Amazing experience with Angelique. Patient, kind and great customer service. Was going to go to Claire’s but this place did not disappoint at all. Keep up the beautiful sprite and attitude. Took care of me and my daughter who was very nerves but she made her feel at ease.

The team at the Arbor Place mall location went above and beyond expectations taking the extra time and care to make sure precise and accurate location of each piercing so that they lined up perfectly. We could not be more happy with the care and service we were provided for our two younger sons. This was the perfect experience. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service.

Adora was amazing help. We came a little before close; she gave us the disclaimer of needing to handle a few tasks before close but was more than willing to do the piercing. She was gentle, kind & patient with us and our squirming 5 month old. Customer service 10/10 & her piercing skills 10/10.

I love this place, but there’s just one lady that is so unprofessional and rude. My 10 month old daughter lost one earring and I went to Banter to have them give us another one. She re-pierced my daughter’s ear, but it was the wrong size earring. When I mentioned to her that it was the wrong size, she goes and say “well, I’m just going by what the computer says.” Then, she had to re-pierce my daughter’s ear AGAIN. SHE DIDN’T EVEN CLEAN WIPE THE BLOOD AWAY BEFOREHAND.

I got my ears pierced here. She did a good job.She used hand sanitizer to wash her hands then put on a pair of gloves and used a alcohol wipes to wipe down her piercing gun. Used a new needle in each ear. Nothing sketchy.

I came to this location to make a purchase. It says they open up at 11:00 a.m. and it’s 11:22 a.m. and no one is here to assist me. It was a complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

$50 ring turned my daughters finger green on 13th birthday. Very disappointed!
