My daughters were both planning to get 3rd ear pierced. I called on phone and was told a lobe piercing is $35, and I confirmed entire process including wait would not take longer than 45 min. The store was not busy but, we waited 25 minutes before we were greeted and helped. The attendant informed us we would be charged cartilage price $85 per ear since it was 3rd lobe, and then she presented the most basic stud I have ever seen. If the girls wanted a better earring they started at $40 per ear. She informed us it would be another 25 min before our turn. We left and took our business somewhere else.

Completely terrible customer service, walked in before they were closed, gate was still wide open, knowing they were closing not looking to make a purchase while the girl behind the counter was counting the drawer, i was very polite to make sure it was known i wasnt looking to make a purchase just had a simple question. not very assertively said “its 6:00 we are closed” replied “i know i just had a simple question” i asked my question and the she reiterated that “its 6:01, we’ve been here all day and we’d like to go home” i told her i was just simply trying to get her a sale she rudely shouted and replied “we dont need it” and shouted “bye!” i am completely in shock of this situation I have worked in retail and I was being very polite and understanding. never giving them my business again.

We walked in today and I was looking at some of the belly button jewelry and obviously I couldn’t see the small printed pricing on the jewelry so I go and ask the Caucasian hog with the brown roots and yellowish blonde hair that was at the counter who didn’t greet us after she was finished with the Caucasian customers. When I asked for pricing on the jewelry it says “ it’s above the jewelry “ in a rude tone. Ive come here before and none of the other employees were simple minded and rude like the hog I had to encounter today.

My daughter came in for 2nd earlobe piercings. The piercer did fantastic. Was great at explaining care and was super chill keeping her from being nervous. Turned out great!

Great staff, great service but low quality plugs. Had them for maybe 3 weeks if that and the stone completely came out. leaving me plug-less on vacation so just be weary spending 35 dollars maybe wasnt enough for quality

I was very excited to get my helix pierced. Even after taking care of it properly for the last 8 days, it has gotten infected. The service was great, but please be careful with this place, especially if you are getting other things done besides your ear lobes

Ive gotten several piercings here and the experience is always fantastic and my piercings never have any issues like they have from other piercers. Highly recommend!

After calling multiple places looking to get my daughter (15) a piercing on her upper lip, I thought I found a place that would do it. On the phone I told them what she wanted , how old she was, and after a few minutes I was told they would do it. I called my daughter and told her to get ready, left work early and rushed to go get it done for her, we got there and I told the lady I had called, she walks to the back then proceeds to tell me the piercer isnt comfortable doing it on a minor! Totally within his right and thats not the part that upset me, the part that bothers me is I was told over the phone yes after they asked him. Then no when I got there i just a huge waste of my time! Next time dont tell the person yes and make them drive there to tell them no!

I’ve taken both my kids to get piercings here. Each time the staff were friendly, efficient and encouraging. They were patient with my anxious 12 yr old. I definitely recommend Body Jewel in the Dayton Mall.

Got my 🐈 pierced & it was crooked - that should’ve been my first sign to not go back there - well I did. I got my eyebrow pierced and they did it to shallow so have dealt with problem after problem with it. Update : had to get it taken out bc it’s entirely WAY to shallow and can see the jewelry through the skin. Have to go back in 2 weeks to get other side pierced by a different shop.😭⭐️Go to Golden Hour Piercing if you want a legit place! ⭐️Update: taken it out 4 weeks ago- still looks like this : (last photo)

I went in with the intention of completely different piercings, but the ladies told me straight up that my body would likely reject for a couple of reasons. I ended up getting my helix and daith pierced instead. Super happy with my piercings and very appreciative that they didnt go ahead with the piercings that likely would have rejected. I appreciate their honesty and dedication!

Two stars because All the staff was friendly. However, I was getting a pericing reopen. That went smooth painless clean professional. The problem is they put way to small of jewelry in. It did not allow for any swelling. It was starting to dig in to my skin. Went to another shop. They told me the jewelry was entirely to small. They got me set up with bigger bars. All the pain was gone after that. Seems they have inexperienced perciers but charge top price.

