Really kind staff and they know what they’re doing. I enjoyed how friendly everyone was as opposed to other med spas I’ve been to. I was in and out which was also great. A lot of other places have you sitting around and tend to chronically start late. So I’ll definitely be returning. Especially since they seem to be up to date with the industry and offer some of the best and most effective procedures.

Would absolutely recommend. Imo, med spas often feel stuffy..and I feel uncomfortable. Like I dont belong there. And I feel like the fact that the services arent cheap is accounted for at all so I feel awkward when the Dr/staff starts asking me if I want to add this or that. As if spending thousands on yourself is just no thing. The CNP who took care of me was super knowledgeable. She took her time and answered all my Qs, including services I wanted to inquire about in the future. She wasnt pushy, just passed all the information along. She even could see when previous filler product from another facility had migrated. And what my options were there. She made me feel very comfortable and she did an amazing job. Not to mention, they offer just about any cosmetic service you would want. Rarely take the time to do a review, but my provider/facility was worth the praise and recommendation 🙌🏻

Although they were not able to help me with the removal of my permanent brow tattoos, They were so honest, I can tell you, this med spa, theyre not just going to rip you off or just take your money. They referred me to another place, and I cannot thank them enough for saving me more trouble. Im in the hair industry and its not every day that you find honest reputable people in the industry, So thank you guys for being as honest as you are. And thank you for saving me more trouble in the future. I appreciate you guys.

I came in for a consult and left with my first Picosure tattoo removal session. Beyond happy :) The staff at JDV was friendly and thoroughly explained all their procedures I inquired about. The facility was clean, calm and beautiful. Teddy was a +++

Theresa was great! She made me feel very comfortable, and I knew she was going to be able to help me. She explained what they were going to do; tested a patch on my arm first to make sure I would not have an allergic reaction. I had huge bulging bubbles underneath my eyes from filler not being properly administered. (NOT from JDV Med Spa! wanted to clarify that) This was one of the worst cases they had seen...I believe it! Theresa injected an enzyme into the area, and within 2 minutes it was like a balloon was deflating. I cannot express how pleased I am with the results and my experience. I will not go anywhere else to have a procedure done! They are the best at what they do!!

So I ended up with kybella and lip filler all in one appointment which is exactly what I wanted! The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting and I really enjoyed the entire staff. I’ve had four sessions at JDV for a tattoo removal, and it has faded dramatically. My appointments are convenient to schedule and always begin on time. The staff is very welcoming, easy to talk to, and they make sure you feel as comfortable as possible and keep you informed throughout the procedure. The office is immaculate and very stylishly decorated.

They saved my life! I had a horrible reaction to lip filler from Optima. Optima refused to help me but luckily I found jdv. They were patient and very thorough. They dissolved my lip filler as many times as it took- using ultrasound to be extra careful. I can not thank them enough!!! It’s been about a year and I still think of them time to time. The compassion is unmatched. Thank you guys!

Wow! All the reviews are astounding. I wish my results were as good as everyone elses. I spent thousands of dollars and look exactly the same. My top lip maybe slightly (very) bigger but thats it. My neck still looks crepey, my 11s are still there, my lips are still thin. I am 52 and I wish they would have been honest and just told me I was too far gone. Or maybe just took my money for the lips...and made them bigger for real. Well, Im so happy for those of you whos experience turned out well.

I had such a positive experience at Joie De Vivre! Everyone was so friendly and professional. The atmosphere is so cute and the office is very clean. I saw Abbey, and she was great and explained everything thoroughly. I got a chemical peel treatment and lip filler. My skin looks absolutely amazing after the peel- helped improve some of my fine lines and skin discoloration. My lips look great but still natural. Im obsessed with my results. I cant wait to book again!

I have had 2 laser hair removal treatments so far and am extremely happy with the results. Nurse Practitioner Abbey is awesome. She made me completely comfortable with entire process and the procedure was nearly painless. Matt, Theresa, and the whole staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and courteous.

