I am SO happy with the results Emsella (pelvic floor tightening)! I had immediate results from the first treatment. And treatment is so easy.. sit in a chair for 30 min (clothed)! Highly recommend to anyone with incontinence during the menopausal time period. Now I can lift weights, sneeze or do anything without fear! Apparently works for men as well! If youre considering, I highly recommend! :)

I saw Dr Gupta 2 weeks ago for my Melasma which I have been trying to get rid of for last 6 years or so on both my cheeks. Dr Gupta with her extensive knowledge and experience with all types of Lasers, used Pico laser for it. It was a very painless treatment and I am seeing amazing results after my very first treatment, now feeling so much happier and more confident with my skin. Love it and I definitely recommend Dr. Gupta for everyone who is suffering from this annoying condition. Can’t wait for my next treatment!! Shes the best!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I did the CO2 laser treatment when I was 21 cause I thought it would make my poor smaller & it completely destroyed my skin. It burnt a pattern into my face & thinned my skin so much it feels like paper now and the texture is awful. And the worst part about it is it looks absolutely horrible when I put foundation over it. I’m literally living in a nightmare now. I am 24 now, I am beyond devastated about it, and I cry about it literally every day. I miss my beautiful skin so much. This has been the worst decision I’ve ever made in my entire life. Stay away from these people they are only trying to get your money and will say anything to do it. They are terrible people.

Dr. Gupta did a wonderful job on my vein removal. Within weeks the veins on my legs disappeared. It was a very pleasant experience with all of the staff members as well. I would highly recommend The Dermatology, Laser, & Vein Center.

Dr. Gupta is an absolute artist. She explains every procedure fully, and is always so warm and delicate in her presentation. I’ve never felt self-conscious about things I’ve needed to address, and I’ve never felt pressured to do something before I was ready. The office staff are absolutely LOVELY and warm. I’ve had a number of services performed there, and have always been pleased with the results. I can’t recommend Dr. Gupta enough!

They offer best service , the technique is top notch! I really love to come here to make myself more beautiful. If you want to have the best skin you should choose this practice.

So I’ll admit at first I was terrified to obtain a procedure like the one that I did but I can say that my expectations were duly met. Dr. Gupta is quiet but seems excellent at what she does and is pricey but like I said good. The procedure almost went flawless until about the end when I could actually feel it slightly but by the. She finished. Rachel is my girl. She went out after I obtained the wrong garment and purchased it with my card using her own time and gas etc. who does that and checked on me frequently and is just very personable. I very much appreciate her and her duties and she cares. Bonnie is cool too and courtesy. She rocks the front desk. And by far last but not least the stylish lady, Sydney, I believe she is the social media specialist. She’s awesome and just has that done personality that instantly makes you feel comfortable and if you’re not she will get you in gear! Told her my after story!

Dr. Gupta took care of some facial capillaries for me and I couldnt be more pleased with the results! I also had my double chin treated with Kybella and so far the results are good. I had Dermamelan peel done with Dr. Gupta and my results are amazing. The peel worked and within the first week my brown spots were pretty much gone. My skin looks more radiant, fresh, tighter and younger. I had some concerns about the amount of peeling I had the first few days and Dr. Gupta was available via text and gave me a prescription to address my concerns. I would recommend Dr. Gupta and her services to all my friends and family.

I have been going to Dr. Gupta for several years and cannot say enough positive things about her and the practice itself. Dr. Gupta always listens to my concerns and offers suggestions based on what I want. She is truly an artist in her field. With each visit, I am always beyond satisfied with the results. Not only were the girls at the front desk friendly and had great customer service, but I received excellent service from Dr. Gupta as well. She was extremely accommodating and was able to do my procedure the same day. I was 100% comfortable and had a clear understanding of what the procedure entailed and cost. I am a new client of Dr. Gupta’s. I first researched online and sent a message about the services I was interested in. I got a call immediately and had my consult scheduled within days. I was so excited.On consult day the team was so welcoming from the first moment I walked in the door. We went over my options, pros of each procedure and a plan on what our goal outcome would be. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED ! First off it didnt begin with this outcome. Initially i had a consultation; with a very nice and professional lady. She discussed with me my concerns and then gave me a recommendation for services. I agreed and scheduled a date for services to began. A deposit was taken from me. And i departed office. I came back and was ready for service. I entered room and waited for Dr. Gupta and she came in. She wasnt even aware of what was discussed with me and her assistant. At that point i was uncomfortable with continuing anything else; i was no longer comfortable with her providing services for me; and chose not to continue. She offered to do a facial with my deposit; so she could keep my money. I didnt want any services from her. I wanted my money back. She is money hungry and has no integrity. I suggest going to someone else that is fair, aware of what information is circulating in their office. She will reap what she has sowed. Karma.