Mad and Ryan helped my friend and I this evening. Let me tell you, theyre amazing! Ryan went above and beyond and shortened a chain for me. Mad is an amazing and helpful person all around. Give them a raise, they deserve it!

I loved the piercer, very clean, fast and efficient. The only thing I would note it that the woman who helped me at the front counter told me how unlikely it would be to have an allergic reaction to their implant grade jewelry. I switched it out with 14k white gold after three weeks and they are perfect! I would highly recommend them for all piercing needs

The piercer did good, however the only thing that i really didn’t like is that they will lie about the pain level of a piercing just so that you agree to get it. i just feel like if i’m going to inquire about a piercing, i should be able to trust that you’re telling the truth so i can decide if i still want the piercing. THEY WILL LIE SO THEY GET THEIR MONEY. so if you’re considering a tongue piercing it is VERY painful on a scale of 1-10 id say it was an 12/10. i was told it would be less painful than a nose or industrial piercing, it felt like every single piercing i ever got combined, & i have 8 (not including the tongue piercing)!

I cant say enough good things about this place. I went in to have my nose repierced and only waited about 20 min. The piercer double checked that the previous hole was closed and ultimately moved it to a much better spot on my nostril. It looks better than when I first had it pierced. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes and everything was clean and sterile. Their jewelry is very reasonable priced too. I selected a 14k gold jeweled butterfly that was only $54. I highly recommend this place for all piercings and will be back in the future

Called to get info on timing and price and stated exactly when Id be coming in and when I got there they told me they were going on lunch for an hour, something the neglected to mention on the phone. Waste of my time.

Two friends and I went to the Beavercreek store tonight and they were packed. We called Dayton and they said they could get us in. We got there and decided to get a few more piercings than we had originally told the person we called. Tracy was SO accommodating and didn’t make us feel like a burden even though we came in right before close. She made us all feel comfortable and did a fantastic job on our piercings. She did the conch and the forward helix ❤️

Weve been to many locations for piercings in the area, & this location is by far the best! The front staff gentleman greeted us when we arrived, was extremely helpful & informative. He showed us the different jewelry, explained in detailed, yet never pressured us to buy more. The piercer was so comfortable to talk to, very clean, & did a fabulous job. We will return.

I have gotten many piercings here over many years and phases of my life, they always make me feel comfortable and so welcome. The employees are smart, my piercings are all gorgeous and healed wonderfully with no issues (I clean them regularly), and the prices are reasonable too. Love this place and I always recommend it

Great place, they did a piercing where others refused, we talked about spacing to a very old ripped original piercing from when I was like 9....I wanted to add another on top to even them out. They had no problem!

Small shop with a good selection. No longer sells threaded piercings, as they switched to clickers. Has a wide range of gauge sizes, metals, stones, you name it. Most of the time you can get same day piercing. Prices are very fair and employees are cool. Had mine and friends go here to be pierced and experiences are always positive. They wont rush you. I was even given a glucose tablet when I had a sudden blood sugar drop while being pierced!

Im terrified to needles even though Ive always wanted to get ear pierced. I finally decided to get my very first peircing after being a big chicken for years. The two ladies who helped me did very great job to keep me calm and did awesome job piercing with traditional needle way but with no pain! I really do appreciate that they spent time to making sure they marked the dot on both of my ears are centered and matched! Everyone who works there are very kind and friendly. Their store is clean, they sanitize their tools and reasonable price. Of course, Im very pleased and highly recommend this place💞 🥂

I can finally wear earrings again! A year ago my hole closed up and I tried so many times to open it myself. I went in and they were so helpful and offered to do a cheaper cost of jewelry change, if it wasnt actually closed up. But it was and they re-pierced it for me. Did a walk-in, waited less than an hour after check in, everyone was very nice and professional, everything was clean and sterile, and cost was very affordable.

We had a wonderful experience with our piercer. My daughter got her eyebrow done. Very clean, very happy!

I had my nostril, second lobes and septum done here. And I just want to say my entire experience was wonderful. Placement on everything was perfect, septum right in the sweet spot and they have all healed like a dream. I’ve called them with questions months after getting stuff done and they are always friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely return for more piercings when I get the urge

I had my nipples re-pierced on Sunday. I got there at 11:59 when their doors opened at 12, they were packed already with people waiting in line! Very quickly their wait was at 2 hours. I was second to get pierced and everything went smooth. Everything was explained and turned out perfect. Props to the ladies for their patience with customers.