I have been seeing Kelly for laser hair removal for about 6 months. I had received treatment elsewhere before and did not notice much change in my hair growth, but since coming here I notice a HUGE difference. Their technology and machines are high end and it is clean!! Friendly greeting when walking in and on top of scheduling and appointment reminders. I’m happy I chose to come here!

I had a venous lake on my eye that needed laser treatment. They got me in SO quickly compared to other places, and were able to work in a tricky spot. I was very nervous right before the treatment and they were super reassuring and nice about it. They followed up easily through text message and all of the staff members are super engaged with the clients. I can’t recommend them enough for this procedure!

I never leave reviews but I had to for Theresa. She is truly amazing at what she does. She has such a positive, sweet attitude that instantly makes you feel comfortable. Her work is incredible and I will not go to anyone else!

As always, the staff here is the best! As far as my results, I actually liked my filler better the first time I had it done. Im not sure why but this time my lips feel more bumpy and actually have a bluish tint most of the time. Strange...however this will not prevent me from returning in the future.But this is the reason for the 4 star review. My first visit was 5 stars. They provide excellent service and a very comfortable environment.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! I get botox for migraines at my neurologist and it always ends up looking silly, so i come here to fix it and get dysport in my jaw and they do a great job! Theyre honest and never push more product than you ask for and thats another thing I appreciate. These are my botox people and the only ones I trust to keep me feeling myself!

I’ve been looking for a Tattoo Laser removal for some time now and I found this little business on the road while going to Football Hall of Fame. I’ve been trying to get my tattoo remove for a while now but just haven’t found the right place with the right people. Surely, I did. Set up a appointment with Kelly and she was so sweet about everything. Told me the precautions of the product they were using. Demonstrated everything to me for “after care”. She was so gentle and asked me questions to make me feel at ease. You can tell they care about their customers because when you walk in, they have that smile on their face welcoming you. Today is my 2nd appointment and so far I’m seeing results, I have 2 more appointments with them and I’m hoping to see all of the ink gone by my 4th appointment.They also do other services as well. I was advised throughout the entire process and knew that although this foot tattoo was going to take some time to remove, it would be completely worth it for the results and care I was provided. A bit of a painful procedure that’s definitely made painless by the staff. Absolutely would recommend!

My boyfriend and I both had booked our appointments on the same day. I had booked to have a couple different injections done. My boyfriend booked to have his tattoo removed. We were able to book on the same day and sit in on each others sessions (we both work in the medical field, so it was interesting to watch each other!)The place was clean!!! Staff was friendly :)I knew I wanted my botox, lips and tear troughs but wasnt quite sure on the exact filler I needed. I see Dr. Franz for tattoo removal. He has been transparent with me about the process, the discomfort associated with it and the length of time it may take. I do NOT recommend this place. I was a customer for 4 years & they completely ruined my skin with the laser for tattoo removal. On top of this, they are rude and unprofessional. I heard them talking about clients on multiple occasions. I can’t believe I wasted so much time & money for such a horrendous outcome. I want to cry every time I look in the mirror due to my skin they damaged! This place & owners are untrustworthy, unprofessional & unqualified!Edit:The reason I returned to this place is because they told me that micro needling would help the hypopigmentation the laser caused. I paid for several sessions and it did absolutely nothing. After 4 years I’m still left with ink & severe hypopigmentation. One of the nurses (not the doctor or owners) felt bad for me & finally told me that I should try “tattoo camouflage” elsewhere to cover the damage they caused.I documented my experience & unfortunately nothing I have said is a “bold- faced lie.” You can tell from their response what kind of business they are. Not an apology or any accountability in sight after ruining my skin. Just trying to defend their name & say that it’s “a risk“ after I trusted them and completely messed up.

Microneedling was comfortable due to the numbing cream and expertise of the clinician. They gave me products with instructions and peeling was minimal. Will definitely be back for my next one in the coming months. Thank you for a great experience!!

