Kelly did a great job with my septum piercing. I love how she explains everything that shes going to do and how fast she is at doing the piercing. I thought it would hurt way more than it did, but the only thing I really felt was a tiny pinch. Kelly is amazing at doing piercings!

Got my belly repierced, dermals on my “collar bone/chest”, and just yesterday I got my nose pierced here. Even if it’s a little bit of a drive from fort Novosel it’s totally worth it. She definitely has an eye for beauty and where and what would look good on you and that would enhance your appearance. Plus she is such a vibe. Love her!Ps. I tried to call to ask about my gauge for the nose piercing so if you guys could answer on here or give me a call back would be great!!

Kelly (the piercer) is absolutely amazing. I’ve gone to her for all 8 of my piercings, and they’ve all been perfect. Just got my navel pierced and she was so quick and thorough. She’s super sweet and great at what she does. I will NEVER cheat on her! (Photo was taken around 25 minutes after)

You cant go wrong with Good Luck Piercing Parlour!! Seriously, this is a great place to go for piercings. My son has been begging to get his ears pierced, so as soon as his school year wrapped up, I took him to see Kelly at Good Luck. We went as soon as they opened, and we were in and out in 20 minutes. Getting checked in and filling out the paperwork was a breeze, and Kelly quickly took us back. She explained everything so thoroughly - from what to expect as far as the piercing process itself as well as the healing process, to very detailed care instructions, all the way down to the very aisle at Target where we could find a good cleanser for my son to use! She carefully measured his ear lobes to make sure that the piercings would be perfectly placed, and when she pierced, she did it so quickly and smoothly that my son didnt even notice when the first ear was done. He was expecting it with the second ear, but he said it barely hurt at all. She is a PRO at what she does, and her bubbly personality is just the icing on the cake. :) Hands down, I would recommend Good Luck Piercing Parlour to anyone any day!

I was hesitant to leave a review because the ladies there are very sweet, and patient. The piercer was very professional and kind to my daughter, and I was planning on leaving her a very good tip. Unfortunately, my daughter has severe anxiety and is autistic so she tends to exert stress or disappointment very loudly, and she was upset that we were asked to leave due to the amount of time we were there (which I completely understood, my daughter was too scared at that time to get the piercing). That is not the issue. I was already planning on leaving and coming back another day. My issue is with the owner (front desk dude) loudly announcing that I “need parenting classes” to the entire shop, and telling me on the way out “thank God, get out of here” which only made a hard situation worse, and made my daughter feel bad about herself, and made me unbearably upset. Parenting a child with disabilities is hard. A little compassion and biting your tongue goes a long way. But now I’m sitting here typing this review, because that was the rudest and most disrespectful way to treat not only a struggling parent, but a human being. I will never be back, and hope those sweet ladies working there can find employment else where.

Kelly did a great job! Explained everything thoroughly, verified the placement of the piercing and was patient with me. I had my earlobes peirced here before and came back for the industrial. She made it quick, and almost painless haha 😁

Ever since I found this place, I havent gone anywhere else to get piercings done. I have officially been there 3 different times and gotten a total of 6 piercings. My 3rd hole on both ears, conch, 4th, 5th, and 6th hole in my right ear. They are very professional and personable. They operate as walk-ins only on a first come, first serve basis, so their time is valuable. The front desk clerk is no nonsense and to the point. Both piercers are happy to answer any questions and never make you feel rushed or pressured in any way. I would recommend this place a million times, and as long as they are open, I will not go anywhere else.

I thought my ears had grown back together since I hadnt worn my earrings for awhile, and it had become impossible to put them in. They could have charged me for a repiercing, but they didnt. They just popped in a new set of earrings and called it a day.

Worst Customer Ive ever experienced, the guy had an attitude from the beginning. Next time dont be a jerk when a paying customer walks in, maybe then you would have more customers, and not limited business hours.

Kelly is both very knowledgeable and informative. She also has a wonderful personality. Ive suffered from migraines for over a decade and would get 3 to 5 migraines per week until Kelly pierced both of my daiths 8 weeks ago. Since the piercings, Ive only had 1 migraine! This has changed my quality of life immensely. Ill be forever grateful to Kelly for this huge change.

