This place is amazing! Ive had 3 tattoos done by 3 different artists and all have turned out amazing! All of their artists are very personable and really know what theyre doing. I really like how flexible they are and that they go over everything. Definitely a very inviting environment. If youre nervous about getting a tattoo try this place out because I can guarantee you that theyll make you feel comfortable.

Genuinely have so much respect and love for this staff. I got my eyebrow piercings and nostril piercing and septum piercing done here and I’ve gotten 7 tattoos from Lavartoonz. The staff is cordial and friendly and conversational and nonjudgmental. Yes they are a little pricing for some piercings but they do it safely and talk you through everything and explain it clearly and even when my septum piercing fell out and I was panicking about it. Cassie put it back in for free. I genuinely LOVE this shop and hope to keep coming back here for the majority of my work for as long as I live in DeKalb. Hell, I’d be willing to drive the distance, or hell fly into IL and Uber to DTC if/when I inevitably move out of state.

Lavar was incredible!!He knocked this piece out of the park even with a small scheduling issue he still managed to make it work and it turned out amazing!This is my memorial tattoo for my twins I lost 10yrs ago. Means the world to me on how well it turned out!

Cassie did everything possible to ensure I felt comfortable and that I understood everything about my piercings. I fully understand the healing process and have the ability to contact the shop if I need anything! Very upfront about cost and its worth it for absolutely perfect placement and a reliable service! Will continue driving 1.5 hrs for any future piercings I want! 🖤

I got my daughters ears pierced here, she is 7 and they were absolutely amazing! They pierced both her ears at the same time and barely any tears. They healed up amazing! They made sure she knew she was in control of the situation and made her comfortable. Will not go anywhere else!

We took advantage of Aiden’s Pride flash sale and had such an awesome experience! This was not my first tattoo but she gave me so much more information about the process and healing than any other artist ever has. On top of that she basically redid an entire old tattoo for me that was not done well somewhere else and it looks awesome.It was my partners first tattoo and she made them feel so safe and informed about the decision they were making. I cannot recommend Aiden enough and am so excited for my next tattoo!

I went to DeKalb Tattoo to replace some of my cartilage jewelry. They have a largeselection with gorgeous pieces! The store is very clean, and all of the staff that helped me (Justin, Wynter, & Cas) were top-notch! I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience!

I absolutely love this place! From the moment you walk in you are immediately welcomed. You can tell the staff really care about you (and each orher). They take time to answer your questions and make sure you fully understand before proceeding…and it’s a no pressure place.I’ve been tattooed twice by the amazing Brooke, but I see the work the other artists do and I can say they are all wonderful.Can I also shout out the bathroom with a twilight theme and the photo of Jacob in a dog house photo frame? Chefs kiss. Perfect.I would recommend this place over and over again and happily drive an hour to get here each time.

This is the place to go. It has such an inviting atmosphere. Wynter was the first face I saw when walking in and I was welcomed with the biggest smile. They were so friendly and kind. Aiden created my very first tattoo and made me feel so at ease. She was very thorough in explaining the whole process of the tattoo and the aftercare. I highly recommend going here!!!!!!!! ❤️

Lovely shop. Very friendly staff. An incredibly safe and welcoming environment (especially for queer and disabled folks). Ive received two apprentice tattoos here and attended an educational lecture, both experiences were wonderful and I am looking forward to coming back.I do find the exclusions on their free touch up policy related to hand/foot/ear tattoos to be a little odd, as these are tattoos locations that often need touch ups. But overall still a really great shop.

