ZERO STARS! I do not recommend this location! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, terrible customer service and I will not ever shop Claire’s again!!! I am a frequent customer and visited the Dickson, TN location to get my daughters ears pierced on Sunday, 26 May 2024 at 2:30 p.m. and the only employee working advised she was the store manager also and refused service as I only had my temporary ID issued by the State of Tennessee (even though it has my photo) and had not received the plastic version renewal in the mail yet. She further advised that Claire’s policy change 3 months prior stipulated they longer accept the paper temporary ID, I also had my expired ID as back-up. I have scoured Claire’s policies and cannot find any reference to this policy change. I believe the employee just didn’t feel like providing the service and would have understood and accepted it much better rather than the policy change lying lip service.

Katie was amazing! She was incredibly quick and patient with my daughter who was very nervous. I will definitely bring my other daughter back to Katie to get hers pierced.

I went in to get a piercing redone. I had originally got it done at a different location and the service was nothing like this place. This Claire’s in Dickson has the nicest staff and it’s kept super neat and tidy. The kind lady doing my piercing answered any questions I had and was happy to talk piercings with me. She was the sweetest person ever! I’ve never known what people see in Clair’s until now, it’s so wholesome and pure.

Had a great experience at Claire’s !! My niece and I wanted to go get our ears pierced and Bree was EXTREMELY patient and understanding. Would definitely recommend

We went to Claire’s today for our daughters to get their ears pierced the lady had foot surgery and said she could not pierce their ears. There were two Clerks there. It was the day after Christmas. I don’t understand why our girls couldn’t have stood beside her and her do it. she would not of had to of got up and walked across the store. So any kids who came to Claire’s with their Christmas money and wanted their ears pierced could not get it done.

Took my daughter for a earring piercing as her 4th birthday surprise she was happy at first but then got nervous seeing the guns but got them done. Both ladies where sweet, understand, and very patient with her! Her ears have healed nicely and it will be 6 weeks next weekend. Hope to take her there tomorrow to have them looked at to double check that they are healing right.Thank you!

I went in to return some items that I was told I could return if I didn’t like, but the girl there said I couldn’t. I understood her reasoning but she was very rude and had an awful attitude. I hardly ever see people shopping there and I guess that’s why. Maybe try treat your customers a little nicer, and you’ll get more business.

I have been to Claire’s twice and both times they were closed once was due to staff. I understand to close early. With that being said I decided to come the next morning as soon as they open and sat in the parking lot 45 mins for them to never open. No sign on the door to explain why.