Was an absolute dream. I didnt even know she was done with the piercing 😂 I wish I could go back in time and have her do my other piercings. But when I say I felt nothing when she did my helix I mean it.

This place was amazing! There was a bit of a wait but the wait was worth it in the long run. I have never met s piercer with so much knowledge about the anatomy of our bodies and what happens after you get a piercing. She was fast and gentle at the same time so it was practically painless. She had amazing ideas and give out so much information to help your piercings heal properly. They also have very responsible prices, I got a nose and two cartilage for only $90, and some places around here would charge around that for just your nose. Great place will definitely be going back!

Been researching nostril piercings for the last 2 decades and finally decided to do it. After looking for a great piercer, I found one - even if I had to wait until I was visiting Dothan from DC! I’m so happy with my piercing! Not only were they quick when the whole waiting room was full but they were friendly, professional, and thorough! I’d recommend GLPP for all of your piercing needs!

I decided to get my earlobes repierced and came here due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews. They dont take appointments - they only do walk ins - so be prepared to wait. The lady that does the piercing is very friendly and made me feel at ease. She was also thorough in going over after care instructions, in addition to the written after care instructions that everyone gets when they check out.

I just love this place! Enough said! She’s done about 6 piercings for me!

I dont know whats up with this place but every time I come in its like people are waiting for concert tickets (overcrowded) with no attentiveness from employees (possibly the reason why?) They were rude in front of other patrons and we will not be coming back

Customer service here is pretty much non-existent, I made a call a few weeks ago to find out if they would pierce a minors ears, I made sure to include the child’s age and what piercing I was looking to have done and the man on the phone said “that shouldn’t be an issue” to which I said “okay great see yall in December”. I showed up today to have said piercing done and was pretty much made out to be a liar by the man at the front desk. He said they don’t pierce anyone’s ears under 15, and that he’s the only one who answers the phone and he wouldn’t have said that to me… this business having a policy to not pierce under 15 isn’t the issue here, the issue was the attitude directed towards me when I did not have any attitude by any means, and the way I was made out to be “lying”. I wouldn’t have wasted my time to come up there nor would I have gotten said child excited to get an ear piercing without checking with the business beforehand if they would even pierce her ears. To make a long story short, I think the guy running the front desk could take a lesson or two on the basics of customer service.

I love Kelly so much! Ive had around 20 piercings done by her and every single one has been perfect! Shes sweet, caring, and just over all the best piercer not only in Dothan but the surrounding areas plus some!

I really enjoyed my piercing appt! I got 3 piercings at one time and the piercer was really knowledgeable, friendly, and super fast! She even managed to make me laugh through the piercings which helped alot, especially during the conch piercing. Time flew by and I enjoyed my time. I would highly recommend her, especially if you are stretching your ears and getting additional lobe piercings! She simply glanced at my ears and told me so much helpful information for placement, healing, future jewelry use and material types, etc.which I gratefully appreciated as I have baby ears (small ears). Shes like a walking encyclopedia. Also I saw a lot of comments about the front desk guy and honestly he just seemed really laid back and chill. I had no issues with the man! I will definitely go back and encourage others to seek her services!

Went to get my nose pierced for like the 5th time ever in my life cause I keep taking them out and deciding I want them done again lol. I showed up and there was a bit of a line but Kelly got to me quick! She has such a warm personality and makes you feel so comfortable! I told her I wanted to eventually go to a hoop nose ring and she knew exactly what side to put the piercing on (and which nostril had the least scar tissue.) She pierced it within a second and gave me all the tips for after care. 100% recommend!!!

I’ve been going here for about 3 years now, if you live in the wiregrass area, or even visiting from out of town and want a piercing i’ll alway recommend good luck piercing. it’s small and intimate with only two people in the store. they are professional and to the point. good luck is the place to go for piercings.

BEST PLACE IN DOTHAN! I highly recommend. I go to get a piercing every month and my healing process is smooth! She talks you through the entire process. So far, she has pierced my nips, conch in both ears, second, third, and fourth hole. I am currently stretching my first … RUN TO HER :)

I loved my experience here! My piercer explained each step of the process to me, including proper aftercare. I also had a question about a previous piercing done at another establishment, and she took her time answering my questions in detail. I felt comfortable, and reassured that they were using best practices. Also, they use actual titanium jewelry rather than surgical steel. The price was also incredibly cheap for good quality. Ill be coming back!