I have been to the DTC three separate times now, and each experience has been the most comfortable and welcoming tattoo/piercing experiences I have ever had! My first time there was back in December of 2021, when I got my lobes re-pierced by Cas (@cassiespiercings). I had them previously done at a Walmart with a piercing gun when I was like 12, and they had closed up. Cas helped assure me that there was no damage to my lobes from the previous experience, and took a lot of time to be extra sure that I was comfortable and ready for the experience. It was super quick, super easy, and a 10/10 for me! My next time visiting was in April of 2023, where I got a large outer-arm tattoo by Brooke (@brooketaylortattoo). This is a very personal piece for me that I gave Brooke a little creative freedom with, and she designed the most beautiful and impactful piece for me ever. She was super easy to talk to and was so sweet with all of the questions I had and making sure I was comfortable! The tattoo she did for me is still my most complimented piece to this day! My most recent visit was in November 2023, where I got a flash piece done by Aiden (@queerwitchtattoo). They took the time to re-draw the flash and double checked everything with me several times before we started! They also helped explain the process of color tattoos (as this is the first color piece I have gotten), and helped me understand more of the science behind tattoos which was really cool! They also made me feel very comfortable and taken care of during the appointment and since! I have messaged them several times on instagram about the healing process of this piece since it has been different from my others due to the color, and they always answer quickly, and with the most care! I always appreciate their continued help:) Special shout-out to Ping (@warmtowelette) for also being incredibly sweet the last time I was in getting tattooed by Aiden, because I was laying down with a perfect view of the TV in their space, which was turned on for their client. But even after their client was finished, Ping adjusted the TV so I could see it better and turned on the subtitles so I could keep watching during the remainder of my appointment! This is a great example of how supportive everyone is at DTC, and how comfortable they all will make you feel! Super welcoming, super friendly, and the care they provide is truly exceptional! I HIGHLY recommend coming here!!

I went to DTC to get my nose pierced and they exceeded my expectations! I was looking for a shop that carried gold and/or titanium jewelry due to some past complications and I found this shop online. I gave them a call before I took the 40 minute drive and the person that answered the phone was very kind and answered all my questions. I took the drive and the shop was very bright and clean and everyone was kind. The staff helped me decide on my jewelry and it was held against my face to see how it would look. Cas pierced my nose and she was very informative throughout the whole process. She explained each step even though I’ve been through the process before she didn’t assume I knew what was going on. The piercing was quick and it wasn’t uncomfortable. She made sure I didn’t get up right away & she told me to take my time. I would definitely recommend this shop to others. The large selection of jewelry and the kind & knowledgeable staff will definitely have me come back before I leave Illinois!

Staff is sweet. i paid $250 for this tattoo. just pls make sure the artist you go to specializes in the style of tattoo you want. i was referred to (tattoo artist) and they do amazing color tats. maybe just not fine line :/ and thats ok! this can be fixed :) but pls do research everyone!

I scheduled a fineline rib tattoo with Aiden (@queerwitchtattoo on IG) and had an amazing time! The entire process was very simple, clean, and respectful to the client and the artist. I loved being in the studio! It was clean, open, and full of art and joy. Im already trying to find a time to go back!!

Ping was very patient and took their time on my custom piece. Felt safe and welcome as a queer person in the shop. This is definitely one of my favorite pieces Ive gotten; Ill be coming back!

Beautiful space and the staff is delightful, professional and helpful. I was inspired to get a nose piercing and that was the most professional, safe and educational experience I ever had. 5 days later and my nose is healthy and I absolutely love my new jewelry. I’m coming back for more body decor and highly recommend this space for their awesome services. 10 out of 10!!

Overall a great experience everyone is very nice and welcoming! Was a little confused when I picked out the size earring I wanted and then when I finished and got checked out, the employee checking me out told me they did a size up from what I picked so it would be an upcharge without ever asking me about it. I also got charged for a helix piercing when it was practically a third lobe piercing.

Ping was artist today- they were great. Conversation was easy, we laughed alot. The tattoo itself is gorgeous. And the whole atmosphere was totally welcoming!

Went in today with my sister for her to get a piercing & ended up getting some jewelry changed myself too. Justin was great! I would drive 2 hours to have him change it again. Everyone else working there was super friendly too.

The most welcoming tattoo/pierce shop youll ever go to. The artists are incredibly kind and talented, and the shop itself has an unexpectedly calm, chill vibe that you dont expect at a tattoo place! This is a long overdue review, I got a tattoo here last summer and it has healed up beautifully. I absolutely love it (thanks, Brooke!!)

