I love my new rook and lower helix piercings. My piercer was very professional and quick. I’ll be back in a few months to curate my other ear once this side has completely healed.

I chose Angie to do a sensitive area, she was sooo fast and calm. Her experience made it as painless as possible and they’re perfectly even and straight. Professional and really knows her piercings! I don’t live in Chandler but I drove up just so that she could do my piercings. I will be back for more I’m sure! The shop is very clean and organized! Great job, thank you Angie!

I had a great experience with Modern Mods! I came in yesterday to get my second ear lobe piercing and was greeted right away, got all checked in, and picked out my jewelry.Emily was my piercer and she did a fantastic job. She was friendly and professional and made it quick and painless, and they look great!Pic is from the day after piercing and it’s already healing great!I would definitely recommend the team at Modern Mods for all of your piercing needs!

The customer service at this location is terrible. I went in just to get a new nose ring. I am not sure the workers name but she had bright green hair, I explained to the worker that I came in just for the purpose of not knowing my correct sizing. She told me there was only one size piercers pierce a nose with and showed me the options. I paid $70 for a basic titanium hoop which is crazy but I didn’t mind because she assured me it would fit. She asked me if I would like them to install in and I said sure until she told me it was an extra $10 so I declined. I paid and she told me that it’s policy I leave the store to put it in, so I did and the piercing size was way too fat to fit my piercing. I immediately brought it back and asked for a refund and explained the only reason I came was to know my correct size. The other worker then told me that if I paid for the install that is the insurance for a refund and once I leave the store, it is policy they can’t give a refund. I was not told the insurance policy or the other about me leaving the store when I bought the jewelry. And was told I HAD to leave the store to put it in which I find ridiculous. I understand policy, but I should have been told when I bought it about them and I would have paid for the install. The only thing for them to offer me at that point was to force it in my nose which I already tried and was not comfortable with how much bigger it was. So I left with a $70 hoop I can never use and very unhappy. Please do better at atleast educating customers on the policies you have, especially if they are very worried about sizing! And please don’t force people to walk out of the store just so they aren’t able to return it. If you aren’t sure about sizing just say that and save customers time and money! Thank you!

Absolutely recommend, 10/10!!Took our 6 year old in to get her ears pierced and from the second we walked in, the experience was amazing. The woman at the front desk was so energetic and helped my daughter feel at ease very quickly. Our piercer was Angie and she was phenomenal. She talked to her through the whole process and it was crazy quick and very well done.Pricing is incredibly fair and they had a great set of jewelry to choose from. The entire place is very clean and organized as well. I also love that they are anti-piercing gun, which is why I chose this place to begin with! Will definitely be back for a few of my own piercings :)

I’ve been here multiple times! I’ve gotten my belly, septum, nose, and nips don’t from here and I’ve never had an issue. Ever. It’s so clean, organized, well put together, the team is great, their communication is great, everything about em is great! I will always continue to go back! P.S Cole is amazing!!

We took our 6 year old to pierce her ears for her birthday. Cole was so patient, welcoming, professional, and made our girl feel so special on her birthday! I was more than pleased with my choice to pierce her ears here. Thank you to Cole and all the other friendly staff.

Well ik the second time I came I felt ashamed that I got my navel piercing done because some of the piercers really had to comment my weight and made me uncomfortable. Even worse is it was pierced completely wrong and got a second opinion from another shop and told me it was completely off and whoever did it was not well experienced. It was too bad. But the reason I gave a 5 star is because of Angie! Shes a very professional and very experienced piercer. She did my nipple piercings a few years back and they came out amazing! If I ever go back to get any piercings done, it be with her! Thank you so much :)

Another 10 / 10 Experience for me here @ Modern Mods in Chandler Mall. I got my vertical libret pierced yesterday (7/13/24), it honestly was such a breeze. I always feel so welcome and at home whenever I come to add a new piercing or just to grab some new jewelry. The piercing process was quick & simple, not a long wait, and once I was done I was checked out fast with my cleaning product and good to go. I highly recommend coming here if you arent sure where to look or start, Ive gotten my Angel Fangs, Septum, Ears, & now Vertical Libret done here. Staff is always so kind and easy to talk to.I dont have her name- I wish I could find her card that she gave me but for the life of me I cant. Thank you so much for piercing me