Went to see Kelly about opening up an old piercing. Told her up front I have pretty bad anxiety, and she was so considerate and made sure to accommodate me and make me feel safe. I cant wait to go back and let her work her magic on some other pieces I want. Some reviews about the guy up front said he was rude, but I didnt feel that from him. Kelly is amazing!! I was referred to go see her for a piercing.She cares and is very detailed in the in the information she provides. She doesnt mind answering questions at all.When I arrived I asked to speak with her first..she came to the front desk and answered all my questions.Now when everything has been explained the piercing itself is fast!! She does NOT do it slowly like some piercers Ive had dealings with in the past.You will not be disappointed...I promise you.

The shop was spacious and clean. I read several reviews about the guy working the front desk not being friendly but he was perfectly accommodating and professional. My piercer (I didnt get her name but Im assuming was Kelly) was fantastic. She was friendly and professional, talked through every step, and the piercing was done before I even knew she had started.Cant rave about this experience enough!

Went in on a whim to get second holes in my ears. Kelly was super nice and was patient with me, which I appreciate since I have a fear of needles. Piercings themselves took maybe ~3 minutes? I was super skeptical about getting my nose pierced here because the entire waiting room was full and had about an hour long wait. The guy at the front desk was a little grumpy but i completely understand because it had obviously been a super long day, I wouldn’t take it personally. We went on a Saturday so it was expected. When I went back, no one was allowed to go with me unless the person getting pierced was a minor (I guess because of covid). The process was super super quick and painless. I was easily in & out of the room within 5 minutes or less. She was very informative with the process and what type of jewelry/size. If nervous, I would absolutely recommend her!!! She’s did a great job at distracting me & talking me through it. The only issue I had was she broke the sterile field when touching the marker then the drawer then the needle without changing gloves. Nonetheless, my piercing came out great and has healed perfectly!! I would say I wish they had longer nose rings due to swelling and my jewelry sunk into my skin for the first 2 weeks. I’m now at 6 weeks and it’s healed great!

Well..well..well..this was my first piercing experience, i was nervous but i refused to let them see me sweat 🫠! They called my name...i jumped, but quietly walked to the chair awaiting my fate. I sat down, the entire process was explained to me, my ear was cleaned, i was told there would be a lil pinch...and IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE...IT WAS OVER!! It was a great experience...the staff were AWESOME...and once its healed...i will be back to buy me some earrings. #5-Star treatment

2nd time. Went back to get my nose ring switched. Again the man acted like it was a bother to have us there. I asked him about the different types and he didnt want to help or give any advice. Other ppl came in and he acted the same with them. Kelly was great again, but then while she was piercing me he came back asking her questions on piercing a 14yr old friends daughter. The way they talked was about it was very unprofessional and then things escalated with my friend getting her ring switched and we will never go back or recommend them.1st time.Kelly the piercer was amazing!! But the other owner, the male..... Very rude and not helpful. He was not forthcoming with any information. If you didnt ask he didnt tell you. If it wasnt for how nice Kelly was I would never go back there again.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ive been to Good Luck Piercing Parlour 3 times. I had my belly button pierced there, belly button piercing changed, and just recently went back to try and buy a nose hoop and have it put in when I had the worst experience!! Every encounter Ive had with the front desk guy has been AWFUL, he acts like he is miserable with his life and is super rude for no apparent reason. I walked in and he immediately had an attitude with me, but I was still super polite and asked to buy a nose hoop and have it put in. He told me okay and asked if I had gotten my nose pierced with them, I let him know that I had not to which he replied they did not change piercing jewelry. I told him that didnt make any sense because I had my belly button ring changed by them and when I was originally pierced I was told I was welcome to come back any time to have my jewelry changed. He argued with me and said we dont change jewelry then said we just dont do anything. Then he sits down in his seat and stares at the wall not saying anything. At this point Im confused so I just say I would still like to buy a hoop and he said well I dont want to sell one to you. The whole thing was super rude and unprofessional. He lied to my face, and even if their policy had changed and I was wrong there is no reason that he couldnt have simply explained instead of acting like a jerk and not selling me a nose ring when I made a special trip an hour away to visit their store.

