This store is awesome! We had a terrible experience at the Claire‘s in Athens, and this store went above and beyond in making it right. They re-pierced my daughter’s ear for free, upgraded it to the gold stud, gave her a gift bag with balloons because it was her birthday, and gave us 70% off our purchase. Amazing! The manager Amanda and the assistant manager AJ did a wonderful job today. We will definitely be going back always to this Claire’s! Highly recommend!!

Levi has unmeasurable amounts of patience. They were very calming, kind, and gentle with my little brother. They spent over an hour trying to calm him down to get his ear pierced, and once they did it they were very quick. They create a wonderful atmosphere to the store and provide excellent care and service. They went to lengths that are not expected of a Claire’s employee to pierce my brother, and I’ll forever be grateful for their kindness. 10/10!!!!

First of all very shocked to see someone running a store alone on Easter when I had came shopping either. That being said the one girl there Levi was so kind and helpful. She was so kind and patient with my non verbal daughter helping her pick her items. Thank you so much Levi! Can’t wait to shop again!

Amanda and Katie are lifesavers. God bless such great, gentle, and patient women. They are very much so professionals and made our day super smooth. My daughter is neurodivergent, and I have been dreading getting her ears pierced because the first time we got them pierced she had a fit. But with their patience and kindness she didn’t budge or cry and she’s only 4! My heart is so full after the visit. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I can’t express enough how easy they made this for us! Please go visit for ear piercings! They even have the birthstones to choose from the selections.

Went in on Easter to get some earrings and the lady working was very rude and rolled her eyes when we asked her to open jewelry case. Very disappointed and did not feel welcome. Definitely doesn’t deserve a job here.

Always loved going into a Claires store because of the cute girly things they have. This time was looking for things to fill a birthday bag and discovered mood rings are back in style!! Although they dont look anything like mine from the time, they are still cute and a fashion timepiece for pre-teens. Adorable. I didnt want to post a picture to avoid her seeing her ring!

Katie and her team were excellent. I’ve done both my daughter’s ear piercings at Claire’s. One daughter’s piercing had closed and even though initially there was a slight misunderstanding, they quickly resolved the issue and repierced it. Thanks ladies! Great job.

Amanda was the best with piercing my daughters nose that has a brain tumor.She had herRelaxed and made her feel so comfortable.ifI could give her 100Stars I would. Such a sweet and caring person

At entering we were greeted and advised about an offer on jewelry. The staff is very friendly as they assisted another family with a little girl who wanted to get her ears pierced. There is a sign out front about nose earrings for those looking to get it done. Their set-up is right at the door which looked cleaned and sanitized.

The girl that pierced my ears(3rd holes) did great. She pierced with the way my ears folded. I love the little diamonds she suggested. Everyone was busy but greeted me when I entered store.

Levi was such a great help with my last minute Christmas shopping. Super knowledgeable and super friendly! Helped me decide between the sensitive skin and precious metals earrings types I was purchasing for a gift - we went with the sensitive skin and I am confident this will be perfect. She also walked me through the clearance section and answered all of my questions. Thank you so much!! ☺️

Seeing as I used to work at Claires I don’t understand why me saying I know the deals already to the lady who was telling me promos when I walked in was any reason to fight back with me and argue. I wanted to take my little sister to get her ears pierced for back to school and the girl copped an attitude and got up and yelled at me and my little sister as well. Not friendly place anymore much less a safe environment for your children if you want to take them shopping with a good experience. We will not be visiting Claire’s again, completely lost my business as well as the rest of my family. Cannot believe the fact that the lady even put her hand in my 11 year old little sisters face. She wasn’t even the manager there she worked in South Carolina and was just training somebody down here in Georgia. Completely rude and uncalled for

Yes they’re expensive like other reviewers said, but that’s the price I chose to pay so this review isn’t based on the price. The girl piercing was extremely rude for no reason, like I was doing an awful thing of piercing my daughters ears. Whatever. Anyways the earring came out 2 days later, without her touching them. I called to see if they’d replace. Same rude girl said they wouldn’t. I called back to speak to a manager and she said they won’t replace unless I had bother earrings, like why would I need replacing if I had them both? Claire’s in Athens said they’d replace and repierce free of charge, and they didn’t even get paid to do it. Long story short, make the drive to Athens. Nicer people and better customer service.

Great variety of lower end jewelry. My granddaughters found WAY too many things they wanted! lol And the girl who waited on us couldnt have been nicer. It was a great experience!

Website says opens at 11a.m., girl with blue hair gets there 6 after, 1130 still not open, called store twice no one would answer phone...apparently they dont need the sales!! Not good business, best advertising is by word of mouth, i have been told i have a big mouth just saying!!

Though a few things are high, they have a pretty wide variety of items that make it worth it! Any who says the staff are rude have obviously pushed them to do so.

My son got his Ears pierced and the employee did a wonderful Job and so far so good no problems!!

Some of the prices are too high. But they had at least one of the items I was really looking for.
