drove a half hour up from Boulder for my appointment, just to have the nurse confirm that the research I did was accurate and I would still have to wait the 6 weeks. She said I was the third person the owner had done this to in the last week and that hes just trying to make a quick buck. Very unprofessional and very apparent that the patients best interests are not the owners priority. I had a pleasant experience with the nurse, she was super helpful. Also - the price points are not comparable to other tattoo removal clinics. The discounted rate I was given for being misled by the owner was the same price of another clinic I found in Boulder.

Initially had a great experience with Danya with my first laser hair removal procedure. On my next appointment I was informed that Danya was no longer with them and was rescheduled twice. On the day of my appointment the business was closed and I never received a call that my appointment was cancelled. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and nobody showed up or gave me a courtesy call that no one would be available. Its very frustrating and inconvenient that I will have to go through the process of getting a refund but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Danya is the most knowledgeable laser tech that Ive met. I dont have much experience with laser hair removal, but I came from another clinic that left me feeling uncertain about what I was being told. I went to LaserAll for a 2nd opinion, and found Danya to be much more knowledgeable, professional, and just very pleasant to deal with. She took the time I needed to answer all of my questions and make me feel much more confident then what I had experienced with the other clinic. After my consultation, I felt very comfortable in moving forward with my laser hair removal. Danya has done all of my laser appointments, and she is incredible! I have a very dark, line tattoo on my wrist, and she shared the timeline, cost and anticipated progress from the very beginning. While the process isn’t particularly fun, Danya is someone I am truly happy to see while getting zapped. She not only is clearly an expert in her field, but she is kind and patient while undergoing treatments, and she reminds me that we are “halfway done; you got this!” and that I am strong. I am so pleased with the results so far, and Danya is always checking the progress and making appointments based on the results we are seeing and how I fared from the last treatment. She is truly a joy to be around while going through this emotional and sometimes uncomfortable process. I wouldn’t go to anyone else and recommend her to everyone! The space is clean and appointments with Danya are flexible. I am so thankful to have Danya in this process!

I’ve got a black tattoo on my wrist that’s gotta go. I’d had 5 tattoo removal treatments elsewhere - that’s more than half a year - and I saw very little progress. It sort of just looked like my tattoo was dusty? I came to the new LaserAll location, and a few weeks after my first treatment I’ve seen serious fading. If I did some science on my wrist I’d guess 20%. Finally. Thank you LAC for that. The laser tech was awesome. In fact… I may or may not have gone back the following week for some hair removal.The hair removal laser was supposed to be fast and pain free. IT DELIVERED. I felt no pain on my legs, just a little warmth around my ankles. As soon as I left I called my best friend (in Seattle) to find a place with the device (by Astanza?). I’m very much looking forward to finishing up my sessions, and probably adding another area or two. I’ve put off the idea because I didn’t want it to hurt or take an hour. Not only did it not hurt but it took less than 10 mins and I’m over 6 feet tall.

First off, I’m Latina. Brown skin, dark, thick hair. I was not looking forward to another hair removal session, but this place opened up closer to my house and, let’s be honest, I am hoping for some serious post-COVID socializing in the sunshine at some point soon. To my point, I have been to two other medical spas for hair removal on my legs. Both experiences were painful and lasted a long time. I’m talking 45 minutes or so - and they HURT. You know, sweating while on the patient table, white knuckle squeezing the stress ball, etc. I assume this was the way of things because I hadnt researched much and assumed everyone would have the best, most patient friendly technology. Uhm, apparently only LaserAll cares!My mind was blown during my first treatment at LaserAll. The laser tech educated me about the laser and process, graciously telling me how the laser would interact kindly with my skin tone and hair type. The answer: the laser they use actually has the power needed to treat MY hair on MY skin tone WITHOUT the sharp snap I experienced elsewhere. Treatment knocked in a fraction of the time with no discomfort. 10/10 would recommend, especially to my people of color.