I’ve been here previously for piercings with Cass (they’re my favorite piercer ever) and I just got a tattoo with Lavar. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I have been going to DeKalb Tattoo for almost a year now and can only speak highly of my experiences. All staff are kind, welcoming, and work hard to create a safe environment. Getting body modifications can be scary and of course painful, so the positive attitude shared by all staff goes so far for any client. Truly a wide variety of talent in the studio, so it’s now my go-to for any piercing or tattoo style I want in the future!

Brooke was amazing! I got this tattoo about 3 weeks ago. I love the attention to detail, and the atmosphere at this parlor is so cute and clean! I love all the plants and artwork! Overall, great experience!

The vibes of this place are just…so good. They have a clean, bright and open space that is welcoming and kind. All staff here are extremely friendly and talented. I’ve worked with Brooke for two sessions, 4 tattoos total now and it’s been such a pleasure to work with her. She’s such an incredible artist and person. I definitely plan on going back to see her.Lastly, I want to reiterate just how *welcoming* this place is. As a woman, I’ve had some uncomfortable experiences in other shops and with other artists. Here, I feel totally safe and accepted. Most of all, I know that EVERY single one of my friends would be welcomed to this shop with their inclusive language, practices, and culture. I am so glad to find a awesome tattoo/piercing place so close by to where I live! I recently got my vertical labret done here and it was a 5/5 experience. I had Cassie do my piercing and they were so professional and patient with me. They talk you through the whole thing as well. Not to mention, at the beginning everyones customer service was fantastic too. Very clean and bright and welcoming. I recommend making this your go to place to getting piercings done and tattoos.

Couldn’t recommend this shop enough. I have gotten two tattoos from Dekalb Tatooing Company and couldn’t be happier. My artist Brooke was phenomenal. The shop is clean and professional and very welcoming and feels like a safe space. I live in the Chicago area and drive an hour out just for the experience. I am looking forward to getting some more work done here in the near future.

I’ve been wanting another tattoo for quite some time now and have been really hesitant to do so. Many people recommended me here, and oh my gosh was everything fantastic! I booked my appointment the day before and the women I spoke on the phone with was super sweet and accommodated me. My artist was Lavar, and he took my vision and brought it to life. He made sure everything was perfect. He was so easy to talk to and made my experience better than I could’ve imaged. I definitely recommend Lavar and will only be seeing him for tattoos!

DeKalb Tattoo Company is outstanding! I just got my lobes and helix pierced by Cassie today, and the entire experience was great. I came as a walk-in and felt just as welcome as if I had made an appointment (Which was greatly appreciated since I dont normally do walk-ins). Everyone answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns, and made it very clear that my safety was priority through the whole process. The space itself is comfortable, open, and extremely clean, I could easily hang out there all day. They were extremely helpful while I was picking out jewelry and made sure I found just what I wanted. They also made sure I knew how much the total would be before we started the process. I didnt have to wait long at all, even being a walk-in.Once I got into the room Cassie made sure I was comfortable, answered even more of my questions, and walked me through the whole process and checked on me throughout. They made sure the placement of everything was just right. I had gotten my lobes done elsewhere a very long time ago but the piercings closed up, and I had never done a cartilage piercing before so I was nervous about all three. They helped me to stay calm and focus on my breathing, didnt seem to mind when I needed a break between the lobes and the helix, and were super awesome to offer water and snacks. And before I knew it, all three piercings were done and now I get to look more like how I want to. Cassie was super nice and even hyped me up, it was easy to see they share the joy in helping someone love what they see in the mirror.I wish I could give 10 stars, and I look forward to coming back for my first tattoo when I can work up the courage for it!

My wife and I had a tattoo date yesterday with Jaime. This was my first tattoo, but my wife has been to DTC several times and has always loved it. Jaime was amazing, everything was clean, and Im sure that well be back again.

I have gained 4 new tattoos from the wonderful artists here! The atmosphere is warm and helpful. I have changed my earrings (cartilage) and before I left for a trip I lost a back! I was able to walk-in and get help replacing it with no wait!