I intended on going here today for a chemical peel but thankfully with Theresa’s expertise, I ended up getting the micro-needling procedure prior to the chemical peel. Staff was extremely informative and did everything to make me feel comfortable! Great experience and would highly recommend. Will definitely be back. 10/10.

My second visit with Theresa for micro needling and chemical peel was amazing. Each experience I’ve had from my first appointment to my second has been good. Theresa explains the process thoroughly and makes me feel comfortable. The results from my first micro needling had me excited for my next. I’ve suffered from acne scars and large pores and so far I’ve seen a huge difference. I highly recommend this place !!

I also need to mention that they were also the most economical choice, had the best technology and experience of all the tattoo removal facilities I researched in Cleveland area. Absolutely do NOT go to this place for tattoo removal. I did 4 sessions and 600$ later, you had to do a photo side by side before and after to see the most minimal difference of a lighter fade. Whatever technology they use is not at all effective, utter waste of money. I had such a great experience at Joie de Vivre Laser and Medspa! The staff is all very friendly and personable. It is extremely clean and well kept so you can always be confident in the procedure you chose. I got lip fillers here and Teresa did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She also did an amazing job perfecting my pout and giving me the results I desired :) I love my new lips!!

I had THE BEST experience at JDV w Theresa!! She’s extremely knowledgeable in her field and it shows. She asked me what I wanted and what my expectations were after the treatment. Something NOBODY has ever done....the best part of this?!? She actually listened!!! I have a problem where my eyebrows are naturally uneven and I have a little forehead so everyone else who has done my botox will make the problem worse. She listened to my problem and troubleshot...turned out PERFECTLY !! First time my eyebrows have ever been even, much less on the first visit. She was extremely professional and was conscientious about how much I wanted to spend. She took 10 years off my face and the key is people tell me I look amazing but don’t know I’ve had anything done. Theresa is a true artist and is gifted at what she does. I can’t wait to go back to get my lips done, hers are the best I’ve ever seen!! Her staff was all super friendly as well. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Go to JDV! Very clean and friendly facilities. Laser tattoo removal went really well for the first session. They have a super Chilled Air hose that cools off the skin as the procedure takes place.The nurse practitioners were friendly, and professional. I have a small Tattoo so it was over in less than a minute. really not that painful, just feels I like a super charged 9 V battery on your tongue.only gripe was the price. $200 bucks Per session. I wish they had scaling for the size of the tattoo. But it is expensive equipment to operate so it kind of makes sense. I will most likely only need 3 to 5 sessions.

I did a lot of homework and research on lip injections before choosing to come here. I can honestly say everybodys quality of work and knowledge and professionalism is truly not the same. The owner Matt from the very first phone call was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and patient with all of my questions. He was not pushy at all. I eventually scheduled with Reannin after falling in love with the before and afters on her Instagram page. She is a true artist. She made me feel comfortable from the second I met her. She too listened to everything I had to say and really studied and analyzed my face to make the best recommendations for me personally. She really took her time in making sure that my lips were even and full to my liking. She numbed me to help pain and was very considerate of how I was feeling throughout the process. Ended up getting dysport while I was there as well for wrinkles in the forehead. Ill be going back for a 2-week follow-up and honestly cant wait to visit again! This maybe my new favorite place. I would highly recommend them for absolutely any of your cosmetic needs!!

I am very pleased with my experience here. I need a tattoo removed and did my first treatment yesterday. Its definitely a combination of spa atmosphere with medical grade training and licensure.On a personal note: If you are undecided about getting a tattoo removed or covered, get it covered. I myself have a tattoo I am deeply ashamed about and want it removed more than I can describe. I was aware tattoo removal was expensive and requires multiple treatments. It is also much more painful than getting a tattoo. If you arent commuted to the time, money and pain than this isnt your best option. If you are like me, then know this facility is very nice and offers the best rate for the picosure laser removal. The staff was very compassionate about my situation and nervousness. Tattoo removal isnt something to take lightly it doesnt feel great but they were quick and seem to know exactly what theyre doing. Prices are reasonable, way more expensive than a tattoo but definitely worth the expens if you regret your tattoo...