From the first phone call to inquire about my procedure to the procedure itself and all follow ups has been wonderful. Each individual I encountered and worked with was so nice, friendly and warm! I just completed my second treatment with Emsella. The day after my first treatment and since I can tell there is less emergency urges to urinate and I can achieve a harder erection without pill assistance. After this second session I can already feel the muscles responding even more from this session. I cannot wait to see the results over the next couple of days and look forward to the next session!

Definitely do NOT RECOMMEND!!!!After waiting 90 mins past my scheduled appointment time, Dr Shalini Gupta with her atrocious bed side manner finally entered the room. Didn’t bother to introduce herself or apologize for the delay. Looked at the notes (information I had told her receptionist on the phone when making my appointment,)baring in mind this was my first time to this office. And as I started to explain further she interrupted me saying we needed to hurry since she had to leave to bring her mother to an appointment at 1.10pm. This was at 1.05pm. I said I would really prefer not to rush especially since I had waited so long to which she replied “well you can always reschedule!” To be perfectly clear I was not having a cosmetic procedure. My medical procedure and “consultation” lasted all of 10 mins. She was rushing so much she squirted me with the steroid in the face. I had my 4month old baby with me who started to cry because he needed to be fed and she had the audacity to tell me she doesn’t normally allow children in this office, all the while still not apologetic for the delay, there wasn’t a peep out of him for the entire 90mins she had me waiting in the waiting area.Highly unprofessional rude woman. Oh and did I mention she charged me $2200 for this wonderful experience?! You couldn’t pay me to go back to this dirty dysfunctional office or suffer that ignorant disheveled woman ever again!!I hope this review saves some other person from making the same mistake I did, save your time and money and go to an actual reputable group!

Dr. Gupta and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring, oh and funny.Dr. Gupta is on trend with treatments and will listen to your concerns.I have been going to her for years and never look plastic, aging gracefully is a fine art and thanks to them turning 50 was not as shocking as I thought it would be, hats off to them!

Very calm and professional environment. You are in and out quickly and there is no push for you to get additional procedures, you get what you ask for and they educate you on whatever else you are interested in but dont pressure you to get it. Dr. Gupta is lovely, has a great artistic eye and a calm demeanor. I highly recommend this practice.

I and other family members of mine have gone to Dr. Gupta over the years. for everything from mole removal, acne, and residual effects from long term prednisone use. Each time, Dr. Gupta has been wonderful and the results have been excellent. She and her staff are awesome. Highly recommend!

I would advise anyone to not chose this center for their lazar needs. I previously have gone to this establishment before they were under Dr. Gupta. However both time I had Dr. Gupta as my technician I left with horrible side effects. First I had burns on my face and after showing her the previous issues I had the next time I received treatment from her I left in tears because of how much pain I was in. She decided to turn up the power after I expressed my concerns and previous negative side effects. I was unable to finish the treatment due to her rough and unprofessional bedside manner. I would strongly encourage individuals to seek another company to receive their care.

I’m not really sure how I feel about this place. I went for a consultation and asked the doctor for a treatment to improve some dark spots and pores on my face. After $1,500 and 3 laser sessions I ended with no changes or improvement at all. I would think that a dermatologist would have noticed that laser was not what I needed and should have recommended something else. Also, during my 3rd session she even said “you look like you have more dark spots”. I was like ????. I’m not going back to that place and would not recommend to anyone.

I have struggled with adult acne and scarring as a result. I have been embarrassed to go out in public without makeup as a result but the makeup just makes me breakout even more. I have had the most amazing results after seeing Dr Gupta that I willingly travel to Cincinnati from Louisville just to see her. Trust the negative reviews and go elsewhere!! I had Vaser lipo to upper/lower abs and inner thighs. My abs have indentations and my thighs are asymmetrical as a result. Not only am I out $$ but I’m disfigured. I looked better before the procedure! They don’t follow up, once they have your $$, you’re on your own!! I had one follow up because of my concerns. Never contacted by this office again after that. Go elsewhere!!!

Got a free consultation with Dr. Gupta and we discussed what to expect for the treatment. I was already knowledgeable in what to expect and have had other consultations elsewhere; Dr. Guptas consultation was as thorough as others I recieved prior.Got quoted 5250$ for total body permanent hair removal. 5 sessions with each 1050$. So far Ive only recieved two treatments out of five and I am seeing the results Dr. Gupta said I would. If my end results look anywhere as good as Guptas I will be quite satisfied.The procedure itself is done to professional standards; they have the air cooled, Schiesner or-however-its-spelled, machine. If you get laser hair removal that machine is one of the best models. You get protective goggles to wear, same as the doctor.The procedure is pretty quick and not too painful; they allow you to take breaks if its too much. All you do is say so.I feel completely comfortable in Dr. Guptas hands and love talking to the staff about my puppy each visit!Would recommend them to anyone looking for good results on laser hair removal.

