I got my daughter ears pierced today and the lady was so nice! She gave my daughter a sucker ( ofc she asked) she was super sweet! She told me how to clean and walked me through the steps!! I want really sure what to get so she helped me!!

Got my ears pierced this past weekend! Their prices are great compared to everyone else. They teach you how to clean your ears and send you home with solution. I also got free earrings for an entire year and received a 20% off coupon to shop with in store!

As A Kid I Always Loved This Store, Of Course There Will Be Changes As Time Goes On, But They Are Still As Great At Ear Piercing! They ALWAYS Make Sure The Customer(s) Are Happy With Placement Before Piercing, Being Patient If Someone Is Hesitant, & Being Helpful If You Need Assistance!! Ive NEVER done a review in my life, but I do look at them. Does anyone else? I was debating whether or not to use the Claires Calhoun, Ga. store based on the multiple bad reviews for cutomer service. Im big on customer service bc I work in a related field. Pay attention guys to the other reviews. This WILL NOT be a one and done review. I will update you to the service recovery.My girlfriend lost the diamond out of her nose ring. We bought 2 packs of smaller 20 guages just in case we couldnt find her 18ga $28.33. We left her car at the store and drove mine 2.5 miles down the road, found the right guages, and came right back. Less than 45min. The very abrasive and calloused assoiciate says to me. I TOLD HER WE COULD NOT RETURN THEM. I was standing right there and heard no such thing! Anyways, they were clearly in the same packages and the same bag with receipt. I asked to speak the the manager who did NOT answer. I asked for the policy...none produce...I ask for the store number for corporate review...none produced. She said she did not know?? The products were left at the store with the very rude associate (Brandy). I have other names for her but will refrain. The understanding is that the manager (Leann) will get back with me. Very detailed contact info left. I will repost if they make things right. Buyer beware. Please do NOT remove this post. There is no detailed personal info given. People need to know. Great promotion on clearance hair accessories and jewelry today. Many items to choose from. There are nice journals on sale for $2. Great customer service. My daughter left very happy.

I had a great experience. My husband and I took our baby to get her ears pierced. Cheyenne did a great job and was very patient when answering our many questions. We are very grateful.

I got my ears pierced and one of the holes was at an angle where the back was way up my ear and the front was low. It was so tight and hurt so bad that I had to take it out and I have to get my ears repierced.Thanks.

Claire’s has the best manager. She works really hard at customer satisfaction. She’s a dedicated person and takes her job serious.

Says they open at 11:00 i’ve been waiting outside the store for 45 minutes and no one has yet to show up to open the store; ended up coming back at 3:00 and they were still not open

The website says they open at 11:00 its 11:59 and they arent open the lady on the phone when i called was very rude !there is currently a line outside the store.