I got my bellybutton pierced today and i was so nervous! but the employees there was so nice and helped me through it! my piercer did an amazing job and i loved how it turned out! I have recommended this place to all my friends and they sterilize all there supplies all in all its a great place for getting pierced!

I was hesitant to get my triple ear piercing done here. The fact that it was in the mall and had some bad reviews had me wondering if this was a 100% professional business.I went in a week or two ago to ask some questions. The guy who was working was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping me.Because of that experience (and the unbeatable prices) I went in tonight to get my piercings. The stash was very polite and welcoming. Alexis did my piercing and was AMAZING! She helped me decide the best was to do the piercing with my ear shape. She went quickly and gently. She was really polite and got me water and helped me cool down when I got light headed after the process was done.The staff and atmosphere put me at ease. I completely recommend this place!

We had a great experience here. The front staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The woman who did the piercing was very good. She was fast but did not rush, she was friendly but not too familiar. She really did a fantastic job. We would recommend anyone come here if you want a piercing.

So recently I got my helix and my conch done here for the first time and it went so well! I was a little nervous but everyone there was so nice and explained everything really well and even gave helpful suggestions on what jewlary would be a safer option. Overall an amazing experience and I plan to get all my piercings here :)

Didnt catch the girls name yesterday, but this location had two wonderful associates that pierced my bridge! Quick, (relatively) painless, and kind! Tons of colors to choose for the jewelry after theyve pierced it, etc. Also tons of jewelry to choose from if you just felt like buying jewelry for your already existing piercings!Will be returning for all of my piercing needs in the future! Got my nipples pierced today and am so pleased they did a wonderful job. Definitely recommend this place. Friendly and have great experience. I wish I got the name of my piercer but she did an amazing job. Very busy place but worth the wait.

My experience here was beyond amazing. Everyone was very friendly and super helpful. Ali the piercer did an amazing job with my double nostril piercing! She took the time to make sure the placement of both looked good, and made sure I was happy with them. She also pierced my husbands nose a day before she did mine and we both love our piercings! Definitely will return for more piercings!

I had called to ask if they could do a smiley and naval because i am a minor when i had asked if they could do the smiley they hung up on me and when i called back they ignored my call

I got my dimples pierced and theyre amazing. They never got infected and gave me great after care instructions and after care products. Going back today to get smaller bars. Love love this place 😍

Ive been to body jewel locations many times and have had a great experience every time! Snow is my favorite piercer. She is very knowledgeable and has always made me feel comfortable. Jordan did my smiley piercing today! It was her first time doing a smiley piercing but she kicked a** at it! She was professional, honest and gentle through the whole thing. She made sure I understood it was her first time doing this. She made sure I was comfortable. She told me what I needed to do to care for my new piercing. And she did an awesome job! Just went and got my eyebrows and second lobe pierced. ALIA WAS PERFECT. She was so informational, charismatic, and helped you feel comfortable and relaxed. She customized my placements and angles fit for my face and structure. When she didnt think they looked right she wasnt afraid to take the time to wipe them off and redo them.Their covid-19 policies are followed and executed well. And the sanitization processes are also being executed well.20/10 Do recommend.

I LOVE Body Jewel!!! I have taken my first 3 girls there to get their ears pierced and will definitely return. They use the cleanest, safest method to do their piercings, they are very professional and know what they are doing, and they offer very reasonable prices on their piercings and their jewelry. To top it off, they are extremely friendly and put the kids at ease. A couple of my daughters were nervous, but it didnt last long and after the first piercing was done they said, What? Its done already?! Snow spent a lot of time with my daughter tonight, talking to her about piercings and proper ear care and just making her feel comfortable. She kept talking about her after we left and how nice she was. Alea was very helpful with picking out jewelry and finding us good deals. She took a lot of time with us changing the colors of the jewelry we picked out, too. I highly recommend Body Jewel.