I went to Dr. Gupta to find out if Vanquish fat removal would be a procedure for me. She was trying to push a conventional liposuction at almost triple the cost. We eventually agreed on the price for Vanquish which was slightly lower than the originally quoted price. Shouldnt there be just one price so that you dont have to haggle like at a market? Anyway, did not get a warm feeling for Dr. Gupta. She seemed to be interested mainly in money and not what I was comfortable with.The Vanquish procedure itself did absolutely nothing for me - not even the slightest change in my waste size. And I waited a few months before comparing my pre- and post procedure size.Save your money and join a good gym. Cheaper and healthier.

Love it! Great service. Fantastic results. Have had liposuction using vaser to my stomach, love handles and inner thighs. I never imagined having such a great outcome. Recently tried Botox again after a bad experience with drooping eyelids from another doctor, and this time was perfect and is lasting so much longer too. Dr. Gupta is truly artistic, very sweet, and truly concerned. Last year I had a few laser fraxtel treatments from which my skin is still glowing. I also had Juvederm for hollows under my eyes and lip filler. Both look very natural. Its perfect. Love the Moksha skin cream also.

I agree with the people on here saying that this doctor is just a money hungry charlatan. I also have a strong feeling that the positive reviews on here were bought from a Chinese data farm. I was talked into Ultherapy. DO NOT DO IT. It does not work and this is well documented. Dont be like me a look it up AFTER you spend three and a half thousand. This %$# even had the gall to say to me, I hope it works for you during the freakin procedure, which is non to pleasant. My heart just dropped, but I was too polite to make a scene right there. I went home and looked it up and by then my heart pretty much was in my feet. I did try calling to discuss his with the doctor, but she had zero time for my concerns. Im out a LOT of money and have nothing to show for it. Gupta just prays on your insecurities and runs away with your credit card. Do yourself a favor and go to a dermatologist that accepts insurance. That show that they have an actual interest in medicine and not just money.

I already wrote a negative review on this Center and I got a call from them saying they were sorry and said that they would return the $50 that they charged me for the non-existent 5 minute consultation. I told them that would be fair by them if they did that. They called me 5 days ago and still haven’t given me the money back. I want to exaggerate the fact that the Clinic will only take an insane amount of money from you and tell you lies about “returning the money if you are not happy” like I said in the previous review on my other account, I will never recommend this Dermatology Laser and Vein Center to anyone I know.

Im very hesitant to leave negative reviews but feel I need to. Ive been there a few times. They are not forthcoming about the costs of procedures and they vary each time you go. Knowing that its not covered by insurance you think theyd tell you when something is going to be expensive but they dont. The first time I went for laser treatment for age spots it was $500. The time after that was $300 and the most recent time was $500 again. When I asked why it was more this time she said its always been that. I wasnt going to argue with her before she took a laser to my face but it was $300 the last time. (Mind you this is a couple bursts of a laser and takes 20 seconds total. $300 is plenty.) But before she began I also had a small cyst that I asked for an opinion on and was told a shot of something would help it shrink. I wasnt told the price but its a shot so Im thinking what, $50? I had just asked about the increase in the laser price so if it were expensive shed tell me, right? Maybe she was doing it for free considering what I was paying for the laser. Nope. She injects it, then rubs a lot of aloe on my face and does the laser, says thanks for coming and leaves the room. I guess were done. I get up and go to the sink and look for some towels to clean all the gel off my face and hair. After I finish I go to the front and the handwritten bill is ready. Was wondering where you were, said the office manager. I told him I was cleaning up and he said ok and handed me the bill. $200 for the shot and it didnt even do anything. I dont even know what it was because its handwritten and I cant make it out. (No computers being used.) It reminded me of the first time I went for the treatment and at the end they sold me on a jar of facial wipes that were supposed to help age spots. I said ok because the doctor recommended it. They mixed and filled it there (weird) and slapped a label on and told me it would be $175. Oil of Olay would have been better. It was some new age tea tree oil and citrus and stuff...nothing prescription and NOTHING that justified a cost above $20z Oddly enough, they never suggested it again - they probably knew theyre only gonna get someone on that snake oil once.The office manager is nice and friendly but the doctor doesnt make you feel like youre seeing a doctor - just someone that wants to get as much money out of you as they can. If they could be forthcoming about costs and explain options I might feel differently.

I went for a lower face ultherapy. I was told 2500. She came in and said 3500. That she wanted to do under my chin. And woukd do under my eyes for that price as well. As the procedure went on she suggested doing under my forehead hairline. And then around my mouth. Not discussing the charge at all. I had botox that was to b done on forehead and lower mouth. She just started putting it under my eyes without asking. When I walked out I was hit with a 7500 bill. I threw a fit. I was charged 1000 for botox. Which is uneven. I am left with burnt feeling skin and deep lines under my eyes.

I got a hydra facial and Sarah took great care of me! The office is super nice and the procedure was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!