Had the best experience here! The staff were very nice and accommodating, they answered all my questions and were patient because I am pretty indecisive lol. Angie was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. This was my second time getting my nose pierced and I expressed to her that my previous piercing was too low. She measured my nose, made a mark, made sure I was okay with the placement and measured it again before piercing! 10/10 great customer service, definitely recommend 👍

Took my daughter in to get her nose and eyebrow pierced. We were greeted and helped right away! She quoted us a 40 minute wait and I think it was only 10 minutes. Angie did an amazing job explaining everything! A great experience from start to finish!

10/10 recommend Modern Mods! Staff were friendly and very patient with me. Jazz was my piercer, i swear she has the most gentle hands. I got nipple piercings and pain was 2/10. She did an amazing job. It was worth the 50 minute drive!

Cole was AMAZING with my 8 year old. She clearly explained everything that was going to happen and asked his permission every step along the way. She knew when to slow down and when to distract him. Couldn’t recommend her enough for kids’ piercings!

Been here several times piercing are good but the staff has been rude on several occasions. Won’t be back again!Edited .Receptionist was great. Random girl who came from the back to let us know it’s “disgusting” that we were munching on pretzels bites (by the door mind you) to make sure we have food in our system before getting stabbed was in fact rude! This is also not the first time I’ve had rude encounters here. U have a a sign that says no food or drinks by the piercing area and no where else. Thank you for elaborating but the customer service sucks here as a whole. Only 1-2 people are actually friendly.

We had a great experience here with our six year old daughter. Emily took care of us and did a great job keeping our daughter calm for a pretty quick and minimally painful piercing. She had both of her ears done. They healed up quickly and after the first couple of days she hardly noticed they were even there. I highly recommend Modern Mods.

Amazing experience! Our five year old was super excited to finally get her ears pierced and Cole made this experience even better than I had imagined. She explained everything to our daughter before she did anything, our kid trusted and was mesmerized by Cole during the entire piercing. I got my 4 year gals ear pierced. When we visited this place we were little nervous specially my lil one. Heather Moss worked with us and I should say I was impressed with the way she handled a 4 year old. My daughter was so comfortable with her that she co-operated so well. The place is really very clean and hygienic. They use disposable needles . And Heather was very quick with ear piercing .

This was a great piercing experience. All of the staff were friendly and informative. They answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) and were very kind. The piercing itself was very quick and painless. I felt very confident in my piercer and she did a great job. I areally appreciated that she helped me decide exactly where I wanted the piercing by dotting more than one place on my ear. This may seem simple, but in the past other piercers (at a totally different business) were impatient and irritated about this. I felt very comfortable with her.I also really liked that once you are checked in you can wait in the waiting area or walk around the mall. If you chose to walk around They will text you when they are ready for you.The piercing itself is healing better than any other piercing Ive had (6 total). I got my ear lobes pierced today at Modern Mods at Chandler Mall, and I am very happy with results! Angie did a fantastic job of making me feel at ease, and explained everything very clearly. She is amazing! I recommend going there, they are the best!!

Me and my 8 year old daughter both got pierced by Emily (ears for her, septum for me) and it was a great experience. Emily answered all my daughter’s questions and let her know what was happening every step of the way. Her ears turned out great and she’s very proud of them. Emily also did an awesome job on my septum, it was almost painless and the placement is even and comfortable. Will be back for future jewelry changes/piercings.