I have been thinking about nipple piercings for years, I have been nervous to do it because of all the horror stories. I had to have some piercings changed and came to see Kelly, for the first time, I knew then that I would be back to get the nipple piercings done by her! I went in and was so comfortable with her because she is just so easy going and full of knowledge and advice. She didnt sugar coat what it was going to be like at all, and honestly it wasnt that bad at all. Not much pain, and its now been a week and I swear Ive never had piercings behave so well!!!! 100% all of your piercings should be done by Kelly!! I will be back!!

Very experienced and sanitary. A wonderful, old style parlor vibe. Wonderful and compassionate, this place is the place to go for all of your piercing and/or gauging needs! Kelly did a great job informing me about my eyebrow piercing, including why she needed to the initial piercing with a bar and screw on studs instead of using a hoop from the start, like I wanted to do.She did a good job with the piercing. She got the actual piercing done quickly but carefully, which lessened the duration of the pain 👍😊

There was almost a 2 hour wait, which tells you 2 things... They are excellent at being thorough about after care and taking time to make you feel comfortable & it was almost a 2-hour wait which means we should have gotten there much earlier than we did. Second time weve been there and we will definitely be going back!

My favorite piercing store. Prices are reasonable and their attitudes are extremely polite. Theyre very business orientated. Shes quick and careful. No one bleeds. Shes very gentle with her hands. I just got my philtrum pierced and a vertical labret piercing earlier today! Im beyond happy with both of them, the service, and the quality. My piercer, I dont remember her name, she was very nice and informative, and well educated on piercings herself.My only thing is the guy at the front desk just doesnt seem to want to be there, wasnt friendly over the phone, didnt seem to want to answer questions or anything.

These 2 people are super nice! Very clean, she pierces while her husband (Im guessing) handles the front desk. They are very professional. So far Ive gotten my tragus, top ear, rook, nose and daith pierced, by the same person. They do a very good job and inexpensive. Definitely recommend them!!

The only bad reviews Ive seen or slightly negative had to do with the guy who runs the front desk.. they seem to think hes rude or something.. someone said he seemed like he didnt want to be there.. I really like Kelly Richardson. She is very friendly and very good. She is a patient person also. She does good piercings. I got daith piercings. It did hurt....but not for long. Kelly talks to you while she does it, so that helps....a little bit...lol!

I just got my nose pierced, it was $30, quick, and the starter stud is a cute rhinestone. The studio was clean and spacious. She was very thorough with what was gonna happen, helped me choose where to pierce, plus aftercare. The guy at counter isn’t mean at all ( js bc I saw a lot of people saying that ). Don’t over complicate it, it’s piercing !

Good Luck Piercing Parlor is an 1 1/2 hour drive for me and SO WORTH IT! They did my nose, daith and industrial piercing. She is very clean, professional and caring! She always explains everything and answers any questions you may have. I won’t go anywhere else!Update: I went yesterday and got a teardrop dermal piercing and I LOVE IT!!! She did an amazing job!! No pain at all, just pressure. It was nothing like google said it would be lol Maybe it was just that my piercer is THAT GOOD! 😁

Kelly Richardson, the young lady that does the piercing is so sweet, very knowledgeable and talks you through everything she is doing! She uses sterile equipment and cleans everything with alcohol as soon as she has finished piercing you. Definitely recommend!!!!

My nipple was pierced slanted and It’s embarrassing , i literally didn’t want my partner to see and so is my Medusa and it’s been pointed out by other people. Also the guy at the counter has the worst customer service ever and was rude when I recently went back only to ask about jewelry for my Medusa. In addition, they NEVER answer the phone.

Clean environment however the front desk staff was not friendly or pleasant to me, the lady who did my piercing went way too fast explaining the process and she asked me “not to make things complicated because she’d had a log day” when I was confused about my piercing. It was my first time here and I don’t appreciate the service I received at all. The piercing is nice though and they are very clean.

