So I’m here to SPILL THE TEA about my absolutely amazing experience @Banter by Piercing Pagoda. Cordell’s A1 customer service skills had him immediately trying to find out what I was looking for as soon as I approached. Cordell’s pleasant energy made me want to purchase every piece of jewelry he showed me until I checked my account and snapped back to reality. Overall, Cordell has pretty good damn taste to assist with a purchase for yourself or someone else so just go check him out. Loved it💯

Very professional and helpful! Maliya and Marlee assisted me this weekend as I searched to find the perfect “cross charm” for my husband! Both young ladies were very kind and took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase! I will certainly go back soon for a little something for myself!

Leah had excellent sales service😇 not only was she sweet and patient with my baby, but she also had a positive attitude and was very welcoming from the start. The other employees did not seem to enthusiastic to help us but Leah jumped into action! I will only stop by if she is there. Thank you again Leah🌹keep up the awesome work.

Ear piercing process for my girls was great. Quality of the product, not so much, weve purchased two additional sets of earrings from Banter since and the backs will not stay on either set, we even went back to purchase replacement backs and have the same issue. The gemstones have completely fallen out of one earring and this is with 1 weeks worth of wearing. I would expect better quality for $60-70 earrings.

I bought two 10k gold chains, but the only reason I got two is because they had a promotion of Buy One Get Second Half Off they ran my credit twice which I didn’t know with two different companies. Which means I had two different payments. I asked for 22 and 20 inch chains and got a 24 and 26. Just very bad experience, poor customer service. Ask questions, and don’t just trust what they tell you. They’re just trying to make a sale.

I know that their prices can be a little on the up side so I usually dont stop to buy I just browse. I had been looking for a place to get my 4 month olds ears pierced, and they do it! It has been extremely hard to find anyone because of COVID. They were very professional, and the lady took great care of us! I have already recommended them!

Have been looking for a place to get my daughters ears pierced for months . Went today and Mone’t answered all my questions, and triple checked to make sure they were even before we did it ! Highly recommend Mone’t !

I wouldn’t recommend this place for ear piercing on a child. I called on a Thursday and was told they would do both ears at the same time, as long as two employees were there. I went the following day & was helped by the manager whom stated they do not do both ears at the same time & she would know since she’s in charge. At that point I should’ve went somewhere else being I was lied to. We went ahead & and I left her do the piercing on my 5 month old & one ear looks great, the other looks like she got way too close to my child’s face, they are not symmetrical at all. As much as I paid ($100) I would’ve Atleast liked to have been happy with the outcome BUT I should’ve taken her somewhere else. Don’t make my mistake!

Went to get my daughters ears pierced the Friday before last. The woman who claimed to be the manager was rude and acted like she had something better to do than to talk to my wife and I, and what ultimately deterred me from the transaction was the fact she was wearing a tank top. I wouldn’t want her arm pits in my face, so I spared my child that experience. We went to Claire’s and had a great experience with a well dress, kind mannered woman who made my child feel at ease.

Do not go to this place if you are piercing your yound childs ears. I just left from trying to get my 3 year old daughters ears pierced. She was excited and we let her pick her own earrings out. A nice lady helped us but you could tell she was new and learning. She kept having to ask questions to her supervisors who acted like they were too busy to help her, which ultimately took way longer than what it should have taken to complete the transaction, about 45 mins before we were finally asked to come sit in the chair. By that time my daughter was becoming impatient and started to get nervous. We went to sit in the chair and she started to freak out. The employees just starred at her. They werent nicely trying to tell her that it would be quick or that it would be okay. They just starred. Previously my husband asked if we could pay after the piercing had been done because we werent sure if our daughter would go through with it. We were told no we had to pay immediately. After a minute of trying to get my daughter to cooperate I asked if we could get a refund. We were told no, they do not do refunds. I asked if we could come back another day after she had time to calm down, again we were told no. HORRIBLE, INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We took the earrings we paid for and left.

Friendly staff. Got both ears pierced. Love the earrings, but the whole process and earrings was too expensive. They make you pay for service agreements and a special care spray for your ears.

The manger at store 1205 is rude, doesn’t follow company rules about always making the costumer happy... said she knew about me and she knows nothing.. she does not even know how to run the store... this use to be my favorite store to go to but, I will never use this store again.. I will tell everyone about her and the incompetent of this store ppl sleeping on the floor when they are supposed to be working. No management

Never have a single thing i order for store pick up. I have done multiple online orders and every time i do they never actually have the stuff in stock at my store and end up having to cancel my order.