My dog is my world and I wanted a tattoo of him for my wedding day to keep him close. It was taking me so long to find an artist that could do portraits with confidence. And then I saw Kaylins post on the company Facebook page and fell in love. She worked with me to make sure I would be healed by the time my big day came around. I have never been more in love with a tattoo in my entire like. Kaylin if you see this, thank you for keeping my heart whole and giving me the best tattoo. I will cherish this piece forever. I never feel alone when I look down and see his perfect face! I will always recommend DTC and Kaylin to anyone looking for a great tattoo!

I’m a minor and I went with my dad. It was nothing like I’ve experienced before. Other companies would use “scare” tactics during my last nostril piercing procedure. However, when I walked in, it was a very bright community with art pieces and crochet pieces they sell. The lady at the front greeted me with a smile and she talked me through jewelry and made sure I got the jewelry that I felt fit me best. Other places never let me pick my own jewelry. It was a very clean environment. The piercer that did my nostril was Justin. Justin tried his best to make me and my dad feel comfortable with the process. Before anything happened, Justin thoroughly explained exactly how the procedure would go. Then as we went to pay, they gave me my own cleanser for my nose. Other places only ever told me to just “rinse with water”. Anyways, I highly recommend it, especially for minors and for people who are just newly experiencing

Arrived as a walk-in for upper lobe piercings and was warmly welcomed. This shop is very clean and they have an excellent selection of jewelry. Their customer service was wonderful from start to finish. I am very happy with my piercings and will be returning for more in the future. Fantastic experience 10/10.

This shop is freaking amazing! I can’t speak on the tattooing experience, as I received piercings exclusively during my visit. However, the first thought I had walking into the shop was “wow”. The art and vibe is unlike any other body mod. shop I’ve ever been to (in a great way). A friend and I walked in on a Saturday afternoon asking for 5 piercings and they were 100% on board. Aiden made us feel comfortable and safe to ask questions and express our vision for our piercings. She also was great at showing us jewelry that would fit our current jewelry that was also within our budget. Cas, the owner and piercer, was amazing! She talked us through every step and was very affirming during the piercing process. It’s clear that Cas has put a lot of thought, consideration, and work into establishing this shop. I highly recommend!!

I did a walk in and was treated as if they’ve known me for years, the environment is lovely and very comforting. I got my doubles pierced by cas and they did a great job at talking me through what they were doing and letting me have a calm and safe environment. I came here with my S/O so they could have their septum pierced, which they were very excited for, they had Cassie as their piercer, who I think is the owner, and was very nice and a very chill person. Cassie walked them through what was going on, and had it all done and over with in like 10 minutes, if that, they were very quick, and was a really cool person to meet, they were chill and laid back and very easy to talk to. All the other workers there really seemed to like being there, had all sorts of cool vibes going on, and were just a fun group to meet, Id definitely recommend them to a friend.

I have gotten tattoos from Brooke, Jaime, and Ping from here, and I am obsessed. Out of every shop I have gone to, I feel the most comfortable here! Not only is their work amazing, but they are all genuinely great people! I cannot wait to come back again!

I had an awesome experience getting tattooed today by Jaime. She did an amazing job with my tattoo and was also very good to work with during the tattoo process. She made me feel at ease and kept me comfortable during the tattoo. The other artists and employees in the shop were very professional and seemed like chill people as well. The overall vibe of the shop was very welcoming, sanitary, and I felt that they were all doing a great job following guidelines to keep things as safe as possible during the pandemic. This was my first time in the shop, but I can tell there is a lot of talent there! I’m looking forward to returning and inquiring about some new body jewelry- they have a huge selection of beautiful pieces.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Jamie did a coverup for me that I adore and a few other original pieces. She is always professional and fun! I have also been pierced by Cassie and Justin on separate occasions. Cassie made the experience comfortable and made sure to explain everything they did before, during, and after the piercings. Justin did the same as well. It was so comforting and refreshing to go to a man for a body mod who was not at all condescending when answering even the silliest question. When Cassie took over the shop, the work they put in to the building and creating a fantastic staff has made DeKalb Tattoo easily the best in the area. The higher prices are worth it for the premium service that comes with them!