We had an okay experience. The piercer seemed to know what she was doing but was not very patient with my 10 year old who was getting her ears pierced for the first time. I was anticipating a little more warm and fuzzy of an experience. I understand it was a busy day but my daughter wasnt being unreasonable in wanting to know what to expect. Getting your ears pierced for the first time is a big deal in a 10 year olds eyes. Also, after it was done the piercer didnt give me aftercare instructions. I had to ask her for them and once again it was super rushed. Just not a great experience. And then, the thing that really irritated me. I was charged for the earrings on top of the piercing when online and over the phone they told me the piercing price included a standard pair of earrings. My daughter chose from the earrings they showed her. We were never told what were standard and what ones werent (we were shown one tray with maybe 6 colors- each color has a bigger size and smaller one) So just beware of that and ask for the standard ones only.They seem to know what they are doing (the piercing looks good) but stay away on a busy day.

A friend of mine referred me here. Angie most recently pierced my flat and targus And they turned out even better than I imagined! She was awesome and personable and also pierced my best friend and grandma as well (dermal piercings). Modern mods pierced my belly button and nostril (jazz) in the past also, everyone there is great, I highly recommend them! Worth the 40 minute drive

Love this place! Jazz was amazing and so sweet and patient. We took forever picking the jewelry and the piercing spot but she never seemed bothered and, in fact, insisted that we take our time and be happy. She was so friendly and ease our nerves by being professional and gentle with the piercing. Will go back! Highly recommended 💕

Best customer service ever! They take their time to explain everything. Show you what jewelry comes with piercing and what you can upgrade to based on piercing type. But never any pressure to do so. Angie is my go to piercer! She is knowledgeable, asks the right questions and answers all questions.

The attitude of these women is amazing always professional and smiling. They treat everyone with respect and most importantly all customers are treated with respect. My daughter loves them all. KD was very sweet to my daughter while she was waiting for her piercing.

This was a few months ago, but ive just remembered the experience and felt like sharing as it bothers me a little. went with my boyfriend to get his ears pierced. his piercer gave me very nasty looks the entire time which i really didn’t mind, until i mentioned how much I loved the song that was playing and she immediately called out to her coworker to skip the song. really don’t know why she did that other than to just be rude. other than that it was a good experience tho! looking at the website she seems to no longer work there so all is well

Have gone here twice for piercings .1. My daughter got her ears pierced and we had an amazing experience. Coke was amazing and took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable and made the process super smooth.2. I got a piercing and unfortunately do not remember my piercers name but it was a very similar experience even tho I had scaring tissue it was pretty painless and quick.I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is interested in piercings .

Always happy with the service and leave with a smile on my face. I’ve had three piercings done here already and they offer a great lifetime warranty for a good amount of their jewelry selection. Also, they maintain great quality/cleanliness standards and consistent every time.

They did a great job with kids piercings. Only problem is they got super full and turned us away the first time. I wish they wouldn’t have let me stand there for an hour before letting me know they wouldn’t be taking me. Other than that easy and fun!

If I could give more stars I would. I came in on a Saturday evening to get all three of my young girls, 8 and under their ears pierced, (1sttime ear piercing) Cole was hands down the most amazing, considerate, gentle yet fun piercer ever. She definitely good at what she does! She knew just how to talk to my girls, even crack a few smiles out them especially since they were a bit coy & VERY nervous. Process was seamless, told them everything she was going to before she did it. The little treats she gave my kiddos at the end were the icing to the cake. If youre considering getting a first time piercing here, especially for a child, do it! Best experience and definitely a moment for my three daughters theyll never forget. Thank you Cole!!

Highly recommend modern mods. I took my daughter here for her first ear piercings and Angie was amazing. She was kind and gentle and made my daughter feel so comfortable. One of my daughters piercings came out by accident and we went back to get it redone and my daughter specifically wanted Angie again. She made the process so smooth and fast my daughter was in and out.

This place is amazing. I’ve been wanting my nose pierced for forever and decided on Modern Mods because I’ve been referred here by multiple people, it has great reviews, and the staff is all female! The front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable about jewelry and after care. Angie pierced my nose and she was awesome! Super friendly and personable. She let you know what she was doing as she was doing it and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. I paid around $100 plus a tip for the service and jewelry, but I decided that’s the price I’m willing to pay for quality jewelry and excellent service since this thing is going in my face. Overall, my experience here was more than great and I recommend this place for any type of piercing!