I went in this morning and got my belly button pierced and it was the best experience I was in the store for maybe 8 to 10 minutes if that and they made me feel very welcome, also they made the piercing very comfortable for me and was absolutely painless. Awesome job!!

This place is FABULOUS. They did my daith piercings in February, they healed perfectly. Last week I had to remove my piercing jewelry for unforeseen reasons, Kelly put new jewelry in with no pain, and was very reassuring.

The staff is very friendly and quick to get you in the back. I got my septum pierced by Kelly and she was very nice and informative. 10/10 would recommend.

HIGHLY recommend!! kelly is awesome,period!!! we got our daith pierced a little over two months ago. after five years of unbearable migraines that last minimum of 3days then going to see a neurologist to receive shots in the back of my neck. i wanted a second option/opinion . kelly was patience, very knowledgeable about migraines and the studies of acupuncture. I can honestly say I had maybe three headaches/migraines since, this is better than taking medicines that are toxic to my organs. piercing wasn’t too bad it was just uncomfortable pressure when she pulled the earring up. I received both daith’s pierced for $50. after piecing , they have a spray $10 (recommend) CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN is a must!!!

Got my ears and navel done and Kelly was so sweet and took great care of me when i go lightheaded she’s also super fast with piercing i barely felt any of it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. For starters, this place isn’t even APP certified which should’ve been my first red flag. Second, I walked in to get my septum pierced and was told she WASNT piercing through the cartilage. Found myself in extreme pain for 3 days and went to another piercing studio who told me I had been pierced through my cartilage and needed to remove the jewelry immediately. Waste of $40 and a painful experience!!

I love Kelly she has done three piercing of mine and 5 of my daughters we will not us anyone else. We both have plans to go back soon for new piercings.

The shop is really nice. They have a great selection of rings and things for any piercing. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and the woman doing the piercings was really nice. Definitely recommend.

I had a industrial done at a different place a month prier with a horrible experience resulting in having to take it out!!!! A friend told me of Good Luck Piercing,I thought what the heck. I am beyond happy I went,the lady understood I was nervous due to my bad experience,was a complete sweet heart,very informative,and gentle!!! Will only get me piercing here from now on!!!

An overall great experience. The staff was kind and informative. Eveything was orderly and clean. The piercing needles and instruments were sterile and opened in front of me. Definitely a place I will go again and refer others to.

Whoever was at the front desk was not the friendliest. He really seemed like I was bothering him by asking questions. Drove all the way from Troy just for them to tell me you have to be 21 for a nipple jewelry change. Not even for them to be pierced but for them to change it. Lol, I just thought that rule was crazy and something he could have let me know over the phone before I got to the store

My wife got a piercing here and I wish I had caught her name but the piercer with the long dark hair was very sweet and patient. She was very informative and was very efficient.

I went to get my nose pierced on Wednesday as a Birthday present to myself. The parlour I went to was nice and clean, the staff was also very nice. This morning though, my piercing had shrunk into my nose and was causing me quite a bit of pain, I had thought my nose was infected that was not the case as I found out later. So I get home from school and rush to the bathroom and I clean my nose, in the middle of cleaning the stud pops out. I start freaking out and so I called a tattoo shop near by to see if they could put my stud back in. So I go to the place and the people were nice and they start to put my stud back in. The nice lady putting it back in takes a look at my stud and she tells me this stud is too short, we are going to have to use a different stud. I was like ok thats fine, she goes to put the new stud in and she cant get it in, so she calls in the actual piercer there and he attempts to put it in and then I get the bad news. The people who did my piercing at the original parlour had done pierced my nose wrong and put the piercing in at a weird angle. Luckily the piercer was able to fix up a stud to put in my nose and saved the day, after about 20 minutes of alot of pain because swollen noses hurt ALOT. So I wasted 30 bucks at a parlour where the people messed up my piercing and then when I called them they were rude on the phone with me and blamed me for the piercing being messed up so I will not be going back there ever again. I am really happy that the other place was very helpful and didnt charge me for fixing the damage that had been done...the business in this that messed up my piercing was someone from the good luck piercing parlour and I thought I should just put my encounter with this place online so others can know and be warned.