I’ll start by saying I am a perfectionist. I’m very picky when it comes to details, sanitation and professionalism. I’m a stylist so I know what proper sanitation looks like. I’m please to say, they are just that-super clean and well rounded. All of my tattoos have been done in this shop, I have never had a bad experience. Everyone from the assistants to the owner are very knowledgeable in what they do. My most recent tattoo artist Chuckie, is kind, talented, easy to talk to and caring. Claudia is such sweet girl. She is very helpful, kind-hearted individual who brings a great energy to the atmosphere. Cassie, the owner and piercer is great at what she does! She’s easy-going, knowledgeable, always has a very calm aura to her which I appreciate being afraid of needles. I’ve had three piercings done by her and they all were amazing and healed wonderfully (Even when I didn’t listen to her proper protocol). Speaking of which, the remodeling, and new set up is absolutely amazing! The aesthetic is tranquil, fresh, and modern. The jewelry selection has also became larger and higher quality which is great as well. I highly recommend these tattoo artists, piercer and jewelry! You won’t be disappointed.

First walking in it was definitely welcoming and looked clean. Steph helped me out right away (I was a walk in piercing) super sweet, straight to the point, answered all my questions and helped me find what I wanted within my price point. Ezra was another employee that helped out so much. Throughly answered more of my personal questions about piercing this particular area (nipples), the dos and the do nots, and was all around, very caring. Justin, my piercer, was great! Got straight to it, and was very thorough with sanitary practices, sterilizing, and with his consistent changing of gloves and hand washing. Im very particular with this and definitely watched him. 5* just for you Justin! I dont live in IL, so everything mentioned here made my walk in experience worth a 5 star rating. Thank you all so much!!!

I used to love getting my work done here until the new owners took over and the entitled millennial mentality took over the shop. Mind you I’m a millennial. But I hate the entitlement of the staff that is currently there. They used to have so many great flash events that were actually reasonably priced. Sorry it’s ridiculous to pay $100 for a 1inX1in tattoo with no color and barley any detail. I’ve paid less for much better work. Bring back the actual flash events. Whatever’s been going on now it trash.

I got a septum from here and I walked in and instantly felt relieved and comfortable, I noticed that there was a snack cart and different comfort items. There was a lot of yarn art and plushies. It was super friendly and open. Only con is that trying to find it was confusing. I just parked in the McDonalds parking lot and walked over. I loved the environment, and piercer Pete was super nice and walked me through the entire process. they also have a rewards program which Im all for saving money especially if its for something like tattoos and piercings. I will be coming here for more piercings and some tattoos in the future. Great work.

I went here for my first tattoo! I called and within 45 minutes after the initial call Lavar had a design worked up and I was getting a tattoo with Lavar! The atmosphere was amazing and comfortable the tattoo came out amazing and Lavar let me take breaks as needed! Ask for Lavar when setting up an appointment!!!

Experience was good, but not transparent or clear about pricing and switching out bars once healed would have been nice to know

Cassie has a clear dedication to cleanliness and quality jewelry. They are patient, friendly and informative during the piercing process/after for any follow ups or questions. Before going to this shop, I thought I couldnt get piercings as I had tried many times and they never healed. Im so stoked that due to the quality jewelry, service and after care information Ive gotten at dtc, Ive finally had multiple piercings heal properly.I have also gotten a tattoo done by Ping and I love it so much! They brought my vision to life beautifully. It was great tattoo experience!I highly recommend this shop!

I went here to get a tattoo done by Lawrence, and Im really happy with it. the place was clean, the staff was incredibly nice, and there was a nice, laid back yet still professional feeling to it all. They are willing to work with you on changes, and I was told they do free touchups as well, which you can never beat. It took a little bit for adjustments to the size, but thats to be expected. I also love how inclusive it is! Great place, good prices, and I expect to come back here at some point.