I lost my nose piercing and ran up to Moderns mods to grab a new one. The front desk person, Jacob helped me pick a perfect one in my budget! Jazz took me back and installed it for me and was super gentle and professional. I love the consistency of great customer service at modern mods which is why I choose to always go back to them!

My 15 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. I knew I wanted needle piercing and not the gun. The team at modern mods were helpful, professional and my daughter was thrilled with how her earrings turned out. Said it didn’t hurt at all. Yeah, its safe here but not entirely, the fact that they charge so much but cant even wear a mask?? Nice ladies, I just see too many things like the mirror people use to see their piercings has a light button, and that button is so greasy from the many times people have touched it. Id rather go to a cheaper place that do require masks than here.

I brought my girls (ages 5 and 6) to get their ears pierced today. We had such a great experience! Check in was quick and easy, and they were able to get us back within 10 minutes. Cole, one of their jr piercers took care of us, and to say she was phenomenal would be an understatement! My girls absolutely loved her. She talked them through every single step, and kept them as calm as possible through the whole process. Not to mention the piercings themselves are perfect. I will definitely be back!

Hi! Just wanted to share our experience, I know for most this business was probably great to them but we felt that they weren’t as welcoming toward us. I’m not sure if it’s because we are freshly turned 18 years olds or what but one of my friends ear piercings was messed up and we had to schedule for a re-pierce. When we went in for the re-piercing, we asked a few questions about the location of the dot as it still did not look quite right. We immediately received back lash from the piercer and just felt a little unwelcome to ask questions to make sure they would look good. We were worried as we didn’t want her to have to wait 3 weeks again as she has extremely different ears. Anyway, the piercing did end up looking good so that is nice, I just wish they were a bit kinder in the process.

I have gotten ten piercings at this location and each experience was quite pleasant. Everyone in the shop is super friendly and they recognized me when I was coming in every couple of weeks for a new piercing. I recommend this shop to everyone who asks where I got my piercings done. Normally I’m quite hesitant about getting piercings done at a mall (I got my first five piercings done by Claire’s and that was a big mistake), but this shop is incredibly clean and the overall vibes of the place are exquisite. The only issues I have had with any of my piercings are a result of me not following the aftercare instructions, but as soon as I started to follow them, any irritation cleared up. The location is very convenient and its the only place I will go to get a piercing.

I come here for every piercing and I LOVE it! My most recent was my septum and they are always so gentle and explain everything they are doing so you are prepared. My piercings heal so fast when I get them here. And so worth it for the price!!

I will always come back to this shop for all of mine and my familys piercings. I got my nose pierced as a spur of the moment thing...it was a good pain smooth and comfortable. After care and all processes were great and explained thoroughly ... My jewel actually did come off, I think the stud may have been defective but nonetheless, the owner immediately replied to my email at like 0730 on a holiday and had me come in to get it fixed free. Integrity and accountability is such a dying bread in customer service nowadays but modern mods has those two nailed down to a tee. My husband and I even decided to have our youngest girls ears pierced at that same time. Angie was so awesome and made my girls feel so comfortable and did it with minimal painand effort (my girls are 5 and 7)Ill recommend them for life!

From the manager to all the other girls that work there everyone is awesome. Ive gotten 10 piercings from 3 different girls and I love them all. Always super cool and professional. Ive sent tons of people to go out of their way to go. Wouldnt recommend anywhere else for jewelry or piercings in town.

Cole pierced my nose on Sunday Oct 15. She was so amazing and I was expecting it to hurt and she was so gentle that it didnt hurt! I will definitely go back to her for any other piercings I get!!!