We had 3 children- 5, 6, and 7 yrs old- all getting ears pierced. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. Rebecca did the piercings and she was patient and professional. Kids are happy. Parents are happy. Perfect experience! Highly recommend!!!

I called Saturday asking if this shop did philtrum/Medusa piercings - I was told very politely that they did! I came into today and was met with a small wait time, a very polite piercer and front desk person. Everyone was so patient with me - Tegan, the piercer, talked me through everything as she did it. I was horribly nervous - but I cannot wait to go back in a week or two to get a shorter bar for this piercing. I love it - it’s symmetrical, the wait (which wasn’t bad at all) and pain (which was horrific) were with it.

I have gotten all my piercings here - everyone is always extremely professional , it’s very clean , and the jewelry selection is great. Teagan pierced my septum today and was very personable , charming , and made the experience quick and easy . The other staff at the front did a wonderful job as well, very patient and kind despite being very busy all day . Thanks again !

They did my helix, doubles, and septum and everything healed perfectly! The piercers were very nice and good at what they do. I recommend scheduling ahead because if you try to do a walk-in, theres a chance you wont be able to nab a spot.

Ive been pierced by all of the piercers at this location and Im never disappointed. The piercing room - so clean! All of my concerns are resolved when I get something new pierced and the piercers are so patient! AND all of the piercings theyve done for me (5) have been absolutely perfect. I wouldnt go anywhere else because these ladies take client safety seriously. They always make sure Im making the best decisions for my piercings. Ah, I love Body Jewel!

Just had my nostril pierced and my daith ear piercing changed by Snow today at the Dayton Mall location. Highly recommend! She was nice and really knew what she was doing! Getting a piercing has never been easier for me! The other girl who was working the register was really nice and informative also! Will definitely be back!

I would not trust this place again to do another piercing! They did a smiley piercing for me & its crooked. I called to see if they could fix it they said they couldnt refund me & couldnt do anything about it the best they could do was take it out! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK HERE!! they dont care about how they do them if there correct or not all they care about is the money coming in. If you want a piercing done correctly dont go here!

I love Body Jewel ! All the piercers are so professional and communicate with you the whole time they are piercing you. I just got a forehead surface anchor from Jordyn and she did AMAZING! It was her first surface anchor and she did so good. Perfectly centered and flat. She talked me through the whole process and made it very easy for me.

I got my first nose piercing done here. I was nervous beyond measure, my daughter not so much. LOL - My daughter and I ended up getting our nose pierced and I must say it was PAINLESS. I did not get her name but the lady who pierced our nose was wonderful and gentle, plus her ton of voice was calming.

Ive come here to get a majority of my piercings done. Theyre Informative, detail oriented and so kind! They always take the time to talk you through the process and answer any questions you may have. As any other place that takes walk ins you should expect a bit of a wait.

I have never been able to get the right size nose ring before, its always been too big or too small. But body jewel fit me in the perfect one and it was affordable ($12) and great quality (implant grade titanium).

I am TERRIFIED of needles ,so I’m not the most likely person to get a piercing... Body Jewel completely changed my feeling about piercings, and I had an outstanding experience! The workers here are unbelievably relatable, and are so patient! They will talk to you , make you feel comfortable, they will explain the entire process and make it as painless as possible and a piece of cake! Not to mention how sanitary they are ! They truly care about the cleanliness during the piercing process and making sure you have the right tools to keep it clean at home! I will go back time and time again for my piercings & will refer all my friends and family interested in piercings, even as simple as earrings !! Thank you so much Body Jewel !

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Rebecca has done a few of my piercings and every time the experience is great. She is very friendly and always make sure you are okay before, during and after the piercing. Great piercer, great person and a great shop.

The sales rep wasnt very professional at all. Ive been using this store for years. The last two times I tried to buy more jewelry I was ignored! I spent almost $300 my last trip with this place. Which is about normal having a large family. Me and my daughters loved this place prior to yesterday .

Went hear to get second lobes and had the most seamless experience. The piercer is VERY educated. The first time I went to a tattoo shop it was to get my cartilage and the piercer used stainless steel which of course delayed my allergic as$ from healing. But at this place the piercer used titanium for my lobes!!! This place know what their doing and have a great selection of jewelry. I loved them and won’t be going anywhere else.

