Michelle and the rest of the team at Removery have been great to work with. Four visits in and the results have been more than I could have hoped for. They are both efficient and professional--Ive never had to wait a minute past appointment time to get started, which is unheard of these days. Even more, they were accommodating when I brought a little one with to the reception area. 5/5 would recommend to anyone thinking about tattoo removal.

Went to my first session today. Went off without a hitch. No pain, procedure much quicker than expected and Michelle who did it was very informative, thorough and made me feel very comfortable. Alyson who gave me my consultation a month ago, also very informative. Both ladies are very sweet and professional gals. Can’t hardly wait for the end results! As for now my opinion is I’m happy with today’s outcome.

The staff here are the absolute best! I’ve had 3 sessions so far and am so happy with the results. Though laser removal is not a comfortable experience, the appointments are very enjoyable because of the great people. So friendly and engaging, they make you look forward to the next treatment. I cannot say enough about my experience already. I only had the consultation but I walked away feeling like moving on with my life from an extremely painful past that is tattooed on my body is actually possible. Alyson is just a wonderful human being with an incredibly warm, empathetic and loving soul. Just being able to be heard and have her care made me want to come back. I don’t know what the results will be but I trust they will be amazing and the journey in itself will be one of healing because of this experience with more to come. Thank you already for everything. I actually enjoy my tattoo removal treatments at Removery. The equipment is state of the art and Michelle is a true professional. She shares her knowledge to make sure you have the best results possible. She has a lighthearted approach that makes the experience enjoyable.

Michelle has been a real great human with removing my tattoos. Due to the tattoos being mostly on my hands it will take a while for them to fully disappear but I’ve seen significant fading and it’s only been 6 treatments. It’s worth the trip for how enjoyable they are!

This is literally the best place. I’ve gone to other places for tattoo removal and this is by far the best. The cost is so reasonable and the staff is amazing. Alison and Michelle are so nice and personable. Even when getting my removal Michelle makes it so comfortable and makes the situation light, usually cracking me up the whole time, and sharing out nurse stories together. Even though the laser is not comfortable, the staff makes it better!

I got a tattoo when I was 22. Over time it faded and looked horrible, so 15 years ago I tried to have it removed. The laser that was used 15 years ago was painful and hurt way worse than getting the tattoo. Today I went for a consultation at Removery in downtown Chandler, ended up hopping in the chair , and got my first session done! It was NOTHING compared to was it used to be! If you are contemplating getting yours removed and are at all fearful DO NOT WAIT! GO DO IT! It’s easy peasy! The girls are fantastic , it’s easy, quick and affordable! 🥰

Michelle the RN has been fantastic! Shes a highly knowledgeable when if comes to prescriptions you are on. Shes also very nice and personable. She makes you feel very comfortable when getting lasered.

I formerly went to Removery in New York before moving to Phoenix. Although Chandler is not the most convenient location, I ended up there because the Phoenix studio kept rescheduling on me, and Id already paid for a package to have four of my tattoos entirely removed.I begrudgingly trudged 45 minutes for my session, but I showed up to have a wonderful experience with Michelle. She made the time fly for what is generally quite a painful procedure. Plus, given her formal training as a nurse, she knows all about skin pigment, healing, and how the laser breaks down the ink physiologically to adjust the machine for the most effective results.Because of her quality service and attention to detail, I now exclusively complete my removal sessions with her in Chandler, even though the Phoenix location is far more convenient to my home in north Scottsdale. That said, I highly recommend Removery in Chandler with Michelle to ensure your skin is protected, your ink is disappearing, and your appointment slot is timely since you can only get so many sessions in a year due to sun exposure.

Removery has been a great experience! And I always know I am in good hands with Michelle. Wouldn’t go anywhere else to have ink removed.

Alison and Michelle were great! I have soooo many tattoos I need deleted and the unlimited package makes much more sense. I’m taking 147 square inch total in ink I want removed. If you get approved for the payment plan you can break down the payment in two years at no interest. I have to move some stuff around to make it happen because of the amount of ink I want gone it’s quite some money, but is still duable, I’m talking unlimited sessions for ALL my tattoos, until they are gone. If you have smaller tattoos it will probably be much better for you cost effective. Anyway, they didn’t rush me or anything it’s all good and well explained. Thank you for the patience with all my questions.

Good luck getting appointments. They’ve oversold their packages and if you have to reschedule for any reason, you’re looking at 8 weeks or more.Edit: Theyve switched some things around and hired an RN. She is so far wonderful and has been really helpful in scheduling me. I went from 1 to 3 stars. I will wait to see if my tattoo is actually fading before I can give more.

I’ve been hesitant to start my tattoo removal process not only because of the cost, but I had never gotten any laser service done before. The employees at Removery have completely absolved any worries I had when following through with my tattoo removal. They were incredibly open and knowledgeable with any question I had and each experience afterwards has somehow topped the last! Michelle is my FAVORITE employee and continues to make the space and experience comfortable for me. I do not regret this decision whatsoever and am SO excited to feel comfortable in my body again.

I have only been here twice and the two women who I have interacted with (and I assume run the shop) are phenomenal. The evaluation process was great, I do my research before stepping into a place so I knew Removery was where I wanted to bring my business and begin my tattoo removal process. After my first session, I had additional follow up questions I did not know I had prior to my first session and they are so quick to respond and put me at ease. My tattoos that I am removing are fairly small and I have noticed some fading. I wish it was a faster experience but I would not want to have this experience anywhere else. Their professionalism and knowledge makes me comfortable to wait as long as it takes me to remove these tattoos safely.

I’ve had a great experience with removery so far. Today I came in for my second session and Michelle made the appointment great! She helped make me as comfortable as possible and really explained the process of the removal in the body. I appreciate her medical knowledge. This can be a scary experience but she made it easy! Stop searching!... This is the Go To place for tattoo removal. Lets face it, the tattoo removal process is not easy or quick. The staff / service at the Removery Chandler location are really good. They are caring and engaging, and always smiling and encouraging! Makes you want to come back to the next appointment.

I had my first session with Haley a couple of weeks ago and I cannot say enough good things about the experience!! Right off the bat, when I arrived for my appointment Amy was so kind and reassuring as I was a bit nervous. Then Haley came to bring me back to the treatment room and she went through every step very thoroughly with me to ease my anxiety. The treatment itself took no time at all and honestly I barely felt anything (fingers crossed thats the case with every treatment!). Our experience here exceeded our experience!!! I an so blown away! My daughter has had a traumatic tattoo on her knee for almost 3 years now. She was in an accident that left road rash embedded in her skin.I called around and Removery told us to come in and they would see if they could help.It was like a magic eraser! Haha!! And Michelle our nurse was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and funny! She totally made my kiddos day with her magic! Highly recommend!
