Ive worked in the industry nearly 20 years and this is one of the best tattoo experiences Ive had start to finish! Got matching bangers done by Chris and he did such a good job, were going back to see him tomorrow!

My girlfriends and I had a girls weekend and decided to get matching tattoos. From the time we called the shop to when we got our tattoos, the staff were kind and welcoming. Very laid back environment. They offered us beverages and snacks upon entry, talked with us through our designs, and made changes accordingly. Jorge did our tattoos, he was quick, easy, and made sure we all were comfortable. We will definitely be back for more pieces.

My friend made me a appointment for my very first tattoo for today, we walked and right off the bat everyone were so welcoming and all around good vibes, for the tattoo process it went so smoothly and really kind, shoutout to Barson he did an incredible job and made my experience for my first tattoo such a comforting one. Caity, the piercer, is fantastic! She did double helix piercings for me and I love how they turned out! I started feeling lightheaded after the second one and she was very kind and understanding! I plan on going back soon to get a third piercing from her!I’d also like to add that they got infected, not Caity’s fault at all, think it was due to them getting bumped. But even though it wasn’t her fault she went above and beyond and helped me to clean them thuroughly and checked up on me to make sure they were healing! Thankfully the infecting went away quickly and I’m loving them!!

This was our 2nd time at Ink Therapy and they truly went above and beyond! I said it before and Ill say it again, 5 stars is not enough!!! I went and got a tattoo here today 8-28-23 and it was a great experience. Emily (I hope i got her name right lol) was the artist, and she did a fantastic job. She has a light touch, but you can hardly tell from how well the lines turned out. It is exactly what I wanted. The music was great, the people were friendly. I will *for sure* be back, this is the most beautiful tattoo I have now.

My fiancé and I spontaneously decided to go get some tattoos and we got to work with Carson! I was very nervous just going on a whim but our experience was wonderful. Carson was very knowledgeable, professional, clean & sanitary. I am so happy with the work Carson did, I will definitely be back again to see him when we are in town!

Not actually 24 hours, nor were the open from the sign posted on the door with the hours. Drove over an hour to get to the shop for it to be totally closed down even with the hours on the door. Dunno if we caught an off day or what.

Jorge was awesome to chill with, went in to get matching tattoos as well as my friends first tattoo. Did an amazing job.

By far the best place to get inked in the state! Not only are they amazing artists but the atmosphere is phenomenal. I am more than satisfied with the work I have received from the two artists I went to and honestly can’t wait to get more and I would trust any of them !

This was my first tattoo in a long time. I had been trying to get another shop to get me in and they kept giving me the go around. Jorge did an amazing job and got the whole left side of my chest in one shot. If you are looking for a shop that does amazing work and will take care of you, Ink Therapy is the place to go!

I went and got my second tattoo from barson, did have a bit of a wait but what can you expect when it’s 7 at night? barson did my tat in 15 minutes, was clean, had good conversation and was super chill. asked how long we waited and when he heard he let me walk away for free. chillest guy ever thanks bro😁😁

Jorge has done two tattoos on me, both turned out phenomenal. The experience both times was amazing. He made me feel super safe and comfortable. I would give him a 10/10 every time.

Was supposed to get a anniversary tattoo for my wife and I. and Jorge and I talked the price of 350 for both tattoos than the day of the tattoo we go in and all of a sudden he wants to charge us $500 each and the guy behind the counter kept trying to push numbing cream onto us, and we did not want it. He knew I had a budget and how much my budget was. And that this tattoo was for my 18 year anniversary. I will never push business towards these people and I would recommend avoiding them because you should not be able to smoke and drink in a tattoo shop.

Terrible experience, if you’re looking for poor work go here, if you’re looking for quality go out of Butte completely. Whatever I laid on was not wiped up and looked like it had grease prints all over it. I’m not too crazy but I was that day, so the “experienced” little dude with glasses had no depth perception or concept of contrast. After seeing the cover up he did on my girlfriend. Plus the creepy vibe he gave off after starting the tattoo said everything. The little chick apprentice was so worried about being paid rather than crafting her skill really showed me what she was more about. Customer service was poor and we know in the industry customer is put at the top because that’s what brings the income in. The line work done from both the tracers downstairs of the establishment look like there may have been an earthquake while the job was being done. My girlfriend and I aren’t satisfied not even a little. But thank the lord I can have them fixed by an artist with true craftsmanship. To spend a thousand dollars and feel ripped off comes with the game of shopping. Just be aware of the amount of money you may spend and the low quality you will receive. Half a tattoo that cost four hundred dollars and the female apprentice couldn’t give me a courtesy call to let me know when I could come in after stopping by when I was told to and checking in with them, then being told to write my number down on a sketch pad knowing I filled out a paper that had my information on it. Then calling again and again. She said she was busy. Professionalism, common courtesy, and common sense is hard to come by these days. True Artist are one of many. Haven’t found any in tattoo form in this town yet. But that’s the game.

Not great. i went for a *Simple* one line tattoo. they had the apprentice do it because of how simple it was. he messed up my lines so bad. they were uneven sizes. went over it 10 times trying to get it all the same and failed. he sighed into my skin. it looked horrible i had to go get it touched up elsewhere. he charged me $180 for this small tattoo. way over priced for the tattoo and way overpriced for being an apprentice. when i went elsewhere to get it redone i got another tattoo there and my total was $80. huge rip off here for horrible work.