Great customer service, quick and efficient piercers. Walked in on a busy Saturday morning. Greeted as soon as I walked in and selected the piercings and jewelry I wanted. Waiting about 15 mins or so for the other customers ahead of me to get their piercings and then my name was called. Got a helix and third lobe piercing I have a high pain tolerance but I felt little to no pain for any of the piercings. My piercer was Emily and I highly recommend requesting her. So far my piercings are doing good, no swelling and the helix is a little sore to touch but that is to be expected. If I decide to get more piercings this will be my go to place.

Got flat back earing for my baby,paid over hundred for it.after 2 months ,she got lost on one side,went back to get same one and paid again bc couldnt find it.after 2 wks she lost it again on same side(lucky i find the one in front),i went back for them to put it back on,she lost it again same side on next day.my baby fauit or quality is not good????flat back earing shouldnt come off easy,my baby is only one year,she is not strong enough to pull it off.

My wife recently passed away and ever since Ive been very impulsive. I was waiting on a client at the mall and happened to be next to Modern Mods. I went inside and purchased a couple hoops and had them installed. A couple hours later there was an issue with one of them so I called the store and there was a miscommunication on how this would be handled. Heather the owner got a hold of me rather quickly to make it right which I appreciate. I want back the next day and Angie was the manager at the time, she took care of me and was very professional about it. She took the time to consult with me on the best options. I ended up upgrading to a sturdier larger set so my piercings needed to be tapered a little and I barely felt that. Heather and Angie both actually care and that is a rare trait these days it seems. The hoops look great and Im very impressed with the customer service, Heather followed up to make sure everything was okay, she is awesome!

I will never go anywhere else for piercings. The girls who work here are so sweet (I’ve been to both locations). Both my daughters got their ears pierced and they were very comforting. I went to get a piercing I was nervous about and the front desk girl was so sweet and talkative, she calmed my nerves without even knowing. Definitely go here for any piercing, especially for kids!

Such a good first experience! Mickenzie was so excited for me to get my medusa and helped me pick out the best jewelry, and Cole did such a great job! I’ve have my medusa re-pierced before, and its always hurt so bad but Cole had literally the most gentle method. I didnt even tear up this time. What a great experience! Thank you!

I went here a little while back to have my ears pierced and had a great experience. I was pierced by Cole and she did a great job, I’ve not had any issues and they look great, and the rest of the staff was great as well which helped ensure I had a great first time piercing experience instead of a scary/miserable one.

This place was legit from the moment we stepped in the door. Emily is absolutely fabulous at what she does. My 17 yr old daughter got her ears pierced and I got my nose pierced. So impressed with the hygiene, the knowledge, and just the overall friendliness of the place. The staff was just the best. Everyone we came in contact with. I had read the reviews and settled on Modern Mods and even picked a piercer. I was greeted warmly as I walked in and shown the jewelry for the type of piercing I wanted. The piercer I researched was off 😢 but good news . . . Emily was AMAZING 🤩 😅!! She walked me through step by step as she was prepping, was quick and she did a great job. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone wanting a piercing.

Emily did my tongue piercing and the process was quick and painless. I had no idea she pierced my tongue by the time it was over, so kudos to Emily!I will admit that my tongue jewelry fell out a week after it was pierced but Modern Mods responded quickly and they were able to repierce the area without any additional charges! The staff was informed and they gave me no difficulties when I arrived to my appointment. I respect them for their ability to maintain positive scheduling, communication, and maintaining a sterile environment throughout my piercing process!I highly recommend them and will be returning for any future piercings. I have to say I think this place is awesome. Ive gotten piercings in other places before but the girls here are awesome and really just made us feel so welcome. I got my tongue pierced and its healed so well, the whole thing was easy and not what I was expecting honestly. They explained everything before and after as well. I would really recommend this place and ill definitely take my daughter here when shes going to get her ears pierced. Super clean facility and knowledgeable staff... Great experience overall!!

Ive gotten 3 piercings from here and all 3 experiences were good! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Everything is fairly priced. The place was clean. I even brought 3 friends here to get piercings as well.

We always get the best service here. My daughter got her belly pierced this trip and she couldnt be happier! The staff made sure she knew swim restrictions and gave her an opportunity to back out if she wanted. After she was pierced, they went over aftercare details and made sure she fully understood.

