Just left this location in Dothan, and I have to say….I will never return!! In this economy, you guys are crazy if you don’t get rid of those 2 girls. I came to get my Grandaughter’s ears pierced. No one waiting, I’m told to get on a waiting list. It could be 15 30 to an hour wait. 30 go by, an hour….they text I’m next. They will text in 15……waited 30 more…..they text my appointment is cancelled. Go back in……..no what I can’t! Won’t be back!!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced today and the women working were AMAZING. I wish I would have gotten their names. But they were so kind and encouraging and helpful. They pierced quickly and professionally. 10/10 cant recommend enough.

I had an appointment scheduled, the worker was 12 min late opening the door and I was never even acknowledged! This place is awful worst service you could ever imagine. I will NEVER recommend this company, do better.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced and to spend some fun$$. Was told she couldnt because she was alone, doing interviews. There was no in the store other than my 2 girls and me, on a Tuesday at about 1. The mall wasnt busy either. Wont be going back. My kids will get pierced and jewelry from my tattoo artist. Thank you Claires for saving me money!

Took my 6 and 3 year old daughters here to get their ears peirced. The employee was so friendly, patient, and explained aftercare for the piercings thoroughly.

Warning for all parents getting their childs ears pierced here. If I could leave no star I would. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. The associate had her pick from a sheet and did not tell us the price of the earrings she picked out. When I went to pay, the cost was $89!! Ridiculous! What if I didnt have that amount of money to pay for it?! I can not believe that lady made us buy probably the most expensive pair on the list!! I am beyond outraged! A worker is supposed to ask if we need any help. She did not. She overheard my husband and I talking and then when I spoke up to ask about ear piercing thats when she said she was wondering if we were going to say something to her!! Ill never recommend someone go to here for ear piercing!!

Your company lost a return customer, and about 30$ worth of sales. We went in to get a few things for Christmas. The store was empty except for the sales associate, who was on her cell phone at the door. She didnt bother greeting us. We spent 15 minutes getting what we needed which was about 30$ worth. We then stood and patiently waited at the counter for 10 minutes. She saw us, but continued talking on her cell. We got tired of waiting and left. On our way put she paused to say have a great day and continued talking in her phone. It happened today, Thursday Dec 2nd at 4:40pm. Go pull your cameras and FIRE this person!

Would NOT recommend. Youll go and wait 40 min while they know your waiting for your ears to be pierced, then they say OH sorry , this was the last one. Were closing. 😡The staff is also aweful.

Drove 45 minutes to get both daughters ears pierced. No one besides us and 2 employees in store and were told we’d have to make an appointment. I was going to spend $160 but they’d rather be lazy than do their job.

Has a variety of cute stuff that my 4 year old daughter loves and as well as I do. I remember shopping here when I was younger and it never goes out of style. They have everything jewelry, backpacks, cute headphones, and the list goes on and on. The service is great and I just absolutely love Claires!!!🥰

Great sales! We always check in At every Claires we find... my daughter always finds something cute for her collection here. Staff is very sweet and helpful.

I was their very first online pick up order and they had everything ready for me. I’m so glad they are offering this service now because you can almost always get a discount for buying online and picking up in store. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Warm welcoming , promptly asked if we needed anything , and we used the ear piercing station this time ! Little more expensive than I planned but that’s ok they did an amazing job and provided excellent customer service, I didn’t not catch the two younger ladies names but they was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love their after Christmas sales! My granddaughter had received money for Christmas and Claires offered a lot of options for her to choose to stretch her money! A lot of buy one get two free! Now thats a bargain!

Got my cartilage pierced it was quick and easy and the lady there was awesome

Cute store for accessories. Store isnt cluttered and the salesperson was very nice. You can get your ears pierced here...but bring at least a 50$. 😳