I highly recommend Jamie at Dekalb Tattoo Co for all of your fresh ink. Besides being able to fit me in on short notice, Jamie combined all of my ideas into one tattoo that makes me really happy. Her placement and directional suggestions were spot on as well.The shop itself was very eclectic and fun, as well as professional. I was thoroughly questioned about my health and other concerns pre-tattoo and received post-tattoo instructions both in person as well as in a follow up email. That email also contained copies of my questionnaire and related paperwork. I felt comfortable asking questions at any point during my visit.I don’t even live nearby, but Dekalb Tattoo Company will definitely get my business in the future.

I came in with my friends to get my cartilage pierced and our piercer Stormy was AMAZING. She was immediately very friendly and funny, and she gave us a very detailed run-down of how to care for our piercings before she pierced us. I absolutely loved her energy and I will definitely be returning :)

I have gotten multiple piercings from both Cassie and Stephanie, they are both very calming and professional and walk you through the piercings and after care in a knowledgeable manner. The shop is very clean and the jewelry is beautiful quality. My piercings look awesome and heal with no trouble. :)

Shane did a half sleeve of an octopus on my entire forearm and I was pretty amazed that he drew the whole thing on my arm with sharpies. He took his time and erased certain areas until he was happy with the outcome. He did an amazing job and I am in love with the idea he came up with. He is a true artist and proved this both sessions I have had with him. I have recommended him and the shop multiple times since then and Im looking forward to more work! Great tattoo shop!

We brought our teenage daughter here for a nose piercing. We had a great experience getting the initial piercing done, and again when we returned to have a shorter one swapped out 6 weeks later. The place was clean and it had good energy, we will definitely be back again.

Kaylin and Cassie are amazing!! I had Cassie change out a stubborn piece of nose jewelry, and then Kaylin did a BEAUTIFUL floral coverup tattoo on my shoulder. Shane has done 3 of my tattoos which I am completely satisfied with. Recently he did a portrait tattoo for me. He did an outstanding job. He did such a good job and it looked better than the portrait I brought in. He not only made the tattoo look just like my sister he captured her personality as well. The amount of detail and focus he put into my tattoo was amazing. I will definitely be back to get more beautiful and thoughtful artwork from Shane.

All my piercings have been done by Cassie and it’s been nothing but an amazing experience. She’s well informed about her work and makes sure you leave out the door happy with what you got. All my tattoos are done by the artists here and I’ve never had one complaint about either tattoos or piercings done by them. Fully recommend !

In October, I finally got the courage to get my nose pierced. It is something I have been putting off for 14 years. On a whim, I messaged Dekalb Tattoo company and Cassie told me to come right in. Right when I walked into the shop I felt at ease. This is one of the most inviting and clean shops I have been too. Cassie greeted me and we started talking about my options, I could tell right then her passion for what she does. I actually picked out my jewelry, instead of backing out like I have done in the past. While Cassie was getting ready she explained everything she was doing, and before I knew it, she was finished. She made the whole experience feel like I was taking to a friend. When I came back to get my jewelry changed she was patient during my indecisiveness, there is a large variety to choose from so it took me a while. While Cassie was talking to me about her plans for the shop it got me excited to come back. I can’t wait until I can my my next appointment!

Came in for my appointment to an AWESOME design that was way cooler than I could have ever imagined. I will always recommend Dekalb Tattoo Company, day in and day out.I’ve also had my nose pierced here. Same thing, very professional and they made me feel welcomed and safe.10/10. Would recommend.

I had a guy named Shane draw a full moon on my left forearm. I was nervous getting it there, but Shanes portfolio looks great and I trusted him to do a good job.On the day of my appointment, he was 35 minutes late. I didnt really care, but it adds on to the insane amount of disappointment and embarrassment that Shane instilled into my tattoo. My moon looked like it was done by a 4-year-old. My friends and family had NO idea what he drew on my arm. For a $100 shop minimum, I am very surprised by the terrible artwork on my arm. I will never again get artwork done by Shane. Such a disappointment. After two months, I went and had it redone at a different tattoo shop. So much better.

My daughter got a tattoo here, theyre very professional and did a wonderful job on her. She loves her tattoo and looks forward to the day she can go back and get another one here. Would highly recommend this location for anyone looking cat getting a tattoo that lives in this area.