We’ve take our teenage daughter to Modern Mods in Chandler twice. Once for a second ear lobe piercing and the second time for an industrial piercing. Both times we had great service and great results! Very professional and clean facility. We would definitely go back and recommend!

I stopped in today for a new nose ring and installation. The first thing I noticed was that there was all women staff and I was immediately in awe. I thinks it’s awesome to see women thriving in a male dominated industry. I am also one of the most indecisive ppl I know lol but the women in there were so personable and patient with me. Dont waste your time or money here. Went there yesterday and my 14 yr old daughter wanted to be by my side as I get an ear piercing. Being an adult myself my daughter was not allowed to be by my side, she was very excited for me to get this piercing and wanted to share this experience with me. I was told that because Im an adult, she must wait in the waiting area and I must be by myself in the chair in the adjoining room. This ladies excuse was that there was no room for her. Keep in mind my daughter is merely 100 lbs and small. I looked at the chairs where the piercings are done and there was PLENTY of room for my daughter to stand by my side during the process. I told the lady I wanted my daughter by myside for this, and the employee starting getting snippy and rude about it, (bad customer service attitude). we left and then found another location in the chandler mall that not only allowed my daughter by my side, but better pricing and no authoritative power hungry employees. Thank God for this situation for I found a better piercing location just down the hall from Modern Mods, and saved about $40.

I cannot say enough about our family experience from start to finish. We walked in today for our 8 year old to get her ears pierced. This is a big occasion. Sierra at the front desk immediately eased the moment and was so welcoming. Thank you Sierra. The options for earrings included with the piercing was extensive and quality. Angie our Piercer was so accommodating and a delight. We cannot thank you enough. My wife wants a piercing that she didn’t know she wanted just because of our experience lol. Definitely go here for all piercing needs and wants.

This was my first time getting a piercing. The place was clean, everyone was knowledgeable and very informative.My piercer, Angie, did my septum and was so super sweet and informed me well on what she was going to do and the aftercare. I am afraid of needles! They terrify me but Angie was so supportive and helped me through it all. I can’t wait to come back for another piercing.Oh and please tip your piercers well! We took our 3 month old to get her ears pierced yesterday with Angie and she was amazing!!!!! So friendly and professional! We put numbing cream on her ears before, and our girl did not feel a thing! Angie was quick and efficient during the whole process! Thank you so much again!!

I was visiting from Chicago to see family and we all decided to get piercing me together. Angie was our piercer and she was freaking amazing! Patience she has it! I had an amazing experience here, when I went to get my nose piercing they were super patient and friendly. It was my 1st piercing so I was super nervous. It definitely felt weird getting a needle pierced through your nose but it came out great, there wasnt much swelling or bumps or anything. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something new. Then a month later I lost the diamond stud and they were nice enough to replace it for free!

My little sister and I took our mother here for her first cartilage piercing. The facility itself is lovely, bright, and clean. The staff was phenomenal and very educational. My mother is extremely pleased with her new piercing. Well be returning for future piercings and jewelry needs!

Great, professional, clean. Got my forward helix pierced and my 11 month old ears pierced by Angie. She was amazing. I had my cartilage pierced with a piercing gun many years ago before I know better and had so much pain afterwards and still cant wear posts because it gets irritated an inflamed. At Modern Mods they do piercings the right way with a piercing needle. Had some tenderness with my piercing, very little pain. After not even a week was able to sleep on that side no problem. Little to no swelling. Am excited to get another piercing with them. Angie was so good with my daughter. Was so patient and quick. Her ears had some swelling that day which gone by the next day. Ive been here twice to have old piercings (both tragus, bellybutton, and rook) that I thought were closed re-pierced so I could wear jewelry in them again. KD explained that I didnt need to have them re-pierced and that they could taper them instead and put in new jewelry. Both times have been a great experience. The tapering was quick and painless. I remember when I was younger, going to get a piercing was SO intimidating. Walking in to a crusty old tattoo shop with condescending men....it was scary. So taking my kids to a piercing shop, I was nervous. But, WOW. So warm, and welcoming, and kind. We were a group of six celebrating my daughters 11th birthday. Everyone (including Mom) in the group got pierced. Angie was incredible. Disney music was a plus......but Im a Disney nerd. Beyond expectations. Honestly, Im kind of wanting to find something else to pierce, just to go back.