Loved the time spent here! My friends and I got tattoos together and the tattoo artists were so helpful and patient. They did an excellent job on our tattoos and made it an easeful experience when the nerves were high! highly recommend and will definitely be coming back

My sister and I had the idea to get matching tattoos on a Wednesday, and they got us in on that Sunday no problem. We sent in our ideas and showed up, and they were immediately super friendly and welcoming, and they accommodated everything we wanted with no hassle! I love the work they did, and Ill definitely be coming back for more, even though I live an hour away in Bozeman!

After looking around for a few days, and doing some research on which tattoo shop I wanted to use, I came to the conclusion that Ink Therapy had a very talented tattoo artist (named Jorge) and boy am I glad I chose him. I liked 100% of the tattoo experience I received. The way Jorge tattoos is perfect! His art work is amazing, his knowledge is as good as it gets and he has this way of tattooing that I can only explain as very detailed, gentle, and super effective! I would recommend Ink Therapy to everyone!

The piercer is awesome, made sure they took their time with placement, I got hot and puked and they dealt with it like a champ, super clean area, super great pricing and good quality jewelry. Would definitely go back to them for any piercing needs! Got a vertical labret done.

Artists take their sweet time to get stoned in between sessions and overcharge customers. Free touch ups available however Its constant cancellation because they have other things to do. Strongly wouldnt recommend. Charged me 500 for these finger tats and the small vine. DO NOT GO HERE

I was looking for a place to get a tattoo and the guy I usually used has retired. My husband had mentioned this business and I thought I would give them a try. It was the best experience I have received. They helped me create my tattoos and made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. Friendly people too.

Jorge was amazing! 4 of us went in for tattoos. From a very first one, to a 6th, to a touch up. Every single thing he did was beautiful, perfect and even better than we expected. We ended up back there the next day for more! He was the nicest guy and fun to talk to. We recommend highly!

Caity did an amazing job with piercing my daughters ears; she was very professional and informative the entire time, she made sure that my daughter was comfortable and explained what she was doing every step of the way, she even let her pick the music! She was very knowledgeable in what she was doing with everything from the sanitation and the process of piercing. If I were to say she did amazing it would be an understatement.

If this could be 0 stars it would be. I never give online reviews but feel this one was warranted. I had an apt. Saturday 1-22 at 2pm to get a memorial tattoo done by Barston. Was told to arrive at 1pm which I did. I had messaged my design to them the week before with details of what I wanted had also talked to Barston the Saturday before as well. No artwork was ready for the 2pm appointment. The 1st piece of artwork that came out I was shocked 😳. Honestly I felt as if a grade school or Jr High student drew it 😳. The wording in the tattoo wasnt even right!!! I ended up sending the pictures AGAIN! I figured Id give them another chance to do the artwork. The younger apprentice up front came out several times asking the same questions about the design about color and design how things were supposed to be. This place seems to be very scatter brained, when I was here it sounded as if the was a party going on in the back, this place seems to be more interested in SMOKING and entertaining rather than catering to people actually wanting a good tattoo experience. After 3 1/2 hrs of sitting and watching this circus unfold in front of my eyes growing more and more uneasy I finally got up and told the apprentice that we were leaving, I was not comfortable with the situation and I was done with everything going on. we then left. I now have a shaved arm. No memorial tattoo, and a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would not recommend this place to anyone that wants a decent tattoo experience. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

I got my 2nd tattoo done here and might I say Jorge and Barson did and amazing job with my tattoo. They have many openings. I called Friday and they asked if I wanted to come in day off but instead I made an appointment for Saturday. Jorge did a free draw when I came in. I showed him what I wanted and he just went for it, and I love the way it turned out. Barson did the actual tattoo and he did amazing! These 2 guys are truly amazing and if your looking for a tattoo artist in Butte, they are the artists to go with!

I got a tattoo from Jorge on the back of my bicep! He was awesome! Very friendly and had quick communication. I personally think he has a lighter hand which I loved! I highly recommend giving them a call and setting something up! Love his work and vibe!!!

We set an appointment and waited about 2.5 hours before even starting our tattoos. Once we got started they didn’t have an alternative for petroleum jelly for me as I have an allergy to the petroleum, so it was no tattoo or bare needle tattoo. I think it’s a new place in town and they’re working out all the kinks still, so I’m trying to show a little grace. I like that they offered drinks and had snacks, but it was a hit messy, so mixed feelings about that. The tattoo turned out alright despite the little hiccup. Again, new tattoo artist so all the grace! I’m glad we were able to work it out and that the mistakes were used as a learning tool to help the artist(s). I think they’re going to be great once they’ve got into a groove and have things established.

I cannot leave a better review of this artist. My friends and I stopped at his shop randomly for her 30th birthday and it was a great experience from start to finish. He was really relaxed and patient with our million questions and was so accommodating. Definitely check him out!

I stopped by today on a whim to get a walk in tattoo. I needed help deciding on an exact design and when I finally figured it out I was excited and ready for my new tattoo. Unfortunately, the work the initial artist did didnt make me happy. I reached out to the owner (Jorge) and he IMMEDIATELY offered to fix it. The customer service at this shop is amazing. Even though I wasnt happy at first, he fixed the major flaws and added in some extra details. Now im obsessed and will definitely stop by to visit Jorge in the future.

I was here in April and the wait was long but the tattoo was worth it. Scheduled appointments last week and drove 4 hours to get tattoos and the artist wasnt even there. Not happy with this place at all this time around.

Coming here was a big mistake. I got two cover ups done and after a while you can see the original through whats covering it up... so now it almost looks worse than before it was covered up. It doesnt look better.If youre looking for somewhere to get some work done, Id try someplace more professional