We brought our daughter here to get her ears pierced and although she did not go through with the experience the piercer was very understanding and patient with her. They were very knowledgeable about helping me with my issue of not being able to wear earrings lately because my ears have rejected every metal I’ve tried up until going to this store. The only down side was the prices. They sell the earrings individually instead of in pairs which can be a bit much if you’re on a budget.

I didnt get a piercing here, so i dont have much to review. However, i saw on the website that they used titanium, so i went in to buy some titanium earrings. I was just kind of bummed that out of all the jewelry in the store they only had 2 titanium options. I just wish there were more places with a bigger titanium inventory, but i guess the majority of people can wear regular jewelry.Update: I ended up getting another piercing in my ears and the girl was great. She also did my daughters and did a great job. They were clean, and the never even hurt.

Listen 😩 I’ve been pieced strictly by body jewel for well over a decade, if not two. Yesterday was my first time being pierced at this location and I believe it will be my main. From a business standpoint this location is absolutely wonderful. All workers are so kind and warm, the jewelry is high quality, and the shop is impeccably clean, which now more than ever is so important. So now on to the main reason I’m writing this review. My piercer yesterday!!!! Their name was Jordan (and if I spelled that incorrectly I am so sorry as I only heard your name). I went to have my philtrum pierced and was SO excited to finally be doing it. They were not only so kind to me but also so excited for me; with me! The experience was professional and so comforting with them and the piercing was absolutely stunning. They did an incredible job. On top of all the good things you hope for in a business, Jordan was also just a great human. I want you to think of all the good things this world has to offer. Jordan was that, in human form. So not only did I wake up this morning with a beautiful new piercing that I’m both proud of and so excited for, but I have the pleasure of having the pleasure of meeting Jordan. It really is the employees above all else that make a business and draw you back time and time again. They were the type of person that you meet once for 5 minutes and think - “oh my gosh. This is my best friend”. So I can’t say enough good things about BodyJewel, and as for Jordan, thank you so much for making me feel important and heard while o was under your care♥️ Here’s my kitty Juice and my face!

I got my first two ear lobe piercings 20 and 24 years ago. Since I discovered body jewel I have gotten a nostril piercing, third lobe on each ear and a triple helix. Tiegan is AMAZING!!! All the ladies are professional and helpful and do a wonderful job. Other piercers have pierced myself and my daughter at the same facility but Tiegan is just my personal favorite piercer. The jewelry selection is better than many other places and the quality of the jewelry is above and beyond especially when you consider the price of it. I have 3-5 more piercings I plan to get and there is nowhere else I would even consider going. They are clean, sanitary and professional young women that I trust completely.

My daughter and I went together to get our noses pierced. Kari greeted us and talked with us about our options and eased our minds while waiting. Rebecca, our piercer, was amazing. She explained the process and after care thoroughly and was amazing with both of us. Highly recommend.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! they were so nice and they knew exactly what they were doing. They are so clean the guy that pierced my cartilage wiped off the table with a wipe then sprayed it and wiped it off then laid down a sanitary napkin. I was surprised on how quick they were. The tell you exactly how to take care of it and tell you that if you have any trouble to come back and they will help unlike other places. I recommend it for any teen or even older child if they want their ear pierced.

Amazing staff right off the bat. Experienced people for sure. They know what to do, how to do it, and show no mercy. All piercings are quick and easy and almost virtually painless. I love this place and its always where I go. Its always clean and I can appreciate that. Im only giving 4 stars due to only being able to trust one piercer, Alexis. Ive had Rebecca twice now and my sister once, shes very rough and takes a long time. she messed up my sisters ears by putting it in the wrong spot and not using jewelry she paid for. and also used the wrong needle on me which it made it more uncomfortable than it had to be. next time I will make an appointment with Alexis if possible. I recommend her 100%

Just in few days of use item color faded. Plus costumer service is awful: they refused to exchange or accept the return. Big NO NO for this place..

It was my first piercing at this place and I was super nervous. I have a hobby of passing out after getting a piercing but when I told her she had a cool towel, glucose tablet, and water ready for me right after. Insisted on making sure I was comfortable and very very sweet! Would go back for anything I needed done! Thanks Cara!