I went in to get a daith piercing and got my baby girls ears pierced as well. Thankfully our baby girls earrings healed good, but the gal who did mine ended up having to double pierce the same hole cause the first one didn’t sit right. And I was left with a half infected piercing for almost 7 months. No mater how much I tried cleaning it and than letting it naturally breath between cleanings, it still would come back infected with a large infected bubble. I ended up having to take it out to heal up. I have a number of piercings and never had any issue like this with any other. Idk if it was the way it was pierced or the quality of the jewelry, but either or I wasn’t too happy with it especially for the price… lol I was given a $10 discount for her doing it wrong in the first place, and still paid over $100 for both my baby and I.

I visited Modern Mods in the Chandler mall today and had a fantastic experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and despite not accepting appointments, the wait was minimal. (Maybe 5-10 minutes) The shop was super clean and they hand sanitizer right at the register.I wanted to get my nose pierced so they walked me through jewelry options- there was a basic option for $45 (steel ball nose screw) or several more blingy flat-back options for $60. I chose one of the pretty ones.I decided to have the jewelry in my rook piercing changed out while I was there too. I had selected a hoop with some larger rhinestones but Angie let me know that it was too big for the area. She suggested another option so I went with that instead.Angie then took me over to do the piercing and asked my consent to film it. She walked me through the process and then got to work. She marked the area, asking me if I intended to wear a ring or if I planned to stick with a stud. She consulted on placement, following the contours of my nose.The piercing itself barely hurt and my eyes didnt water, I was so impressed! Her work is quick, smooth and professional. The jewelry change was great too, and Im so glad that I listened to her about the jewelry. I also found out that the change was free since I had a piercing done, so that made me even happier! Angie walked me through aftercare, rung me up and gave me her contact info in case I have questions.This place is seriously great and I love that its female run.

I visited today to get some new plugs put in as I haven’t had any in for the last 6+ years. Not knowing what gauge my ears were currently I needed help figuring that out. I was helped by Kiarra and all I can say is the customer service was amazing! She took the time to figure out what I was looking to do, what the future plans were and just by looking had the right size figured out. Great conversation and a relaxed smooth hand! They do a great job with piercings and they’re very friendly but they gave me the wrong jewelry twice. I specifically did not want teardrop navel jewelry but even after they changed the jewelry they got the top jewel right but the bottom jewel is a teardrop not a circle piece.

10/10 Best Place Ive gotten my Piercings done.Back in November I got my septum pierced by Angie, but unfortunately had to take it out for my wedding & it healed over. But, I didnt appreciate 2 other employees who spoke to me in a certain way that made me feel small or dumb and talked down to when I asked about how to change my jewelry at home.They told me about the policy where they cannot change outside foreign jewelry, so I know that means I should buy their jewelry and change it there instead.

When they pierced my daughters ears one side had hair inside the piercing this resulted in an infected hole and the hair was wrapped around the bottom of the ear lobe, resulting in a cut in the bottom of her ear.

Got a piercing and they let me pay ten extra to get the color peircing I wanted and pierced it still and it didnt have room for swelling so it embedded. They shouldnt have let me get it pierced with anything other than a longer stem

Everyone here is pretty cool and helpful, Ive only have a couple things to say about the jewelry sometimes or maybe its the failure to install them correctly because Ive had a few expensive pieces fall out that I had to pay to replace but I keep cominf back none the less

The shop was clean and the girls were super professional my only issue with my piercing was the bars I was pierced with were a little too short so i ended up having to change them and it was far too busy to even walk through the door to have one of the piercers help me change them.