I had some ink done by Shane today and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Its a great atmosphere, clean and professional and best of all? My tattoo is top notch. The line work is PERFECT.

I got a fresh tattoo from Jamie Toracco last friday, which she knocked out of the park. I got a possum with the usual fixens on my lower back/riblet area. Shes got a pic of it on her insta check it out trust me. It was my first time at Dekalb Tattoo Company. Ive been to five other shops for other work over the years some cool others not so cool. I can say that DTC was awesome!. It was clean which is always best when getting inked, the staff was chill, nice and funny we all had some laughs. Not to mention amazing artist all these folks, hop on the web site and peep all the photos its all sick work!. I did before I went. They played decent music and everyone kinda took turns putting stuff on which I dig. Filling out the paper work was super slick tablet style. Everything was plexyglassed/mask/clean and distancey for the virus protical like every place else on earth. All in all ill be back for sure.

I went to see the piercer and she is great. I had to change my forward helix jewelry and even though they were tough to get out, she was gentle and helped me find was fit the best. She also offered a lot of information about other jewelry and ordering other earrings. It is definitely the best place for jewelry in this area.

Completely botched my memorial tattoo. Gave them an idea of what I wanted but I told them to touch it up cause it was just a doodle idea and to at least straighten the lines and make everything look nice.. they didnt. They just slapped it on after pretending to work on it and and put on the stencil and didnt even let me see it. Its AWFUL scribbled lines and they even started shading it without asking me if I wanted it shaded! The drawing didnt have any shading. It also hurt like they were going very deep and my skin was raw after even until It healed. Im so disappointed and upset this is the tattoo thats supposed to be for two very close friends of mine that passed away. Now I want nothing more than to get it covered up or redone. Unbelievable.

I have yet to get pierced or tattooed here but I went in today for help removing jewelry from a piercing I got about 5 months ago from another shop that was done soooo poorly. The people here were very helpful and kept on trying to get my jewelry out until they were successful rather than give up. The wait time was a little extreme but they dont control who shows up for walk ins. Im happy with the help I received and plan on going back.

Chuckie was awesome. Came in to get a new tattoo (my first new one in 15 years), he did an excellent job. While getting that one, he was looking at one if my older ones (25 years old) and starting talking about ideas he had for touching it up. Came back the next day and had him do it, and I am super stoked with it. He had a vision about how it could look and he nailed it. Will definitely be back.

My daughter went in for a tattoo, she was never told that the minimum price went up nor was she told the price of the tattoo. The tattoo turned out horrible. The lines are Shakey and a flower petals looks misshapen. Overall bad quality

My experience there was great, my tattoo artist Lawrence did my tattoo exactly how I wanted it. He checked with me multiple times to ensure it was the size I wanted. Great time for my very first tatoo.

Got my ears pierced here. The staff are very polite and helpful. Have a fear of needles and the lady who did my piercing was very understanding and patient. I would definitely get another piercing here.

Cassie is great! I trust her with both my piercings and she didn’t use clamps on me the second time I did my septum and philtrum and it was much more comfortable for me.

Went there with my friend to get nose piercings and as soon as we walked in we literally just got a “why are you here?” look for like 8 minutes. Finally, a nice lady came out from the back and did our piercings, she did a great job, but the beginning experience wouldn’t make me go back...

Artist, Edwin Patterson, charged me $300 for a pair of eyes and wasnt willing to fix mistakes that were his own. I never once flinched nor moved while he was tattooing me.1st and most noticeable, He made the three black prongs on the right eye unequal in size2nd he has two stray lines going off from the eyebrow.3rd he did not shade in the left eye as well as he did the right eye.He claimed he didnt want to fix it while my skin was still healing. Well its healed now and he still doesnt want to do it.

My wife went here with her friend and the person who sold her a nose ring and pierced her trachea clearly had no clue what they where doing and made her get a stud which hurts then she told my wife her trachea piercing would take 6 months to heal when her last one healed way quickrr and further more she repierced my wifes nose and now shes in a lot of pain