I went in to get some earrings changed out, everyone was friendly the place was clean. Alia changed my jewelry and was super nice upbeat, you could tell she enjoys her job and was happy to help me out. I’ve been getting my piercings done there for years and I’ll continue going there for anything else I get done.

Alexis changed the jewelry in my smiley for me a while ago and she did an amazing job. Changing jewelry in this specific piercing can be quite challenging, especially when using the type of jewelry I prefer. She did it with like no effort at all! It wasnt even the slightest bit uncomfortable! Shes a gem and so incredibly knowledgeable in her craft! I highly recommend anyone to this place for all of their body jewelry and body piercing needs.

I’m typically a very nervous individual when it comes to piercings. Rebecca pierced my bridge recently and I couldn’t be more happy with the entire experience. She made the process quick and smooth and soothed any worries I had. I will definitely be back for more and would recommend her to anyone for their future piercing needs.

They have an amazing selection, ranges of sizes and styles. I didn’t have to make an appointment and they were able to put in an earring I brought from home. She knew what post size I needed just by looking at it. I’m only going here if I need anything else!

I brought a earring for my ear. I needed help with putting the earring in my ear. They wanted $10 to assist me with this. The shop was not busy at the time. It would of toke five minutes to help me. I understand if it was a difficult earring to assist with. All that was needed was to snap a ball between a circle. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received and the attitude. I would not recommend. No sense of urgency to help a customer.

Rebecca was fantastic ! I havent gotten a piercing in several years, so was apprehensive . She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me step by step . Really knowledgeable and friendly , place was clean and sterile . will definitely get more piercings here.

Teigan pierced my 5yos ears and was so sweet. My little girl was nervous and the whole team was very accommodating. Ive spent a lot of time in tattoo shops and for being just a place in the mall I was left with a very professional impression of Body Jewel and Ill be returning.

I really love this place.I have had my septum pierced and my daith pierced. Both at separate places, but my daith was done here. They did a phenomenal job, which made it easier on me. It was quick and painless, and they made sure I felt okay before I left (lightheadedness, you know?)I bought a septum ring during that visit and it turns out I didn’t like how it looked on my face. I came back to purchase some new jewelry to match my daith ring.I get there and it was just as busy as the last time I went. A forty five minute wait and a bunch of people lined up at the counter. The girl working behind the counter, Alia, was handling each and every customer with grace and a beautiful, bright and friendly smile. I patiently waited to be helped, -which did not take very long, considering the amount of people- and when it was my turn she listened to everything I had to say.I knew I liked Alia from the first time I had come in, and this second visit definitely confirmed my feelings about her. She was super patient with every customer, upbeat and energetic, and she worked with such an efficiency that a line of six or seven people was gone within minutes. Her work ethic was impressive to me, and when I commented about how hard she was working, she told me that it was because she loved her job. I hope to find a job that I love just like Alia has!Side note, but still very important: Her piercings complement her face super well, and she’s got a lot of them, so you can rest assured that she knows what she’s talking about.Overall, Alia was lovely and I can’t wait to come back! :)

I went in to get my septum done and was treated with nothing but respect and kindness from all the staff. Rebecca did my piercing and talked me through the process what she was doing and why to help calm and ease my mind while being clean and professional. I love my piercing and am planning on going back for more from Rebecca as soon as possible. If you need a piercing this one is one of my favorites in terms of people and practice and if you are lucky enough to get Rebecca you going to get treated with nothing but respect and made to feel like not only a valued customer but also as more because each piercing is treated like a artform. If i could give higher then 5 stars i would in a heartbeat.

Rebecca is the BEST. she’s very friendly and walks you through everything. I was feeling nauseous and she stopped everything to get me some water and assure me it’s all good. highly recommend her for your piercings!!

The place itself looked nice and clean, my complaint is called ahead make sure they were open, drive an hour to get there & that left two hours and fifteen minutes before they close. They wouldnt take me, told me they had a wait too long. Just annoyed calling to make sure is fine to come, then after the hour drive thru said cant do. Saved money and went to a tattoo shop.

