Got my ear pierced here recently after thinking of doing it for a number of years. Very meticulous work by the staff to get the piercing placement just where I wanted it. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly. Would recommend.

Terra was amazing! i got my nose prices in texas and they didn’t tell me a single thing that i should do to take care of it.she went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. i have never been so excited to talk to someone who understands piercings so well! she helped me with my care for piercings as well as helped me pick out the best piercing for me!i am definitely coming back to see terra!!

Horrible service. Sales person had me waiting 10 plus minutes trying to make a sale. She didn’t even acknowledge me. I needed a few items and was ready to cash out, unfortunately I had to leave since I was on a time limit. Should not be this difficult to buy 3 belly button rings.

I do not recommend shopping here. Take your money to a higher end store. These chains are cheap to say the least, the employees aren’t really that knowledgeable about whats being sold and the worst is their return policy which Im almost positive they created so poorly so people would be stuck with inferior products. 21 days for a check in the mail is a scam within itself! People pay with cash but somehow you have no cash? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Emily was amazing! My daughter was celebrating her 10th birthday and chose pierced ears as her gift and she was quite nervous but Emily made her feel totally relaxed. We will definitely be back for other piercings in the family!

I went to go get my 2nd holes done and as soon as I arrived they had great customer service. The girl that was helping me was very patient and sweet during my piercing and picking out my earrings. She gave me all the neccesary information and products for the after care process. There earrings were very good quality and affordable and the peircing itself was free! I will be going back to them if I choose to get another one.

I don’t recommend getting any piercings done here. We went for a service that was not done properly and the manager and employees had horrible customer service outside of Laura who was the only one trying to help. She was what made the experience wonderful and was great with our kids. GO TO CLAIRES!! You will have better service. (Unless Laura is working)

My wife and i stopped by to ask a few questions, she is mid 40s and considering the possibilty of getting her ears pierced for the first time. Kierstan was GREAT! Excellent customer service, very encouring and informative. My wife did decide to get her piercing done and bought two pairs of earrings.

Went 2 years ago for my 16th birthday and got my cartilage pierced, the girls were very friendly! I had it taken out due to the fact that it got infected but that was my fault for lack of care. I went back yesterday and got it re pierced and I love it. I cant remember the girls name who did it. But I was there around 12:30 or 1:00. She was very friendly and let me know of the risk that could happen if I didnt care for it. I love them! Will be going back to get the other side done!

The experience at the store was ok but the worker asked me if I wanted to purchase the extra warranty just in case my baby lost an earring or the back of it so of course I made the purchase.My baby lost an earring I called the store and the lady told me it only covers a lost back or stone and the worker that helped me was seasonal and she gave me wrong information. I will not go back to them for this reason.

Got my kids ears and my second holes pierced there and it was a great experience, friendly staff, clean, new sterile guns for every piercing. Highly recommend

I took my 5 month old and our teenager and the ladies were absolutely amazing! They cleaned even the chair you sit on every time ! They were super sweet and customer oriented!

Wasted an hour of my time looking through jewelry and putting all my information in the system just to tell me come back another time because the iPad wasn’t processing. Horrible experience.
