Super clean and inviting shop with extremely talented artists. I have multiple pieces by Sam. I love his creative input and execution on every idea I throw him. Always looking forward to sit there, again.

I went for flash tattoo sale day on Friday the 13th. They were extremely nice and done a very good job on the tattoos I saw as well as my own. I had a good experience and plan on going back. They were very clean, and I watched them clean everything properly, open new items, and start all over again with each customer. They asked and made sure it was as desired before beginning and if the image was what I wanted. They can also do cover ups. They were professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I love Cody he is super layed back & chill. His shop is dope, very clean & I love what he’s done to the place. He has a lot of knowledge & experience. He has traveled all over to learn to be the best. He has been working on sleeves for me for 5 months & I will never go to anyone else. He has done tattoos on my fiancé & my friends. He never disappoints, let him hook you up! He has done a lot of traditional work but he is amazing in other areas as well. The tattoos he did for people I know are beautiful and detailed. I almost forgot, he is also awesome with cover ups. His tattoos are the kind that make you wanna go back for more!😊

First went to Cody when I was on a contract job and staying in Cookeville in 2023. Now working at a different mine in East Tennessee, but still now when I want a new one I will still make my way out there to him. On number 7 from him now hoping to get another one again before long. Great dude I always enjoy catching back up with and the ink always turns out great. I definitely recommend you go check him out!

Sam was amazing and very patient when I asked to resize my stencil. Line work is great, tattoo came out just as I had pictured in my head. Where able to work with my latex allergy as well. Atmosphere of shop is great would come back next time I’m in the area!

Very well rounded shop to be able to cater to anyones ideas from traditional American to complete custom pieces that feel like they were sucked right out of your own imagination. Sam does amazing work and I look forward to working more with this shop. Will recommend 10/10 times. The shop itself is kept surgically clean and made me feel beyond comfortable of these mens attention to detail.

Sam is phenomenal at what he does! He takes care of your skin, cares about his work, is professional while making it a fun experience. I will definitely be taking all of my tattoo needs to him:)

My old artist is a crystal maker if you know what I mean so he got pinched and isn’t available for the next 5-10 years. I found this place after church service last Sunday when brother Steven and I got a coffee at Poets. We meandered upstairs and found Anthem Tats. I scheduled an appointment to get a cover up done and couldn’t be happier. It’s a custom panther with angel wings singin into a microphone. I got it for my late uncle Kenny who loved to sing. We called him panther cuz he was always on the prowl. I think he’d love this tat. Cody did such a good job and he was so nice. We’ve been text buddies since then. I recommend this place to everyone. It’s gay friendly but I don’t hold it against em. Rest in peace Panther

The shop was clean, the staff were amazing, the pricing was fair, and the tattoo was excuted perfectly. The American Trad was spot on, and they even have an artist that can do it all. Too bad I cant give more stars!

Spent 7 hours waiting for a tattoo, didnt get a tattoo, almost didnt get a refund. Saw someone elses tattoo from that night and honestly, I lucked out *not* getting inked here.