0 stars if I could rate it. The experience was very displeasing. The woman that pierced a group of my friends ears/nose was extremely rude and even stated during a Daith piercing ive never really done one of these so were just going to wing it she was robotic, gave very short unclear health instructions and was basically stating that what we had heard or knew about cleaning ears was wrong(my friends have mutliple peircings). If you go dont get the shorts more pierced worker. She made everyone feel extremely uncomfortable and was outrageously unprofessional. I truly do not recommend going here for the overpriced and very unrespectable service. Probably the worst piercing experience we all have had.

I use to love body jewel but the past 3 times I have gone there to get a piercing changed the balls fall out the next day! I lost my piercing and had a free changing and 5 dollars off so I went to get a new one and it changed just for the ball to fall out the very next day! If I hadnt have had the free changing and 5 dollars off I would have paid around 25 dollars just for that to happen! Which has happened before and they said there was nothing they could do! Ive had this happen to me a total of 4 times! Very annoyed with this place now. You think paying that much theyd make sure the balls were on tight.

My 11 year daughter has many times attempted to get her ears pierced elsewhere. Todays experience at Body Jewel with our piercer Snow was calming, informative and encouraging and ended in a beautiful success! She explained the process, the jewelry choice benefit and verbalized every step with my daughter being given the lead to say ready. Body Jewel will be all of our future piercing and jewelry needs!

I have been coming to body jewel for years now and they have been nothing but amazing for me! my piercings have all healed so well and they are so honest when it comes to piercing certain places that they think might not work out!

I highly recommend them on your sizing up journey when it comes to stretched piercings. Very much like a tattoo shop, they ar every sterilized in my experience and even though there was a bit of a line, I was treated professionally and kindly. I even left my phone there by accident to go get my ID out of my wallet that I had left in my car and they watched it for me and even saved my place in line. With the styles that I wanted and the troubles I had been having with cheap metals, they got me onto thw right path and I am pleaded and always excited to go back. I hope eveyone has the same experience I had. They rock

Good experience ce getting ear piercings very helpful staff with good attitudes..the only thing that was yucky was, there was a small wait we didnt know why we were waiting maybe a quick update from staff would have helped. But al in all definitely a good place to go

Cara did my septum and it was so fast and easy. Start to finish, forms to after care instructions, only took about ten minutes. She did it free hand and it was a lot faster and less painful than I anticipated. Highly recommend

I really enjoyed Alexis. She did amazing on our friends earlobes, great on their eyebrow, and amazing on a Helix.I knocked a star off due to front counter staff seemed like she did not want to be there.

I purchased nipple rings last week. I had them in for a total of 3 days before I noticed the bar was becoming discolored. I called Body Jewel and told them I still had my receipt and their extremely discolored jewelry to show them. They told me that it’s normal for jewelry to tarnish and that they don’t do returns or exchanges.I’ve got quite a few piercings and never had any of my jewelry tarnish. Won’t be purchasing anything from there again.

Went in to talk about a nose piercing. I wasnt greeted so I approached the 3 ladies standing at the counter to ask questions. I was trying to get advice but got little feedback as they were uninterested in helping me. They didnt seem like they wanted to talk to me, but amongst themselves in their little group. I drove 45 minutes only to get bad customer service. Ill go somewhere else.

They were very nice and professional. You would never guess that this was a place to get pierced inside the mall. They took the time to explain how to take care of the piercing to my daughter and told her they were there if there were any questions in the future.

Ive gotten my nose and my Tragus peirced here. Both times I felt very welcomed, I was helped right away and they were very professional and clean. They take their job seriously. I will be going back! I would definitely recommend Body Jewel!

Do NOT let them pierce you. They did my husbands lip and said it deviated to the right. No, you pierced him wrong. Plus you put a short internally threaded post on a new lip piercing knowing its going to swell? What a joke. This is why I walked out and didnt get mine done. You have no idea what youre doing here.

Im not a fan of this establishment anymore. The majority of the jewelry here geared towards women, with only a small section of it being plain, stainless steel, that a guy can wear. On top of that, the service I received yesterday was non existent. I stood there for 30 minutes wanting to purchase a set of 0g tunnels or plugs, only to be completely ignored the entire time. Not even so much as a Hi there, be right with you from staff. So finally I got fed up with waiting and went downstairs to purchase from somwhere else and was in and out in less than 10.I dont think its worth going to this establishment if youre a guy.

