Items seem reasonably priced for a jewelry store. Isaac was extremely helpful and patient, as we looked for watch bands and heads. He offered to continue our search for another watch head after we left , though we found a beautiful Seiko for a good price. Work that we had done was promptly completed. Terrific experience!

Got my daughter’s ears pierced here. It was reasonably priced and they were so patient with her. It was a wonderful experience for us.

This place is ALWAYS amazing. They made my hubby a beautiful silver pendant and it is perfection. I went there for the first time after my mom passed to have her rings sized and cleaned and they were so kind and sympathetic. Their work was unmatched and their customer service can not be rivaled. I cannot say enough about this place. I took my grandmother’s ring in to be fixed and was really worried about leaving it. They assured me that it was kept on site to be repaired and told me it would take two weeks. It took less than a week to get it repaired and on top of that it was sized to small. So I took it back and they fixed it at no charge. That’s what I call excellent customer service. I will always shop with them for my jewelry from now on. I had wore my beautiful sterling silver rings (purchased from WJ!) in a pool/hot tub while on vacation. All of my rings turned black! I tried to clean them myself but nothing worked. I took them in to Wexford Jewelers & they were able to get them looking brand new! FYI…never wear your jewelry in pools/hot tubs the chemicals are just to harsh! Thank-you WJ.

I recently took an old set of earrings to Wexford Jewelers to be reworked. It wasnt a big expensive job but the ladies there made me feel very appreciated and valued. They happily gave me a very reasonable quote then, at my request and still happily, took the time to have the jeweler give me several other quotes on more expensive options. Where to even start? Well I started my search here at Wexford Jewelers. I told Keith exactly what I was looking for and the time frame I needed by. He showed me this ring, and just like when I knew I had found the perfect bride for me, I had just laid eyes on the perfect ring for her. I asked them to keep it safe for me until the day I intended to give it to her, so she didnt find it. When I picked it up it was so beautiful and freshly cleaned and polished. I needed to have a ring polished by Friday to give as a gift. Not only did they do a great job (the ring looks brand new), but they had it ready on Thursday, plus, I had an interesting conversation with one of the owners.

After my grandma passed away I took some of her broken necklaces in for repair, Wexford Jewelers did an incredible job keeping the original pieces and bring them back to life it’s so nice having a local place that does repairs in house knowing something sentimental like this isn’t shipped off taking weeks and running the risk of being lost

Took my wifes wedding band and ring in to get repaired and reconditioned and it turned out to look better than it did when it was new. I also had them resize and recondition a ring that had belonged to my grandfather and it turned out beautifully. I cant wait to show it off. Visited Wexford Jewelers for my daughters ear piercings. The girls that helped us and pierced her ears were friendly and I felt the customer service was great. I give 4 stars due to price. $39.00 for plated studs $69.99 for 14k gold studs and $99 for $14-18k gold with a tiny diamond this price is for piercing the ears 1 at a time. For having the ears pierced at same time its an extra $20.00 in addition the cleaning solution is not included. Because its necessary (IMO) plan on an additional cost of $8.99! When all said and done my cost was just shy of $80We got the plated earrings, duel piercing and the solution!Again its my opinion the price seems about $20-30 to high especially for plated studs. Besides price I would recommend them.

The staff is VERY pleasant helpful. Great environment. I have never had to wait.

Took two rings in to be sized. The work was good, but they are very pricey, $650 to be exact. Almost four times what i am used to paying. Been having my rings sized at other jewelers, for years, as I have larger fingers, and I have never had to pay so much. Not only that, but normally, the jeweler will check all the points on the settings and retip them if they are getting worn as part of the service, even if the rings werent bought there. Not here. That is more money. And be prepared, if you need to get an appraisal for insurance on your jewelry. Unless you bought it there your going to pay, and it definitely is not affordable. I have never paid more than $50 for an appraisal. They want $150 per item. Also, asked them to take a look at a piece of jewelry that has a scarce coin in it. The jeweler didnt really know anything about jewelry with coins, and said they would have to send it to out to be graded and appraised, but he couldnt just leave it at that, he had to add his opinion, which we have since found out was actually rude and WRONG. We took the piece to a jeweler whom specializes in rare and ancient coins, and found out that it isnt just rare, but scarce, and that having it in a bezel doesnt change the fact that it is a very sought after piece as there just arent any out there, that are up for sale. He actually wanted it himself, but we dont want to sell it. In close, while the work was good at Wexlers, and the young lady that helped us, was very helpful and pleasant, we will not be back. Its cheaper for me to just wait until I get back to the jewelers I normally use, and whom also do exquisite work, and dont insult us. Not sure if that guy at Wexlers was just having a bad day, or if he is just one of those people, but he lost two customers, due to his issues.

I had cracked my wedding ring underneath the main diamond, they were able to fix it and strengthen it around the stress line so that it has a less chance of happening again.The turn around time was quick and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Took our daughter to get her ears pierced there. The lady did a wonderful job. Pricing was good. The only downside is they charge one price to do the piecing one side at a time. But for a 5 year old they offer a service where two people do it at once to minimize issues. Great idea. However I think charging double for that is just a touch on the greedy side. You will get many more return customers by not doing nickel and dime up charge so to speak.

I made an appointment to get a second set of piercings in my daughters ears. Abby was very helpful and friendly. She made sure my daughter liked where the placement of her earrings were going to be and when she didn’t like where one was placed she fixed it. While I was waiting, I found a Pandora charm for my mom and she was telling me how it was designed at the store and sent to Pandora to be made and she even gift wrapped the charm for my mom. I highly recommend Wexford Jewelers.

I came in for a pocket watch to be engraved. The gentleman that waited on me was very courteous and made the transaction go smoothly. He told me the watch would be ready in a week and asked if that was ok- I had mentioned how I just got the watch in the mail the day before for my sons 18th birthday which was the following day, but I understood I was coming last minute and that would be just fine!! To my amazement I received a text the very next day (on my sons birthday) that the watch was ready!! I Love Wexford jewlers. Although I live in lower Michigan, and I dont purchase a whole lot of jewelry.... I only buy from here. They custome made me a beautiful rose ring with pearls and a diamond. And I have ordered a handful of things since. They are always very polite, friendly, and helpful! Some of the most unique jewelry I see that is made of quality. Ive bought my first ring from them about 10 years ago and I have never bought anything else from anyone else! All those big box stores are very generic and you see the same looking ring over and over. This place has the most beautifully workmanship. I wanted to have a ring made from my wedding band and my mother in laws amethyst ring. Both are deceased, so the rings ment a lot to me. They worked with me and we came up with a beautiful ring. Amethyst in the center and stars and crescent moon made from the diamond chips on the sides. Cant say enough good about the people. Very happy with the end product.
