Nice clean office with an well educated staff. My first visit was with Holly.She made me feel very comfortable and informed me of each step throughout the procedure,This was my first IPL to help with my rosacea and broken capillaries.Im not real happy with this first visit I expected a much more clear and freshen skin tone. Which I do not have. Holly did say it might take two or three treatments.I will go in for one more in another in 4 weeks.

What I appreciate most about Dr. Howlin is that she really listens and will provide exactly what you want. I requested a very subtle approach—no duck lips! I just wanted a little bit of fullness to replace what Id lost. Im very happy with the result. It doesnt look like Ive had work done, which is my biggest compliment.

Dr Howlin took so much time with me.She injected filler below my lower lip, a little at a time, alternating between both sides of my face. She studied my face after each injection, making sure it looked symmetrical and natural. I was very pleased with the results.

Chelsea Laser was the first place I’ve gone to for aesthetic purposes and it’ll be the only place I go. The staff was awesome and so friendly. Holly was the technician who took care of me and not only was she incredibly good at what she does, she had my face looking incredible. I got a hydro-facial and my experience was so great, I’ll be back many more times to come.

After being a patient there for over 2 years, I went last night and was handed a note with other Doctors name to check into. Dr. Tromble Short is no longer going to be there and the other Doctors are not taking her patients. I did not think it was a professional way of letting a patient know to go somewhere else. While I was there a kind notice from the Dr I was seeing would have seemed a little more caring. Getting a post- it note with a couple of names handed to you from the receptionist and told that you no longer can go there was harsh.

Dr. Howlin is so warm and welcoming and so is her entire staff! I highly recommend them if you want your skin to look great!