The people there are very cool people. What cuts into that is.Choices of jewelry are key not to all demographicsLane for waiting is to long to wait.Price are not equal to other, they are higher.Even if your turn they may take someone behind you.

Only piercing place Ive been to but they were very nice and prices were better than others. I wouldnt suggest buying/upgrading from basic rings here since prices for those are high.

Today my friend and I got some piercings, my lip, and her nose, and we had Rebecca. She was so sweet and explained everything. Very professional and funny. I felt amazing walking out of there.

It has been 8 months since I got my belly button pierced here and it still hasn’t healed. There were 5 of us that got it all done on the same day and EVERY single one of us had to eventually take it out because it was never healing for some odd reason. My friend went to a tattoo and piercing shop in California and the worker was shocked by what was put in our bodies. It was a piercing for EYEBROWS. Not Belly buttons. After finding that out, I went straight to a shop (different location) and the worker told me the same exact thing and ALSO that it was pierced with not enough skin in between. He told me to take it out immediately, let it heal, and get it re-pierced behind the original piercing. I am so mad that my experience could have been better if I got it pierced at an actual piercing shop. Do your research before getting anything pierced and read the 1 star reviews.

Yes, its a busy place. But however ( I already forget her name) the front desk girl was awesome.. handle everyone great... Then, Rebecca the pericer is awesome too. She helped me feel more comfortable and at ease.. I got my marylin Monroe re periced, this time it still hurt but not as much as the first time. Thank you ladies for the experience I had.. This place said I was not able to get my tounge pierced because my web underneath was too long. I went to tattoo tech and they said they didnt know what this company was talking about you have to angle it. This company charged me before they even approved the piercing. What a joke this company needs to get more knowledge. I am now waiting on a refund.

The girl who did my piercing was very learned on the subject and knew what went with my anatomy. Very nice and helped pick a place on my ear to go along with my future piercing plans. Highly recommend.

My friend and I had both our tragus pierced here a few years ago. They are extremely clean, very professional, and took time to answer all our questions. I am a very picky person and I highly recommend this establishment!

Staff was friendly and welcoming, but they need to take reservations. We called ahead to try to but were told they dont take reservations like other shops. We waited more than thirty minutes because they only do one person at a time. The person behind us waited over an hour.

I always come to this Body Jewel at the Dyaton Mall. The girls there are very polite and welcoming. They make sure to explain what they are doing and when during the service. They also keep stock of very cute jewelry.

I’m went in to have my nose ring switched out , I as a totally weirdo and had put a 24 gauge that kept falling out ,so they switched it back to a 20g and at first we Struggled to get it in but the great team there worked together to keep me calm and pierced . Thanks y’all sorry I was such a baby !!!!! You all rock !

Got gauges there and they were defective and wouldnt give me my money back or even traded it out. But they would give me a 20% dicount. I wouldnt recommend the with anyone. If you do buy any thing from them to make sure the product is not defective.

Ive been buying my jewelry at Body Jewel for a long time, but I just got microdermals done at Body Jewel tonight and they were done very well. I would recommend everyone to go there for both the jewelry and the piercings!

We were told we could get in by a certain time then we were denied when we were there with more than enough time. We ended up going to Beavercreek Mall’s Body Jewel and they were VERY nice and let us in due to being denied here.

My wife always gets her piercings here, they do an excellent job every time! I would recommend this location to anybody looking to get cool piercings.

Total rip off, $40 bucks on an earring and then they wanted $10 more to put it in for me. After getting the post through and not being able to screw the head on, they refused to help me physically or verbally without paying the full $10.

Doesnt even deserve a star. They gave me jewelry and it broke after a week of wearing it. They piercing my lip wrong to where i had to get it cut out of my lip. And they blew my ear out whilr stretching. All within one month. Dont go here.

I had a couple of piercings done by the Dayton mall location. I am having surgery and can’t get one of the piercings out. I went back into the Dayton mall location at 10:30am to be told they won’t have a piercer until 12. Why would you be open but not have a piercer? Ridiculous!
