Had a great experience getting a belly button piercing changed out for a smaller size. The piercer there is professional, clean, customizes jewelry, and has fair pricing. Call ahead to make sure the piercer will be available. Theyre super friendly and helpful.

The piercer is really good and great prices. My navel was 60$ with jewelry included. The wait can be a while so be aware of that.

Jay has done all my piercings and tattoos, I wouldn’t trust another human with tattoos and piercings like i trust him i had to drive 7 hrs from another state to have him redo some of my piercings which i let close .. he does a great job

Jay the piercer was so kind to me and my friend as it was our first time getting a piercing (we got a nose piercing) all of the equipment was sterilized and cleaned very well before used on us. Jay was very profesional and made us feel very comfortable the whole time even when we were anxious to get our piercings. overall a great experience and i highly recommend coming to this place for piercings and tattoos would 100% come again.

Tattooed tears is always has always been a great place where all artists are professional and great piercings too. He gives you a radiant line deep color and great customer service. Been coming here for years. I get my piercings done here and a few tattoos. The prices are very good. Piercing prices are amazing. The starter jewelry is included and there are so many options for them too!!! Highly recommend this place.

Love this place, I visit the piercer regularly, he does a great job on my setup every single time! Ive also come for tattoos and theyve turned out amazing! Highly recommend coming here for tattoos or piercings!! At the least definitely visit the piercer, Jay. He is lovely.

Went here on 1/26/23 to commemorate my sobriety and wanted a piercing and tattoo. I went at 9pm and Jay pierced My rook and going back today to do the tattoo. They closed at 10 so he didnt have time but he did a really good job on my piercing. He took his time sanitizing and sterilizing. He didnt rush me into picking out my jewelry (Im a bit indecisive). Absolutely loved it! Cant wait to go back today!!

Can’t really leave a review about getting actually work done because it never happened. I scheduled a tattoo appointment with Tony a month and a half in advance and left a deposit. Got there the day of and the shop was closed. Called and was given a run around about how the shop was closed, then there was an emergency and etc. Was offered to be book with another artist ( Which I didn’t want because I specifically booked with Tony because I wanted his work) because he didn’t have anymore openings until next month even though I booked far in advance. He then offered to squeeze me in for the next week which I initially agreed to but then later canceled because the phone call left a bad taste in my mouth. Was really upset because this was my birthday gift to myself and was looking forward so much to this day. At least I got my deposit back. But yea, super unprofessional.

Just got my nose pierced for the first time and my friend and I had such a wonderful experience. Jay was welcoming and you could see how clean and professional the place was. definitely going again!!

The people are very nice there and the place has very good vibes! It was clean and professional and I would definitely go back again ! I would definitely recommend them for piercings as I havent yet got tattoos there but I love the piercings I got done! Cheek piercings have started to heal and Im loving them !

To start off I’d like to say I had high hopes when I started my sleeve at this shop. If you’re a person that likes to get help from an artist during the creative process this isn’t the place. They will prolong something that can take 1 session along 4-5 sessions. I worked with the artist Soki on different occasions and you can tell he doesn’t love his job. I’ve come in for full day sessions and had them cut short because his back hurt or he had a volleyball game to attend. This is just the beginning. I wanted to finish what I started with him since I know other artist don’t like to work over other peoples work but he was very rude and unresponsive when I told him to fix a piece I didn’t like and went on to say it was because I was too black for that level of art which isn’t true. Soki made my first tattoo experiences a bad one on his lack of communication, and transparency, and desire to work. When I asked him to return my deposit he dodged my texts and calls until I called the shop and demanded to speak with him. Now it’s hard to get another artist to finish this half done piece all because of his lack of customer service. If you’re a person that cares about details and if you’re a person with any hint of a darker complexion Soki isn’t the person to go to.

Great Vibe. Chill. friendly.Jay is a pro’s Pro. He’s gentle and he is a piercing surgeon. He assures his clients are satisfied. He’s communicative and he is an amazing artist. Next up … new tat by Jay

I arrived at the place and they told me to come back after half an hour so that I wouldnt have to wait. I came back after half an hour and they dried me there for another 45 minutes. I gave up and left. The service is bad. They dry their customers and waste our time. A service that should only take a few minutes. Instead, they spread us out and smoke cannabis.

It was a great experience overall. super clean, kind, professional, and awesome at what he does. my septum is perfectly placed (my last pierced had me looking a mess). I can’t wait to go back for more.

I got my ears pierced there and my friend got her lip pierced. It was much nicer than getting it done at a mall. He lined up my earrings perfectly and explained that the metal in them was medical grade. So no skin breaking out. It didn’t hurt nearly as much as my first ear piercing at Claire’s. I highly recommend getting your piercing done by professionals

A friend and I wanted to get piercings very last minute and they were able to accommodate. The piercings didn’t take long at all and were exactly what each of us wanted!

I know multiple people who have gotten piercings here that have gotten extremely irritated and never fully healed, i had to take my nose piercing out because it continually was irritated and i have a scar from it now. other friends have keloids on their ear piercings. don’t go here!

Been going to Tattooed Tearz for years. Artists who care about their craft. Ive been tattooed by many artists and Jay is the only person Ill let touch my face. He has also done all my piercings and I have ocd so the piercings must be as perfect as possible. Never have had a problem. Grateful

The piercer is very professional and good at his job the new person in reception cant say the same. she made up lies for no reason and went in the back to talk about me which was rude, unprofessional, and not customer service that reflects good for the company

I had 4 piercings done today all at once and I tell you I couldnt be more happier Ive had piercings done at other places but nothing compared to this place they made you feel right at home and not just a number or just another customer they treated you as a human as a person as a friend as someone who has been going there for years and this was my first time there the shop was very clean and all the equipment was sterile and opened right in front of me unlike some other places where they open it and then have you go in the room but here was absolutely different very clean and sterile and the piercer Jeff explained everything little thing he done and he even spent extra time to make sure that the piercings I was getting were in the correct place and to my liking of the placement and I also had a choice of the type of jewelry I wanted bacily hoops and a barbell but I definitely am going back for more piercings and a few tattoos also I highly recommend this shop

I went in for a touch up, Alex the artist was able to take me in a very short notice for it. Everybody is nice and talented in their own craft and style! Plus they have an ARCADE MACHINE doesnt get better LOL

Dont waste your time at this place, i went there for a tattoo and made an appointment. When i went in for my appointment he said he didnt feel like doing it and to come back tomorrow. I come back the next day and he says the same thing. Then the next day i called and again he said he couldnt do it. smh👎🏻

Place completely ruined my arm couple of years back. Came out nothing close to what I was shown. Everywhere Ive gone since to rectify my tattoo has told me whoever did it had ruined my arm. Be careful going here.

Got a tattoo on my hand which came out bad tried reaching out to fix it like Jay said he would and never got an answer , when i finally got a hold of him he just didnt care . Dont waste your money here . Very unprofessional
